Abstract

Financial literacy education is essential for students as it provides a strong foundation for managing their finances in the future. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of creating a value process in increasing students' financial literacy and determine what components need to be optimized in OJK of West Java Province's collaboration program and their partners based on the Collaborative Value Creation (CVC) Framework. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews and documentation. The collaboration by OJK of West Java Province has been effective but can be optimized to achieve transformational collaboration, which has the most significant impact on partners and the wider community. Among the five components that need to be improved are collaborative value-creation processes and the need to measure the impact of collaborative programs or activities on participants who receive financial education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of corporate governance, corporate risk management, corporate social responsibility, and company size on the cost of capital in the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research design is quantitative, with samples taken using non-random techniques, such as purposive sampling or judgment sampling, so that the total research sample is 45 companies, with a research period of 4 years and a total of 180 research data. The data analysis technique uses panel data with path analysis. The research results show that implementing broad and integrated corporate risk management reduces the cost of capital. Large company size can increase the cost of capital in manufacturing industrial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the implementation of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility does not reduce the company's capital cost. Future advice is that company management is expected to pay more attention to management practices related to corporate social responsibility, corporate risk management, and capital costs because these factors impact increasing the value and survival of the company in the future. Management also needs to pay attention to the role of capital costs, which can mediate the implementation of corporate risk management in increasing company value.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Pelindo III (Persero) Sub Regional Java Surabaya with a focus on analyzing the impact of Occupational Safety and Health (K3), work motivation, and work environment on employee performance in facing the challenges of globalization. By involving 50 employees from PT Pelindo III (Persero) Sub Regional Java Surabaya as samples, the analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method. The findings show that K3 has a significant effect on employee performance, where employees who work in safe and healthy conditions tend to be more productive and perform well, reducing the risk of injury or work accidents. However, work motivation and work environment do not show a significant influence on employee performance. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence employee performance in certain work environments in the context of globalization. The implications can be used by company management to improve K3 conditions, which will improve employee performance and overall operational efficiency.
