Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis budaya organisasi yang diterapkan di Kantor Sekeretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gunungkidul, menganalisis faktor motivasi apa yang mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja, menganalisis uji beda kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan di kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gunungkidul ditinjau dari gender.Obyek penelitian adalah Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gunungkidul dan subyeknya adalah karyawan di Sekeretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gunungkidul berjumlah 60 orangdan jenis datanya adalah data primer. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji beda (t-test).Hasil analisis deskriptif bahwa budaya organisasi di Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Gunung Kidul sudah inovatif, karyawan cukup berani mengambil risiko, perhatian pada hal-hal yang detail, berfokus pada tim, mendorong pegawai untuk tidak malas-malasan dan tidak mempertahankan status quo. Faktor yang mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja di Sekretariat DPRD Gunung Kidul adalah kebutuhan untuk berkuasa, kebutuhan berafilasi dan kebutuhan untuk berprestasi tinggi, dengan faktor yang paling dominan adalah kebutuhan untuk berafiliasi, diikuti kebutuhan kebutuhan berprestasi dan kebutuhan berkuasa. Sedangkan hasil analisis uji beda, tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja, terdapat perbedaan kebutuhan kekuasaan, tidak terdapat perbedaan kebutuhan berprestasi dan tidak terdapat perbedaan kebutuhan berafiliasi ditinjau dari gender.

Abstract

Student’s entrepreneurship intention was quite widely researched. However, those studies examined separately factors affecting entrepreneur intention. This study tried to investigate a more comprehansive a more comprehensive favtor which affected the student intention to be entrepreneur. The entrepreneurial characteristics which were investigated consist of innovativeness, need for achievement, locus of control, risk taking provensity, tolarance for ambiguity, and self confidence. This study also research whether the intention to be entrepreneur affected by different ethnic groups, and parental accupation of students (entrepreneurs and non entrepreneurs). Since the number of women entrepreneur in Indonesia is still very limited, this study also investigated how gender differences could be the source of differences in students intention to be entrepreneur. We found that five of six student’s entrepreneurial characteristics significantly affected their intention to be entrepreneur. Futher, this study also revealed that there is no difference in intention to be entrepreneur among students with defferent ethnic groups, parent’s accoupation, and gender

Abstract

Currently the Company Yamaha Motor vehicles are th manufacturer to create a special automatic motor cycle for woman. Yamaha Mio is a market leader for authomatic motor cycle product. Strategy used by Yamaha is market segmentation strategy, target market, and placement positions. This strategy is one weapom powerful enought to penetrate the field of competition.The research was conducted thought questionnaires to one hundred respondents. Abstract

The motivation factor is one of the most important elements for choosing tourism destination, this study aims to find out the motives of Sudanese tourists for choosing Bandung as tourism destination, this research uses a Qualitative approach to describe this topic as phenomenological study, the study showed that the factor of culture, religion, behavior, nature, the experiences of former tourists, shopping, price, have a very big role in motive Sudanese tourists to choose Bandung as a tourist destination. This study shows that the factors of excellence tourist destinations in Bandung have important indicators including the type and nature of tourist attractions; service quality, physical and social environment, cost, accessibility, and behavior of local residents to tourists. Tourist destinations in Bandung in the view of some Sudanese tourists have high accessibility, leading tourist attractions in tourist destinations easily accessible because of good road conditions. In the regulation of traffic and transportation is very chaotic because the traffic rate of vehicles is so crowded. Decent accommodation and a complete and clear guide/instruction. The lowest score is the attribute of the accessibility of tourist destinations in Bandung.

Abstract

Research Aims: The purpose of this paper is to analyze and discuss the influence of city image and visitor engagement on re-visit intention through memorable tourism experiences as a mediation variable.Design/Methodology/Approach: The research sampling techniques used was nonprobability sampling by judgmental sampling methods. The respondents involved 220 visitors who had visited Yogyakarta city two times in the last two years. Path analysis was employed to analyze the dataResearch Findings: The results showed that visitor engagement had no significant impact on re-visit intention, while city image and memorable tourism experiences significantly affected re-visit intention. Similarly, city image and visitor engagement significantly influenced memorable tourism experiences.Theoritical Contribution/ Originality: The empirical results of this study provide tenable evidence that the proposed Path analyse designed to consider city image visitor engagement, memorable tourism experience, and revisit intention simultaneously is acceptable, although the previous researchers have not explained the relationship between variables as a wholePractitioner/Policy Implication: The results of this study indicate that the city of Yogyakarta is able to sell and market the image of the city and its tourism performance related to culture well to tourists, so that tourists have long-term memorable memories related to the city of Yogyakarta, especially women aged 15-30 years, even though based on the research results there is no emotional attachment to tourists when traveling to Yogyakarta.Research Limitation/Implication: In conducting this research, the researchers have limitations in data retrieval due to a COVID-19 outbreak that made many tourists not visiting tourist destinations, resulted in tourism-related groups even quieter and online questionnaires could not spread properly.

Abstract

Computer systems cannot improve organizational performance if they aren’t used optimally. To better predict, explain and increase user acceptance, we need to better understand why people are accept or reject a computer system. Reject often happened in the application of a new system. Once website UMY was introduced in Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta a few years ago, it’s not fully used actually by now. This research designs to explain the variables that influence behavior of the student to use website UMY. The simple TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) that contain 3 variables is used. The variables are Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Actual Use. The results show that the three hypotheses are significantly proved. Both simultaneously and partially, Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use are significantly influenced student’s Actual Use of website UMY. These indicate that the more actual use of website UMY the more succesfull the website.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of quality control product in order to improve product quality by using Statistical Process Control (SPC). Object in this research is theproduction process of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) from the procurement of raw materials to the end of the process and the subject is part of PT. Kalimantan Sanggar Pusaka. Data were analyzed using SPC such as control p-chart, control x-chart, Pareto charts and diagrams causation. Analysis of raw materials by using control-p chart showed that the quality control is still under control. Based on Pareto diagram analysis, the most dominant damage occurs because there are many pieces F0 / raw fruit (53%), based on analysis of cause-effect diagram this condition comes from many factors such as method, human, plant age, and cultivation techniques. Analysis production process of CPO in Oil Production by using control x-chart showed that the quality MOIST and DIRT are still out of the control limits. Based on Pareto diagram analysis, the most dominant damage occurs because the high levels of MOIST (39%), based on analysis of cause-effect diagram this condition comes from many factors such as methods, environment, raw materials, and machine. Analysis of the final product at the Storage Tank CPO by using map control-x showed that the quality MOIST and DIRT are still out of the control limits. Based on Paretodiagram analysis, the most dominant damage occurs because the high levels of DIRT and MOIST with respective percentages of 50%, based on the results of the analysis of cause-effect diagram this condition comes from many factors such as methods, environment, raw materials, and machine.

Abstract

Sharing knowledge is a core value in the learning process of higher education.This research aims to analyze the factors influence knowledge sharing in the implementation of e-learning in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The subject in this study is 115 lectures in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and using validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate, first, that the lecturer attitude, motivation to share, communication and technology simultaneously significant effect on knowledge sharing. Second, the lecturer attitude have a negative influence and no significant evidenced by the coefficient value of the lecturer attitude is -0.164. Another variables have a positive impact and significant, regression coefficient evidenced by the value of the motivation to share is 0,482, regression coefficient value of the communication is 0.191 and regression coefficient of technology is 0.220. Analysis of the coefficient of determination shows 0,403; which means the lecturer attitude, motivation to share, communication and technology affect knowledge sharing by 40,3%.

Abstract

Global era suggests that the competitive challenges of competition in the business world. The development of healt-care business is increasingly competitive, the hospital is required to provide satisfactory services to their patients. This studi aimed to analyze the relasionship between the service quality and behavioral intentions  in hospital inpatients X, analyze the different slope service quality relationship beetween the above behavioral intentions and that under the tolerance zone relative to waht is in the tolerance zone, and analyze the real distinctions behavioral intentions among inpatients do not experienced service problems, experienced service problems solved and unsolved. Selvice quality variabel: tangible, reality, responsiveness, asurance, and emphaty. Behavioral intention variabel: loyality, switch, pay more, external response and internal response. Reaserch location in hospital X of Yogyakarta, the study subjects were inpatients. To know the relationship between service quality, behavioral intention to use correlation and regression analysis tools.The results show there is a positive relationship between service quality and behavioral intentions in hospotal inpatients X. There is difference in slope service quality relationship beetween the above behavioral intentions and that under the tolerance zone relative to taht in the tolerance zone. There are real differences in behavioral intentions among hospitalized patients do not solved, with the highest behavioral intentions score were inpatients do not experienced service problems but not solved, with the highst behavioral intentions score were inpatients do not experience service problems, the next highes is inpatients but not experiencing problem solved and the lowest is inpatients care but not experiencing problems solved. Based on the results off all hypotheses (H1 a, H2 b, H2 a, H2 b, and H2 c) is accepted. Quality os service related behavioral intentions are positive, it is advisable to keep a hospital X servive quality issues.

Abstract

This reaserch aimed to analysed factors influencing Nasmoco’s marketing in Chentral Java and Jogjakarta. The factors were sales performance, distribution performance, service quality and promotion. Salesperson commitment, learning orientation, and motivation also tested as factorsinfluencing salesperson performance. Respondents of the study consist of Customer Representative Commission (CRC), salespersom, and supervisor. Data were collected using questionaire and analyzed using multiple regresion analysis. The result indicated that only learning orientation have no significant influence on salesperson performance, this means that Nasmoco has well aducated salesperson. The result also also showed no significant influence of promotion on sales performance. It didn’t mean that Nasmoco should leave their promotion, But Nasmoco should find creative idea in their promotion in order to get new customer and to raise customer loyalty.
