Abstract

This paper is motivated by the policy of the Financial Services Authority, in which Shariah Banking is able to compete and perform the intermediation function equally and felt by the people of Indonesia. The policy of the Financial Services Authority has a synergy between sharia banking and the Community in the form of easily accessible financing. This paper aims to determine the impact and strategy of development policy of Financing and financial inclusiveness in increasing the financing of Bank Syariah in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative approach, descriptive type. The result of this paper is the policy of development of financing and financial inclusions have a significant impact for the improvement of financing. The strategies for the policy to produce maximum financing; first the need for support from the government as regulatory publishers, universities, state enterprises to support the financing climate; secondly, the shift of regulatory thinking from the achievement of the quantity of funds alone, but also must be based on the number of people who can be served. Third Improvement of Sharia Banking Human Resources with the training policy, providing sufficient incentives and minimum standards for recruitment of sharia banking managers. Thirdly, sharia banking always considers Third Party Funds Management, Fourth; consider the profit-sharing rate used in the financing contract. Fifth, Sharia Banks have the opportunity to cooperate (chanelling) with Non-Governmental Groups that have been free from poverty, and maximize financing for the allocation of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi salah satu pemain ekonomi yang mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dalam jumlah besar. Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah sulitnya mendapatkan akses modal dari lembaga keuangan serta kurangnya pemberdayaan dari berbagai pihak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pembiayaan syariah dan pemberdayaan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pendapatan UMKM. Teknik analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Pembiayaan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan UMKM dengan arah koefisien positif menunjukkan bahwa semakin meningkatnya pembiayaan syariah maka akan semakin meningkat pula pendapatan pelaku UMKM. 2) Begitu juga dengan Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan UMKM menunjukkan bahwa semakin meningkatnya pemberdayaan maka akan semakin meningkat pula pendapatan pelaku UMKM. 3) Adapun keeratan hubungan antara pembiayaan syariah dan pemberdayaan dengan peningkatan pendapatan berada pada interprestasi sangat kuat.

Abstract

Corporate Governance (CG) merupakan tata kelola perusahaan yang menjelaskan hubungan antara berbagai partisipan dalam perusahaan. Tata kelola perusahaan yang baik tentu menjadi ekspektasi oleh stakeholders, yaitu keberhasilan dalam  menentukan arah dan kinerja perusahaan. Corporate governance berhubungan erat dengan bagaimana para pemilik modal atau investor yakin bahwa manajer akan memberikan keuntungan bagi mereka, sehingga bagaimana para investor bias mengontrol para manajer. Corporate Governance (CG) yang mengandung empat unsur penting, yaitu keadilan, transparansi, pertanggungjawaban dan akuntabilitas, diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu solusi dalam meminimalisir konflik keagenan. Hubungan implisit antara pemegang saham dan manajer hanya salah satu dari hubungan keagenan, hubungan keagenan yang lain misalnya hubungan antara manajer dengan berbagai kelompok yang memiliki kepentingan terhadap perusahaan.

This Research reveals the role of the Community Cup Kamisan.A community that started its operations from discussions talk think(cups) in the core of the house of the host. Anxiety the pegiatnyaconsisting of academics, activists, journalists, citizen, teachers,businessmen, were enterprising, and various creative communitycity. Kamisan Cup community is attempting to revive the role of thevarious entities in the City Metro Lampung with spirit to build thecollective intellectual property. Abstract

Quality assurance becomes the main priority for the company. The quality of the product is closely related to the ability of the product to carry out its functions, with the good quality of the product will make the consumers satisfied and trust. Customer satisfaction is something that needs to be considered by the company. Another factor that can affect customer satisfaction is the quality of service as an effort to fulfill the needs and desires of consumers and the provision of delivery in keeping up with consumer expectations.  This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and service quality partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Roya Café. The research method uses a type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation. The research instrument uses questionnaires distributed to Roya Café consumers. The sample was taken by 226 respondents, using Non-Probability Sampling technique with Incidental Sampling approach. The analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regressions. The results showed that partially the quality of the product had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and the quality of service partially influenced positively and significantly to customer satisfaction at Roya Café.

Abstract

Small medium enterprises is one of the perpetrators of the economic potential in Indonesia, both in terms of number and its contribution to the national economy. This event will be based on research by the large number of potential young entrepreneurs for small medium enterprises that develop among the students of business management Course Shari'a. However, the potential of encountering problems one is difficult because of the limited structure and capability still managing their finances. The purpose of this research is to know the financial competency mapping and owned by small medium enterprises run by young entrepreneur. Further based on the database used to compile the proper accounting training design. Primary data obtained from in-depth interviews, questionnaires and observation directly. Financial competence that is owned by young entrepreneurs for small medium enterprises can be seen from the source variable capitalization, turnover, business profits and the ability of the application of accounting in the form of presentation of the financial statements. The results showed that most small medium enterprises have difficulty in the sector as well as a good amount of capitalization capital structure. small medium enterprises operational views of the turnover and operating income showed a fairly progressive conditions for businessmen beginners. While the ability of drawing up financial statements still minimal, more that just make a simple cash flow report

Abstract

The intention to visit a halal destination is influenced by several factors, either directly or indirectly. The factors that influence intention to visit a halal destination include electronic word of mouth, destination image, social media and consumer behavior. The objectives of this study are (1) to examine the direct and partial effects of electronic word of mouth, destination image, social media on consumer behavior; (2) examining the direct and partial effects of electronic word of mouth, destination image and social media on intention to visit halal destinations; (3) examining the direct influence of consumer behavior on the intention to visit a halal destination; (4) examining the indirect influence between electronic word of mouth, destination image, social media on the intention to visit halal destinations mediated by consumer behavior. This study used path analysis with the SPSS program, with 73 research subjects.  The results showed that (1) partially, it was found that there was a significant influence between EWOM, destination image and social media on consumer behavior; (2) that E-WOM affects the intention to visit a halal destination, while consumer behavior, destination image and social media do not influence the intention to visit a halal destination; (3) consumer behavior shows a significant influence on the intention to visit a halal destination; (4) and from the analysis of the indirect effect, the results concluded that consumer behavior is not an intervening variable between E-WOM, destination image and social media.

Abstract

Goals of the research to analyze whether occurred abnormal return of ASIAN Games phenomena and see how investors react to the big ASIAN Games 2018 event in Indonesia. . This reseach uses a sample of companies included in the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the observation period, based on the purposive sampling method which obtained 22 companies and used the event study method. There is a significant abnormal return but not on the phenomenon of the Asian Games 2018. This shows that investors still wait and see to the organization of the Asian Games in 2018. No difference of abnormal return before and after the Asian Games 2018. This is because, as investors look to the many tourists who have started to flock to Indonesia before the Asian Games in 2018 took place.

Money is usability standards contained in the goods and labor.Money is defined as anything that is used to measure the typeof goods and labor. Suppose the price is standra for goods,while the wage is the standard for humans, each of which is anestimate of the value of goods and the power of people.Estimated values of goods and services wherever the land isrepresented by units, the units which is the standard used tomeasure the usefulness of goods and labor that became amedium of exchange (medium of exchange) and is called theunit of money In the Islamic concept, money is a flow concept.Islam does not recognize the motives need money because theydo not allow for speculation. Abstract

Fintech equity crowdfunding telah masuk ke Indonesia dan berdampak kepada bertambahnya variasi pilihan pelaku usaha untuk memperoleh akses modal. Jumlah penduduk Indonesia yang mayoritas beragama Islam menjadikan potensi permintaan akses terhadap permodalan berbasis syariah berkembang, begitu juga dengan potensi fintech equity crowdfunding berbasis syariah. Akses modal melalui fintech equity crowdfunding syariah dapat menjadi alternatif sumber permodalan bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Potensi keterlibatan UMKM dalam mengakses permodalan melalui sistem ini semakin terbuka sejak adanya Peraturan OJK nomor 37/POJK.04/2018 tentang Layanan Urun Dana Melalui Penawaran Saham Berbasis Teknologi Informasi (Equity Crowdfunding). Metodologi penulisan karya ilmiah ini menggunakan kajian pustaka dan metode analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, kesempatan dan tantangan dalam implementasi akses modal bagi UMKM melalui fintech equity crowdfunding syariah. Dari hasil analisis SWOT dirumuskan strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh para stakeholder terkait antara lain; a) penguatan UMKM dari segi sumber daya, b) kesiapan penyelenggara LUD dalam melaksanakan layanan urun dana, c) kehati-hatian investor terhadap tindakan investasinya, d) peran pemerintah dalam menjamin kelangsungan yang baik dalam mekanisme fintech equiy crowdfunding syariah untuk semua stakeholder yang terlibat, dan e) peran masyarakat dalam mengawasi fintech equity crowdfunding syariah.
