Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) di De Durian Park Jombang dengan memperluas pembahasan dari aspek konseptual, hambatan, serta implikasi strategis. Dalam konteks industri pariwisata berbasis agribisnis, GHRM menjadi instrumen penting untuk mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap tiga informan kunci. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GHRM belum optimal, dengan nilai rata-rata 47,7% pada enam dimensi utama. Hambatan struktural, kultural, dan manajerial menjadi tantangan signifikan. Studi ini memperkaya wacana GHRM dengan menyajikan strategi adaptif berbasis komunitas, integrasi dengan ISO 14001, serta kerangka kolaborasi pentahelix. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan GHRM di sektor pariwisata lokal dan UMKM di Indonesia. Abstract: This study analyzes the implementation of Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) at De Durian Park Jombang by extending the discussion on conceptual aspects, barriers, and strategic implications. In the context of agribusiness-based tourism industry, GHRM is a critical instrument to support environmental, social, and economic sustainability. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving three key informants. The results show that GHRM implementation remains suboptimal, with an average application rate of 47.7% across six main dimensions. Structural, cultural, and managerial constraints are significant challenges. This study contributes to the GHRM discourse by presenting adaptive community-based strategies, integration with ISO 14001, and a pentahelix collaboration framework. The article offers practical and policy insights for enhancing GHRM practices in Indonesia’s local tourism and MSME sectors.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam pengaruh promosi, harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk losion tubuh Scarlett pada pengguna Shopee. Dalam lanskap pasar produk kecantikan yang semakin kompetitif, memahami faktor-faktor fundamental yang memengaruhi pilihan konsumen menjadi krusial bagi keberlangsungan dan peningkatan daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian losion tubuh Scarlett di platform Shopee. Populasi penelitian ini mencakup seluruh konsumen yang pernah membeli losion tubuh Scarlett di Shopee, dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan rumus Lemeshow. Jumlah responden yang berhasil diperoleh adalah 100 orang, yang semuanya merupakan pengguna produk Scarlett. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara komprehensif menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi, harga, dan citra merek secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara individual, di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, citra merek terbukti memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, diikuti oleh harga, dan kemudian promosi. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya strategi pemasaran yang terintegrasi, di mana reputasi merek yang kuat, penentuan harga yang kompetitif, dan upaya promosi yang efektif menjadi pilar utama dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian di sektor produk kecantikan. ABSTRACT This study aims to thoroughly analyze the influence of promotion, price, and brand image on the purchase decision of Scarlett body lotion products among Shopee users. In an increasingly competitive beauty product market landscape, understanding the fundamental factors that influence consumer choices is crucial for a company's sustainability and enhanced competitiveness. This research adopts a quantitative approach, where primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers who have purchased Scarlett body lotion on the Shopee platform. The population of this study includes all consumers who have purchased Scarlett body lotion on Shopee. Sample determination employed a purposive sampling method and the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 100 respondents, all of whom are Scarlett product users. The collected data was then comprehensively analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS 26 software. The analysis results indicate that the variables of promotion, price, and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. Individually, among the three variables, brand image proved to have the most dominant effect on consumer purchase decisions, followed by price, and then promotion. These findings underscore the importance of an integrated marketing strategy, where a strong brand reputation, competitive pricing, and effective promotional efforts serve as key pillars in driving purchase decisions within the beauty product sector.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai di MA Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai MA Bahrul Ulum yang berjumlah 34 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara jenuh. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara budaya organisasi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan aspek disiplin dan kompetensi dalam meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia di lingkungan pendidikan. Kajian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model manajemen pegawai berbasis integrasi perilaku organisasi dan keunggulan kompetitif di sektor pendidikan. Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, kompetensi, kinerja pegawai ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and competence on employee performance at MA Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang. The method employed is a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population in this study consisted of all 34 employees at MA Bahrul Ulum, selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 27. The analysis results show that work discipline and competence have a significant influence on employee performance, while organizational culture does not show a significant effect. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening aspects of discipline and competence in improving human resource performance in educational environments. This study contributes to the development of employee management models based on the integration of organizational behavior and competitive advantage in the education sector. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Hardika Bakti Kabupaten Jombang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, komite, dan orang tua siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memainkan peran penting sebagai administrator, supervisor, dan motivator dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang inklusif dan berkualitas. Kepala sekolah juga berperan dalam mengembangkan profesionalitas guru, membina kerja sama dengan orang tua, serta memberdayakan sumber daya manusia dan sarana pendidikan secara optimal. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan transformatif dan kolaboratif sangat krusial dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SLB. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kepala Sekolah, Kualitas Pendidikan, SLB, Manajemen Pendidikan ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the role of school principal leadership in improving the quality of education at Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Hardika Bakti in Jombang Regency. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The research informants consisted of the school principal, teachers, school committee members, and parents. The findings indicate that the principal plays a crucial role as an administrator, supervisor, and motivator in creating an inclusive and high-quality learning environment. The principal is also instrumental in enhancing teacher professionalism, fostering collaboration with parents, and optimizing human resources and educational facilities. This study affirms that transformational and collaborative leadership are essential for improving the quality of education in special schools (SLB). Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran politik Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) dalam mendukung kemenangan calon legislatif muda pada Pemilu 2024 di Kabupaten Jombang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PPP menerapkan strategi pemasaran politik kombinatif: pendekatan tradisional melalui jejaring pesantren, pengajian, dan silaturahmi tokoh agama; serta pendekatan digital melalui media sosial seperti Instagram, WhatsApp, dan TikTok. Caleg muda berupaya membangun citra politik yang otentik, interaktif, dan adaptif terhadap gaya komunikasi generasi muda. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan sejumlah kendala strategis seperti dominasi caleg senior, keterbatasan logistik, minimnya pelatihan, serta maraknya praktik politik uang. Kajian ini menggunakan kerangka Candidate Marketing Maps dan teori pemasaran politik lainnya untuk membedah efektivitas strategi tersebut dalam konteks lokal. Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kapasitas caleg muda dan reformasi strategi kampanye partai agar lebih responsif terhadap segmen pemilih muda yang terus berkembang. Kata kunci: pemasaran politik, caleg muda, media sosial, PPP, kampanye digital, Pemilu 2024 ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the political marketing strategy of the United Development Party (PPP) in supporting young legislative candidates during the 2024 General Election in Jombang Regency. Employing a qualitative approach and case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature review. The findings indicate that PPP applies a hybrid marketing strategy: a traditional approach involving pesantren networks, religious gatherings, and elite religious figures; and a digital approach using platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok. Young candidates attempt to build an authentic, interactive political image that aligns with the communication style of younger voters. However, several strategic barriers remain, including senior candidate dominance, limited logistical support, lack of training, and the persistence of money politics. This study employs the Candidate Marketing Maps framework and relevant political marketing theories to assess the effectiveness of the strategy in a local context. The findings recommend strengthening youth candidate capacity and reforming party campaign strategies to become more responsive to the evolving young voter segment. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di MTsN 4 Jombang. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, penelitian ini melibatkan 40 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial, motivasi kerja merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja guru. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya penguatan program peningkatan motivasi dan komitmen guru melalui pelatihan, insentif, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang suportif. Kata kunci: komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, guru madrasah. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation on teacher job satisfaction at MTsN 4 Jombang. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, the study involved 40 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that organizational commitment and work motivation simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially, work motivation was the dominant factor influencing teacher job satisfaction. These findings indicate the need to strengthen teacher motivation and commitment programs through training, incentives, and the creation of a supportive work environment. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy for handling non-performing financing (NPF) in Rahn (Islamic pawn) products at KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera, Dukun Branch, East Java. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using interviews, observations, and documentation. The results reveal that problematic financing is mainly caused by internal and external factors, such as weak initial analysis, unstable economic conditions, and member negligence. The handling strategies include a systematic process of warnings, direct visits, formal notices, rescheduling, collateral sales, and PPAP. Moreover, a personal approach based on silaturahmi and the absence of additional margins reflect the application of justice and Islamic principles in maintaining financing quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership in improving the performance of pasukan kuning (municipal sanitation workers) in Jombang Regency. As the frontline of urban cleanliness, pasukan kuning face challenges such as heavy workloads, limited educational backgrounds, and low social recognition. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with officials of the Environmental Agency, field supervisors, and sanitation workers, as well as direct field observations. The findings indicate that transformational leadership is reflected in providing motivation, moral examples, individualized consideration, and work empowerment. These practices result in improved discipline, enhanced intrinsic motivation, small-scale innovations in work methods, and stronger team synergy. However, limitations remain, particularly regarding structural support and institutionalized incentives. The study contributes theoretically to the discourse on public sector human resource management and offers practical recommendations for strengthening training, reward systems, and welfare policies for sanitation workers in Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of situational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Indoasia Raya Bersama Mojokerto. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey design involving 34 employees as a complete sample (saturated sampling). Data was collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS 27. The findings indicate that situational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, while organizational culture shows a positive but nonsignificant effect. However, both variables simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.357, indicating that situational leadership and organizational culture explain 35.7% of the variance in employee performance. These results highlight that adaptive leadership plays a dominant role in production-based work environments, whereas organizational culture needs to be strengthened to optimize its contribution to performance outcomes. This study provides practical implications for improving operational leadership competencies and enhancing cultural internalization to support sustainable employee performance improvement.
