This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and flexible work arrangement on employee performance, the type of research used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Sample taken as many as 35 respondents. Data analysis use descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the variable work-life balance and flexible work arrangement didn’t affect the performance of employees as seen from the results of the t test to get a tcount of -1.258 and sig. of 0.218 (p>0.05) which shows that there is no influence between work-life balance on employee performance. And the t test results obtained a tcount of 2.625 and a sig. of 0.013 (p>0.05) which indicates that there is no influence between flexible work arrangement on employee performance. The adjusted R square value is only 0.282, it shows that the work-life balance and flexible work arrangement have an effect of 28.2% on the performance of employees and the rest 71.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

This paper develops a creativity-based framework of entrepreneurial learning and knowledge management through strategic asset towards competitive advantage. Entrepreneurial learning, knowledge management and creativity are interdependent. The strength of a firm’s strategic asset help shapes its proficiency to develop creative capabilities of turbulent environments through entrepreneurial learning. Enterprises with strong creative capabilities are intensely entrepreneurial, but instead depend on how firms’ capabilities synergistically combine and transform knowledge resources. Furthermore, this paper aims to integrated the concept of strategic asset, entrepreneurial learning, knowledge management and creative thinking and places bounds on feasibility of particular strategies to sustain superior enterprises competitive advantage in complex and volatile external environments.

This study aims to analyze work stress from work-life balance and workload. The population that is used in this study are all employees at the Directorate General of Islamic Education (DGIE), Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (MORARI) with a sample of 212 employees. The method of determining the sample uses the probability sampling method with a simple random sampling approach. This study uses a type of research (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire and then analyzed using PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Workload has a significant negative effect on work-life balance, work-life support has a significant and negative effect on work stress. Worklife balance can mediate the relationship between workload and work stress.

Kontrak takafuli disebut juga dengan akad tabarru’, yaitu derma atau sumbangan. Kontrak atau akad ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dana kebajikan dengan niat ikhlas saling membantu satu dengan yang lain dengan sesama peserta asuransi syariah apabila diantaranya ada yang terkena musibah. Tabarru’ sebagai akad pada asuransi syariah ini diatur oleh Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No.53/DSN-MUI/III/2006, pada point ke dua disebutkan bahwa akad tabarru’ ini dilakukan dalam bentuk hibah dengan tujuan kebajikan dan tolong menolong antar peserta, dan bukan untuk tujuan komersial. Tabbaru’ sebagai akad yang harus melekat di dalam perjanjian asuransi bukan dengan akad jual beli. Asuransi tidak menggunakan akad jual beli dikarenakan syarat dalam transaksi jual beli terdapat penjual, pembeli dan harga serta barang yang diperjualbelikan, di dalam asuransi yang dipersoalkan adalah berapa premi yang harus dibayar kepada perusahaan asuransi karena kita tidak tahu kapan risiko yang dipertanggungkan itu akan terjadi, sehingga akad jual beli dalam asuransi biasa terjadi cacat secara syariah karena tidak jelas (gharar).

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial marketing and consumer needs adaptability in strengthening market penetration among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Food and Beverage (FnB) sector in Central and East Java. The research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). A total of 150 FnB MSME owners and managers were selected through purposive sampling. The findings indicate that entrepreneurial marketing has a significant and positive effect on marketing performance and market penetration. Consumer needs adaptability is proven to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and marketing performance, highlighting the importance of aligning innovation with consumer expectations. Furthermore, the integration of aesthetic value in product presentation enhances consumers’ emotional engagement, which indirectly supports market penetration. The results also reveal that adaptability and creativity are not only strategic capabilities but are culturally embedded practices within local MSMEs. This study concludes that FnB MSMEs can achieve sustainable growth by adopting entrepreneurial-oriented marketing strategies that are responsive to dynamic consumer preferences, local tastes, and aesthetic values, thereby improving market expansion and overall marketing performance in a competitive and evolving business environment.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of activities revolving Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK) Mojowarno subdistrict PNPM Mandiri in 2014. Indicators used to measure effectiveness is in the form of performance instrument measuring the ratio CCR, ROI, PAR, LAR.This type of research is qualitative descriptive. This study uses secondary data derived from the financial statements in the form of funds flow statement, balance sheet and income statement in 2014. The data was analyzed using a model of Miles and Huberman. Results of analysis of the effectiveness of the CGU districts Mojowarno 2014 indicate that the value CCR> 125% is equal to 219%, which means an effective, ROI figures show 26% are categorized as effective as> 10%, PAR is considered effective because the value obtained <10% is equal to 6 %, and LAR in the category are not effective because of ≥20%, ie by 21%.

Electronic money is growing rapidly now, people are required to follow quickly and adapt so they are not less competitive. Electronic money products issued by non-banking institutions, one of which is Gopay. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of people in Central Java regarding electronic money on the interest in using e-money Gopay in Central Java. The research method is quantitative research with a positivism research paradigm approach using a questionnaire method with a total sample of 100 respondents. The results showed that simultaneously the benefits, promotion, and service quality variables had a positive and significant effect. Partially the benefits and promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on interest, but the variable service quality does not have a significant effect on interest.Keywords: usefulness, promotion, service quality, interest

Bank Syariah is a syariah financial institution that is oriented to profit (Profit). Profit is not only for the benefit of the owner or the founder, but also very important for the development of sharia bank business. Bank as a financial institution which one of its functions is to collect public funds, must have a source to raise funds before the channel back to the community. As an intermediary institution, the first capital of a financial institution is trust, namely the trust of the parties it connects. In other words, the first capital of a financial institution is the credibility of which the customers or the public at large. While the second capital of a financial institution is professionalism, namely professionalism in managing money or deposit funds mandated to him.

Investasi merupakan suatu instrumen dalam keuangan yang bertujuan untuk menyimpan aset untuk masa depan. Akan tetapi, maraknya kasus penipuan investasi yang terjadi di Indonesia disebabkan banyaknya pengguna media social yang mayoritas adalah Generasi Z dimana mereka masih belum bisa membedakan informasi tentang investasi yang legal dan tidak legal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Perilaku Keuangan, Pendapatan, dan Religiusitas terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi pada mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Islam di kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 210 responden melalui kuisioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji koefisien berupa outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Literasi Keuangan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi t-statistik 2.557 > 1.663 t-table dan P values 0.011 < 0,05. Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi t-statistik 2.685 > 1.663 t-table dan P values 0.007 < 0,05. Pendapatan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi t-statistik 3.193 > 1.663 t-table dan P values 0.001 < 0,05. Religiusitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi t-statistik 4.193 > 1.663 t-table dan P values 0.000 < 0,05.

Taxes are the largest source of state revenue that has many roles. Until 2017 taxes can contribute 85.6% of state revenues. The level of taxpayer compliance in Indonesia is quite alarming and continues to decline, in 2011 taxpayer compliance could reach 97.2%, but in 2014 it fell to 91.6%, and again in 2015 only 82%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the efilling system on taxpayer compliance and to know the relationship between the application of e-filling systems and taxpayer compliance which was moderated by internet understanding. The initial step as the main basis of research is by collecting data. Primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. All taxpayers registered with the Tax Office as the study population. Determination of the sample was obtained by the Slovin formula so that 100 respondents were obtained. The analysis method uses simple linear regression and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method. The results obtained are that the application of e-filling system has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance and internet understanding is able to moderate the relationship between the application of e-filling systems to taxpayer compliance.
