Abstract

Background: The quality of education in Indonesia was still relatively low, which was ranked 124th in the world out of 187 countries with an average educated population who did not graduate from elementary school. The results of a preliminary study in RW V Bae Village, from 10 people, 9 people were anxious, 6 people had elementary/junior high school education, 3 people had high school education and 1 person was not anxious. Objective: To analyze the relationship between education level and anxiety in menopause women in RW V Bae Village, Bae District, Kudus Regency.Research method: This type of research was quantitative with a correlation analytic research design, a cross sectional approach, the location and time of the study in Bae RW V Village in May-July 2021, the research population was 198, the number of samples used was 30 with purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were questionnaires and TMAS. The data analysis technique was processed with SPSS 16. Results: The results of the Fisher's Exact Test obtained the Asymp value. Sig. (2sided) 0,058 (0,058 > 0,05), it can be concluded that H0 is accepted, meaning there is no significant relationship between education level and anxiety in postmenopausal women in RW VBae Village, Bae District, Kudus Regency, as evidenced by RR= 1,714 (CI 95 %, 1,004-2,926).Conclusion: That the level of education does not affect anxiety due to family support and good activities.

Abstract

Background: Reproductive health is closely related to public health issues that need attention. Groups with disabilities are often considered to be more susceptible to reproductive risks among other sexual harassment. One of the health problems in disability related to sexual and reproductive health, including the lack of comprehensive knowledge about HIV (Human Immuno Deficiency Virus) and contraceptive knowledge. Preliminary study in Kaliwungu Disabled School Kudus show that students are not fully capable of maintaining reproductive health independently. This study aims to determine the role of government in reproductive health services in adolescents with mental disability in Kudus. Purpose : Knowing the role of the government in reproductive health services for adolescents with mental disabilities in Kudus Regency. Research method: This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The subject of this research is the health office of Kudus and Sidorekso Primary Health Care, triangulation of the source in Kaliwungu Disabled Scool Kudus and the parents of the holy Kaliwungu. The Data is subsequently processed and presented in a descriptive form. Result: The role of government in reproductive health services in adolescents with mental disability in Kudus. The government has played a role in accordance with Permenkes 2017 evidenced by the policies and programs of the health Office of Kudus conducted by the Primary Health Care regularly. But in the process of reproductive health services in adolescents with mental disabilities there is no difference with normal teenagers. Conclusion: Based on research that has been done obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation from research subjects and source triangulation was obtained that there was a government role in the reproductive health service in teenagers with mental disabilities in Kudus is a Primary Health Care programs PKPR, which is carried out routinely by Sidorekso Primary Health Care in the form of health counselling in the Kaliwungu Disabled School Kudus

Abstract

Background: The importance of exclusive breastfeeding for babies had been stated on International guidance. By the current development, the existence of women on many sectors will increase. The level of mother’s education and knowledge can support the achievement of breastfeeding for babies too. The percentage of breastfeeding in Kudus regency just 13,9%, and the lowness is in Bae subdistric (8%).Purpose: to know the relationship between level of mother’s education and exclusive breastfeeding.Method: Kind of this research design and retrospective approach with level of education as independent variabel, and exclusive breastfeeding as dependent variabel, uses 85 population and the technique on getting sample is total sampling and chi square test as statistical experiment.Results: The result was got p value 0,044 < α = 0,05 (significant standard) used chi square test, so Ho refused and Ha recived. Then there was relationship between education level and exclusive breastfeeding. Based on the research can be concluded if mother has level of education 3.2 fold can increase the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: Based on the research, it can be concluded that mothers who have higher education 3.2 times increase the success of exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract

Background: Learning achievement is the level of success in a learning process in the form of values. But in reality not all children are able to achieve a good learning achievement because there are many obstacles faced by children. According to data from the Education Office, in 2017 there were 824,635 children who repeated, namely 767,134 children from public schools and 57,501 children from private schools. This can be seen in a preliminary study in 4 elementary schools in the village of Tanggungharjo, Grobogan District, Grobogan Regency. Based on a survey conducted on fourth and fifth grade students in odd semesters at SD Negeri 2 Tanggungharjo, it was found that the average score of students decreased from the previous year. From the results of interviews with some of the children's parents stated that some students rarely have breakfast before doing activities. This is what underlies the researcher to conduct a study entitled the influence of breakfast habits on children's learning achievement at Public Elementary School 2 Tanggungharjo. Purpose: To determine the effect of breakfast habits on children's learning achievement. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional research design. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a total of 50 respondents. Results: From 50 respondents, most of the children did not eat breakfast (68%) children, and the results of the average value of learning achievement were quite adequate (58%) children. Meanwhile, based on the Chi-Square test, there is an effect of breakfast habits (p = 0.014) on children's learning achievement. Conclusion: Based on the research, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between breakfast habits on children's learning achievement

Abstract

Background: The infant mortality rate (AKB) is still high. Based on data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2021 neonatal deaths were caused by low birth weight conditions (BBLR) of 35.2%, asphyxia (27.4%), infections (3.4%), congenital abnormalities (11.4), tetanus neonatorum (0.3%), and other causes (22.5%). Early breastfeeding is one of the efforts to reduce the risk of physiological jaundice, where the Initiation of Early Breastfeeding (IMD) is a baby starting to breastfeed on their own immediately after birth. Purpose: Analysis the Early Initiation of Breastfeeding Physiology Neonatal Jaundice in Infants less than 14 days of age.Methods: Analytical survey with cross sectional approach The number of samples in this study was 34 respondents. The data analysis used in the study is a simple linear regression. Results: From the results of the study in 34 respondents obtained results there is an influence between IMD on physiological neonatorum jaundice shown from the result p = 0.003 with a value of R square 0.241 means the influence of IMD on physiological neonatal jaundice of 24.1%. Abstract

Background: Pregnant women class is a study group for pregnant women with a maximum number of 10 participants. In this class, pregnant women will learn together, discuss and share experiences, about maternal and child health (MCH) thoroughly and systematically and can be carried out on a scheduled and continuous basis. Classes for pregnant women are facilitated by midwives/health workers using a class package for pregnant women, which consists of a MCH handbook, flip charts, guidelines for implementing classes for pregnant women, a guide for class facilitators for pregnant women, and exercise books for pregnant women (Kemenkes RI, 2014). Purpose: Knowing the relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers in attending classes for pregnant women with exclusive breastfeeding. Method: The type of research used is analytic with a cross section approach, the sample test used is saturated sampling, with the sample used is 30 breastfeeding mothers. The status test uses the Square test (Chi Square). Results: This research was conducted on 30 respondents with good knowledge of postpartum mothers about the success of breastfeeding, namely 25 people (83.3%), exclusive breastfeeding, namely 23 people (76.7%), value of 0.006 < 0 ,05. Conclusion: A good level of knowledge of postpartum mothers in taking classes for pregnant women on a regular basis will provide the success of breastfeeding mothers in providing exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

 Background: Low birth weight (BBLR) is a condition where the baby born has a birth weight of < 2500 grams. Low birth weight is caused by various conditions such as less than a month of pregnancy, maternal age, chronic lack of energy conditions (KEK), maternal diseases, anemia, drug use and economic conditions. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal age, anemia, and Chronic Lack of Energy (KEK) to low birth weight. Method: This type of research is analytical research. The study sample was 45 people. Test analytics using Chi Square Test. Result: Conclusion: maternal age, anemia and chronic energy deficiency are not associated with the incidence of Low Birth Weight (BBLR). Background

Abstract

 Background; Postpartum Family Planning (KBPP) is a family planning service that is given to couples of childbearing age after delivery for up to 42 days, with the aim of ending fertility. The impact of the low use of postnatal contraception is that it can lead to unwanted pregnancies. Factors related to the use of family planning are individual characteristics and knowledge. Objective: This study to determine the factors associated with the use of postpartum family planning at Pamotan Health Center, Rembang Regency. Methods: This study was an analytic with a retrospective research design. The population in this study were all mothers who gave birth at the Pamotan Health Center. Sampling technique with total sampling so that the sample size is 40 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi Square test. Results: The age at most not at risk was 65%, the most education was high school 72.5%, the most parity was multipara 55%, the most knowledge was good 75%, the most use of family planning uses 80% family planning. Factor analysis of post-partum family planning use on age obtained pvalue 0.034 (0.5-0.89), education got p-value 0.000, parity got p-value 0.005 (1.146-2.15), knowledge got p-value 0.000. Conclusion: Factors related to the use of family planning are age, education, parity and knowledge.

Abstract

 Background: The quality of a baby's sleep is the quality of the physiological state that is obtained while the baby is sleeping, which restores the body's processes that occur when the baby wakes up with the right amount of sleep. Sleep plays a very big role for the development of the baby. However, about 25% of sleep disturbances occur in infants, thereby disrupting the quality of the baby's sleep. Purpose: to know the effectiveness of baby massage in helping babies to get good quality sleep in the process of baby's growth and development. Methods This research is a quantitative study using the pre-experimental design method with the on group pretest - posttest design. The sample in this study were infants aged 3-12 months who were immunized by Amalia Temon's TPMB. Sampling with purposive sampling technique obtained a total sample of 15 respondents. Methods of data analysis using non-parametric static analysis techniques Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney with α 0.05. Results: From the results of the study on 15 respondents, the results showed differences in the pretest and posttest in the intervention group, namely an increase in the quality of sleep for infants after treatment, namely a difference in the mean pretest 2.42 and the mean posttest 4.28 with the result P = 0.001 < α 0.05 .   Conclusion: From the results of research on 15 respondents, it was found that baby massage was effective in improving sleep quality in infants aged 3-12 months

Abstract

 Nausea and vomiting are common symptoms that are often found in first trimester pregnancy but can have an impact on the physical and mental condition of pregnant women. The incidence of nausea and vomitting in pregnant women in Bangetayu Health Center is 63 people. Peppermint aromatherapy can help to reduce nausea and vomitting. This study for to know the effect of peppermint aromatherapy on changes in nausea and vomitting in pregnant women with emesis gravidarum. Type of research is Quasy Ekasperiment, the one group pre post testdesign, samples of pregnant women gestational age 0 - 12 weeks with nausea and vomitting and selected by purposive sampling, data were tested with Paired t Test and Wilcoxon. P-value 0,000. There are influence of peppermint aromatherapy on changes in nausea and vomitting in pregnant women with emesis gravidarum. Pregnant women who experience nausea and vomitting are not normal to be able to use peppermint aromatherapy to reduce nausea and vomitting
