Abstract

In research was conductedin the District of West Kupang Tabilolong Village with the object of research is the economic potential and local culinary tourism. Methods of data collection through field survey, interviews, and question naires. Primary and secondary data sourcesof dataanalysistechniques qualitative descriptive approach SWOTanalysis. Research results show that excellent potential villagers Sea Tabilolong is the result in the form of fish and seaweed are abundant in number, and tourist beaches Tobilolong very potential to be developed with an average value of tourism potential Tablolong by 37 of 21 high-potential tourist factor.From the aspect of visitors average 56% of respondents did not agree with the conditions of the state of the object culinary tour today, while the level of interest of the tourists to the development of culinary travel an average of 89% so that thechances of developing a culinary tourism in coastal Tabilolong very promising it needs the development of culinary tourism Tabilolong Beach. Whereas the results of SWOT analysis showed some strength and weakness of the average value of IFAs by 2.56, with the weakness of the tourist Tobilolong is inadequate access to transportation, limited human resources, infrastructure is inadequate, the absence of tourist ecosystem maintenance, sanitation and hygiene the bad, and no eating it needs the attention of all parties. External analysis results (EFAS) with an average value was 2.17 higher opportunity andchance when compared to the threat level of 0.47. By chance culinary high tourism this it is necessary the development of economic culinary local attractions through.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana kinerja keuangan menggunakan Rasio Likuiditas dan Rasio Profitabilitas pada UD AL-Qudsy Manggis. Pendekatan dalam penelitian yang mengunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian mengunakan studi dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa rasio profitabilitas yaitu pada tahun 2018 sampai 2020 dengan nilai Net Profit Margin (NPM) sebesar 50,23% Sangat Baik. Sedangkan rasio likuiditas ditunjukkan dengan nilai Current Ratio rata-rata 2018-2020 sebesar 274,52% menunjukkan Sangat Baik, dan Quick Ratio sebesar 260,68% Sangat Baik. Current ratio selama tiga tahun merupakan nilai yang sudah mencapai Standar Perusahaan dagang. Hal tersebut menunjukan perusahaan mampu dan dapat membayar hutang lancarnya dengan aktiva lancar dan kas yang tersedia di perusahaan Al-Qudsy Manggis. Dari segi profitabilitasnya yaitu return on investment (ROI) 46,30% di nilai baik karena nilainya sudah mencapai Standar, sedangkan return on equity (ROE) pada tahun 2020 mengalami puncak dan dikatakan sangat baik karena nilainya melebihi Standar yaitu 60,91% nilai tersebut tidak signifikan karena rata-rata (ROE) 2018-2020 adalah 60,84%. Dilihat dari indikator tersebut kinerja keuangan dengan berdasarkan pada Keputusan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah tentang (UMK) UU No.14 Tahun 2009 dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat profitabilitas UD Al-Qudsy Manggis dalam kategori sangat baik karena nilai indicator diatas standartnya. Kemampuan dalam menghasilkan laba perusahan dengan modal perusahaan sendiri yang diinvestasikan kedalam usahanya sangat tinggi serta kemampuan yang dimiliki perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba perusahaan sudah maksimal.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of murabahah financing and mudharabah in BMT Mu’amalah Syari’ah Tebuireng Jombang on customer’s micro business development. This study used quantitative methods. The datas were analyed using simple linear regression analysis to know the influence between the independent variables and dependent variabels. The research population were 30 murabahah financing’s customers and 19 customers of mudharabah financing. Thus, the entire population of murabahah and mudharabah financing customers were used as the research sample. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation to obtain data on the number of customers and about the development of small business. The results showed that murabahahfinancing and mudharabah had a significant positive effect on the development of small business customers BMT Mu’amalah Syari’ah Tebuireng Jombang.

Abstract

This research examines the cosmetics purchase intention of non-Muslim women by analyzing islamic advertising, islamic branding, purchase intention, and consumer’s satisfaction.  Data were collected from 168 Indonesian Non-Muslim women in four cities through online questionnaire using the purposive sampling technique, with Smart PLS used for analysis. The findings showed that Islamic Branding significantly influences customers purchase intention and satisfaction among non-muslim women in using halal cosmetics. This research was carried out to explore and examine the purchase intention of non-Muslim women in using halal and to capture a significant segment of the company products in order to obtain a competitive edge worldwide.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi entrepreneurship di Pondok Pesantren serta cara mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi tersebut.  Penelitian  ini  menggunakan metode  field  research (penelitian lapangan) yang disajikan secara diskriptif kualitatif. Hasil  Penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  implementasi  entrepreneurship  di pondok   pesantren   khususnya di Ma’hadul   Ulum   Asy-Syar’iyyah  Sarang Rembang  berjalan  dengan  baik.  Tujuan yang  ditetapkan  dalam implementasi tersebut adalah tercapainya santri yang dapat menyeimbangkan kepentingan kehidupan dunia dan akhirat. Kendala dalam penerapan entrepreneurship di Pondok pesantren pada umumnya adalah kesulitan dalam pengaturan jam pelatihan yang serngkali berbenturan dengan jam ngaji santri. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi bahan informasi dan masukan bagi mahasiswa, tenaga pengajar,  peneliti dan semua pihak yang terkait dengan pemberian motivasi kepada rekan-rekan santri agar senantiasa meningkatkan kualitas kehidupannya dengan pelaksanaan wirausaha pada masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

One of the teachings of Islam in buying and selling or trading is Islamic business ethics. Simply put, ethics in business is defined as the study of what is good or bad, right or wrong in conducting business activities. Islamic business ethics refers to the guidelines or morals in conducting business activities in accordance with Islamic values, so that these business activities are good and right. Around the Walisongo cemetery complex, there are many vendors selling their goods, including food and beverages, with the majority selling souvenirs specific to this religious tourist site. The research method used in this study employs field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection is conducted through observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis involves data reduction, data display, and subsequent data verification. The findings of this study conclude that the behavior of religious tourism vendors at Walisongo has not yet implemented Islamic business ethics in practice. Many vendors have violated Islamic business ethics, such as lying or being dishonest, making false oaths, acting fraudulently, imposing their will, and prioritizing business over performing religious duties. This is attributed to low educational levels and a lack of information regarding the teachings of ethical conduct in business.

Abstract

In Islamic business, management serve as the basic elements that lways exist and attached to the business processes that will be used as eference by managers in carrying out activities to achieve goals. Urgency of management in a business that is designed includes five functions: planning (planning), organizing (organizing), actuating (mobilization),controlling (control), evaluating (evaluation), coordinating(coordination), motivating (motivation) and leading (leadership). Sothere are seven function from the management perspective of Islam.Business in Islam also aims to achieve four main things: (1) the targetresults: profit-material and non-material benefits, (2) growth, (3)sustainability, (4) blessing.

Abstract

The development of online business has increased very rapidly in 2019. Many people who prefer to buy goods online rather than directly. This is a result of the development of increasingly sophisticated technology with the many features of buying and selling online applications. The presence of online stores that make lifestyle changes in society. Ease and efficiency are the main factors in the people's preference for online transactions. Based on that, the purpose of this study is to analyze the obstacles and constraints of MSMEs to join the online store. After getting the results of the analysis then formulate a development strategy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research object that is the village of Padurenan. The village was chosen because the MSMEs that have been established are very large for the size of one village of 92 units. The results showed that the padurenan village had made a digital village in 2017. The village was able to support from various parties, but when the members were decreasing and there were only 2 MSME members left. The strategy will be developed also by using the principles of Islamic business ethics. Online sales are based on transparency, honesty and fairness. This encourages the realization of sharia maqasid in doing business in the MSME sector.

Abstract

This research are intended to explore the utilization of information technology for small and medium enterprises (SMEs)to develop market share in the form of e-marketing. The results showed that SMEs in the city of Semarang has utilized information technology, from the simplest to the advanced. Hand Phone and computer are a tool that used it, although for computers not all SMEs have been using it. The form of communications media used by SMEs such as: SMS, whatshap, e-mail, website, blog, istagram, blackbarry, line, and the like. The acceptable outcomes of SMEs when they use technology are in addition to encouraging increased sales, as well as obtaining convenience when communicating with customers, ordering, marketing products, identifying customer needs, identify supplier needs, consumer surveys and the like.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has shaped people's behavior patterns to utilize technology to facilitate activities. Technological innovations used in the financial sector with Islamic concepts are called sharia financial technology. This study aims to prove the theoretical concepts of planned behavior (attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptions of behavior control), the use of technology, Islamic financial literacy and digital literacy influence students' interest in using Islamic financial technology. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. The population in this study were FEBI UIN RIL students. The sampling method used accidental sampling with a total sample of 221 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the structural equation model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the Warpls 7.0 tool. The results of the study prove that the variables attitude (X1), perceived behavioural control (X3), digital literacy (X5), and use of technology (X6) influence students' intentions to use Islamic financial technology. Meanwhile, the subjective norm variables (X2) and Islamic financial literacy (X4) have no effect on students' intentions to use Islamic financial technology.
