Adolescent hypertension is an increasing health issue that poses a risk of cardiovascular complications in adulthood. Back adipose vibration therapy is a non-pharmacological approach aimed at regulating blood pressure homeostasis by modulating the autonomic nervous system. This quasi-experimental study employed a pre-test and post-test design involving 30 hypertensive adolescents divided into an intervention group (n=15) and a control group (n=15). The intervention group received back adipose vibration therapy for four weeks, while the control group received no intervention. Blood pressure was measured before and after treatment using a digital sphygmomanometer, and autonomic nervous system activity was assessed through heart rate variability (HRV). The results showed that the intervention group experienced an average reduction in systolic blood pressure of 10 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of 5 mmHg, whereas the control group only showed a decrease of 2 mmHg and 1 mmHg, respectively (p=0.02). Additionally, the intervention group exhibited a 15% increase in HRV, indicating enhanced parasympathetic activity and reduced sympathetic dominance. These findings suggest that back adipose vibration therapy is effective in lowering blood pressure and improving autonomic nervous system balance in hypertensive adolescents. Through mechanoreceptor stimulation and increased nitric oxide release, this therapy has the potential to serve as a non-pharmacological alternative for adolescent hypertension management in primary healthcare settings.

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are one of the main factors causing reduced productivity of workers, especially medical personnel. Hospital employees, have a high risk of experiencing health problems, especially in the muscles and joints as a result of their static work positions and postures that last for a long time. A prevention effort is needed so that hospital employees can avoid muscle and joint problems that can affect their productivity. This can be prevented by the application of B-Fit exercises between the work activities of medical personnel. Based on the Ministry of Health's recommendation, the B-Fit exercise is done in 4 movements with a duration of no more than 3 minutes. The main targets of B-fit exercise are Brimedika General Hospital’s personnel who spend most of their time sitting while facing patients. This activity was attended by 28 participants consisting of doctors, nurses, administrative staff, cleaning service RSU Brimedika. The results showed that the implementation of B-fit exercises was felt to increase flexibility, muscle strength, and reduce the risk of injury due to poor posture. In addition, B-fit exercises can also improve mood, reduce stress, and increase work productivity. B-fit exercise is an effective and efficient intervention to improve the health and well-being of medical personnel at Brimedika General Hospital. It is recommended to make a sustainable program in the form of implementing the B-Fit exercise routine according to the Ministry of Health's recommendations which is 2 times B-Fit in a day.

Shivering, which often occurs after spinal anesthesia if left unchecked can worsen postoperative conditions, causing perioperative hypothermia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving hot packs on the incidence of shivering after laparatomy surgery with spinal anesthesia. The research method used Quasi Experimental Two Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling type totaling 38 respondents, with Shapiro wilk normality test and wilcoxon rank-sum test. The research instrument used an electric hot pack, the intervention was given once for 15 minutes on the right and left forearms. Research in the treatment group showed that most of them experienced shivering. The results of the Wilcoxon rank-sum test in the intervention group were (p = 0.000), in the Mann Whitney test with the results (p = 0.000) which means there is an effect of giving before and after hot packs on the degree of shivering in patients post laparatomy surgery with spinal anesthesia. Giving hot packs is proven to have an effect in reducing shivering and increasing body temperature in postoperative laparatomy patients with spinal anesthesia. This simple intervention can help improve patient comfort and recovery after surgery. It is expected that health workers use hot packs as an action to overcome shivering.

Nurses in carrying out their role as care givers have the task of caring for patients, making decisions, communicating and collaborating with other health teams. The Emergency Room is part of the hospital that provides initial treatment for patients. The implementation of patient safety carried out by nurses is a form of compliance in every action or interaction with patients in accordance with a compliance theory or known as the "Compliance Model" (Charles et al, 2003). The design in this study was analytical observation using a cross-sectional approach. This study was conducted in the Emergency Room of Dr. Soedomo Trenggalek Hospital in March - April 2019. The population in this study were all nurses in the Emergency Room of Dr. Soedomo Trenggalek Hospital as many as 30 people with the sample being nurses in the Emergency Room of Dr. Soedomo Trenggalek Hospital. The sampling procedure was carried out using total sampling. The researcher used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The factor that most influences the role of nurses as care givers in implementing patient safety through the compliance model approach in the Emergency Room is the nurse's attitude. Hospitals are required to provide continuous education and training, periodic socialization of training results to improve the knowledge and skills of officers in implementing patient safety so that it has an impact on optimal nurse performance. Patient safety as a global issue must be included in the education curriculum and become a target for student competency achievement so that new nurses can implement patient safety.
