Abstract

This research aims to synchronize Rahn Tasjily and Fiduciary Guarantees regarding the types of debt that can be guaranteed and the collateral binding mechanism in realizing legal harmonization. This research uses a normative juridical method, a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study are secondary in the form of manuscripts of the Fiduciary Law and MUI Fatwa, and other books. There are two data collection techniques in this study, namely; documentaries and literature. The research results show two things. First, the synchronization of types of debt related to Fatwa Rahn Tasjily does not provide a definition of debt so there is no synchronization with the Fiduciary Guarantee Law. Second, synchronizing the Rahn Tasjily Fatwa binding mechanism needs to include the obligation to bind Rahn Tasjily before a notary and a legal guarantee registration institution to realize sharia harmonization.

Abstract

Alternative solutions in overcoming the waste problem are carried out by developing a waste bank which is a social engineering activity that teaches people to sort waste and raises public awareness in waste management. The eco-design innovation of waste processing with a digital-based waste bank program with a synergistic pentahelix approach has become an innovation at the grassroots level, especially in Sukoharjo. This study uses a qualitative method, which is equipped with data analysis with descriptive statistics. The effectiveness of waste management is defined by the high amount of managed waste, the amount of waste being recycled, and the large economic benefits resulting from waste management. This is due to the low percentage of managed waste and the low percentage of recycled waste, which of course also has low economic benefits. Waste banks in the Sukoharjo area need to be further involved in this waste management, so that the effectiveness of its management increases and the economic benefits taken can be maximized. The existence of a waste bank has proven to be effective in reducing waste problems in Sukoharjo. it is necessary to use digital technology which is still rarely used by waste banks in Sukoharjo. Therefore, an eco-design of waste management through a digital-based Waste Bank in Sukoharjo needs to be implemented. Eco-design of waste management through the Waste Bank in this study is to use Pentahelix synergy, namely collaboration between elements of government, academia, the business sector, community, and the media.

Abstract

This study explores the development of Kartasura as a culinary tourism destination through the 2023 International Fried Duck Festival, using a Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach. The festival emerged from the collaboration between FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said, the Kartasura District Government, the Pawartos community, and the Fried Duck Vendors Association. CBPR methodology facilitated active participation of stakeholders throughout the planning and implementation stages. The findings reveal that the festival successfully engaged local SMEs, distributed 3,000 free portions of fried duck rice, and introduced Kartasura’s culinary identity to an international audience, including representatives from five countries. Nevertheless, the study highlights a critical limitation in terms of sustainability, as the festival has not yet evolved into an annual agenda. More sustainable practices are observed in routine events such as Kartasura’s Car Free Day and the Ambal Warsa Kartasura anniversary celebration. These findings underscore the need for strategic integration and continuous evaluation to strengthen Kartasura’s position as an emerging international culinary destination.

ASEAN  Economic  Community  (AEC)  2015  can  bring  both  positive and  negative  impact  on  MSMEs.  To  deal  with  any  negative  impacts,SMEs  need  for  strategies  to  exist  and  continue  growing.  One  such strategy  is  the  cluster  approach.  This  approach  is  done  by  groupingthe  core  industries  that  are  interconnected,  both  supporting industries  (supporting  industries),  industries  related    (related industries), supporting    services,    economic    infrastructure,  research, training,     education,     information infrastructure,     technology infrastructure,  natural  resources,  and  any  related  institutions. Cluster  is  also  a  way  to  set  some  economic  development  activities.  Based  on  the  result, Strategies  to  Increase  Industry  Competitiveness  in Facing  ASEAN  Economic  Community  (AEC)  is  done  by:  1.  The  use of  core  competencies  in  seeking  to  improve  the  competitiveness clusters.  And  2.  Creating  their  competitive  advantage  cluster  based on RBV (Resources Based Value) approach.

The results of this study indicate that the approach strategy taken by IMFIs in responding to the Covid-19 outbreak is a Generic Strategy Approach which consists of cost leadership, focus cost, differentiation and cost differentiation. Meanwhile, the government policy responded taken to save IMFIs from the Covid-19 storm through profit margin subsidies. Unfortunately, the implementation in the field has experienced many obstacles that have greatly disturbed the economic recovery program launched by the government. The results of this study have implications for IMFIs that in order to survive the Covid-19 pandemic, IMFIs must adapt an appropriate strategies.
