Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya pengenalan konsep jual beli Islam sejak dini melalui kegiatan sosialisasi bertajuk “Menanamkan Nilai-Nilai Bisnis Syariah Sejak Dini” yang dilaksanakan di SDIT Ibnu Abbas, Kamang Hilir, Kecamatan Kamang Magek. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan konsep halal dan haram dalam transaksi, serta dasar-dasar etika bisnis Islam kepada siswa sekolah dasar. Penanaman nilai-nilai bisnis syariah sejak usia dini merupakan langkah strategis dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda yang jujur, amanah, dan beretika dalam berwirausaha. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, pemutaran video animasi edukatif, serta sesi tanya jawab yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat perkembangan kognitif siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu memahami konsep dasar etika bisnis syariah, seperti kejujuran, amanah, larangan penipuan, serta pentingnya niat yang baik dalam bertransaksi. Pendekatan yang kontekstual dan menyenangkan terbukti efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai bisnis syariah secara dini dan berkelanjutan. This article discusses the importance of introducing Islamic buying and selling concepts from an early age through a socialization activity entitled “Instilling Sharia Business Values from an Early Age,” which was conducted at SDIT Ibnu Abbas, Kamang Hilir, Kamang Magek District. The activity aimed to introduce the concepts of halal and haram in transactions, as well as the basic principles of Islamic business ethics to elementary school students. Instilling Sharia business values from an early age is a strategic step in shaping the character of the younger generation to be honest, trustworthy (amanah), and ethical in entrepreneurship. The activity was implemented using a participatory approach through interactive lectures, the screening of educational animated videos, and question-and-answer sessions tailored to the students’ stages of cognitive development. The results indicate that students were able to understand the basic concepts of Sharia business ethics, such as honesty, trustworthiness, the prohibition of fraud, and the importance of good intentions in transactions. A contextual and enjoyable approach proved effective in instilling Sharia business values from an early and sustainable perspective

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pengelolaan keuangan masyarakat. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi tersebut belum merata, khususnya di wilayah pedesaan yang masih menghadapi keterbatasan literasi keuangan dan digital. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan digital warga Jorong Balai Satu, Nagari Malalak Selatan, Kecamatan Malalak, melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan berbasis digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi penyuluhan literasi keuangan, pelatihan teknis penggunaan aplikasi Buku Kas Apps, simulasi pencatatan keuangan, serta evaluasi pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan mampu memahami dasar-dasar pengelolaan keuangan digital, seperti pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran secara tertib dan sistematis. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan kendala pada sebagian peserta lanjut usia yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengoperasikan perangkat gawai, terutama karena keterbatasan penglihatan dan adaptasi teknologi. Secara umum, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kesadaran finansial, keteraturan pencatatan keuangan, serta perubahan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan masyarakat desa ke arah yang lebih baik. The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to community financial management. However, the utilization of such technology remains uneven, particularly in rural areas that continue to face limitations in financial and digital literacy. This study is the result of a community service activity aimed at improving the digital financial literacy of residents in Jorong Balai Satu, Nagari Malalak Selatan, Malalak District, through training on the use of a digital-based financial recording application. The activity was implemented using a participatory approach that included financial literacy counseling, technical training on the use of the Buku Kas Apps application, financial recording simulations, and evaluation of participants’ understanding. The results indicate that community members showed high enthusiasm and were able to understand the basic principles of digital financial management, such as orderly and systematic recording of income and expenses. Nevertheless, challenges were identified among some elderly participants who experienced difficulties in operating mobile devices, particularly due to visual limitations and challenges in adapting to technology. Overall, this activity made a positive contribution to increasing financial awareness, improving the regularity of financial record-keeping, and fostering positive changes in financial management behavior within the rural community.

Abstract

Pendidikan menabung dalam perspektif Islam merupakan bagian penting dalam pembentukan karakter anak sejak usia dini. Pembiasaan menabung tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mengajarkan pengelolaan keuangan, tetapi juga menanamkan nilai tanggung jawab, perencanaan masa depan, dan pengendalian diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan dampak edukasi menabung berbasis nilai-nilai Islam terhadap pemahaman dan motivasi siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang melibatkan siswa, guru, dan orang tua di SDN 09 Masang Tiku V Jorong. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi awal, penyampaian materi menggunakan media interaktif berupa gambar, poster, dan cerita, simulasi praktik menabung menggunakan celengan, serta diskusi dan refleksi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama dua hari dengan durasi tiga jam setiap harinya dan melibatkan siswa kelas III hingga V. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan antusiasme dan pemahaman siswa terhadap pentingnya menabung sebagai bekal perencanaan masa depan. Sebelum kegiatan berlangsung, sebagian besar siswa belum memiliki kebiasaan menabung secara rutin, namun setelah pelaksanaan program, siswa menunjukkan motivasi yang lebih tinggi untuk mulai menabung, baik di sekolah maupun di rumah. Pemberian celengan menjadi stimulus efektif dalam membentuk kebiasaan baru. Savings education from an Islamic perspective is an important component in shaping children’s character from an early age. The habituation of saving not only aims to teach financial management skills but also to instill values of responsibility, future planning, and self-control. This study aims to describe the process and impact of Islamic values–based savings education on elementary school students’ understanding and motivation. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design involving students, teachers, and parents at SDN 09 Masang Tiku V Jorong. Data collection techniques included initial observations, the delivery of learning materials using interactive media such as pictures, posters, and storytelling, simulations of saving practices using piggy banks, as well as discussions and reflection sessions. The activities were conducted over two days, with a duration of three hours per day, and involved students from grades III to V. The results indicate an increase in students’ enthusiasm and understanding of the importance of saving as preparation for future planning. Prior to the activity, most students did not have a regular saving habit; however, following the implementation of the program, students demonstrated higher motivation to begin saving, both at school and at home. The provision of piggy banks served as an effective stimulus in forming new saving habits

Abstract

Seiring meningkatnya penetrasi teknologi ponsel pintar dan akses internet di wilayah pedesaan, platform geolokasi seperti Google Maps memiliki potensi besar sebagai media pemasaran digital bagi pelaku usaha mikro. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi ini di Nagari Koto Gadang Jorong Ateh masih tergolong rendah dan belum dikelola secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi usaha mikro lokal dalam mengadopsi Google Maps sebagai sarana pemasaran digital serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap peningkatan visibilitas usaha dan penjualan produk. Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan, meliputi survei lokasi, wawancara dengan pelaku usaha, perencanaan program, pelaksanaan pelatihan penggunaan Google Maps, pendampingan pembuatan dan pengelolaan akun usaha, dokumentasi, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan pemanfaatan Google Maps memberikan dampak positif bagi pelaku usaha mikro, khususnya dalam meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan keterjangkauan informasi usaha kepada konsumen. Pelaku usaha memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan Google Maps sebagai media promosi digital yang efektif, sehingga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan visibilitas usaha dan potensi penjualan. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan Google Maps dapat menjadi solusi strategis dalam mendukung digitalisasi pemasaran usaha mikro di wilayah pedesaan. Along with the increasing penetration of smartphones and internet access in rural areas, geolocation platforms such as Google Maps have great potential as digital marketing tools for micro-enterprises. However, the utilization of this technology in Nagari Koto Gadang Jorong Ateh remains relatively low and has not been managed optimally. This study aims to examine the potential of local micro-enterprises to adopt Google Maps as a digital marketing medium and to analyze its impact on increasing business visibility and product sales. This activity was conducted as part of a community service program and implemented through several stages, including site surveys, interviews with business owners, program planning, training on the use of Google Maps, assistance in creating and managing business accounts, documentation, and activity evaluation. The results indicate that training and mentoring in the use of Google Maps have a positive impact on micro-enterprises, particularly in improving marketing strategies and expanding the accessibility of business information to consumers. Business owners gained knowledge and skills in utilizing Google Maps as an effective digital promotional medium, thereby contributing to increased business visibility and sales potential. Thus, the utilization of Google Maps can serve as a strategic solution to support the digitalization of micro-enterprise marketing in rural areas

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam dalam inisiatif bank sampah berbasis masjid sebagai strategi pemberdayaan sosial-ekonomi dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di Masjid Al-Abrar, Jorong Haraban, Kecamatan Palupuah, Kabupaten Agam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap pengelola masjid, kelompok perempuan, serta organisasi kepemudaan yang terlibat dalam program bank sampah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum program dijalankan, pengelolaan sampah dilakukan melalui pembakaran terbuka tanpa pemanfaatan nilai ekonominya. Setelah penerapan bank sampah, masyarakat—khususnya kelompok perempuan dan pemuda—berhasil diberdayakan untuk mengelola sampah anorganik secara produktif, sehingga menghasilkan pendapatan yang dimanfaatkan bagi kas masjid dan kegiatan sosial. Program ini mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam seperti ta’awun (tolong-menolong), maslahah (kemaslahatan umum), dan keadilan distributif dalam praktik ekonomi sirkular. Meskipun masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur dan tingkat kesadaran masyarakat, bank sampah berbasis masjid terbukti menjadi model transformatif yang mampu menghubungkan etika Islam, pemberdayaan ekonomi, dan pelestarian lingkungan. This study examines the integration of Islamic economic values in a mosque-based waste bank initiative as a strategy for socio-economic empowerment and environmental sustainability. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at Al-Abrar Mosque, Jorong Haraban, Palupuah District, Agam Regency. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving mosque administrators, women’s groups, and youth organizations participating in the waste bank program. The findings indicate that prior to the implementation of the program, waste management was carried out through open burning without utilizing its economic value. Following the establishment of the waste bank, the community—particularly women and youth groups—was successfully empowered to manage inorganic waste productively, generating income that was allocated to mosque funds and social activities. The program integrates key Islamic economic values such as ta’awun (mutual assistance), maslahah (public benefit), and distributive justice within the practice of a circular economy. Despite facing challenges related to limited infrastructure and varying levels of public awareness, the mosque-based waste bank has proven to be a transformative model capable of linking Islamic ethics, economic empowerment, and environmental conservation

Abstract

Pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis potensi lokal merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan. Artikel ini mengkaji upaya pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Jorong Mudiak Palupuh, Kabupaten Agam melalui pengolahan pisang menjadi keripik. Wilayah ini memiliki potensi produksi pisang mencapai sekitar 250 ton per tahun, namun selama ini sebagian besar hasil panen dijual dalam bentuk mentah sehingga nilai tambah ekonomi yang diperoleh masyarakat masih rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kapasitas masyarakat, khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga, dalam mengolah pisang menjadi produk keripik bernilai jual tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dan Problem Based Learning (PBL), dengan tahapan meliputi identifikasi permasalahan, pelatihan teknis pengolahan, praktik produksi, pengembangan strategi pemasaran offline dan online, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam proses produksi keripik pisang, terciptanya produk berkualitas dengan harga jual mencapai Rp60.000 per kilogram, serta terbukanya peluang usaha baru yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan keluarga. Dengan demikian, pengolahan pisang menjadi keripik memiliki potensi besar sebagai strategi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif lokal. The development of a creative economy based on local potential is an important strategy for increasing income and improving the welfare of rural communities. This article examines efforts to develop the creative economy in Jorong Mudiak Palupuh, Agam Regency, through the processing of bananas into banana chips. The area has a banana production potential of approximately 250 tons per year; however, most of the harvest has traditionally been sold in raw form, resulting in low economic value added for the local community. This community service program aims to enhance the skills and capacity of community members, particularly housewives, in processing bananas into banana chip products with higher market value. The methods employed include the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and Problem-Based Learning (PBL) approaches, with stages encompassing problem identification, technical training in processing techniques, hands-on production practice, development of offline and online marketing strategies, and evaluation of program outcomes. The results indicate an improvement in community skills related to banana chip production, the creation of quality products with a selling price of up to IDR 60,000 per kilogram, and the emergence of new business opportunities that contribute to increased household income. Therefore, banana processing into chips has significant potential as a strategy for local creative economic development

Abstract

Pendidikan keagamaan sejak dini memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk pemahaman dan karakter religius peserta didik. Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan kegiatan edukasi mengenai pentingnya ibadah haji dan umrah di SDN 01 Batang Palupuh, sebuah sekolah dasar di wilayah pedesaan yang memiliki keterbatasan pengetahuan keagamaan terkait ibadah haji dan umrah. Keterbatasan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh latar belakang keluarga siswa yang sebagian besar belum pernah melaksanakan kedua ibadah tersebut. Kegiatan edukasi ini dilaksanakan melalui metode penyampaian materi secara interaktif dan simulasi sederhana pelaksanaan ibadah haji untuk memberikan gambaran konkret kepada siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap pengertian, tata cara pelaksanaan, serta nilai-nilai spiritual yang terkandung dalam ibadah haji dan umrah. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga berdampak positif terhadap motivasi keagamaan siswa dan berkontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter religius sejak usia dini. Dengan demikian, edukasi dan simulasi ibadah haji dan umrah dapat menjadi metode pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keagamaan siswa sekolah dasar, khususnya di wilayah pedesaan. Religious education from an early age plays an important role in shaping students’ understanding and religious character. This article discusses the implementation of an educational activity on the importance of Hajj and Umrah at SDN 01 Batang Palupuh, an elementary school located in a rural area with limited religious knowledge related to Hajj and Umrah practices. This limitation is influenced by the family backgrounds of the students, most of whom have never performed either pilgrimage. The educational activity was conducted through interactive material delivery and simple simulations of Hajj rituals to provide students with a concrete and contextual understanding of the worship practices. The results of the activity indicate an improvement in students’ understanding of the meaning, procedures, and spiritual values embodied in Hajj and Umrah. In addition, the activity had a positive impact on students’ religious motivation and contributed to the formation of religious character from an early age. Therefore, educational activities combined with simulations of Hajj and Umrah rituals can serve as an effective learning method for enhancing religious understanding among elementary school students, particularly in rural areas

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) kuliner di Jorong Tanjung Batuang, Nagari Duo Koto, Kecamatan Tanjung Raya, Kabupaten Agam melalui penerapan inovasi digital dan strategi branding guna meningkatkan pendapatan dan daya saing usaha. Dalam konteks ekonomi kreatif, pelaku UMKM dituntut mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan perilaku konsumen dan perkembangan teknologi digital, namun sebagian besar pelaku usaha setempat masih mengandalkan metode pemasaran tradisional dan belum memiliki identitas merek yang kuat. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang berfokus pada pengembangan desain merek, inovasi produk, serta strategi promosi digital dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Canva, Instagram, dan WhatsApp Business. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM mampu menghasilkan logo usaha, meningkatkan kualitas kemasan produk, serta memanfaatkan media sosial secara konsisten sebagai sarana promosi. Penerapan strategi tersebut berdampak pada meningkatnya keterlibatan pelanggan dan pertumbuhan pendapatan usaha. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong peningkatan kreativitas, kepercayaan diri, dan literasi digital pelaku usaha lokal. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi digital dan branding merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam memperkuat daya saing, kemandirian ekonomi, dan keberlanjutan UMKM di tingkat lokal. This community service activity aims to empower culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jorong Tanjung Batuang, Nagari Duo Koto, Tanjung Raya District, Agam Regency through the application of digital innovation and branding strategies to increase business income and competitiveness. In the context of the creative economy, MSME actors are required to adapt to changes in consumer behavior and rapid digital technological developments; however, most local entrepreneurs still rely on traditional marketing methods and lack a strong brand identity. The program was implemented through a training and mentoring approach focused on brand design development, product innovation, and digital promotion strategies by utilizing applications such as Canva, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business. The results show that MSME actors were able to create business logos, improve product packaging quality, and consistently use social media as a promotional platform. The implementation of these strategies had a positive impact on increasing customer engagement and business revenue growth. In addition, this activity encouraged the enhancement of creativity, self-confidence, and digital literacy among local entrepreneurs. Abstract

Kerupuk Kamang merupakan produk kuliner tradisional khas Sumatra Barat yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai makanan ringan, tetapi juga merepresentasikan warisan budaya dan kearifan lokal masyarakat Nagari Kamang. Produk ini dibuat dengan bahan-bahan alami dan metode produksi tradisional yang mencerminkan nilai kebersamaan serta identitas budaya lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi pengembangan Kerupuk Kamang sebagai produk bisnis berbasis budaya di era modern serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi pustaka dan observasi lapangan terbatas terhadap proses produksi, nilai budaya yang terkandung, serta praktik pemasaran yang dilakukan pelaku usaha. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Kerupuk Kamang memiliki potensi ekonomi yang signifikan untuk dikembangkan sebagai produk unggulan daerah, namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam aspek inovasi pengemasan, strategi pemasaran, kehadiran digital, serta keterbatasan kapasitas kewirausahaan dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi. Penguatan branding berbasis budaya, pemanfaatan media digital, serta pelatihan kewirausahaan yang berkelanjutan menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa melalui kolaborasi lintas sektor antara pelaku usaha, pemerintah, dan masyarakat, Kerupuk Kamang berpotensi menjadi produk ekonomi kreatif yang mampu melestarikan nilai budaya sekaligus mendorong pembangunan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan. Krupuk Kamang is a traditional culinary product from West Sumatra that functions not only as a snack but also as a representation of cultural heritage and local wisdom of the Nagari Kamang community. This product is made using natural ingredients and traditional production methods that reflect values of togetherness and local cultural identity. This study aims to analyze the potential development of Krupuk Kamang as a culture-based business product in the modern era, as well as to identify the challenges and opportunities encountered in this process. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review and limited field observations focusing on the production process, embedded cultural values, and marketing practices carried out by local producers. The findings indicate that Krupuk Kamang possesses significant economic potential to be developed as a regional flagship product. However, it still faces several challenges, particularly in packaging innovation, marketing strategies, digital presence, entrepreneurial capacity, and compliance with regulatory standards. Strengthening culture-based branding, utilizing digital media, and providing sustainable entrepreneurship training are identified as key factors in enhancing the product’s competitiveness. This study concludes that through cross-sector collaboration among business actors, government institutions, and the community, Krupuk Kamang has the potential to become a creative economy product that preserves cultural values while simultaneously promoting sustainable local economic development

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai prinsip-prinsip dasar serta produk-produk perbankan syariah kepada ibu-ibu PKK di Jorong Sitingkai, Kecamatan Palupuh, Kabupaten Agam. Fokus utama kegiatan diarahkan pada pengenalan konsep perbankan syariah yang berlandaskan prinsip keadilan, transparansi, dan bebas riba, khususnya melalui akad-akad utama seperti mudharabah (bagi hasil), musyarakah (kerja sama modal), dan wadiah (titipan). Selain pemaparan konsep, kegiatan ini juga menekankan pada penerapan praktis produk perbankan syariah dalam aktivitas keuangan sederhana yang telah akrab dalam kehidupan masyarakat, seperti arisan dan simpan pinjam kelompok. Pendekatan ini bertujuan agar peserta dapat memahami bahwa prinsip-prinsip syariah tidak bersifat abstrak, melainkan dapat diimplementasikan secara nyata dalam pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga dan komunitas. Penyampaian materi dilakukan secara interaktif dan komunikatif dengan menyesuaikan kondisi sosial serta tingkat literasi peserta. Metode diskusi dan tanya jawab digunakan untuk mendorong partisipasi aktif ibu-ibu PKK, yang terlihat dari tingginya antusiasme serta keterlibatan peserta selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa materi mengenai produk perbankan syariah sangat relevan dengan praktik ekonomi berbasis komunitas di tingkat rumah tangga. This activity aimed to provide socialization and education on the basic principles and products of Islamic banking to members of the PKK women’s group in Jorong Sitingkai, Palupuh District, Agam Regency. The main focus of the activity was the introduction of Islamic banking concepts based on the principles of justice, transparency, and the prohibition of usury (riba), particularly through key contracts such as mudharabah (profit-sharing), musyarakah (capital partnership), and wadiah (safekeeping). In addition to conceptual explanations, the activity emphasized the practical application of Islamic banking products in simple financial activities commonly practiced in the community, such as rotating savings groups (arisan) and group savings and loans. This approach aimed to help participants understand that Islamic principles are not merely abstract concepts but can be concretely implemented in household and community financial management. The material was delivered in an interactive and communicative manner, adapted to the social conditions and literacy levels of the participants. Discussion and question-and-answer methods were employed to encourage active participation, which was reflected in the high level of enthusiasm and engagement among the PKK members throughout the activity. The results of the activity indicate that the material on Islamic banking products is highly relevant to community-based economic practices at the household level.
