This study aims to detect fraudulent financial reporting through fraud pentagon theory in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic index 70. The research method used is quantitative research with a comparative causal approach. Related to sampling using purposive sampling. The findings in this study are the financial target variables, external pressure, nature of industry and rationalization have a significant effect on the detection of financial statement fraud. As for financial stability, ineffective monitoring, change in auditors, change of director, and arrogancy do not have a significant effect on the detection of financial statement fraud.

This study aims to determine the macroeconomic indicators that affect sharia banking stock price index period 2014-2016. Four variables consist of inflation, BI interest rate, rupiah exchange rate and SBIS are considered to have an effect on the syariah bank stock price index. This research uses quantitative method. This study uses monthly time series data which is analyzed by multiple linear regression. The data used are secondary data with 36 data from January 2014-December 2016. Data collection is taken with documentation techniques sourced from the official website of Bank Indonesia and yahoofinance.com. The results showed that inflation did not significantly influence the sharia bank stock price index. While the BI interest rate, the exchange rate of rupiah and SBIS have a significant influence on PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk stock price index. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the indicators considered in the PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk stock price index are BI rate, rupiah exchange rate and SBIS.

AbstractThe emergence of many conveniences in using digital wallets are the goal in this study, namely to determine the effect of the three components of financial literacy on the financial satisfaction of digital wallet users in Generation Z. The three components of financial literacy consist of financial behaviour, financial attitude and financial knowledge. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method, with purposive sampling method for determining the population that consist of 40,000 ShopeePay Indonesia Twitter account followers and a sample of 380 ShopeePay Indonesia Twitter account followers. Data collection techniques use literature and questionnaires with Likert scale techniques. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24 software tools for windows. The results showed that the financial behaviour variable (X1) had no partial effect on financial satisfaction. While the variables of financial attitude (X2) and financial knowledge (X3) have partial effect on financial satisfaction. The variables of financial behaviour, financial attitude, and financial knowledge simultaneously affect the financial satisfaction of Shopeepay digital wallet users in Generation Z. Therefore, there are need a development in this research and can be used as theoretical support, especially in the financial literacy component.Keywords: financial literacy, financial behaviour, financial attitude, financial knowledge, financial satisfaction

Ihtikār dalam perekonomian modern didefinisikan sebagai proses monopoli atas supply dan demand komoditas dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan tertentu. Untuk itu perlu dibuat peraturan yang mampu mengayomi hajat hidup orang banyak. Dalam hal ini, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pandangan Islam tentang penimbunan (monopoli)? Bolehkah menimbun barang yang dibutuhkan masyarakat? Dan kalau tidak boleh, adakah pengecualian yang dapat dilakukan? Hasil pembahasan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa monopoli dan penetapan harga bisa dilakukan jika keadaan harga dipasaran melonjak tinggi. Tentunya, yang lebih berhak mengendalikan monopoli dan penetapan harga adalah penguasa dengan syarat untuk kemaslahatan orang banyak. Monopoli dan penetapan harga pada dasarnya merugikan orang banyak, namun, keduanya dapat diberlakukan dalam keadaan terpaksa dan harga tidak stabil. Sehingga, kebutuhan hajat orang banyak dapat teratasi

As in conventional financial institutions there areinsurance, so also on the sharia financial institutions have shariainsurance named with takaful. The subject of done author is gives acomparison between the conventional insurance and takaful. So thatcan provide a description of the opportunities takaful development inIndonesia as a whole.The Annual Report Bappepam-LK 2011 syariah insurance(takaful) number of wealth and investment funds owned by Rp9,2Trillion and Rp7,8 Triliundan growth that occurs on this industryof 31,94% and 33,76%. From this study by relying on the principle thatis owned by the takaful conclusion can be that takaful in Indonesiastill have opportunities that is large enough to perform the expansionof the market by touching the middle to society.

Islamic marketing ethics in Islamic institutions are used to encourage customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Islamic marketing ethics and customer satisfaction in Islamic banking. The method used in the preparation of this article is a literature review. Based on the discussion of the previous literature, it can be denied that Islamic banking has a stable existence and tends to experience positive growth every year. Islamic banking is one form of business in general that requires a marketing strategy so that sharia marketing ethics becomes the basic concept in marketing. Marketing ethics that prioritizes morality, honesty, and openness represent ethical values that can shape customer preferences. The advantages of Islamic banks in interest-free products with profit and share principles must be packaged in Islamic marketing ethics so as to build customer confidence. Products that are trusted and free from customer complaints that serve customer satisfaction optimally. The formation of customer satisfaction is able to create long-term customer loyalty so that it can maintain the financial performance of Islamic banks.

To be able to realize the business goals and social objectives of Islamic banks need to be supported by Islamic corporate governance mechanisms that protect the rights and interests of all stakeholders who are subject to the rules of sharia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic corporate governance mechanism variables on the performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia based on the maqashid sharia index. The results showed that the number and education of the Sharia Supervisory Board had a significant effect. While concurrent positions and meetings of the Sharia Supervisory Board have no significant effect on the performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia based on the maqashid sharia index.

This study aims to analyze and understand the effect of market risk management as measured by stock price, inflation, and BI-7days-RepoRate on the profitability of Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research method is included in descriptive quantitative research. The population used is all Islamic banks listed on the IDX. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from quarterly financial statements and historical data on stock prices of Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the observation period from Q12021-Q12023. The research model uses the Ordinary Least Square panel data regression analysis method through the Eviews 10 program. The results showed that partially, stock prices and inflation had a positive and significant effect on the profitability of Islamic banks, while BI-7days-RR had a negative and significant effect on the profitability of Islamic banks. While the results of simultaneous tests are known, the three independent variables in this study together affect the profitability variable of Islamic banks by 89% and the remaining 11% are influenced by other factors outside this research.

Financing or financing is funding provided by one party to another party to support the planned investment, whether done alone or in an institution. Risk in the banking context is a potential event, both predictable and unpredictable that has a negative impact on bank income and capital. The main reason for the occurrence of credit risk is that banks are too easy to lend or invest because they are too required to take advantage of excess liquidity, so that credit assessments are less careful in anticipating various possible business risks that they finance. Risk management is needed to identify, measure and control various types of risk, because it becomes a very basic tool to support the sustainability of the bank's business. The type of risk management that is closely related to the role of DPS is reputation risk, which in turn has an impact on displaced commercial risk, such as liquidity risk and other risks. The function and role of DPS in Islamic banks has strong relevance to the risk management of Islamic banking, namely reputation risk, which in turn impacts other risks such as liquidity risk.

Many of variable that influencebehaviour of person to do economic activities one of them isculture. This research means to interest the people doenterpreneurship and to increase it by using Alquran asguidance.This study used a qualitative approach, with shadesof library research (library Risearch). This study also aims todetermine the Qur'anic concept of entreprenuership, as well asethnology relation to the formation of a person's interest tobehave entreprenuership. Patterned with qualitative researchliterature research can be concluded: the Qur'an has economictheories with the concept tijarah including entreprenuership.The concept and value of economic value contained in theQur'an into the basic motivation of behavior entreprenuersMuslims, the Qur'an which emphasizes benefit of the people,justice that promotes ethical behavior in each business process,became the basic philosophy in conducting economic activities,including the activities entreprenuership. Second, the idea ofthe results of the concept of human thought and activity in theform of economic behavior contained in a culture that becamehereditary behavior in public when adjusted to the economicvalue contained in the Qur'an will awaken the concept ortheory about sharia entreprenuership.
