Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan dana desa yang mengacu kepada Peraturan Bupati Nomor 71 Tahun 2016 di Desa Jatijajar Kecamatan Bergas Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan Dana Desa Jatijajar Kecamatan Bergas telah sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Semarang Nomor 71 Tahun 2016, Hal ini dikarena beberapa indikator antara lain 1) penggunaan dana desa telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan, tepat sasaran dan dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat 2) pelaksanaan telah sesuai aturan yang ada mulai dari Undang-Undang sampai dengan Perdes serta adanya keterlibatan masyarakat secara langsung dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi 3) kebijakan dana desa berorientasi pada prinsip pemberdayaan masyarakat dan masa depan 4) pelaksanaan pembangunan dan pemberdayaan telah sesuai dengan rencana yang disusun dalam RPJM-Des maupun RKP-Des. Adapun kendala - kendala dalam melakukan proses evaluasi kebijakan dana desa berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Semarang Nomor 71 Tahun 2016 antara lain sebagai berikut 1) ketidaksiapan secara sikap dan mental serta belum memahami prosedural dalam melaksanakan evaluasi 2) minimnya dana untuk pelaksanaan evaluasi dana desa 3) kurangnya sumber daya manusia dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi 4 ) adanya tumpah tindih peraturan antara pusat dan daerah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) description of student achievement, principal managerial abilities and teacher roles; (2) the magnitude of the influence of the principal's managerial ability on student achievement; (3) the magnitude of the influence of the teacher's role on student achievement; and (4) the magnitude of the influence of managerial ability and the role of teachers on student achievement in public junior high school in Mijen Sub District. This research is a quantitative explanatory research. The population in this study were students at SMPN 35 and SMPN 44, with a total sample of 74 people. Data analysis techniques to determine the principal managerial ability, the role of teachers and student achievement used descriptive statistical analysis and to determine the magnitude of the influence of the principal managerial ability variables and the role of teachers on student achievement were processed using Kendall tau correlation analysis technique with the help of SPSS IBM 23. The results of this study indicate the following: (1) The achievement of students in the Poor category with a value of 2,41, the managerial ability of the principal in the Very Good category with a value of 3,52 and the role of the teacher in the Good category with a value of 2,66 ; (2) Managerial ability has a correlation to student achievement by 0,265 (3) The role of the teacher has a correlation with student achievement by 0,390 and (4) Managerial ability of school principals and the role of teachers together have a correlation with student achievement students of 0,718.

Abstract

Gelandangan adalah individu yang tidak memiliki tempat tinggal, tidak memiliki penghasilan, dan tidak sesuai dengan norma dan nilai yang ada di masyarakat. Kota Semarang merupakan kota yang berusaha untuk menangani masalah gelandangan. Perlu adanya evaluasi dari tindakan Kota Semarang dalam menangani masalah gelandangan. Penanganan gelandangan di Kota Semarang dimuat dalam Peraturan Daerah No. 5 Tahun 2014. Pada skripsi ini penulis mengemukakan hasil analisis berdasarkan teori Dunn dan Anderson. Pada skripsi ini penulis melihat bahwa Dinas Sosial Kota Semarang telah maksimal dalam penanganan gelandangan. Namun masih banyak yang harus dilakukan karena penanganan gelandangan belum dirasa sudah mencapai tujuan dari adanya Perda tersebut yaitu tidak adanya lagi gelandangan dan kesejahteraan tiap individu. Perda tersebut memiliki faktor pendorong dan penghambat yang sangat rumit. Kejelasan dari sebuah definisi contohnya adalah hal yang mendasar dalam pelaksanaan. Namun hal ini acapkali jadi sebuah pikiran terbelakang dari pelaksanaan, sehingga gelandangan masih kurang dapat perhatian sebagaimana seharusnya ditangani. Penanganan gelandangan masih butuh banyak evaluasi mendalam ke depan-nya. Pemerintah Kota Semarang diharapkan mampu memperbaiki kesalahan agar pada penerapan berikutnya hasil evaluasi ini dapat dipakai dan bisa jadi rujukan bagi kebijakan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Abstract The development of batik is currently a serious problem in Grobogan Regency due to the lack of competitiveness of grobogan batik quality. The lack of attractiveness of the public to buy batik products led to a decrease in the amount of production. This research aims to analyze management in the development of Grobogan batik industry as an effort to empower the community and the factors that are the obstacles. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research looked at the management component in the development of Grobogan batik industry as a community empowerment effort that includes planning, organizing, actuating, controlling owned by George R. Terry, and wilson's theory of empowerment process. The results showed that the management of the development of the Grobogan batik industry as an effort to empower the community in Grobogan Regency is good enough although still not maximal because of activities that only focus on monotonous coaching and lack of innovations that can attract more people to participate. The factors that influence are: weak public awareness, lack of community participation rate, lack of ability to use technology, traditional mindset of society, people still market batik products with conventional, and lack of public attraction so that there needs to be more opportunities for the community to increase participation, there is still a feeling of excessive sungkan and innovation and expansion of cooperation with the marketplace. The suggestions provided are: provide space and opportunities for the community in conveying aspirations, developing innovations by bringing professional speakers in sustainable seminars, providing market place training, conducting open surveillance reporting uploaded through the Disperindag web, as well as marketing Grobogan batik products, in tourist attractions. Abstract

Desa Bedono merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatn Sayung, Kabupaten Demak yang mengalami banjir rob yang sangat parah sampai saat ini sehingga perlu diteliti bagaimana adapatasi masyarakat di Desa Bedono tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana dampak banjir rob terhadap, ekonomi masyarakat, sosial masyarakat, dan fisik..Penentuan informan dengan mengunakan teknik purposive. Adaptasi di Desa Bedono meliputi tiga komponen yaitu, adaptasi fisik, adaptasi ekonomi, adaptasi sosial dan untuk menganalisis dampak banji rob di Desa Bedono. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara,observasi dan dokumentasi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adptasi yang dilakukan adalah adaptasi fisik dengan meninggikan pondasi lantai rumah, membuat rumah panggung, membuat tanggul,adaptasi ekonomi yang dilakukan adalah dengan beralih mata pencaharian, wisata, budidaya kerang, dan adaptasi yang dilakukan terhadap sosial adalah dengan tetap menjalankan kegiatan-kegiatan sosial dengan waktu yang sudah ditentukan.

Abstract

Lawang Sewu Museum is one of the famous tourist sites in Semarang. Based on the high interest of tourists visiting Lawang Sewu Museum, it is a good achievement for the manager in managing and developing this tourist attraction. It's an achievement because, in fact, people's interest in a museum in today's modern era is relatively low. From 2015 to 2019, the number of tourists from Lawang Sewu Museum has always increased. It even increased in up to thousands of tourists each month. The purpose of this study is to see what is the factors that affecting the implementation of the development and management of Lawang Sewu Museum. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the manager of Lawang Sewu Museum is successful in developing and managing it, so it is desirable by the tourists. But there are still some evaluations that need to be done, such as staff recruitment and lack of funds in building expensive maintenance. Factors that affect the development and management of Lawang Sewu Museum are communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. In this study, researchers suggest conducting employee recruitment and a continuous collaboration between the management and the Local Government.

Abstract

ABSTRACTImproving service quality and driver performance is needed to meet user satisfaction. Satisfaction is the level of a person's feelings after comparing the perceived service and performance with expectations. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality, driver performance and user satisfaction of mikrotrans Jak Lingko in DKI Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative research approach with a total sample of 270 respondents who use mikrotrans Jak Lingko in DKI Jakarta. Based on this research, the results of the hypothesis test of the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction indicate a moderate and significant level of relationship and can be accepted, as evidenced by the results of the Kendall Tau correlation coefficient is 0.534, then Z-count 13.07> Z-table (5%) 1.96 and the percentage contribution of 28.5%. Hypothesis test results of the relationship between driver performance and user satisfaction indicate a moderate and significant level of relationship and can be accepted, as evidenced by the results of the Kendall Tau correlation coefficient is 0.514, then Z-count 12.58> Z-table (5%) 1.96 and the percentage contribution was 26.4%. Hypothesis test results of the relationship between service quality and driver performance with user satisfaction show a significant and acceptable relationship, as evidenced by the results of the Kendall tau concordance correlation coefficient, which is 0.814, then Chi-Square count> Chi Square table (5%) is 440.059> 5,991. with a contribution percentage of 66.2%. The three variables of this study have an average in the category of satisfied or good, although some indicators in these variables still show a score below the average. Suggestions that can be given for the constraints in these indicators are that the manager should be able to provide knowledge and take action against drivers to continue to improve service quality and driver performance of mikrotrans Jak Lingko in DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

SKCK Online isn innovation made by the National Police Headquarters to be implemented in the police environment with the aim of making it easier for the public to organize SKCK. However, based on the data obtained, the public's interest in SKCK Online at Polrestabes Semarang is still very small. This study aims to determine how the innovation of SKCK Polrestabes Semarang and analyze what factors hinder the application of SKCK innovation in Polrestabes Semarang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with interview and observation techniques. This research was analyzed by looking at the components of the SOP SKCK Polrestabes Semarang which included: service requirements, mechanisms and procedures, completion time, service fees, service products, handling complaints and suggestions, infrastructure, executive competence, number of implementers, service assurance. , product safety assurance and analysis. Rogers and Albury's public sector barriers to innovation. The results showed that the innovation of SKCK Online at Polrestabes Semarang City did not show a match between the old service mechanisms and procedures, the competence of the executors, and the number of implementers. And the factors inhibiting the implementation of SKCK Online innovation in Semarang City are influenced by excessive dependence on high performance, available technology, but are hampered by culture or organization, lack of rewards or incentives, inability to face risks and changes, budget constraints and planning, and is influenced by internal factors, namely the views of the community. Suggestions given are: make a division of tasks and tasks at the SKCK Service Center so that there is no impression of "odd jobs" due to unclear division of labor, need to recruit employees, change the print out display of proof of online registration by giving dates, provide special training to all implementing officers SKCK Online, provides rewards to SKCK Online implementing officers, creates special counters for SKCK Online users, collaborates with Dispendukcapil, continues to socialize SKCK Online

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is intended to: (1) Know Work Discipline in Disdukcapil Tegal Regency; (2) Knowing Work Ability at Disdukcapil Tegal Regency; (3) Knowing the effect of Work Discipline on Service Quality in Disdukcapil Tegal Regency; (4) Knowing the effect of Work Ability on Service Quality in Disdukcapil Tegal Regency; (5) Knowing the effect of Work Discipline and Work Ability on Service Quality at Disdukcapil Tegal Regency. This method is quantitative. The population totaled 48,664. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used accidental sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing included validity, reliability, and determination coefficient tests. The data analysis technique used the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the work discipline of the Tegal Regency Disdukcapil has an average of 2.93 in the Good category; (2) The work ability of the Disdukcapil of Tegal Regency has an average of 2.97 in the Good category; (3) Work Discipline has an effect on Service Quality in Disdukcapil Tegal Regency as indicated by the correlation results of 0.400> 0.05, with a contribution of 16%; (4) Work Ability affects Service Quality in Disdukcapil Tegal Regency which is indicated by the correlation result of 0.325> 0.05, with a contribution of 10.5%; (5) There is a positive and significant influence between the variables of work discipline and work ability on service quality with the results of 0.948> 0.05 at the 5% significance level. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the proportion of work discipline and work ability has an effect on service quality by 28.7% and the remaining 71.3% is influenced by factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

[This research aims to analyze how the performance of BPBD in overcoming landslide at Wonosobo District and to find out the factors that become the constraints on the BPBD's non optimal performance in overcoming landslide at Wonosobo District. This research is a qualitative descriptive by using purposive sampling to determine the performance of BPBD in overcoming landslide at Wonosobo District. Data collection techniques used in this research are through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively through the stages of data inventory, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that : BPBD's performance in overcoming landslide at Wonosobo district has not been running well because several obstacles are still encountered in several aspects such as productivity, service quality, and responsiveness. Factors causing the non optimal performance of BPBD in overcoming landslides include the lack of supporting equipment for landslide disaster management activities, limited human resources, and the slow pace recovery or rehabilitation of areas affected by disasters.
