Abstract

Nowadays, people has been aware about the importance of health. Public awareness about the importance of health is an opportunity for health sevice especially hospital. Therefore, many hospitals are competing to provide satisfaction for its customers. There are several factors that affect patient satisfaction such as service quality, location, and hospital rate. Based on the existing problems in this research is the result of pre-survey of 30 respondents which indicate patient dissatisfaction. This research purpose to find out positive and significant influence of service quality, location, and hospital rate on hospitalized patient satisfaction at Lestari Raharja Hospital Magelang. This research included in explanatory. Taked 88 respondents as sample with proportionate stratified random sampling method. Collecting data used questionnaire and interview. Hypotheses tested by crosstab, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The result of this research show that service quality, location, and hospital rate are proved have positive and significant affect in partially and simultaneously on Patient Satisfaction.

Abstract

The success of the organization in achieving the objectives that have been determined is determined by the success of the employees in carrying out its duties. These employees are ultimately the executor of activities within the organization and have an important role in efforts to achieve the goals of the organization. It is unfortunate when in reality the utilization of employees as human resources has not been optimal.The purpose of this research is to know the effect of organizational support and interpersonal communication to affective commitment through job satisfaction as intervening variable. Type of research used in this research is a type of research eksplanatory research. This research is aimed to find out the magnitude of relationship and influence between research variables. In this study the population is the employee of packaging PT. Sido Muncul Semarang. So it can be concluded that the sample to be taken at least 80 people with the reasons of time limitations, for that number of research samples to be researched as many as 100 people because it already meets the minimum sample amount of 80 people. In this research the sampling technique used is non probability sampling. This sampling technique is a sampling technique in a particular consideration to determine which population members will be selected as samples and data collected through questionnaires.The analysis used in this research is inferential analysis (test of validity and reliability test), coefficient of determination, cross table analysis, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and path analysis. The results of this research instrument testing using computer programming tool SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) For Windows version 19.The conclusion in this research is organizational support has an affect on to Job Satisfaction at packaging department employees PT. Sido Muncul Semarang. Interpersonal Communication affects Job Satisfaction at packaging department employees PT. Sido Muncul Semarang. Organizational Support has an affect on to Affective Commitment at packaging department employees PT. Sido Muncul Semarang. Interpersonal Communication affect on to Affective Commitment at packaging department employees PT. Sido Muncul Semarang. Job Satisfaction affect on to Affective Commitment at packaging department employees PT. Sido Mucul Semarang.Suggestions can be submitted for PT. Sido Muncul Semarang is to be more appreciate its employees especially on the packaging by giving rewards and punishment. Employees in achieving job targets should be maintained and improved performance and job satisfaction in order to arise the spirit and motivation of employees to be able to build the company better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust, switching cost, and customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty in the mobile phone brand Nokia students FISIP UNDIP force 2010 to 2012. The sample amounted to 81 respondents with a sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the test results indicate that the simultaneous F variable brand trust, switching cost, and customer satisfaction has positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at 50.6% which means that customer loyalty can be explained by brand trust, switching cost, and customer satisfaction of 50.6 %, and the remaining 49.4% can be explained by other variables. Partially based on t test variables in this study have positive and significant switching costs which have the greatest influence in the amount of 32.9%, while the lowest brand trust has the effect of 7.3%. the recomendations can be given in this study is a need to improve the quality in response to customer complaints handling. the need to improve the quality of the Symbian system hang if the order is not easy to use and less prone to viruses. Increasing improvements in network systems in order not to lag in accessing the internet.

Abstract

Economic development requires company to work better and be able to survive from an intense competition between companies. In modern era, telecommunication and property industries are the most developed industry. In maintaining the continuity of business, there are several strategies that can be undertaken by company, one of which is the incorporation of a business entity such as an acquisition.                The purpose of this research is to find differentiation among stock price, stock trading volume and stock return before and after acquisition on the telecommunication and property industry, acquisition of PT. XL Axiata Tbk. with Axis Telekom Indonesia and acquisition between PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. and PT. Graha Cipta Karisma.                The results show a significant difference to stock price before and after acquisition information of PT. XL Axiata Tbk. and PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk., but no significant difference on trading volume and stock return (indicated by abnormal return to see information content from that event). Based on these results it can be concluded that investor opinion on the acquisition information is normal so the trading volume and stock return are not change significantly. The significant difference of stock price may be due to investors's views about the acquisition and its accordance with the theory saying that acquisition can improve companies performance.

Abstract

By providing a good CRM, Indovision has been doing an effort to keep customers’ satisfaction and make the consumers become loyal. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of CRM as X variable towards loyalty as Y variable through variable Z that is satisfaction. The type of this research is an explanatory research. This research uses non-probability sampling technique to 100 samples who are the consumers in Tembalang Sub-district. This research uses purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used is cross tabulation test, correlation test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, sobel test with the help of IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program 21.0 version. The results show that CRM gives positive and significant influence towards satisfaction with regression of coefficient value 0.349 and t-value 8,187 and correlation of coefficient value 0.616 and coefficient of determination 40.3%. Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on loyalty with regression of coefficient value 0.591 and t-value 7.210 and correlation of coefficient value 0.586 and determination of coefficient value 34.1%. CRM has a positive and significant influence on the loyalty variable with regression of coefficient value 0.325 and t-value 7.227 and correlation of coefficient value 0.588 and determination of coefficient value 33.7%. CRM and Satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on the loyalty variable with F-value 35.687 and correlation of coefficient value 0.648 and determination of coefficient value 41.7%. Through the results of the sobel test, it shows that there is an influence between CRM on loyalty through satisfaction with t-value 3.188 and p-value 0.00311. The conclusion of this study is CRM affects Indovision customers’ loyalty through customers’ satisfaction. A suggestion that can be given to Indovision is Indovision should improve their services, especially customer complaints process, pay attention to criticism and suggestions given by customers and keep maintaining the CRM and the quality.

Abstract

Saving decisions are actions that are directly involved in acquiring businesses, products and services,including determining the decision-making process of saving and to follow the action. This study was conducted todetermine the effect of product and promotion to save Savings Simpedes decision in PT. People's Bank Indonesua(Persero) Tbk. Semarang Pattimura branch. In this study using a non-probability sampling technique sampling withaccidental sampling so that the user can take the 100 respondents Simpedes savings services. Analysis of the dataused is regression. The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect between the product and thepartial and promotion together towards saving decision

Abstract

Transportation is the most necessary thing in fast-paced era, particularly air transportation. Therefore, the airlines should be able to increase sales in order to survive in this airlines business. PT. Citilink Indonesia District Sales Semarang in selling ticket gain sales increased, but did not achieve sales targets. The purpose of this study is determined the extent of the effect of fare, brand image, and service quality on ticket purchasing decisions Citilink airlines. Type of this research is explanatory research with 100 respondents drawn using purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method in this research used regression analysis with SPSS version 20.0. The results showed that the rate has an effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient of determination coefficient of 0.667 and 19.6%, brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient of 0.493 and a coefficient of determination of 24.3%, service quality has an effect on purchasing decisions with coefficients 0.609 correlation coefficient of determination and 37.1%. Fare, brand image, and service quality together have an effect on purchasing decisions by the equation Y = 0,464 + 0,275 X1 + 0,054 X2 + 0,144 X3. This means that the effect of fare, brand image, and service quality will improve purchasing decisions. Advices for the company based on this research are needed to provide clearer information about discounting, providing promotional rates in order to attract customers, can display the image distinct and different from the others, so it will further strengthen its brand image, and service on time performance (OTP) must be addressed and corrected, so there’s not delay on the flight schedule.

Abstract

KJKS BMT BUS is one of principled Islamic financial institutions. One of the products offered by KJKS BMT BUS is a savings product. Any problems that occur in KJKS BMT BUS is the achievement of targets that can not be fulfilled. The factors thought to effect the saving decision is a savings product and service quality. If the attractive savings products and service quality the company is doing well, then the decision to save a high savings can be achieved. The purpose of this research was to determine whether there is influence between saving product and service quality of the saving decisions on KJKS BMT BUS district Lasem. The type of research is explanatory research. Sampling technique using the method of Simple Random Sampling that means the sampling a random member of the population without regard to strata in the population and members of the population is considered homogeneous. Therefore, the sample is totally contain 100 respondents. Data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the tools SPSS 17 for Windows programs. The analysis of this research prove that as partially savings products had positive effect of saving decision with determination coefficient value is 22.1%, and service quality had positive effect of saving decision with determination coefficient value is 30.9%. And simultaneously savings products and quality service had positive effect of saving decision with determination coefficient value is 38.9%. The conclusion of this research is that the product savings and service quality affect of saving decision a partial, and simultaneously saving product and service quality affects to the saving decision. Advice that can be delivered is KJKS BMT BUS should improve the quality of products to attract savings in order to save. KJKS BMT BUS also needs and further improve the quality of service to customers, although the quality of service is good.

Abstract

In the distribution department of PT. Tirta Investama Danone AQUA Semarang, there are several constraints in employee’s performance, including high number of late employee and not achieving the target quantity of goods distribute that makes down sales. This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and compensation on the employees’s performance at PT. Tirta Investama Danone AQUA Semarang. The type of research use explanatory research. The sample use 75 respondents in the distribution department PT. Tirta Investama Danone AQUA Semarang. The sampling technique use probability sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observations, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques use validity test, reliability test, correlation test, simple regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test with the help of IBM SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 24.0. Based on the results of the analysis, the conclusion is the influence of motivation and compensation on employee’s performance at PT. Tirta Investama Danone AQUA Semarang through simple regression testing produces regression values of 0.404 and 0.619. The advice to the company is to give more rewards and penalties for employees who obey the rules and work according to the company's operational standards, evaluate the compensation given to employees each year, and increase employee’s compensation

Abstract

Bank is the industries which the main activity of the bank itself is fund gathering from public to obtain earnings. The ratio that used for the profitability is ROA and ROE, because it can identify the ability of bank management in managing the assets under their control to generate the income. To see the performance of a bank compared to the other banks, we can compare the absolut figures and financial ratios that achieved from the bank. Because of that thing that already explained, this study named CAR, NIM, BOPO, dan LDR as a ratio that are considered to affect the profitability of the bank. This study aims to determine the effect of the CAR, NIM, BOPO,and LDR against the Profitability level during the period 2008-2012 . Methods in this research using secondary data of each variable . The sample in this study amounted to 35 go public banks period 2008-2012 with purposive sampling technique. Scale measurements using a measuring scale ratio. In linear regression analysis was used and the significance test using SPSS 15.0 .From the results of the data analysis it can be concluded that , CAR has a significant effect on profitability. NIM has a significant effect on profitability. BOPO has a significant effect on profitability. LDR has no effect on profitability. Simultaneously, CAR, NIM, BOPO, and LDR  has a significant impact on profitability amounted to 95,6 % . NIM has the biggest impact with 0,350 standardized coefficient beta score. The researchers suggest that management also consider the other factors beside CAR, NIM, BOPO, dan LDR for consideration in analysing the level of bank profitability.
