<![CDATA[Menstruation is a physiological change in a woman's body that occurs periodically and is influenced by reproductive hormones either FSH-Estrogen or LH-Progesterone. In women, this usually occurs every month between teens to menopause, and lasts around 7-28 days. Knowing the characteristics of menstruation early is a very important thing to know because it is an early learning about the reproductive system and their health. Blood type is an inherited antigen on the surface of red blood cells. The two most important types of blood classification to know are the classification of ABO and Rhesus (Rh factor). Blood type examination is an activity that is sometimes overlooked by the community, in this case the needs of the Blood Type are carried out for clinical purposes such as: blood transfusions, preventing transfusion complications, and for pregnant women. According to empirical data obtained in 2017 the level of understanding of menstruation and blood type in primary schools is very low. <![CDATA[The issuance of accrual-based Government Accounting Standards (SAP)signed by the President requires all government agencies both at the center and in theregions to apply accrual-based SAP as of January 1, 2015. The implementation ofaccrual-based SAP rules cannot yet be fully implemented at the Government levelRegional Government. The local government seems to have difficulties inimplementing the regulation even though the regulation has been socialized since2003, namely at the issuance of Law 17 of 2003 which implies reforming statefinancial governance, one of which is to fully implement SAP accruals. The NorthSumatra Provincial Government which is the object of research conducted by Nasutionand Ramadhan (2018) is one of the regional governments which is deemed necessaryto strengthen HR in terms of accrual-based SAP implementation, namely byimplementing Accrual-Based SAP Implementation Training on the Government ofNorth Sumatra Provincial Government so that the Provincial Government NorthSumatra can better implement the accrual-based SAP maximally. In the case ofconsideration of time constraints and funding, the training was conducted at one ofthe North Sumatra Provincial Government OPDs by taking one of the researchpopulations conducted by Nasution and Ramadhan (2018) randomly. Based on theresults of the determination of the object of training that has been done randomly, theEnvironmental Agency of North Sumatra Province is selected as the OPD in the scopeof the Regional Government of North Sumatra Province which will be the object oftraining for community service. The results of the community service show that thereis an increase in the capacity of the Human Resources Department of the NorthSumatra Province in implementing SAP accrual based maximally which leads to theRegional Government of North Sumatra Province being able to better implementaccrual-based SAP in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[Kampung Rukun Warga (RW) 03 Kelurahan Kemirirejo, Central Magelang Regency, Magelang City has various potentials to be developed as a pilot educational tourism village. The enthusiasm of the community can also be seen with the formation of a tourism awareness group (pokdarwis). However, the management of Pokdarwis Krenomata in RW 03 still does not understand the roles and functions as well as how the strategies and next development steps are to realize an Educational Tourism Village. Therefore, training and mentoring are needed to optimize the role and function of Pokdarwis in order to formulate the right strategy for realizing a tourist village. The purpose of this service is to provide an understanding of the role and function of pokdarwis, mentoring the concept of a tourism village, and business management consisting of marketing strategies, financial records and simple bookkeeping, and charms. This service provides skills and knowledge to pokdarwis administrators and members in pioneering educational tourism villages. The formation of this educational tourism village is expected to encourage the economic independence of the urban community, especially the City of Magelang.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT: Community service is aimed to socialize the early literacy movement for teachers and parents of PAUD I students in Pulantan Village, Aluh-Aluh District. This dedication was held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 in PAUD Makanatut Thalibin. The target of this activity is PAUD teachers and parents of students. The reason for implementing this service is a school that is far from the city center, a low level of education from parents of students so that the planting of early literacy to their children is often unthinkable to them, even the planting of early literacy they submit to school. The method in this socialization uses the lecture method, discussion and question and answer, to provide knowledge on the importance of early literacy in children. After this implementation it can be concluded that the awareness of students' parents the importance of instilling a culture of early literacy for children, while for PAUD teachers Makanatut Thalibin they understand that many methods of teaching early literacy are fun for students.]]>

Character education in schools all components must be included including the components of education itself, namely the contents of the curriculum, the learning and assessment process, the quality of relationships, handling or management of subjects, school management, implementation of activities, empowerment of infrastructure, financing, and work ethics of all residents and school environment. Character education can be integrated into learning in each subject. Learning material related to norms or values ​​in each subject needs to be developed in relation to the context of everyday life. <![CDATA[Language acquisition or language acquisition is a process that takes place in the brain of a child when he gets his first language or mother tongue which means acquisition of language regarding his first language. Normal human brain functions and speech tools can certainly speak well. Similarly, mentally disabled children also need language to communicate or to voice their hearts to others. However, the intellectual capacity of mentally retarded children who are below the average makes them difficult to obtain language and they often experience interference in language. Language is very important for everyone to master. With language, humans can convey their thoughts and feelings to others and can capture and understand the symbols of others. Language acquisition is closely related to children's cognitive development, therefore language skills (linguistic abilities) will be in accordance with their cognitive abilities, because linguistic abilities are one of the main factors that can influence a child's success in mastering language. But as is well known that autistic children have cognitive barriers that also cause language development is also hampered. These obstacles can be seen from the imbalance of language development with the age of the calendar (cronolicalage). Nevertheless they also have the same rights as normal children to obtain language as a tool to communicate with their environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Donowangun Village, Talun District, has excellent plantation potential, one of the abundant commodities is banana. Banana fruit is a food material that has high economic value. The availability of bananas during the harvest season causes the price of bananas to decline. Of course, action needs to be taken so that prices do not fall too sharply. This problem condition is the basis of the Banana Fruit Processing Training activity to Pinangun (Banana Nugget Donowangun) in Donowangun Village. The purpose of this activity is to process bananas into processed products with high economic value, namely by making banana nuggets. The abundant availability of bananas certainly does not make it difficult for the surrounding community to later open a banana nugget business which has high economic value so that they have high hopes for increasing the market share of this banana fruit. In this activity the UNNES KKN team provided material on the future prospects of the nugget banana processing business. The next material is training on processing banana nuggets that are ready to be produced and have high selling value and proper packaging. The methods used are creative lectures, practice / demonstrations and discussions. The result of this activity is the increased insight and knowledge of PKK Donowangun Village women regarding banana processing. It is hoped that later it will motivate PKK women to create a home industry for banana nuggets.]]>

<![CDATA[Ketersediaan sumber air bersih khususnya di daerah kampung waroi belum memadai secara optimal oleh pemerintah setempat terumata perusahaan daerah (PDAM) untuk melayani tingkat kebutuhan masyarakat, untuk itu perlu dilakukan pengeboran air tanah. Air tanah adalah air yang di sadap atau diisap dari bawah tanah yang sudah diketahui, baik kuantitasnya, maupun kualitasnya untuk dipergunakan sebagai kebutuhan masyarakat setiap hari. Sumber air bersih yang dipergunakan baik untuk keperluan cuci, mandi dan kebutuhan air minum di kampung waroi selama ini adalah memanfaatkan air hujan. Kualitas dan kuantitas akan air hujan ini sangat terbatas, sedangkan kebutuhan akan air bersih untuk keperluan masyarakat adalah sangat tinggi. Untuk itulah dengan adanya pemboran air tanah dalam ini, maka sedikit banyaknya kebutuhan akan air bersih untuk masyarakat dapat teratasi. Pengabdian ini langsung diterapkan dilapangan dengan pengelolaan menggunakan peralatan yang murah, sederhana, serta terjangkau dan langsung dapat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat kampung waroi. Kedalaman sumur bor sekitar 75 meter. Penyaluran air bersih dilakukan dengan cara memasang tangki penampungan air ( intake ) setinggi 5 meter diatas permukaan tanah, kemudian disambung sekitar 5 buah pipa air penyaluran yang dipasang kran, sehingga masyarakat dapat menggunakan air secara langsung setiap hari. Pada akhirnya harus dipikirkan seberapa besar air bersih yang akan dibutuhkan dan sistem yang digunakan dalam pencarian sumber-sumber air bersih, baik manual maupun konvensional.]]>
