Abstract

The objective of this research to conduct an investigation of the impacts and relationships between family issues and supervisor support to develop work intention to remain within mediation variables are work satisfaction and work innovation. This research was used nonprobability sampling as a method, with 203 samples of employees on industrial manufacture company in Surakarta. Using Structural Equation Model (SEM) software application as a quantitative method to analyze the data. The result of this study indicates that there is a significant relationship between supervisor support to work satisfaction and work innovation, on the other hand, work satisfaction and work innovation significant relate into work intention to remain. Furthermore, this research also has resulted that work and family conflict does not significantly relate to work satisfaction, this result rejected the hypothesis. The conclusions for this study; First, consider the supervisor support importantly to develop and increase the level of work satisfaction and work intention to remain. Second, within work and family conflicts, the important variable that needs to be a concern was work conflict in case this indicates to decrease the level of work satisfaction. This result, indicate that compare with work innovation, the variable of work satisfaction was the most significant variable to impact the work intention to remain.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership on employee creativity. In this study, transformational leadership was seen from four dimensions: inspirational motivation, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. This study’s sampling technique was the purposive sampling technique by selecting Master program students who have worked. This study had distributed a total of 117 questionnaires, and the number of usable questionnaires was 100 employees. This study applied multiple regression to process the data. The results showed that the four transformational leadership dimensions, consisting of inspirational motivation, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration, influenced employee creativity.

Abstract

The results of previous research that examines the effect of national culture on the effectiveness of human resource management practices provide empirical support that national culture affects human resource management practices. Nevertheless, the results have not been conclusive toward the degree of influence of national culture on the effectiveness of human resource management practices. It is caused that the previous studies on the influence of national culture toward human resource management practices is majority done by bundling all human resource management practices such as selection and recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, and career in one study. Few studies discuss the influence of national culture on certain human resource management functions whereas national cultures specifically lead to certain human resource management functions. Therefore, it can be said that the degree of influence of national culture on human resource management practices depend on the certain functions of human resource management. This article discusses the influence of national culture on the effectiveness of the employee compensation practices in Indonesia, which will provide an important contribution to the development of compensation theory and organizational behavior to predict employee behavior. In addition, this article will also contribute to the organization as a reference to the decision in the company’s compensation plan.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect to of transformational leadership which consists of four dimensions:  idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualizedconsideration and intellectual stimulation effect to job satisfaction of imployees at PT Madubaru PG PS Madukismo of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique is determined by Perposive sampling which distributing questionnaires to 78 non managerial employees at supervisor divvy. Descriptive analysis is used as the method the consists of multiple linier regression analysis, partial significan testing (Uji-t), simultaneous significant testing (Uji-f), and coeficient of determination (R2) is also used in this reserch.The result of this research swows that idealized influence, inspirational motivation, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation which are the dimensions of transformational leadership have a significant and positive impact on satisfaction of imployees at PT Madubaru PG PS Madukismo of Yogyakarta.KeywordS:

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of comparative advertisement format and non comparative toward cognitive responses and behavioral intentions. In this research, the writer chooses the participants who used mobile cards XL Axiata (XL and Axis) in Special Region of Yogyakarta area. In analyzing the data, the writer uses the quantitative and experiment method conducted by survey. In this research, the writer uses questionnaire for collecting the data. The samples of this research are card mobile users of XL Axiata (XT and Axis) who live in Special Region of Yogyakarta area and fulfill criteria set by the researcher. The number of the samples in this research is 80 participants. The analysis tool in this research, the writer uses the analysis of independent sample t test, two ways anova dan simple regression.Some of the research findings are; there are difference influences between cognitive response of consumers who receive comparative advertising stimuli and noncomparative ads. Then there are average differences between the cognitive responses by stimuli comparative advertising/non-comparative and NFC low/high. The last, a cognitive response effects on consumer behavioral intentions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of free cash flow and funding decisions on shareholder value with investment opportunity set as a moderating variable. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 until 2015. Data collected by purposive sampling method and the sampling results obtained are 93 companies.sampel. The analysis technique used moderated regression analysis (MRA) or interaction test.The test results show that free cash flow has no significant effect on shareholder value, while funding decisions have significant effect on shareholder value, investment opportunity set can moderate the effect of free cash flow to shareholder value, investment opportunity set can moderate influence of funding decision to value shareholders

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between quality and service quality Against Customer Loyalty With Customer Satisfaction As Variable Intervention At Customers PT FAC Sekuritas Indonesia in Yogyakarta. The population is a customer of PT FAC Securitas Indonesia with more than 1.5 years of PT FAC Sekuritas Indonesia. The sample is 100 customers of PT FAC Sekuritas Indonesia. The analytical technique uses several techniques supported by t test and Coefficient Determination test with the help of SPSS for windows 17.0 program. The results showed that (1) Customer Relationship Management has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (2) Quality of Service has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (3) Quality of Experience has a positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction. (4) Customer Satisfaction has negative and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty. (5) Customer Relationship Management has a negative and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty. (6) Quality of Service has a negative and insignificant influence on Customer Loyalty. (7) Quality of Experience has a positive and significant relation to Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Variasi produk merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen Bedukmutu. Bedukmutu adalah singkatan dari bela-beli produk Muhammadiyah bermutu. Bedukmutu merupakan alat atau sistem jual beli online yang dikembangkan di UMY untuk jual-beli produk warga UMY. Tujuan utama Bedukmutu adalah untuk mengelola potensi ekonomi warga Muhammadiyah. Pada penelitian ini, dari lima variabel yang diteliti, yaitu: sistem daring, layanan admin, kualitas produk, variasi produk, dan harga produk, akan dilihat manakah yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode cluster sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang diambil dari 757 dosen dan karyawan tetap di semua fakultas dan biro di UMY. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis regresi dengan menggunakan SPSS 20.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini, diantara lima variabel tersebut, yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen adalah variasi produk, dan diperoleh persamaan garis regresi Y = 0.936 + 0.347 X4.

Abstract

This study entitled Analysis of Influence of Job Motivation and Job Satisfaction to Organizational Performance with Job Productivity as an intervening variable (Empirical Study at BPJS Kesehatan Branch Serang). Methods of data collection used random sampling methods, and the respondents were all employees totaling 46 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire method to give a list of questions directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis, which was operated by SmartPLS. The results showed a positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational performance and a positive relationship between job satisfaction and job productivity. The path analysis found that job motivation and job satisfaction do not affect organizational performance through productivity. Thus, it can be concluded that productivity does not become an intervening variable between job motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine whether marketing expenditure affected firm performance. Previous research has mentioned that there was an influence between marketing expenditure to profitability and firm value. However, some stakeholders and practitioners perceived that the budget for marketing expenditure has already overspent, which means it was assumed that marketing expenditure is very high cost and difficult to measure. In this research, the contribution of marketing expenditure to firm performance of the big four of the telecommunication companies in Indonesia (PT. Telkom, Tbk (including PT. Telkomsel), PT. Indosat Ooredoo, Tbk, PT. XL Axiata, Tbk, and PT. Smartfren Telecom, Tbk) would be analyzed. Firm performance was proxied as the profit margin on sales (PM on Sales), return on assets (ROA), return on investment (ROI), and return on equity (ROE). The methodology of the research used the quantitative model, and the analysis applied the simple regression. The results showed that the marketing expenditure had a significant effect on PM on Sales, ROI, and ROE, partially. On the contrary, the marketing expenditure had no impact on the return on assets (ROA).
