Abstract

Daya tahan merupakan salah satu komponen dasar kondisi fisik yang sangat penting dalam olahraga bola voli untuk menunjang prestasi atlet. Dalam hal ini latihan sirkuit (circuit training) dan variasinya adalah bentuk latihan kesegaran jasmani yang efektif dan terstruktur, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan. Sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dikemukakan tersebut maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan circuit training terhadap daya tahan pada tim MAN 2 Bireuen. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah (one group pretest-postest design) dengan populasi tim bola voli MAN 2 Bireuen. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 16 orang. Instrumen yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan tes bleep tes, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan circuit training. Pada pengujian hipotesis ditribusi t dapat disimpulkan bahwa antara variabel x dengan variabel y diperoleh nilai t = 6,785 maka thitung > ttabel yaitu 6,785 > 1,753, maka Ha diterima, dengan kata lain terdapat pengaruh latihan circuit training terhadap daya tahan tim bola voli MAN 2 Bireuen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami antusiasme remaja putri terhadap latihan beban di Arena Fitness Gym Darussalam serta aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa antusiasme remaja putri terhadap latihan beban disebabkan oleh adanya motivasi estetika tubuh, peningkatan kepercayaan diri, dampak media sosial, serta lingkungan gym menjadi pendorong utama. Hambatan yang tampak melingkupi stereotip gender, rasa malu, dan kurangnya pengetahuan teknik. Kajian teori perkembangan remaja, citra tubuh, motivasi olahraga, gender, pembelajaran sosial, dan dukungan sosial dipakai untuk memperkuat analisis. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat membantu pelatih, pendidik, dan pusat kebugaran dalam merancang program latihan yang lebih inklusif bagi remaja putri.

Abstract

Character education plays a crucial role in shaping children's social attitudes in the digital era, characterized by the rapid development of technology and information. Children are frequently exposed to negative content such as hoaxes, cyberbullying, and information that does not support good moral values. This study aims to analyze the role of character education in helping children distinguish between the positive and negative influences of technology and integrate moral values ​​such as honesty, responsibility, and empathy in developing healthy social attitudes. Furthermore, this study also discusses the importance of digital literacy in supporting character education in cyberspace. The method used in this study is a literature study, collecting and analyzing various sources related to character education, digital literacy, and the impact of technology on children's social development. The results show that integrating technology into character education can be an effective tool for conveying moral values ​​through digital media, but must be done wisely and accompanied by teachers and parents. A balanced approach between technology and traditional methods, as well as collaboration between families, schools, and communities, is key to shaping children's character in the digital era.

Abstract

Islamic education is not only intended for children and adolescents, but also plays a strategic role in the development of adult learners. Adult learners have different characteristics, needs, and learning experiences than children. Therefore, conventional pedagogical approaches are often ineffective when applied to adult education. This study aims to examine the concept of andragogy and its relevance in Islamic education for adult learners. The method used is a literature study by analysing various literature related to andragogy and Islamic education. The results of the study show that the andragogy approach is in line with the values of Islamic education because it emphasises independent learning, the utilisation of life experiences, and a contextual and applicative learning orientation. This approach is expected to improve the effectiveness and quality of Islamic education for adult learners.

Abstract

The evaluation of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in schools often focuses solely on the cognitive aspects of low-level thinking (LOTS), failing to measure students' spiritual and social competencies holistically. This research aims to develop a Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)-based authentic evaluation instrument for IRE subjects. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), this study involved 120 high school students as a sample. Data collection techniques included expert validation, questionnaires, and trials. The results show that the developed instrument—which integrates performance-based assessment, portfolios, and HOTS-standardized objective tests—is highly valid and reliable. This research contributes to providing a new framework for IRE teachers in measuring the internalization of religious values, not just rote memorization. The conclusion emphasizes that authentic evaluation can significantly improve the quality of IRE learning outcomes in accordance with the demands of the 21st-century curriculum.

Abstract

The integration of local cultural values into Islamic Religious Education (IRE) is a strategic effort to bridge Islamic teachings with the socio-cultural context of the student community. This article aims to examine the concept, urgency, and model of integrating local cultural values into IRE, while identifying the challenges and opportunities for its implementation in educational institutions. The method used is a literature study by analysing various scientific sources in the form of books, journal articles, and educational policy documents. The results of the study show that the integration of local culture in PAI can strengthen the internalisation of Islamic values, increase the relevance of learning, and build the character of students who are religious and rooted in local wisdom. However, this integration requires caution so as not to conflict with the principles of Islamic creed and sharia. Therefore, a clear conceptual and pedagogical framework is needed so that integration can run harmoniously and effectively.

Abstract

This article examines the dialectic between religious truth and religious freedom in the context of religious pluralism in Indonesia and globally. Using a theological-philosophical approach, this study analyzes three main paradigms in understanding religious truth: exclusivism, inclusivism, and pluralism.The study finds that the tension between *truth claim* and tolerance can be bridged through a deep understanding of transcendental truth that surpasses human formulations. In the Indonesian context, Pancasila provides a unique framework that allows the coexistence of "truth claim" with religious freedom, although there are still implementation challenges in the field

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven the need for innovative teaching materials that are adaptive, interactive, and learner-centred. This study aims to develop an Arabic e-module based on the Merdeka Curriculum that meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective in supporting the learning process. This study uses the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects involved subject matter experts, media experts, Arabic teachers, and secondary school students. Data were collected through validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The validation results showed that the e-module was of excellent quality in terms of content, language, and media display. The practicality test showed that the e-module was easy to use, interesting, and helped students learn independently. In addition, the effectiveness test results showed an increase in student learning outcomes after using the e-module. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Arabic e-module based on the Merdeka Curriculum is suitable for use as digital teaching material and can be an innovative alternative to improve the quality of Arabic language learning.

Abstract

The low level of student learning outcomes in science lessons is due to a number of students not paying attention and not understanding the teacher's explanations when delivering the material. Some students appear unenthusiastic, and the delivery of material by the teacher is not very interesting because it does not involve the use of media. This study was conducted with the aim of improving student learning outcomes in science lessons on the subject of human movement. Therefore, to achieve this target, it was decided to apply the Tandur method by involving audio-visual media to improve student learning outcomes in studying natural science (IPA) material on the human movement system at the fifth grade level at MIN 34 Aceh Besar. This study is an implementation of classroom action research that utilises specific data collection methods through observation and learning achievement evaluation. A total of 17 students from grade V at MIN 34 Aceh Besar participated in this study. From the data collected in the first and second rounds, there was a recorded increase in student learning outcomes. The percentage of achievement increased from 52.94% in the first period to 85% in the second period

Abstract

This classroom action research (CAR) aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes through the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model to students at MIN 16 Bener Meriah. The background to this research is the low learning outcomes of students caused by mathematics learning that is still teacher-centred and does not relate the material to the real lives of students. This study used the Kemmis and McTaggart ACT model, which was implemented in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were students in class ... at MIN 16 Bener Meriah. Data collection techniques included learning outcome tests, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the application of the CTL model could improve students' mathematics learning outcomes, both in terms of average scores and learning completion rates. Thus, the CTL learning model is effective for use in mathematics learning at MIN 16 Bener Meriah.
