Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of improving the learning outcomes of class 5 students on the properties of light. This research uses a classroom action research model (PTK. This PTK step consists of 2 cycles, each cycle is completed in one week. The research subjects are 5th grade students at Al Mubarok Islamic Elementary School semester 1 of the 2023/2024 academic year. The instruments used in the activity are namely written tests, documentation and observation, while evaluation focuses on test-based processes and results. The research results show that the use of Problem Based Learning (PBL) is able to improve students' learning outcomes. This can be seen in the IPAS score which has increased sharply, from 60% completeness KKTP in cycle I and increased to 95% in cycle II. The cycle ends when learning completeness reaches more than 85% in cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class IV-A students at Gloria 3 Christian Elementary School through the application of the Project Based Learning model on the material of alternative energy sources. The type of research used is pseudo-experimental research. The research design was one group post test only. The subjects of the research conducted were class IV-A students of Gloria 3 Christian Elementary School, totaling 23 people in the 2023/2024 school year. Data collection techniques by means of observation and tests. The research instrument used a learning implementation observation sheet, cognitive test sheet, and product observation sheet. The results of this study indicate that all stages of project-based learning are well implemented. The results of observations of students' attitudes show 100% meet KKTP, the learning outcomes of students show 96% meet KKTP, the results of students' skills in making products 100% meet KKTP. The results of the reflection showed that all students felt happy and could understand the material taught. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the project-based learning model effectively improves student outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN Tambaksari III/159 Surabaya through the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model in mathematics subjects, multiplication of whole numbers up to 100. Through this Problem Based Learning learning model, it is hoped that students will become more active. , directly involved in learning, enthusiasm and enthusiasm for participating in learning activities carried out by the teacher. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the type of research used in this research is classroom action research. Data collection methods consist of observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out using quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. Quantitative data is obtained from the results of students' formative tests at the end of learning. Qualitative data was obtained from observation data regarding the implementation of learning. The research results showed that 13 students scored above the KKTP or 86. 3% of students were declared complete, while 13. 7% had not yet completed. It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects, multiplication of whole numbers up to 100.

Abstract

The research about the increasing’s creative thinking skills of class 2 students through the Project Based Learning learning model has been done. The purposed of the research were to finished learning outcomes and creative thinking skills of students using the Project Based Learning learning model on time material in class II-B SD Khadijah Surabaya. This research is classroom action research (PTK) with two cycles, each cycle consisting of preparation/planning, implementation/execution of activities, observation and reflection. The targets in this research were class II-B students at SD Khadijah Surabaya for the 2023-2024 academic year, totaling 32 students. The learning tools consist of teaching modules, LKPD, teaching materials, while the instruments used are knowledge assessment sheets and observation sheets for students' creative thinking skills. Based on the research results, it was found that students' learning outcomes and creative thinking skills had increased with an average for cycle I of 68. 75 and cycle II of 87. 5 with classical completeness meeting expectations, namely reaching ≥ 85%. From the research results, it can be concluded that students' learning outcomes and creative thinking skills in time material can be improved through the Project Based Learning learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class IV-A students at SDK Santa Angela through the application of the Problem Based Learning model on the material of forces around. The type of research used is pseudo-experimental research. The research design is one group post test only control group design. The subjects of the research conducted were class IV-A students of SD Katolik Santa Angela, totaling 20 people in the 2023/2024 school year. Data collection techniques by means of observation and tests. The research instruments used observation sheets of learning implementation, attitude observation sheets, skill observation sheets and cognitive test sheets. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistics and qualitative. The results of this study show that all stages of Problem Based Learning are well implemented. The results of the observation of the attitude of students show that 100% of students meet KKTP, the results on the skills aspect in presenting show 100% of students meet KKTP, and learning outcomes in the knowledge aspect show 85% meet KKTP. The results of the reflection showed that all students felt happy and could understand the material taught. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the Problem Based Learning model effectively improves student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The improve student learning outcomes through a project based learning model. This research is classroom action research with two assessments. The research subjects were 4th grade students at SD Negeri Margorejo III /405 Surabaya, totaling 32 students. The data collection techniques are: observation, documentation and tests. The analysis technique is an interactive analysis model, which consists of four components of the analysis process in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The average value of the class before using the project based learning model, namely pre-action, was cycle I rose to 81, 25% and in cycle II it rose to 93, 75%. Based on the research results, it was concluded that there was an increase in the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN Margorejo III/405 Surabaya. This increase in learning outcomes can be seen from the percentage of achievement of learning indicators which include oral communication, written communication and group communication. Therefore, the use of the project-model based learning can improve mastery of the concept of magnetic force and learning outcomes of grade 4 students at SD Negeri Margorejo III /405 Surabaya for the 2023/2024 academic year

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop word card media that is appropriate and effective in improving mastery of determining synonyms and antonyms for fifth grade elementary school students. This research is development research, which consists of ten stages. The product produced is in the form of word card media to find synonym and antonym vocabulary, based on scores obtained from material experts and media experts, each with a score of 80 in the good category. The effectiveness of the product produced in improving vocabulary mastery of synonyms and antonyms in Indonesian is based on the results of hypothesis testing which obtained a significance (2-tailed) of 0. 034, smaller than 0. 05. Word card media is effective in improving the ability to find synonym and antonym vocabulary for elementary school students.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the learning outcomes and understanding of the material on the addition and subtraction of fractions using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model for fifth-grade students at SD MARGORUKUN Surabaya. The research method used is a pre-experimental design. The research subjects consisted of 16 students. The research instruments used were a test sheet with 10 questions, a lesson implementation sheet, student reflection, attitude observation sheet, and skills observation sheet. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, tests, and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed based on the results of the implementation of the PBL model, skills sheets, and student response questionnaire data. The results of the lesson implementation had an average score of 98, categorized as excellent, with attitude results showing a score of 81. 8, pre-test knowledge score of 83. 6, post-test knowledge score of 95. 45, critical thinking skills through observation scored 96. 5, categorized as excellent, and communication skills scored 98. 8, categorized as excellent. The use of digital-based video learning media was highly effective in teaching mathematics, particularly the material on addition and subtraction of fractions. The conclusion of this study is that the PBL model can enhance students' skills in teamwork, critical thinking, motivation, and significantly improve their learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of improving student learning outcomes. This research uses a classroom action research (PTK) and quantitative descriptive model. This PTK step consists of 2 cycles. Each cycle is completed in time. The research subjects are class II students in the first semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The instruments applied in the activity are written tests, documentation and observation, while the evaluation focuses on the process, results and outcomes. test and non-test based. The results of the research show that the use of STAD type cooperatives is able to improve students' abilities. This can be seen in the sharp increase in Indonesian language scores, cycle I (number 2080, average of 77, absorption capacity of 70%, learning completeness of 70%) and cycle II (number 2650, average 98, absorption capacity 903%, learning completeness 93%). There was an increase in learning outcomes between cycle I and cycle II, showing an average increase in absorption capacity of 8% and learning completion an increase of 23%. Conclusion: The implementation of STAD type cooperatives in class 2 students at SD Negeri Kertajaya v/ 211 semester I of the 2023/2024 academic year can improve Indonesian language learning outcomes

Abstract

The use of learning media is a necessity for teachers in running the wheels of learning. The presence of learning media is very important because it can help teachers describe learning concepts in a real and fun way in the classroom. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a location at Al Izzah Nature Elementary School, Krian District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research subjects were grade V students, totaling 28 students. The results showed that the use of discovery learning models assisted by audio-visual media in Indonesian language learning can improve significant results. This is indicated by the acquisition of post test data in cycle I and cycle II, the percentage of students who achieved success in cycle I increased from 46. 43% to 82. 14% in cycle II, according to the data on the assessment of learning outcomes in cycle II this increased to 35. 71%. And the acquisition of skill observation data also increased from 71. 43% to 89. 28%. The findings of cycle II allow it to be concluded that the discovery learning model supported by audio-visual media is an effective way of learning and has the potential to help students in improving Indonesian learning outcomes.
