Abstract

The research was motivated by the decrease in the number of consumers who served at PT. Nasmoco Pemuda. The aim of this research is conducted to determine the influence of customer relationship management and customer experience support to re-purchasing through brand trust. The population is all consumers who served in 2014 . While the sample of 100 consumers, with sample technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis used in this research is the Path Analysis using software SPS 19.0, which previously tested the validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and signification test (t test and F test) first. The result of this research approved that customer relationship management (X1) and customer experience (X2) partially or simultaneously can influenced brand trust (Z) and re-purchasing (Y). According the result of path analysis showed that brand trust variable is intervening variable towards re-purchasing in this research.

Abstract

Nowadays, motorcycle taxi transformed into a professional motorcycle taxi with technological sophistication by the existence of Go-JekAlthough it is known that Go-Jek's technology app has had a positive impact, it has problems. First, the presence of Go-jek denied by the motorcycle taxi.Secondly, the operates regulation of Go-jek. The criticisms that go to Go-jek are the problem of motorcycle taxi (motorcycle). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of sharing economy, profit sharing system, and flextime to intention drivers gojek area of central jakarta with effectiveness as intervening variable. This type of research is explorative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The number of samples taken as many as 100 respondents. Data were analyzed through validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, t test, F test, and sobel test with the help of SPSS program. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, showing the results of the study economy economy is in good category of 37.5 percent. Variable profit sharing system is in good category, amounting to 37.8 percent. Flexible variable is in good category, 38,6%, effectiveness variable is in high category, equal to 39,7% and intention variable in high category equal to 39,1%. Suggestions in this study is about other ojek online should uses the concept of business sharing economy in order to facilitate the registration requirements for public intention to become higher.

Abstract

This study aimed to to determine the effect variables of Product Innovation, Product Quality and Brand Equity on Purchase Decision  On Small and Medium Enterprises Educative Props Children Toy’s in Semarang District. This type of research used is explanatory research, data collection methods using an  interview and  questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents who make a purchase on  Small and Medium Enterprises Educative Props Children Toy’s via nonprobability sampling technique by using purposive sampling method. The results of the statistical linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y = - 1.466+ 0,562X1 + 0,481X2+ 0,109X3 e. From the regression equation it is known that the product innovation, product quality and brand equity has an effect on purchase decision. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination 0.725 magnitude. It is indicating that the product innovation, product quality and brand equity variables could explain 72,5% of purchase decision. Based on the results of the data analysis we can conclude the existence effect of product innovation, product quality and brand equity to purchase decision Educative Props Children Toy’s and have a strong level of closeness relationship this means that the higher product innovation, product quality and brand equity that will lead to the higher purchase decision. Companies can improve product innovation by adjusting the needs of consumers, improve the quality of packaging products mainly deals with products that are still moldy so much attention at the time of packaging, improve brand equity by creating the web to introduce more products and brands, and need a guidebook  for any desain product.

Abstract

In its activity, small scale industries facing with the competitive from different angles of factor which affect it, one of many factors is global regulation. In held of ASEAN Community in early 2016 will affect the way business activites and capable to change business environment. This research especially addresses how Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) facing ASEAN Economic Community especially in Semarang County, affect the relation between individual performance and MSME’s performance.This study aims to determine the effect of relation between Organization Citizenship Behavior and MMEs Performance with Preparation Facing ASEAN Economic Community as a moderating variable, Type of explanatory research, data collection techniques are interviews with the tool questionnaire, sampling technique purposive sampling with a sample size 50 MSME’s. The data were analyzed through correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, regression moderation, and t test. The data were analyzed quantitatively using software SPSS and qualitative.The result showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior categorization is quite high. Then the MMEs Performance categorization is high enough. The Organizational Citizenship Vehavior has a quite high influence on the MSME’s Performance (49.2 percent) as well as the significant and positive impact on the MSME’s Performance (0.701). Preparation Facing ASEAN Economic Community is a potential moderating variable by variable regression coefficient of MSME’s Performance not significant. In Conclusion, the higher level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the higher MSME’s Performance and Preparation Facing ASEAN Economic Community have potential to become moderation variable. MMEs suggested to improve the awareness of worker on MSME’s development and improve outwork activity which can create good name for enterprises. Beside that, MSME’s unnecessary considering Preparation Facing ASEAN Economic Community in making policy decisions to improve MSME’s Performance but should focus more on improving the Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the difference of Bank Financial Soundness between Indonesia Sharia Banks and Malaysia Sharia Banks during the period of 2012-2016. This research used RGEC method (risk, good corporate governance, earning, capital) to analyze the bank soundness using six financial ratios such as, FDR, NPF, BOPO, ROA, ROE and CAR. The data of this research was using financial report which were provided by each sharia bank. The sample of this research is limited only for sharia commercial banks totally 21 banks which is consist of 11 sharia commercial banks in Indonesia and 10 sharia commercial banks in Malaysia. Test of the data normality was using Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test, while to find out the condition of each variable was using descriptive statistic and Mann-Whitney U Test for hypothesis testing. All research indicators showed that there’s the differences of FDR, NPF, BOPO, and ROE between sharia commercial banks in Indonesia and Malaysia. While the other two variables such as ROA and CAR showed that there’s no the differences between sharia commercial banks in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of  the compensation and work motivation toward turnover intention through work stress of employee’s of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara branch office semarang. This type of research is explanatory, to explain the causal relationship between the compensation and work motivation toward turnover intention. Population ini this research is PT. Bank Tabungan Negara branch office semarang permanent employee’s. The number of samples in this study amounted to 91 people used by census sampling’method. Data collection methods used is literature studies and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using a test of validity, reliability, simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. While hypothesis testing using t-test, F test and path analysis. The results showed that compensation and  work motivation affects turnover intention. Based on the path analysis, its show that direct effect of compensation toward turnover intention is 0,451. Meanwhile, the impact of compensation toward turnover intention through work stress is 0,518. Its show that the impact of compensation towardbturnover intention is higher if through work stress. In the other side, the  direct effect of  work motivation toward turnover intention is -0,199. Menawhile, the impact of work motivation toward turnover intention through work stress is -0,517.  Its show that the impact of work mtoviation toward turnover intention is higher if through work stress. Conclusion the study show compensation, work motivation and work stress partially and simultaneously affect turnover intention. Firms need to review standards and employment targets , reviewing the reward and punishment system , improving employee discipline and working relationships both vertically and horizontally and create a working environment that is conducive to both physical and non-physical.

Abstract

The stock price is a form of public trust in the company’s performance. Stock price are influenced by two factors, that are the fundamental factor or factor related to the performance of a company and market factor (investors and potential investors trust), the factors that are determined from the external company. There are various sectors of open manufacture or manufaktur tbk listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). One of them is the multifarious industry sector which consists of 7 sub-sectors of open manufacturing companies or manufaktur tbk. The automotive and component sub-sectors consissts of 13 open manufacturing companies or manufaktur tbk. In the last three years the automotive and component sub-sectors have fluctuated in the ROA, ROE, EPS, DER, and stock price so that investors have difficulty determining the decision indicator to invest.This type of research is an explanatory research, with the population that can be studied in the automotive and component sub-sectors with a total of 11 companies. The type of data source that used is the secondary data obtained indirectly. The type of data used in this study are time series data and cross section data or often referred as panel data. Methods of data analysis used are classical assumption, correlation, determination, simple regression, multiple regression, and signification test by using SPSS application.This study concludes that ROA and EPS have an effect on stock price, which mean ROA and EPS have increase, then stock price partially increase. While ROE and DER have no effect on stock price. Testing simultaneously shows ROA, ROE, EPS, and DER have an effect on stock price. If ROA, ROE, EPS, and DER increase, then the stock price increases as well.Based on that matter, the authors suggest that automotive and component sub-sectors companies should pay attention to indicators on ROA, ROE, EPS, and DER so stock price will increase. So that the investors are interested to invest their asset in the company.

Abstract

Rabbani Pandanaran Muslim Boutique Semarang is one area of ​​business that offers products such as the veil, Muslim clothing, and the like, both for women and adam. As a company engaged in the marketing of the product, the quality of products and services becomes important. The research is motivated by data last months of customer Rabbani Muslim Boutique Pandanaran fluctuated Semarang (changing) and have not reached the target number of customers steadily. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer loyalty tehadap locations through customer satisfaction. The results showed that the total effect of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction by 24.5 percent

Abstract

Quality human resources were one of the key factors for the success of a business.  Based on the data obtained, employee performance at telogorejo hospital in semarang shows fluctuating figures that tended to decrease in 2018.  Through the results of preliminary studies, it could be seen that there were indications of a decrease in employee job satisfaction caused by compensation and work motivation.  Thus, decreased job satisfaction was thought to caused a decrease in employee performance.  This typed of researched was explanatory researched that explains between variables through hypothesis testing.  Sampling using a convenience sampling technique as many as 177 respondents who were nurses telogorejo hospital semarang.Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature studied.  This researched uses quantitative analysis with validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, regression analysis, t-test with the help of ibm spss version 16. 0 and sobel analysis to test the effect of intervening variables.  Based on the results of the studied indicate that compensation and work motivation partially had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on performance, job satisfaction could mediate the effect of compensation on performance as a partial intervening variable and could mediate the effect of work motivation on performance as a partial intervening variable.  The advice given to improved employee performance was to considered nurses' input on the policy of base salary that must be adjusted to the workability of nurses, as well as to determine the number of individual achievement incentives.  To increase work motivation by applying a sensed of openness between nurses and company leaders as well as establishing fraternal relations between each nurse, and regular training needs to be held to improved the ability of nurses in providing health services so that it will affect nurse job satisfaction which ultimately affects employee performance.

Abstract

AbstractEvery company needs the resources that have important influence to achieve success. Success in achieving the organization's goals came from the behavior of its own employees therefore the employees that make up the structure of the organization and take advantage of technology. Performance of the employee is influenced by several factors such as motivation, competence and Working Environment. Poor performance of the employee caused by low motivation, lack of competence and a poor working environment at Patra Jasa Semarang Convention Hotel.This research uses explanatory type approach, against 60 respondents with sampling purposive technique. Data collection techniques in this study using the technique of collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is quantitative. Quantitative analysis using validity test, reliability test, cross tabulation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, as well as the significance test (t test and F test) with the help of SPSS version 16.0 for Windows.The results of statistical analysis known partial influence between motivation on performance of the employee by 27.4%. Then competence to performance of the employee by 17.8%. while for the working environment on the performance of the employee by 35%. Simultaneous influence of the influence of motivation, competence and working environment on the performance of the employee is 34.2%, while 65.8% are influenced by other factors.Recommendations for improving the performance of employees to the company to increase its attention to the work motivation, competence and working environment which in turn will ultimately increase performance of the employee.
