Abstract

Background: Bullying among children often involves repeated aggressive behavior by an individual or group against others perceived as weak and unable to defend themselves. Using force to verbally hurt a person or group of people, or to demean others, can have significant impacts on the victim, ranging from physical harm to difficulty interacting with others socially. Purpose: This community service activity aims to raise awareness about anti-bullying behavior in elementary schools, its negative effects, and the importance of tolerance among children. Method: This community service activity was implemented using counseling methods through lectures, discussions, and role-playing simulations to provide a realistic picture and effective ways to prevent bullying among elementary school students. Results: This activity resulted in increased participant understanding of the impact of bullying and simple, effective steps to prevent it. Conclusion: The community service activities that have been carried out have contributed to creating a safer elementary school atmosphere for children and supporting their mental well-being.

Abstract

 Background: Low birth weight (BBLR) is a condition where the baby born has a birth weight of < 2500 grams. Low birth weight is caused by various conditions such as less than a month of pregnancy, maternal age, chronic lack of energy conditions (KEK), maternal diseases, anemia, drug use and economic conditions. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal age, anemia, and Chronic Lack of Energy (KEK) to low birth weight. Method: This type of research is analytical research. The study sample was 45 people. Test analytics using Chi Square Test. Result: Conclusion: maternal age, anemia and chronic energy deficiency are not associated with the incidence of Low Birth Weight (BBLR). Background

Abstract

Background : Pregnancy exercise is a movement exercise therapy to maintain maternal stamina and fitness during pregnancy and prepare pregnant women physically and mentally to face childbirth optimally. Some of the advantages of pregnancy exercise are decreased energy use, reduced pain, fiber improves APGAR Score and fetal psychomotor. Methodology : This study uses quantitative methods. The design of this study was an observational study with a cross-sectional design. Data analysis of 2 groups in pairs using the Chi Square test. Results : he result of using the Gamma test is that the p value is 0.000, which means that there is a relationship between pregnancy exercise and the duration of the first stage of labor in primiparous mothers in the work area of the Tanggungharjo public health center. Conclusion : There is a relationship between pregnancy exercise and the duration of the first stage of labor in primiparous mothers in the work area of the Tanggungharjo public health center

Abstract

Background: Globally the number of men having sex with men (MSM) is estimated to account for 3% of the total population. MSM is a phenonema of personal, emotional and sexual attraction to the same sex. This behavior is at risk of increasing various sexually transmitted diseases and HIV AIDS.Objective: This study aims to determine the characteristics of Men Sex with Men (MSM) in the working area of Puskesmas X in Demak Regency.Method: This type of research is survey research. The study sample was 21 people by accidental sampling.Results: the study showed that the age of most respondents was reproductive age aged < 18-> 35 years, respondents who had a high school education (66.7%), VCT results of all respondents were negative (100%), most respondents had never used condoms (42.(%), 47.6% had multipartner partners and all respondents (100%) had no history of STIs.Conclusion: that the characteristics of MSM in the working area of puskesmas X in Demak Regency consist of age, education level, VCT test results, condom use, sexual partners, and STI history

Abstract

Background: Ongoing chronic energy deficiency in pregnancy, will interfere with the absorption of nutrients needed in the development of pregnancy will impact on the mother and fetus. Growth disorders resulting from conception, often occur immaturity, prematurity, premature rupture of membranes, congenital defects, or fetuses born with LBW.Methodology: This study used quantitative methods with a cross-sectional design. The sample in the study amounted to 212 respondents. Data analysis using the Chi-Square Test.Results: The results of statistical tests using the Chi-Square test obtained a p value of 0.000 which means that there is a relationship between Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnancy with the incidence of premature rupture of membranes in laboring women at the Nurhikmah Gubug Clinic.Conclusion: There is a relationship between chronic energy deficiency in pregnancy and the incidence of premature rupture of membranes in laboring women at Nurhikmah Gubug Clinic.
