Abstract

This research aims to determine factor which the biggest contribution to satisfaction GoRide service users. Satisfaction was measured by five initial factors, service quality, price, perceived ease, perceived usefulness and online servicescape. This type research is explanatory research. The sampling technique non probability sampling with purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Samples taken 100 respondents using GoRide services in Undip FISIP. The results showed form five variables with 65 indicators only 24 indicators met the value KMO MSA and can be factor analysis, total variance explaned and rotated component matrix forms three components, hereinafter referred service quality, perceived ease and perceived usefulness, regression test stages shows service quality, perceived ease, perceived usefulness partially and simultaneously have positive and significant influence user satisfaction, perceived usefulness was dominant influence user satisfaction. Researcher suggestions to improve service quality, especially responsiveness service, implementation the most effective route selection according user's wishes, implementation reference coupon strategy.

Abstract

PT.KAI is a transportation company that provides online purchase. High public interest for purchasing online ticket, make PT.KAI presenting the latest innovations in order to facilitate the users of the railway. This study aimed to determine the effect of an online system services, tariffs, and the publication of the decision purchasing  train tickets online relationships Semarang and Jakarta. The type of this research is eksplanatory research with data collection tool is questionnaire. This study uses the 100 respondents who made a purchase train tickets online relationships Semarang and Jakarta. The sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling. The analysis instrument is validity test and reliability test. Data analysis that used is correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, t test, multiple linear regression, and F test.Based on the results of analysis show that in partial service online system contributes influence on purchasing decisions online by 14.4%, variable rates contributed influence on purchasing decisions online by 10.1% and publications variables contributing influence on purchasing decisions online at 8.1%. Simultaneously service online systems, tariffs, and publications contributing influence on purchasing decisions online at 21.2%. The conclusion of this study shows online system services, tariffs, and publications partially and simultaneously influence purchasing decisions online train tickets relation Semarang and Jakarta. Based on these results, PT.Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP IV Semarang must be able to maintain and continue to develop online systems services, the tariffs that were set according to the expected benefits for the consumer, and PT.KAI expected to increase the intensity of publications and information dissemination channel diversity.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership, corporate culture and compensation on the performance of the employees of PDAM Tirta Dharma Salatiga.This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study is the employees of PDAM Tirta Dharma Salatiga with the total of 138 employees which is sampled 58 employees. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. It uses Likert Scale for the measurement scale. For the method, it uses proportionate random sampling. For analyzing data, it uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis using the t test and F test in SPSS 18.0.            The results show that the transformational leadership has a positive influence on employee performance. Corporate culture on employee performance affect positive. Compensation to employee performance have positive effect. Together variable transformational leadership, corporate culture and compensation have positive influence on employee performance.            The conclusion is that the transformational leadership, corporate culture, and compensation which are applied have been good and satisfactory. This research suggestions are the leaders should be more active in praising to the all subordinates every, employee should pay more respect of the co-workers opinions, and giving better and various compensation.

Abstract

Earning Per Share is a benchmark used by investors to see if the company is operating well or not. The automotive sub-sector and its components listed on the IDX for the period 2014-2016 have Earning Per Share that mostly declined in 2015, but increased again in 2016. The purpose of research to determine the influence of solvency ratio (DAR and DER) and profitability ratio (ROA and ROE) to Earning Per Share. Data used are primary data from re-processed financial statements. Using purposive sampling with total samples that meets the criteria is 10 companies x 3 years resulting 30 panel data. The analysis method using linear regression and significance using SPSS ver. 21. Results and discussion: Solvency ratio: A few DAR is below the average and DER is mostly below the average. The lowest DAR value is 0.20 and the highest is 0.89. The lowest DER value is 0.20 and the highest is 8.26. Profitability ratio: ROA is mostly below the average and a few ROE below the average. The lowest ROA value is -0.13 and the highest is 0.24. The lowest ROE value is -1.24 and the highest is 0.37. DAR has no effect on EPS with significance (0.004<0.05) and regression coefficient (-1421,636). DER has no effect on EPS with significance (0,000<0.05) and regression coefficient (-307.897). ROA affects EPS with significance (0,000<0.05) and regression coefficient (4085,808). ROE affects EPS with significance (0,000<0.05) and regression coefficient (1783,304). Conclusion and suggestion: Solvency ratios and profitability ratios together have significant effect on Earning Per Share with Fcount>Ftable or (14,184)>(2,759) and significance (0,000<0,05). Companies should utilize loan funds more effectively to improve operations that increase corporate profits.

Abstract

Credit sales have not all risks can be realized receivable into cash so that the company established a reserve for doubtful accounts receivable which aims to have a significant portion of total assets to reflect the liquidity and credit sales results are still in the form of accounts receivable to reflect profitability. PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Branch Semarang have in shaping policy reserves for doubtful accounts but these policies have not been able to reflect liquidity and profitability as reserves for doubtful accounts has a value greater than doubtful accounts. The purpose of the study was to determine the liquidity and profitability by implementing Markov Chain Analysis. he method used is descriptive analytical fact finding Markov Chain Analysis of the calculation results are considered to reflect the liquidity and profitability. The results of the study are reserve for doubtful accounts of 2.5% - 3.5%. determined through the analysis of a Markov chain has a value smaller than the percentage of reserves for doubtful accounts is determined by the company so that the percentage Liquidity Current Ratio and Quick Ratio increased by 2% - 4%, Profitability is in addition to the percentage of ROA and net profit margin also increased by 1% - 2%. Companies can apply Markov chain analysis as an alternative policy determination of reserves for doubtful accounts.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the fastest growing industries today. Consequently, people think that travelling is alifestyle nowadays. The developing tourism business industry creates high competition among tourismdestinations. The organizers of tourism destinations are competing to increase the number of tourist visitors.Tourism Site in Colo Kudus which is the main tourist destination of Kudus Regency, is prioritized to gain morevisitors. However since 2010 until 2014 there was a fluctuation in decline of tourist visitors.The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of tourism products, and word of mouth to thedecision to visit the destination’s image as an intervening variable study of Tourism Site in Colo Kudus. Thetype of researh is explanatory research. Questionnaire were adopted for data collection in this study. Hundredpeople were employed as respondent by convenience sampling technique. The respondents were Tourism Site inColo Kudus who have made a purchase of at least two times over the last three years. This research is usesqualitative and quantitative analysis technique. Quantitative analysis use validity test, reliability test,correlation coefficient, two-stage regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, a signification test (ttest).The result of this research approved that tourism products (X1), and word of mouth (X2) simultaneouslycan influenced destination’s image (Y1) and decision to visit (Y2). According the result of two-stage regressionanalysis showed that visitors’ destination’s image (Y1) variable is not intervening variable word of mouth (X2)to the decision to visit (Y2) in this research.Based on the results, the researcher suggests that Tourism Site in Colo Kudus management has toimprove infrastructures such as roads and road signage, provision of public transportation, provide innovationon tourism products, so the tourist numbers can increase.

Abstract

Eco-efficiency is a concept that incorporates aspects of natural resources and energy by minimizing the use of raw materials, water, energy and the resulting environmental impacts. This study aims to determine the application of eco-efficiency in Batik Tulis SMEs in Batik Larissa. The study used descriptive analytical methods with a qualitative approach. Data collected through observation, in-depth interviews and literature studies. Observations were focused on the consumption of energy, material, and water to find out the difference between before and after the implementation of the eco-efficiency concept. In one week Larissa Batik produces 9 pieces of Batik Alus and 80 pieces of cotton batik through disconnected consignment with home workers. In one week they produces 9 pieces of Batik Sutera and 80 pieces of Cotton Batik. The accumulation of NPO costs per year before the implementation of eco-efficiency amounted to Rp 33,103,499.52 with an NPO ratio and production costs of 2.58%. They has implemented several eco-efficiency concepts by reducing the use of, reducing environmental pollution and enlarging product recycling After applying the eco-efficiency concept, they received an economic profit of Rp. 29,298,651.72 per year with a ratio between NPO costs and production costs decreased to 1.8% per production.

Abstract

Nowadays, many emerging beauty clinics that offer a wide variety of beauty care services and products to meet the needs of care, especially for women. There are several factors that influence the choice of consumers to buy a product, among others, the word of mouth communication, brand trust, and service quality. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of word of mouth communication, brand trust, and service quality on user’s decision of beauty treatments in Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this research is consumers of Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang and the number of samples taken was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, interview, and a study of literature. The analytical method used is the correlation test, determination, cross tabulations, simple linear regression, multiple, t test and F test with SPSS. The results of this research show that based on the results of multiple linear regression, word of mouth communication, brand trust, and service quality has positive influence on user’s decision of beauty treatments.

Abstract

Product and service quality are the factors that can influence the high loyalty of Al-Zena Skin Care Pati of Branch Winong’s customers. With the good quality products andgood services, it will further increase the loyalty of Al-Zena Skin Care Pati of BranchWinong customers.The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of product and service quality ofAl-Zena Skin Care Pati of Branch Winong’s customers. The type of research used isaccidental sampling and explanatory research, with samples of 100 respondents of Al-Zena Skin Care Pati of Branch Winong’s customers. The sampling technique used ispurposive sampling with the criteria of respondents aged over 15 years who have amember card and at least they are active in the last 3 months in using products and thebeauty treatment in Al-Zena Skin Care Pati of Branch Winong. Data collection usingquestionnaires with Likert measurement scale. The researcher uses many kinds of dataanalysis such as validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient (R), and simple linearregression, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test by using SPSS program.The results of this study concludes that product and service quality have strong andsignificant influences on customer loyalty, either partially or simultaneously. Product andservice quality together have a positive effect on customer’s loyalty, which means productand service quality give influences to the level of customer’s loyalty. Product and servicequality have strong influences on customer’s loyalty as it is evidenced by the correlationcoefficient (R) of 0.711.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction with a product is influenced by many factors. Every individual has the desire and different taste. Product quality and price are the factors that influence consumer satisfaction, in addition to that there are many more factors that influence the level of customer satisfaction.Based on pre-survey has been made known quality product to the customer dissatisfaction on the quality of the product so thatconsumers believe that the price pais does not match with the quality of the existing. The purpose of this research are (a) to find the effect of the product quality to customer satisfactionat Pakuwon Asri Resident Kaliwungu Kendal (b) to find the effect of price to the customer satisfactionat Pakuwon Asri Resident Kaliwungu Kendal, (c) to find the effect of the product quality and price to the customer satisfaction atPakuwon Asri Resident Kaliwungu Kendal . Type is the type of research that used explanatory research. Samples were taken by 60 respondents that consumers who have bought a house in Pakuwon Asri Ressident and has been inhabited for more than 2 year. Determination of sample data collection used was proportionate stratifietpurposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using linear regression analysis. Based on these results it can be concluded that: (a) the quality of the products have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction Pakuwon Asri Ressident Kaliwungu Kendal, (b) the price has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction Pakuwon Asri Ressident Kaliwungu Kendal, (c) the quality of the product and the price effect positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction Pakuwon Asri Ressident Kaliwungu Kendal. As together, Product Quality and price have an effect on customer satisfaction, anf the product Quality have a bigger efect then price of customer satisfaction. Suggestions are PT. Putra Sulardi Mandiri research should further improve product quality through improvements in quality home building. The building houses a strong and durable so as to improve customer satisfaction that has made a purchase.
