Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decision on skincare and cosmetic products of The Body Shop Manado Town Square. This research uses quantitative approach methods. The samples in this research is 100 customers of The Body Shop Manado Town Square. Data accumulated and analyzed with validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determinations and testing of T. The conclusion of this study is the brand image of The Body Shop Manado Town Square effect on the purchase decision positively and significantly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of living (X1) and the Price (X2) on the purchase decision (Y) on Starbucks Manado Town Square. This approach uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 100 respondents using a Likert scale. The technique of collecting data in this research is by using online questionnaire deployment. The analytical techniques used in this study use double Linear analysis techniques. The data that has fulfilled the analytical techniques is processed using SPSS program tools (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). The results of this study indicate that lifestyle and prices have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study intends to find out the extent of the influence of discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is employees at PT Bank SulutGo main branch located in the city of Manado. Sampling was carried out using the formula proposed by Slovin, so the number of samples in this study were 60 employees out of a total of 150 employees as the population. By using regression analysis, the results show that discipline partially influences employee performance, so does work motivation affects employee performance. The results of the multiple regression analysis between discipline and work motivation on employee performance showed a significant effect. Through this research, it is hoped that the management of PT Bank SulutGo can continue to improve employee performance by striving to maintain, even encourage employee discipline and work motivation with a humanistic approach in accordance with the development of contemporary human resource governance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the perceptions, behavior of local communities and the results of UMK income in Tolikara Regency. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews (face-face) and document the perpetrators of MSEs. Technical analysis of data using correlation and frequency with the help of the application of SPSS Version 20, obtained that the community behavior variable in place has a significant relationship with the UMK income results of Sig. value of 0.001. It is proven that the behavior of the local community has a significant relationship to the results of the UMK income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of Green Marketing on Purchasing Decisions of Starbucks Manado Town Square Consumers Against. This research is a type of quantitative research using questionnaire data collection techniques. The population in this study is Starbucks Manado Town Square consumers, and a sample of 100 consumers using non-probability sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, t-test hypotheses, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the t-test study showed that there was a partially significant effect between the part of green marketing, namely green customer and reason of being green, on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the results of simple regression analysis revealed the highest coefficient value was the effect of reason of being green on decisions purchasing and obtaining the analysis of the coefficient of determination (𝑅2) shows the Adjusted R Square value of 0.499, which means that 49.9% of the purchase decision is influenced by green marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development and job satisfaction on employee performance. Data collected through a questionnaire to 52 respondents, then analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with a partial least square approach. The results showed that the effect of developing human resources had a significant effect on employee performance. Human resource development has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. And there is no significant effect between human resource development on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. Based on this research, the company must conduct human resource development activities in order to increase knowledge and skills so that job satisfaction is created as feedback that will affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about the financial performance of the company within the last 2 years, especially in analyzing the cash flow of the company. The results of the study of cash flow analysis at PT. Pure Lotus Lines in a period of 2 years, namely in 2018 and 2019 decreased in four ratios namely the ratio of operating cash to current liabilities with a difference of 7%, in 2018 and 1.05 in 2019. The ratio of operating cash flows to interest with a difference of 677%, On the ratio of operating cash flows to capital expenditures the company has decreased by 17%, On the part of operating cash flow to total debt the company gets the same figure with the ratio of operating cash flow to current liabilities due to the company PT. Pure Lotus Lines only has total current debt and has no long-term debt or short-term debt. In the last ratio, which is the ratio of cash flow to net income the company has increased with the ratio of cash flow to net income in 2018 of 3.51 and 5.19 in 2019, an increase in this ratio is not very good for financial health company, because this indicates that the company experienced a decrease in net profit of Rp.890,091,223.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the soundness of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, using the RGEC method. The RGEC method consists of several components, namely Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that during the 2017-2019 period, (1) Bank Rakyat Indonesia's risk profile was in a very healthy condition and this indicated that management efforts in managing the level of collectability and maintaining credit quality every year had improved and gave positive results. So that it is able to produce sufficient quality loan growth. (2) GCG during the 2017-2019 period is 2 with healthy criteria. (3) Earnings for 2017-2019 are in a healthy condition with the ROA ratio having the ability to make profits relying on assets as well as possible, the NIM ratio of management's ability to manage its productive activities to produce the company's net interest income is very good, the BOPO ratio of the bank's ability in management the operating expenses and operating income for the three years were very good and included in the very healthy category. (4) Capital for all periods is above the standard set so that the bank is considered to be able to meet the minimum capital provider obligations. (5) aspects of RGEC assessment of the soundness of Bank Rakyat Indonesia by using the RGEC method during the 2017-2019 period are in the composite rank 1 (PK-1) with very healthy criteria.

Abstract

The research aims to determine: the influence of Reward and Punishment towards employee loyalty at PT. Bank SulutGo Main branch of Manado This research includes quantitative descriptive research, with a multiple-linear regression analysis approach that uses a Quasioner research instrument. The samples in this study were employees of PT. Bank SulutGo Manado Main branch which amounted to 80 respondents which were analyzed by SPSS program version 25. The results of this study found that the reward has a significant effect on employee loyalty, evidenced by the significance value of Thitung is greater than this and with a considerable coefficient value, so the reward affects the loyalty of employees. Punishment also significant effect on employee loyalty, evidenced by the significance value of Thitung is greater than the this and with the value of Koefiesen also large enough, so Punishment also affect the loyalty of employees. In multiple linear analysis known Bhwa reward has a greater influence on employee loyalty compared to punishment variable.

Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted is to Analyze Cash Flow Reports at PT. United Tractors, Tbk. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection uses documentation methods namely data that has been documented by the company and library guidelines. Based on the results of data analysis, the conclusion is that the Cash Flow Report of PT. United Tractors, Tbk is good enough. Based on the results of the study can be recommended suggestions: 1. Basically cash is the most liquid assets in the company because cash flow is the life of every company. It would be nice if the company's management not only focused its assets only on accounts receivable, but also on cash. 2. The company is expected to be able to maintain and improve the quality of its management, especially in regulating net cash flow. 3. In preparing financial statements, especially cash flow statements should be used as reference material for company leaders to determine the extent of company performance that has been carried out and for management considerations in making decisions and policies that will be taken in the following years.
