Abstract

City residents need convenient, cheap, safe and easy transportation to meet their daily needs. Mandatory to use non-cash payments in using BRT transportation Policy is one of the steps that can help alleviate queuing problems that can help time efficiency. The policy of using non-cash payments in BRT transportation has been implemented in several cities in Indonesia. The use of cash payment instruments is still superior because currently it is still more common and easier to use, especially in the use of the Trans Jogja BRT. This study aims to determine the characteristics of payment system users based on their travel patterns in assisting policy makers in determining payment service policies in the Trans Jogja BRT. This research is quantitative by identifying the characteristics of user travel patterns through descriptive statistical analysis. BRT Trans Jogja cash payment users are users who come from DIY Province, use BRT Trans Jogja less than 3 times a week and are users 3-4 years old. Users usually walk to the bus stop which is less than 1 km and make payment transactions to officers with a waiting time of < 15 minutes. These users are users who must get cash payment services, so cash payments need to be increased through increased cash payment facilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the condition of stakeholders in the Dompak Free Trade Zone who have their own institutional patterns and government ways of working that have the opportunity to support the implementation of Land Value Capture. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach through descriptive analysis, namely reviewing government regulatory documents relevant to the condition of the study area and then relating it to the application of Land Value Capture and take a questionnaire with stakeholders. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature study, document review, and questionary.The results of this study resulted in the grouping of each stakeholder into four categories namely key players, context setters, subjects, and crowds which were reviewed through six stages of stakeholder analysis. These results indicate a strong potential for implementing Land Value Capture where institutional regulations have supported the utilization of assets owned by local authorities. However, in its implementation, it still has to consider assets owned by local authorities and regulations that bind local government institutions to collaborate with each other in developing a land value capture-based Dompak Free Trade Zone.

Abstract

Kota Medan terdapat sekitar 20 universitas yang dimana adanya keberadaan kampus-kampus tersebut memiliki daya tarik bagi calon mahasiswa yang berada di dalam maupun di luar kota Medan salah satunya adalah Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU). Pada kawasan di sekitar kampus terkhusus pada jalan-jalan yang dekat dengan kawasan kampus mengalami banyak perkembangan dan perubahan yang dapat mempengaruhi pembentukan tipologi kawasan studentifikasi. Perubahan dan perkembangan yang terjadi baik di bagian Utara, Selatan, Barat maupun Timur sangat terlihat dan menjadikan daerah di sekitaran kampus tersebut menjadi pilihan mahasiswa yang berasal dari luar kota untuk menetap. Pada kawasan Universitas Sumatera Utara terdapat perubahan pada kawasan studentifikasi khususnya yang berpengaruh pada commercial property value (nilai property komersial). Perubahan nilai properti komersial pada kawasan studentifikasi di Sekitar Universitas Sumatera Utara dipengaruhi oleh jarak dan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pemilik property komersial. Tipologi kawasan studentifikasi berdasarkan jarak berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa. Kebutuhan mahasiswa tersebut dapat digolongkan menjadi kebutuhan primer, sekunder dan tersier.

Abstract

Settlement development is related to population growth. High population growth causes an increase in demand for residential land. During a period of 5 years (2016 - 2020) there was an increase in the number of residents and  the number of residential buildings. Currently, there are several settlements in the Pemalang Urban Area which are in flood-prone areas. This study aims to analyze the suitability of residential land development in flood-prone urban areas of Pemalang based on land capability. Using a quantitative descriptive method with a spatial approach. The results of the research show that the development of settlements occurs in locations that are in accordance with the capabilities of the land. The development of this settlement was found to occur in a flood-prone area. There is a moderate flood-prone potential of 5.36 Ha (2.47%) and a high flood-prone potential of 211.32 Ha (97.53%). Location of settlement development that is not in accordance with the Regency Spatial Planning Document Pemalang covers an area of 10.01 ha, distributed in 13 sub-districts.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a case of infectious disease that is of concern throughout the world. The intermodal integration facility as a public transportation space has the potential to become a center for the spread of the virus because of its general use. This study aims to formulate an intermodal integration facility design that is responsive to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Dukuh Atas TOD area based on its users so that they can be safe from the threat of the virus while mobilizing to meet their daily needs. This study uses quantitative methods with analytical techniques in the form of descriptive analysis to determine the design of a responsive intermodal integration facility based on the aspect of the facility. The facilities aspect discussed relates to seating arrangements, health facilities, and touch facilities. This study resulted in a design in the form of seating arrangements by limiting the user's sitting area using vegetation, promoting health facilities by providing automatic hand sanitizers placed at entrances and exits, as well as the use of modern technology on touch facilities to prevent direct contact of users with the public facilities.

Abstract

In order to maintain sustainability, the transportation system must consider environmental factors. Lack of public interest is a problem for the implementation of BRT as an effort to transition to sustainable transportation. In an effort to increase the variety of services, it is crucial to have access to transportation options, notably non-motorized, low-pollution vehicles. Descriptive and buffered analysis utilizing GIS is therefore used in this study to identify the characteristics of multimodal non-motorized transportation. The study's findings highlight the dearth of transportation options around bus stops, particularly when considering the effectiveness of non-motorized transportation. The majority of multimodal connection has uniform or homogenous properties.

Abstract

Kelurahan Gemah memiliki fungsi sebagai sub pusat pelayanan BWK yang berisi sarana perdagangan jasa, pendidikan, kesehatan, peribadatan, dan pelayanan umum. Ini menyebabkan banyaknya aktivitas yang terjadi di Kelurahan Gemah sehingga mempengaruhi perkembangan HBE. Semenjak Covid-19, pemerintah menetapkan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat dan pemberlakuan kegiatan online. Ini membuat pelaku HBE di Kelurahan Gemah kehilangan sumber pendapatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kemampuan adaptasi pelaku HBE di Kelurahan Gemah baik dari sisi internal maupun eksternal dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Faktor internal dilihat dari Sustainable Livelihood Approach (SLA) dan eksternal dari kebijakan pemerintah. Lalu, dilakukan analisis tingkat kemampuan adaptasi berdasarkan tipologi HBE. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan skoring dengan skala pengukuran yaitu skala likert. Hasil studi menunjukan kemampuan adaptasi tertinggi berdasarkan rata-rata presentase skor tertinggi yaitu modal fisik, modal sosial, kebijakan, modal manusia, modal finansial, dan modal alam. Sedangkan urutan tingkat kemampuan adaptasi HBE yaitu HBE jasa, HBE olahan pangan, dan HBE perdagangan dimana variabel dengan tingkat adaptasi tinggi diketiganya yaitu kebijakan. Pemerintah telah memberikan dukungan kebijakan dimana sebagian besar telah mengetahuinya tetapi sedikit yang merasa kebermanfaatannya. Selain itu, hanya beberapa pelaku HBE yang mendapat bantuan dana dari pemerintah dan terdapat ketidakjelasan alur pembagian bantuan dana.

Abstract

Kriyan Village is one of the villages that have regional potential in the form of monel crafts. Monel crafts are Home-based Enterprises (HBE) that have been established since the 1970s and continue to grow today. Fans of monel craft accessories are quite broad because marketing distribution does not only occur in the country but has reached overseas. The number of monel artisans is currently also dominated by the elderly. This is a problem considering that the monel craft business has become the starting point for the development of business centers and is still the economic foundation for the people of Kriyan Village, which should be preserved. The study findings indicate that Kriyan Village has an important role in developing the household business category monel handicraft business in Kriyan Village because it can provide the needs of raw materials and labor. This finding is expected to describe the distribution pattern of the monel craft business and the location advantage factors that affect the existence of the monel craft business in Kriyan.

Abstract

Public space in general has a definition as an element of the built and natural environment, public and private, external and internal, rural and urban, where visitors have freedom and access that has no boundaries. The formation of the uniqueness of public space is based on the relationship between the built environment and human behavior patterns. Behavior refers to the reaction or response to the impulse that affects it. A person's way of behaving cannot be equalized because a person's response will be different to the impulses that affect him. The existence of Taman Indonesia Kaya as an open public space is an important element in order to create a city space that is fun, livable and attractive to urban people. The phenomenon in Taman Indonesia Kaya in relation to the built environment with humans is conflicts between space users based on age groups. The purpose of this research is to identify visitor behavior in using Taman Indonesia Kaya. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative methods, as well as the analysis used, namely descriptive statistical analysis and Behaviour Mapping analysis. The results obtained from this research resulted in the characteristics of visitors with adolescent age groups and the dominance of jogging and sitting on the ground behavior.

Abstract

The Semarang City Government has made various efforts to improve the welfare of the community in a just and equitable manner. The Thematic Village Program is one of the flagship programs of the Semarang City Government in overcoming the problem of meeting basic needs, economic, social and environmental. Kampung Jamu, Wonolopo Village, is one of the villages that participated in implementing this Thematic Village program. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Thematic Village Program in Kampung Jamu, Wonolopo Village, Semarang City. The implementation of the Thematic Village program is based on the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Thematic Village program in Herbal Village. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires to members of the Thematic Herbal Village as many as 25 respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and scoring analysis. The results of the implementation of the Thematic Village program in the Herbal Village, Wonolopo Village, can be categorized as successful, with a final score of 2.71. The results of this study were obtained because the Thematic Village program in Kampung Jamu was in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Thematic Village program. The highest level of success is the indicator of being able to meet the needs of life with an average score of 2.76. This proves that the Thematic Village program has an effect on meeting the daily needs of the community, because it is very helpful, especially in fulfilling transportation, communication, and recreation facilities. But not so much on the indicator of employment with the lowest average score of 1.2. This proves that the existence of Thematic Villages in Kampung Jamu currently has no effect on increasing the number of workers as indicated by a percentage of 80%. Meanwhile, 20% of the people think that the Thematic Village only helps a little but cannot create jobs for the community.
