Abstract

Financial reporting transformation is a crucial requirement for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in improving the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of the information presented. Accurate financial reporting plays a crucial role in supporting decision-making, business planning, resource management, and improving access to financing. This study aims to examine the transformation of accurate financial reporting in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) at Haji Tenry Digital Printing. The method used in this study is descriptive. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation of financial recording and reporting activities before and after the transformation. The results show that before the transformation, financial recording was still done manually using cash books and physical notes, making it susceptible to recording errors, lost documents, and delays in report preparation. After the transformation using the SIAPIK application, the recording process became more orderly, accurate, and efficient. In addition, this transformation also increases business actors' awareness of the importance of financial reporting in making more appropriate business decisions. Digitizing financial reporting systems has been proven to accelerate work processes, improve information reliability, and help business owners understand their overall financial condition. In conclusion, the use of the Financial Information Recording Application Information System (SIAPIK) has a positive impact on the quality of financial reporting information. It is recommended that this system be implemented continuously, along with training for staff to ensure optimal application utilization.

Abstract

Abstract: This study explores the impact of stress management ability on leadership performance, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Xi'an. By integrating relevant theories from organizational behavior and leadership studies and employing a quantitative research approach, data were collected and analyzed from a diverse sample of SME leaders in Xi'an. The results indicate that leaders with stronger stress management capabilities demonstrate significantly higher leadership effectiveness. These leaders are better at maintaining emotional stability, making rational decisions, and motivating team members under pressure. In contrast, limited stress management ability is associated with emotional exhaustion, impaired decision-making, and reduced. leadership influence. This research not only deepens the theoretical understanding of the relationship between stress management and leadership but also offers practical insights. It provides actionable recommendations for improving stress management training, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and supporting the sustainable development of SMEs in Xi'an.

Abstract

This research examines the multidimensional structural relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among employees at the Medan Tourism Agency, North Sumatra. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a correlational design, data were gathered through a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 55 valid respondents who are civil servants and contract employees with a minimum of one year of tenure. Data collection was carried out intensively over one month using structured questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result reveals that all job satisfaction dimensions collectively exert a significant effect on organizational commitment, explaining 28.8% of the total variance. However, the partial analysis unveils a unique single-path significance phenomenon; only satisfaction with the work itself demonstrates a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Conversely, extrinsic factors such as pay, supervision, co-workers, and promotion opportunities show no significant effects, acting merely as hygiene factors. These findings theoretically reinforce Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory within public bureaucracy, demonstrating that intrinsic job content drives deeper institutional loyalty than job context. Practically, the management should focus on job enrichment strategies, creative autonomy, and enhancing supervisory support to sustain and optimize long-term organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study evaluates the dimensions of healthcare service quality in hospital settings and identifies the critical structural factors that define patient-perceived quality. Utilizing a quantitative survey approach, data were collected from health consumers and analyzed using First-Order and Second-Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The structural framework evaluated six core dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Access and Coverage. The Second-Order CFA results revealed that not all theoretical dimensions significantly contribute to the overarching construct of healthcare quality. Based on the statistical cut-off values for loading factors and sampling adequacy, Reliability and Tangibles emerged as the most critical, dominant, and statistically significant dimensions driving the structural model, followed by Assurance. Conversely, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Access and Coverage failed to meet the empirical significance thresholds due to low loading factors or negative coefficients. Interestingly, a research paradox was identified: while descriptive data showed that patients highly praised the empathetic care and low costs, these dimensions lacked discriminant power due to highly homogenous positive scores. In contrast, Reliability—the most critical structural determinant—recorded the lowest average performance score among all variables, specifically regarding staff professionalism and cost consistency. Consequently, this study concludes that strategic quality improvement in healthcare facilities should shift from generic courtesy or cost-reductions toward rigorous structural reforms in operational reliability, staff competency, and the continuous modernization of physical medical infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences between Chinese and Indonesian work cultures and their influence on employee performance at PT Imasco Tambang Raya. The research employed a quantitative approach using a comparative-associative design. The population consisted of all 54 employees of PT Imasco Tambang Raya, and a census sampling technique was applied, allowing the entire population to be included as research respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that Chinese work culture emphasizes discipline, hierarchy, and result orientation, while Indonesian work culture highlights cooperation, harmony, and a sense of family. Indonesian work culture has a more dominant influence on employee performance because its values are more compatible with the characteristics of the local workforce. Therefore, multinational companies are encouraged to integrate the strengths of both work cultures by combining the discipline and result orientation of Chinese work culture with the collaborative and harmonious values of Indonesian work culture to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This literature review examines the Jember Fashion Carnival (JFC) as a strategic driver for green product dissemination within the framework of the Knowledge Spillover Theory of Entrepreneurship. JFC, which began in 2003 as a small community initiative, has grown into an internationally recognized cultural event with a distinctive mandate requiring 30% recycled materials in costumes. The review synthesizes findings from academic journals, policy documents, and institutional reports to map how JFC functions as a knowledge source for green entrepreneurship. The analysis identifies three main dissemination mechanisms: (1) formal institutionalization of sustainability norms through mandatory recycling requirements, (2) community-based knowledge transmission through participatory event preparation, and (3) economic dissemination through collaboration of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). The review concludes that JFC represents an emerging model in which cultural festivals can serve as intentional platforms for green knowledge diffusion, offering implications for creative economy policies in developing regions.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of service quality, price, and digital promotion on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable among students using online transportation services in Probolinggo City, Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was employed using an explanatory research design. Data were collected from 158 respondents through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings reveal that service quality, price, and digital promotion each have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, these three variables also have significant positive direct effects on customer loyalty. Among them, digital promotion demonstrates the strongest influence on customer loyalty, indicating that promotional strategies implemented through digital platforms play a crucial role in retaining student users. However, customer satisfaction does not significantly affect customer loyalty, indicating that it does not mediate the relationships between service quality, price, digital promotion, and customer loyalty. These findings suggest that students' loyalty toward online transportation services is influenced more by functional and marketing-related factors than by satisfaction alone. This study contributes to the service marketing literature by providing empirical evidence regarding the determinants of customer loyalty in the online transportation sector and offers practical implications for service providers in developing effective service quality, pricing, and digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

Although previous studies have demonstrated the importance of emotional marketing in shaping consumer responses, most studies have treated Social Network Emotional Marketing (SNEM) as a single construct, providing limited understanding of how its individual dimensions contribute to consumer trust and purchase intention. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of Social Network Emotional Marketing dimensions, namely Emotional Product, Emotional Price, Emotional Communication, and Emotional Service, on Purchase Intention through Trust among digital consumers of Wardah beauty products. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 200 Wardah digital consumers in Indonesia selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that Emotional Product and Emotional Communication have a positive and significant effect on Trust, while Emotional Price and Emotional Service do not significantly influence Trust. Furthermore, Emotional Service and Trust have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, whereas Emotional Price does not significantly affect Purchase Intention. Among the dimensions examined, Emotional Product demonstrates the strongest influence on Trust. These findings suggest that not all dimensions of Social Network Emotional Marketing contribute equally to consumer behavior. Trust plays an important role in enhancing Purchase Intention, while emotionally engaging product value, communication, and service experiences are essential in strengthening consumer trust and encouraging purchase intention in digital marketing environments

Abstract

This study examines whether perceived value, social media engagement, and Korean culture shape customer loyalty among Spotify Premium users and evaluates customer satisfaction as a mediating mechanism. A quantitative explanatory design was applied to 171 Millennial and Generation Z users in Banjarmasin selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling in SmartPLS 4. The results show that perceived value, social media engagement, and Korean culture do not directly influence customer loyalty. Perceived value and social media engagement have positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction, whereas Korean culture does not. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and fully mediates the relationships of perceived value and social media engagement with loyalty. It does not mediate the relationship between Korean culture and loyalty. These findings position satisfaction as the principal route through which platform value and digital engagement are converted into subscription loyalty. Spotify Premium should therefore prioritize consistent service value, personalization, and meaningful social media interaction rather than relying on cultural content alone to retain users.
