Abstract

various parties involved in the agricultural sector about the importance of health and environmental sustainability. Agribusiness is important because of positive demands from consumers, especially the food sector. Technological developments and people's welfare have caused the demands of food consumers to change, namely not only demanding quantity but demanding quality, safety, health, and food security. The concept of development in the agricultural sector should not only focus on increasing product productivity, but also pay attention to natural balance, product quality and safety. This study uses five variables, namely revenue, costs, income, R/C ratio and ICS. The analytical method used in this study was qualitative analysis to describe the application of ICS at the research location and farmer characteristics, while quantitative analysis was performed to calculate farming costs, revenue, income, and R/C ratio. The value of the R/C ratio is 2.32, meaning that each cost of Rp. 1.00 then it can generate a profit of Rp. 2,32. An R/C ratio value of more than 1 indicates that the income generated by organic coffee farmers in Sleman Regency is higher than the costs incurred. The value of the R/C ratio is 2.32, meaning that each cost of Rp. 1.00 then it can generate a profit of Rp. 2,32. An R/C ratio value of more than 1 indicates that the income generated by organic coffee farmers in Sleman Regency is higher than the costs incurred.Based on calculations, it is known that the average value of efficiency (R/C ratio) of organic rice farming in Sleman Regency is 6.27. This shows that organic rice farming in Sleman Regency is efficient and profitable. The value of the R/C ratio is 6.27, which means that each cost of Rp. 1.00 then it can generate a profit of Rp. 6,27. R/C ratio values that are more than 1 indicate that the income generated by organic rice farmers in Sleman Regency is higher than the costs incurred

Abstract

Intensive Vaname Shrimp farming requires higher costs compared to traditional systems. With a high stocking density, intensive system vaname shrimp farming can produce high shrimp production. So with this fact, intensive system vaname shrimp farming can be applied by the community, especially people in Aceh Tamiang District. This research was conducted at Pokdakan Mina Jaya Tamiang, Dagang Setia Village, Manyak Payed District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the financial feasibility of raising vaname shrimp in Pokdakan Mina Jaya Tamiang, Dagang Setia Village, Manyak Payed District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research uses case studies and analyzed descriptively quantitative. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. The analysis calculated is Net Present Value (NPV), Net B / C Ratio, Internal Rate Return (IRR), and Break Event point (BEP). The results showed that the NPV obtained was 3,463,203,705 greater than 0; IRR obtained was 67.37% greater than the interest rate of 10.5%; Net B / C ratio value obtained was 2.72 greater than 1; Production BEP was 38,490 kg; And BEP price was Rp.37,615. So it can be concluded that the Vaname Shrimp Enlargement Business (Litopenaeus vannamei) Intensive System in Pokdakan Mina Jaya Tamiang Pond is profitable and feasible to run.

The method used in this research is the survey method and direct interviews with carp farmers. Sampling technique using simple random sampling method (randomly) with a sample size of 32 goldfish farmers. The data collected include primary data and secondary data. The data obtained will be processed and analyzed mathematically. The results showed that the cost structure, namely fixed costs of Rp.3,105,438.00 (3.16%), variable costs of Rp.94,899,281 (96.89%), the average fixed costs of Rp.602.29, variable costs on average Rp.18,405, the average total cost of Rp.19,005. Based on the mathematical formula of carp pond business income in Padang Gelugur District averaged Rp20,588,603 / ha / harvest season. Average revenue of Rp118,593,750 / ha / harvest season and the average total cost of Rp98,005,147 / ha / harvest season. Based on the R/C ratio carp farming business is profitable because the R/C ratio of 1.21 > 1. Based on BEP production shows a yield of 4,261 kg, this indicates that carp farmers must achieve production of that size in order to break even. The BEP price of Rp19,007/kg indicates that carp farmers must set a minimum price of Rp19,007/kg in order to reach BEP.
