Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VIII dalam menyelesaikan soal pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui tes dan non tes. Data non tes terdiri dari wawancara dan dokumentasi yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konfirmasi jawaban siswa pada soal tes yang diberikan. Sumber utama data pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VIII di SMP IT Bina Ilmi Palembang. Sebanyak dua puluh enam siswa dari kelas VIII.B terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas VIII.B tidak dapat memenuhi semua indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan baik sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VIII.B masih rendah.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted based on the problems found from observation on teaching and learning process. This research aimed to investigate how Wordless Picture Book improved students’ writing skill on recount text to the eight grade students of SMPN 1 Sungai Ambawang in academic year 2017/2018. This research was conducted by using Classroom Action Research and the subject was the eighth grade students in class VIII D. In collecting the data, the writer used observation checklist table, field note and writing test. The result showed that students’ problems in writing recount text such as organization of the text, using simple past tense and students’ interest in writing recount text had been solved by using Wordless Picture Book as the teaching medium. The students’ ability to organize the text improved through the chronological pictures, students’ ability in using simple past tense improved through events within pictures and students’ interest in writing recount text improved through cartoon pictures within Wordless Picture Book. It can be concluded that Wordless Picture Book can be used as a medium to improve students’ writing skill on recount text such as organization of the text, using simple past tense sentence and students’ interest in learning writing recount text. Keywords: Wordless Picture Book, Recount Text, Writing Skill.

Abstract

Criminal law is the norms that contain the necessities and prohibitions which the legislators formhave been associated with a sanction in the form of punishment, namely a special suffering. Criminal is asentence imposed on someone who is proven legally and convincingly commits a crime. In evidence ofteninterpreted as an effort to foster his personality in accordance with the values in society and culture. The deathpenalty is considered as a punishment that makes a deterrent effect for a crime. In Human Rights a set of rightsthat are inherent in the nature and existence of human beings as the supreme godhead and are a gift that mustbe respected, at the highest end and protected by the State, law and government, and every person for honorand protection of dignity human. Based on this understanding the writer of this thesis formulates twoformulations of the problem, namely: first, What are the views and perspectives of criminal law and humanrights in Indonesia on the implementation of capitalism perpetrators of terrorism, Second What is the basis forconsidering justifiers of criminal sanctions against terrorism.In the results of the problem research there are two main things that can be concluded. First, thecontradictory view of the application of the death penalty (abolitionist) in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the view thatis pro-retentionist assumes that capital punishment must still be maintained and applied only to extraordinarycrime such as terrorism, to applied by this group considers that the death penalty will provide a deterrenteffect, so that it will prevent the recurrence of similar crimes by other people. See again from the view ofhuman rights. The two basic considerations for justifying the death of law for terrorism are three, in terms ofsociological, ideological, philosophical juridical.Keywords: Crime, Views of Death Penalty, Terrorism, Human Rights

Abstract

Children are the responsibility of parents given by Allah S.W.T, therefore it is fitting for parents to guard and supervise them, especially when parents decide to include their children in a boarding school. On that basis sometimes time and distance are usually the main obstacles for parents in obtaining information, coupled with delays in the Islamic Boarding Schools in providing information to parents of students. By implementing information technology, the pesantren can more easily and quickly provide information to santri parents, and santri parents can also participate in supervising their children in terms of obtaining information relating to santri activities, santri absences and violations committed by Student. The results of this study are the Android-Based Santri Activity Monitoring Application using qualitative research types, while the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and literature studies. The method of development uses the Waterfall method and application testing uses the Balck Box method. The conclusion obtained from this study is the application of Al-Hidayah E-Monitoring makes it easy for parents to obtain information of students during the school so that parents can obtain more detailed data of students

Abstract

Padang lamun merupakan ekosistem laut dangkal yang didominasi oleh vegetasi lamun. Ekosistem padang lamun memiliki peran penting dalam ekologi kawasan pesisir, karena menjadi habitat berbagai biota laut yang menjadikan tempat mencari makanan (feeding ground) bagi penyu hijau, dugong, aneka jenis ikan, Echinodermata dan Gastropoda. Berbagai aktivitas manusia dan industri akan memberi dampak terhadap ekosistem padang lamun, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Mengingat pentingnya lamun, maka perlu segera dilakukan upaya-upaya pengelolaan yang tepat dan konservasi lamun. Dalam upaya menjaga ekosistem padang lamun tersebut maka perlu dilakukan pengenalan tentang pentingnya menjaga dan melestarikan ekosistem lamun sejak usia dini. Kegiatan MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan kepada anak-anak tingkat Sekolah Dasar tentang sejauh mana mereka mengetahui ekosistem tersebut. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dari 1 April sampai dengan 12 Mei 2023 yang berlokasi di SDN 13 Desa Jeruju Besar. Kegiatan ini meliputi penyampaian materi pengenalan ekosistem lamun yang berupa video animasi dan mewarnai gambar ekosistem lamun. Tingkat pemahaman siswa-siswi sangat baik dilihat dari keaktifan dalam menanyakan materi serta respon yang sangat baik dari siswa-siswi selama kegiatan berlangsung.

Abstract

The critical and creative thinking abilities of students are still low, with the greatest potential for development lying in mathematics education. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing differentiated instruction to enhance students' critical and creative thinking abilities. The study employs a quantitative design with a quasi-experimental two-group model, comprising an experimental group and a control group. The research participants consisted of 21 students in the experimental group and 21 students in the control group. Data collection instruments used were tests of critical and creative thinking. Data analysis techniques involved statistical tests, including tests for normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing on pre-test and post-test results. The outcomes of the N-Gain Score calculations indicate that the average N-Gain Score for critical thinking abilities in the experimental group is 61.1%, which falls into the category of moderately effective. On the other hand, the control group only reaches 29.7%, which falls into the category of ineffective. For creative thinking abilities, the average N-Gain Score in the experimental group is 59.2%, also falling into the moderately effective category, while the control group only achieves 45.3%, falling into the less effective category. Additionally, the results of student grouping based on learning abilities reveal that the post-test scores of critical and creative thinking abilities for students in the upper group are higher compared to students in the middle and lower groups within the experimental group.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi masyarakat Islam di pedesaan terhadap kewajiban pembayaran Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) dalam konteks ekonomi Islam. Rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat pedesaan dalam membayar PBB, meskipun terdapat kewajiban negara. Faktor-faktor keagamaan sering kali memengaruhi kepatuhan ini, dan hal ini membutuhkan kajian lebih lanjut untuk memahami persepsi dan sikap masyarakat Islam terkait kewajiban tersebut. Penelitian ini berupaya menempatkan diri di antara kajian hukum Islam yang berkaitan dengan kewajiban negara dan kajian ekonomi Islam yang mengamati praktik perpajakan di masyarakat Muslim. Sebagai kontribusi terhadap literatur yang ada, studi ini lebih menitikberatkan pada aspek persepsi keagamaan masyarakat di lingkungan pedesaan, yang sering terabaikan dalam kajian perpajakan dan kepatuhan hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap masyarakat Muslim di pedesaan. Analisis tematik dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi pemahaman, keyakinan, dan sikap masyarakat terkait pembayaran PBB dalam perspektif ajaran Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat Muslim terhadap PBB beragam, dengan sebagian masyarakat memandang PBB sebagai kewajiban negara yang sah menurut Islam, sementara sebagian lainnya merasa ragu tentang keabsahan PBB karena tidak langsung terkait dengan zakat. Ada juga pemahaman bahwa kewajiban perpajakan tersebut harus lebih jelas dijelaskan oleh pihak otoritas agama dan pemerintah. Kepatuhan terhadap PBB cenderung lebih tinggi di kalangan masyarakat yang memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang kontribusi pajak terhadap pembangunan umum. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah memberikan pandangan baru tentang pentingnya pemahaman agama dalam memengaruhi perilaku kepatuhan pajak di kalangan masyarakat Muslim pedesaan. Studi ini juga memberikan insight bagi pemerintah dan pemuka agama untuk meningkatkan edukasi tentang kewajiban pajak dalam kerangka syariah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan tingkat kepatuhan terhadap PBB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Cost Structure and Income of Carp Ponds in Padang Gelugur District, Pasaman Regency. The method used in this research is the survey method and direct interviews with carp farmers. Sampling technique using simple random sampling method (randomly) with a sample size of 32 goldfish farmers. The data collected include primary data and secondary data. The data obtained will be processed and analyzed mathematically. The results showed that the cost structure, namely fixed costs of Rp.3,105,438.00 (3.16%), variable costs of Rp.94,899,281 (96.89%), the average fixed costs of Rp.602.29, variable costs on average Rp.18,405, the average total cost of Rp.19,005. Based on the mathematical formula of carp pond business income in Padang Gelugur District averaged Rp20,588,603 / ha / harvest season. Average revenue of Rp118,593,750 / ha / harvest season and the average total cost of Rp98,005,147 / ha / harvest season. Based on the R/C ratio carp farming business is profitable because the R/C ratio of 1.21 > 1. Based on BEP production shows a yield of 4,261 kg, this indicates that carp farmers must achieve production of that size in order to break even. The BEP price of Rp19,007/kg indicates that carp farmers must set a minimum price of Rp19,007/kg in order to reach BEP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan keterampilan sosial dalam kegiatan bina diri bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di SLB Wijaya Kusuma. Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan potensi individu, terutama bagi ABK yang memiliki karakteristik unik. Kegiatan bina diri berfokus pada aspek kemandirian dan kesehatan, serta kematangan sosial budaya. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan metode observasi serta wawancara, penelitian ini menggambarkan interaksi antara siswa ABK dan guru, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan keterampilan sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan sosial ABK, termasuk tunagrahita, tunarungu, dan autis, dapat ditingkatkan melalui dukungan yang tepat serta lingkungan belajar yang inklusif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bagi ABK di Indonesia Kata Kunci: keterampilan sosial, bina diri, anak abk
