Abstract

The development of information technology and the internet has driven major changes in the digital business world, particularly in marketing practices through social media. Influencer marketing has become a popular strategy among business owners because it is considered effective in building consumer trust and increasing product or service sales. However, the use of influencers in promotional activities also raises various legal issues, particularly regarding the legal relationship between influencers and businesses. This study aims to analyse the legal relationship between influencers and business owners and consumers. The research method used is a normative legal study with a regulatory and conceptual approach. The legal analysis of the legal material was conducted qualitatively to understand the legal norms that govern the legal relationship between influencers and business owners. The results of the study show that the legal relationship between influencers and businesspeople arises from a cooperation agreement that creates reciprocal rights and obligations for the parties involved. In practice, this relationship is considered an innominate contract that has emerged due to advances in information technology

Abstract

Rice production plays a vital role in national food security due to the high per‑capita consumption of rice in Indonesia. This study examines the effects of harvest area and agricultural business credit on rice production in Indonesia using a quantitative time‑series approach with data from the Central Statistics Agency, the Financial Services Authority, and other relevant institutions. Data were analyzed via multiple linear regression accompanied by classical assumption tests. The results indicate that harvest area exerts a positive and significant effect on rice production (t = 25.37098, p = 0.0000), and agricultural business credit also has a significant positive effect (t = 10.69196, p = 0.0000). Jointly, these variables significantly influence rice production (F = 331.9887, p = 0.0000). Moreover, the model’s R² = 96.09% suggests that variations in rice production are largely explained by harvest area and agricultural credit. These findings underscore the importance of protecting agricultural land and strengthening access to productive financing to sustain national rice production

Abstract

The Soriutu Roundabout in Manggelewa District, Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, is a strategic intersection connecting four main directions: Sumbawa, Kempo Calabai, Lanci, and Dompu. This study aims to analyze the capacity and performance of the roundabout using the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) 2023. Primary data collection was conducted over 3 days (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday) during three time periods (morning, afternoon, evening) by surveying traffic volume, non-motorized vehicles, and roundabout geometric measurements. Secondary data included location maps and population figures. The analysis results show that the capacity (C) at weaving sections A-B = 1203 pcu/hour, B-C = 596 pcu/hour, C-D = 759 pcu/hour, and D-A = 1168 pcu/hour. The highest degree of saturation (DS) occurred at section B-C at 0.65. Traffic delay per weaving section (TR) ranged from 2.17–3.29 sec/pcu, roundabout traffic delay (TLL) was 4.74 sec/pcu, and total roundabout delay (T) was 8.74 sec/pcu. Based on PKJI 2023 criteria (DS ≤ 0.85), all weaving sections of the Soriutu Roundabout are declared acceptable and still perform well

Abstract

This study was conducted at KSP Madani NTB for the 2016–2025 period, with cash flow as the dependent variable and accounts receivable, debt, revenue, and expenses as the independent variables. Cash flow showed an increasing trend, although it experienced slight fluctuations during several periods. The increase in cash flow was not always in line with the increase in revenue, but was more influenced by cost efficiency and effective management of accounts receivable. Overall, the research data used indicate that cost control and effective accounts receivable management are the main factors in maintaining cash flow stability. The purpose of this study was to determine whether accounts receivable, debt, revenue, and expenses have a significant effect on cash flow, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative method with a sample size of 10. The data analysis techniques used included descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The test results showed that partially, accounts receivable, debt, and revenue had no significant effect on cash flow, while expenses had a significant effect on cash flow. Simultaneously, accounts receivable, debt, revenue, and expenses showed a significant effect on cash flow

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought both positive and negative impacts on society. One of the negative impacts currently rampant is the rise of sexual violence against children and women through digital media. This study aims to analyze the forms of criminal law protection for children and women as victims of sexual violence in the digital era, the factors causing the increase in such crimes, and the effectiveness of law enforcement in Indonesia. The research method used is normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results indicate that legal protection for children and women has been regulated in several laws such as Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Sexual Violence Crimes, the Child Protection Law, and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law. However, its implementation still faces various obstacles, including low public legal awareness, patriarchal culture, weak digital supervision, and suboptimal law enforcement against perpetrators. Therefore, strengthening regulations, public education, and inter-agency synergy are necessary to provide maximum legal protection for children and women

Abstract

Preserving local culture is a crucial challenge amidst the currents of modernization, globalization, and digital transformation that influence social interaction patterns, including the sustainability of Genggong culture as one of the cultural identities of the Sasak people in Gelangsar Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. This study aims to analyze the communication strategy of the Gelangsar Village Government in preserving Genggong culture and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of cultural preservation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field research. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the village government's communication strategy forms a communication model that is interpersonal, participatory, educative, and adaptive to digital transformation. Interpersonal communication, village deliberations, the use of traditional and digital media, as well as cultural education and youth regeneration are important factors in maintaining the existence of Genggong culture. However, cultural preservation still faces obstacles such as limited regeneration of artists, the dominance of popular culture, and suboptimal digital literacy in the community. Thus, communication strategies based on social collaboration and digital adaptation are key to the sustainability of Genggong culture as a local cultural heritage
