Abstract

This study investigates the feasibility of the CHEAP ("Cempaluk Heritage App") as a digital marketing model to enhance cultural tourism appeal in Pekalongan Regency. The research addresses the challenge of sub-optimal cultural tourism promotion and untapped collaborative potential by examining the relationships between Perceived Application Quality, Cultural Tourism Appeal, and Visitor Intention to Visit/Purchase. Employing a mixed-methods approach, data was collected through surveys and interviews. A total of 46 participants, including potential tourists, batik MSME owners, and religious site managers, were selected using purposive sampling. Findings indicate that the proposed application is highly feasible, with strong positive perceptions of its quality directly enhancing the cultural tourism appeal. This heightened appeal, in turn, significantly increases visitors' intentions to engage with the sites and purchase local products, thereby fostering a sustainable collaborative model and strengthening Pekalongan's position as a cultural tourism destination.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of financial management of village fund allocation, community participation and village policies on improving the welfare of the people of Tersobo Village, Prembun District, Kebumen Regency. This study is a quantitative study using 97 samples. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Village Fund Allocation had a significant positive effect on Community Welfare with a t-count of 2.671> 1.986. Community Participation had a significant positive effect on Improving Community Welfare with a t-count of 2.100> 1.986. Village Policy had a significant positive effect on Community Welfare with a t-count of 8.409> 1.986.

Abstract

The trend of fiscal decentralization and infrastructure development such as roads, sanitation, and electricity in the 6 provinces on the island of Java, which tends to increase every year, should be able to reduce inequality. However, on the contrary, this condition of inequality has not significantly improved. The average Gini index in 6 provinces on the island of Java from 2013-2022 was 0.395, while the national average for the same period was 0.391. This indicates a serious problem regarding income inequality in Java. This study aims to analyze the influence of fiscal decentralization and infrastructure development on income inequality in 6 provinces on the island of JavaThe analysis method used in this study is panel data regression using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). This study uses 60 secondary data points. The data used in this study were sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Finance.Based on the research findings, it was found that the fiscal decentralization variable had a significant positive effect on income inequality. The sanitation variable had a significant negative effect on inequality. Furthermore, the road and electricity variables did not have a significant effect on income inequality.

Abstract

Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is currently showing a positive trend. This shows that MSMEs have a strategic position in national economic development, plays a role in development, employment and distribution of development results. This research focuses on increasing the financial independence of MSMEs through the application of financial management concepts that are practical and easy to understand. The research methods used include a survey of Kudus district MSME players, in-depth interviews with business owners, as well as analysis of available financial data. This research seeks to obtain the concept of practical financial management to increase independence for MSMEs in Kudus Regency by including determining samples using the purposive sampling method, collecting data and then testing it using PLS (Partial Least Square). The test results in the research show that practical financial management has a positive effect on independence. Kudus district MSMEs with a statistical t value of 4.722 and an original sample estimate value of 0.432 and financial management has a positive impact on Kudus district MSMEs with a statistical t value of 5.999 and an original sample estimate value of 0.550.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan dengan Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Current Ratio (CR) harga terhadap saham perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2021 – 2023. Sampel terdiri dari 35 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi data panel dengan bantuan perangkat lunak EViews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial CR, ROA, dan ROE tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Namun, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Temuan ini mendukung sinyal teori bahwa informasi kinerja keuangan dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap persepsi investor dalam mengambil keputusan investasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how Batik Yoga Art customer loyalty in Semarang is influenced by brand equity and product quality. The population of this study consisted of 100 respondents, and the sampling techniques used were quota and accidental sampling. The data source comes from primary data, which was collected through a questionnaire. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression. The finding shows that brand equity has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Further results also show that product quality has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. The implication suggests that Batik Yoga Art enhances innovative product esthetic with more interesting and up-to-date trends.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of transformational leadership, work culture, and work-life balance on work discipline, with sustainable commitment serving as an intervening variable. The study focuses on civil servants at the Central Office of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Central Java Province. A quantitative method was used in this research. The population and sample in this study consist of all civil servants at the Central Office of the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Central Java Province, totaling 95 respondents, using a census approach. This study involves several variables, namely transformational leadership, work culture, and work-life balance. Several tests were conducted, including the measurement model (outer model), structural model (inner model), and indirect effect tests, with data processed using the SmartPLS application. The findings of this research show that transformational leadership, work culture, work-life balance, and sustainable commitment have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Sustainable commitment can mediate the influence of transformational leadership, work culture, and work-life balance on work discipline. Keywords: transformational leadership, work culture, work-life balance, continuance commitment, work discipline

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image and brand ambassador on purchase decisions of Mie Sukses in Semarang. The research problem is based on the question of how brand image and brand ambassador, both directly and indirectly, affect consumer purchasing behavior. A quantitative research design was applied with a structured questionnaire distributed to 144 consumers of Mie Sukses who were selected using purposive sampling, ensuring that respondents had purchased the product at least twice in the past three months. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling to test the relationships between the studied variables. The results reveal that brand image has a strong positive effect on purchase decision, confirming its role as the most important factor in shaping consumer behavior. Meanwhile, brand ambassador shows a significant but negative effect on purchase decision, indicating a possible mismatch between the ambassador’s credibility and consumer expectations. Furthermore, brand image significantly affects brand ambassador, while the indirect effect of brand image on purchase decision through brand ambassador is negative. These findings highlight the dominant role of brand image and the importance of aligning ambassador selection with target consumer perceptions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand ambassadors and brand image on purchase decisions in the Shopee application, with brand trust as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach was used, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via an online questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1-5 and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that brand ambassadors have a significant positive effect on brand trust but do not significantly influence purchase decisions. Meanwhile, brand image has a significant positive effect on both brand trust and purchase decisions. However, brand trust does not significantly influence purchase decisions. Additionally, brand trust does not significantly mediate the relationship between brand ambassadors and purchase decisions, nor between brand image and purchase decisions. These findings highlight the importance of brand image in driving consumer trust and purchase behavior, while the role of brand ambassadors appears to be more indirect. This research provides valuable insights for e-commerce platforms and businesses in optimizing their marketing strategies by focusing on brand image development and strategic brand ambassador selection.
