Abstract

 This research was conducted to investigate the perceptions of persons with disabilities and stakeholders regarding the promotion and development of Friendly and Inclusive Communities in Bantul Regency, DIY and Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi. The study was designed using transformative mixed-method, with the framework of KIPA (Knowledge, Inclusion, Participation, and Access) as a theoretical framework core. The first step was carried out by an empirical survey through distributing questionnaires to 48 respondents in Bantul Regency and 52 respondents in Kendari City. The results of data analysis from questionnaire contents were processed through descriptive statistics to describe respondents' perceptions quantitatively. Quantitative results are used as a reference in qualitative data collection, namely through in-depth interviews with selected respondents. The results of the study show that both persons with disabilities and stakeholders have a positive perception of the promotion and development of a friendly and inclusive community in their area. Although knowledge about disability, inclusion and the issues that surround it is still limited, but both persons with disabilities and stakeholders claim the need for a Friendly and Inclusive Community to be realized. Repondents of persons with disabilities also added that participation and access to development by and for persons with disabilities needs to be improved both in terms of quantity and quality.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi persepsi penyandang disabilitas dan stakeholders mengenai promosi dan pengembangan Komunitas Ramah dan Inklusif di Kabupaten Bantul, DIY dan Kota Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian didesain menggunakan transformative mixed-method, dengan kerangka KIPA (Knowledge, Inclusion, Participation, and Access) sebagai core theoretical framework. Langkah pertama dilakukan dengan survey empiris melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 48 responden di Kabupaten Bantul dan 52 responden di Kota Kendari. Hasil analisis data dari isian kuesioner diolah melalui statistik deskriptif untuk menggambarkan persepsi responden secara kuantitatif. Hasil kuantitatif dijadikan sebagai rujukan dalam pengambilan data secara kualitatif, yaitu melalui in-depth interview kepada responden terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan baik penyandang disabilitas maupun stakeholders memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap promosi dan pengembangan Komunitas Ramah dan Inklusif di daerah mereka. Meskipun pengetahuan mengenai disabilitas, inklusi dan isu-isu yang melingkupinya masih terbatas, namun baik penyandang disabiltias dan stakeholders mengaku perlunya Komunitas Ramah dan Inklusif untuk diwujudkan. Reponden penyandang disabilitas juga menambahkan bahwa partisipasi dan akses pembangunan oleh dan untuk penyandang disabilitas perlu ditingkatkan baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas.

Abstract

However, historically, Samin resistance by the end of XIX centery was sparked by two main issues, eg. forestry and taxation. Historical explanation on the fist issue, the relationship between Samin movement and forestry, is rarely discussed. On the other hand, Samin’s spiritual values—based on Adam religion teaching—are also frequently ignored from causalities discussion. The Samin’s Movement at XIX century showed the values they fiht for are religiosity, ethics of life, political ethics, farming knowledge, and forest point of view. The knowledge systems of farming based on their high appreciation for human being role in altering nature become food. On the other hand, the Java land, inclusive of forest in it is Entrusted by God creation of Pandawa to Javanese. Second, the history of management of Java Forest since Daendels’s era till appearance of Forestry Regulation 1865 and Agraria’s Law 1870 really progressively clarify interaction demarcation experience of among Samin with his forest.

Abstract

Bunga rampai “Dinamika Masyarakat di Era Pandemi” merupakan buku yang ditulis pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Peristiwa tersebut membuat gejolak besar, hingga menyebabkan perubahan sosial secara masif di masyarakat. Buku ini secara menarik menggambarkan berbagai reaksi yang timbul di masyarakat, yang dipicu oleh perubahan tersebut. Kebijakan-kebijakan baru ditetapkan atas dasar menjaga kestabilan dalam berbagai aspek. Lockdown, merupakan salah satu “produk kontroversial” yang dikeluarkan oleh stakeholder. Aturan yang secara positif diklaim dapat menekan angka penyebaran Covid-19 ini nyatanya disikapi berbeda oleh masyarakat. Ketika dikaitkan dengan praktik keagamaan, reaksi satu kelompok dengan kelompok lain, meskipun berada dalam satu lingkup, akan berbeda tergantung apakah si A terafiliasi dengan organisasi tertentu atau tidak. Bahkan, budaya bersalaman setelah sholat menjadi fenomena unik untuk diamati, karena konteksnya bukan lagi tentang bid’ah setelah adanya pandemi.

Abstract

The beauty of a reality that exists in the history of human life, which becomes the beauty of a daily life of the urban masyakarat. The beauty is not merely in the form of modern art work that only gives a limit on the value of artwork. While the beauty of a day of society representation on a culture and tradition. That beauty is part of human life, which concerns something good. Not on the art form but also on the behavior of society. Because beautiful, good is good and true in a narrative in the life of society. But in contrast to the beauty of urban reality in which beauty is not a value but as a sign and that marks so beauty does not become a meaning and purpose of a work of art but an urban lifestyle. Urban fashion aesthetic with a phenomenon approach that develops in the life of urban society, today. That aesthetic fashion becomes part of urban society. As an illustration of the urban community that gives shape of fashion aesthetic.Keindahan sebuah realitas yang ada dalam sejarah kehidupan manusia, dimana menjadi keindahan sebuah kehidupan sehari-hari dari masyakarat urban. Keindahan bukan melulu pada bentuk karya seni modern yang hanya memberikan batas pada nilai karya seni. Sedangkan keindahan sehari dari masyarakat representasi pada sebuah budaya dan tradisi. Bahwa keindahan itu adalah bagian dari hidup manusia, yang menyangkut sesuatu yang baik. Bukan pada bentuk karya seni tapi juga pada prilaku masyarkatnya. Karena indah, bagus itu baik dan benar dalam sebuah penuturan di dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Namun berbeda dengan keindahan realitas urban di mana keindahan bukan sebuah nilai tapi sebagai sebuah tanda dan yang menandai sehingga keindahan bukan menjadi sebuah makna dan tujuan dari sebuah karya seni tapi sebuah gaya hidup (fashion) urban. Abstract

The ttransformation of IAIN (State Islamic Institute) Sunan Kalijaga becomes a StateIslamic University (UIN) Sunan Kaijaga has demand a reformation and one of them is in thefield of human resources governance. The human resources has become one of the importantassets for the sustainability of the activityies in the UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Human resourcesat UIN Sunan Kalijaga include: (1) lecturers, (2) administrative personnel, (3) of functionalstaff except lecturers (researchers, librarians, and archivists). Along with progress in thetransformation into a university, UIN Sunan Kalijaga has received ISO 9001:2008 from TUVRheiland on September 10, 2009. This study focuses on the services provided by employees(personnel administration). In its implementation on the ground was still found how the performanceof employees at UIN Sunan Kalijaga have not maximum and satisfy yet. Based onthis background, this study proposed the formulation of the problem as follows: Is there anyinfluence of organizational culture on the employee performance in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta?Theory used in this study is the theory related to organizational culture and employeeperformance. The method which is used is a quantitatively method. The population of this studyis overall of UIN Sunan Kalijaga employees totaling 498 people, with a sample of 222 respondents.Research Location is UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Techniques of data collection isdone by providing the questionnaire as the primary data and the the utilization of secondarydata (reports, magazines, etc.). Test the validity of data is done by using a correlation productmoment and the Cronbach Alpha reliability test (variables studied cronbach declared reliable ifthe value of alpha (?) is above the table or above r 0.600). Meanwhile the analysis using simplifiedlinear regression analysis. This analysis is used to measure the influence of organizationalculture on employee performance by use of a significant level (?) of 5%. From the researchresults that have been done acquired the following results: First, the relationship between OrganizationalCulture by Employee Performance of 0.619, and significant direction. Second, theeffect of frequency of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance by 38.3% remainder61.7% is influenced by the outside factors of this regression model. Third, the tendency forthe affected Employee Performance Organizational Culture generally experienced reductiondecline. Third, the tendencies for the affected Employees Performance are influenced by theOrganizational Culture generally experienced reduction.

Abstract

The death of expertise is an attack on the already established knowledge and adverse effects of half-half information in the community from the presence of Google, Wikipedia and blogs, many laymen who tend to degrade intellectually and advice from Experts. So feel quite satisfied with the information obtained from the media without the want to prove the truth and do not want to learn to find out. As if throwing science, damaging practices, and not willing to develop new science. Again the citizens were reluctant and felt already had enough information to make a decision. The death of expertise is not only the rejection of the already established knowledge, but the rejection of science and and the impartial rationality that is the basis of modern civilization. Most of the responses were shown against the presence of the Internet as a biang. Too simple, or lest this is just an anxiety among professional circles that occurs whenever there is a social or technological change. Without being denied, it is also possible that the death of expertise is a sign of progress.

Abstract

Before colonial periode, community forms have been found in certain region to take traditions, Example owning selected self governance, arranging its rural citizen of law compiled. In referred such as Bali community, Banjar, in South Sumatra named as Marga, Minangkabau called Nagari. Countryside, Clan, Nagari, Marga or Kampong, often called as community and in which the right to manage region (sovereignty) which recognized customary right for land or region . It’s mean social custom communities have organization to arrange many aspects of governance, leadership structure, decision mechanism, and management of internal conflct.

Abstract

2020 is a historic year due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus. As a result, people are forced to adapt to a new normal situation, which changes their daily lives order. In this condition, women are experiencing a double burden, including when men, as 'breadwinners', has experiencing the termination of employment (PHK) or decreasing in his income. There are various ways that women do for supporting their children and family needs. Such as being an unexpected worker. This study aims to provide an explanation on the meaning of being an unepected worker and gender relation changes using Bourdieu perspective. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, using a case study. Data are collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the meaning of becoming an unexpected worker and  the process of gender relations changes cannot be separated from the habitus of women. Work has economic and non-economic meaning when workers become impromptu workers. In the context of changing gender relations, the higher level of women education, the more parallel the gender relations are formed. Vice versa, the lower of their educations, the more domination of men in a gender relation. Tahun 2020 menjadi tahun bersejarah karena merebaknya virus Covid-19, akibatnya masyarakat mengubah tata cara kehidupan sehari-hari. Dalam kondisi ini, perempuan menjadi pihak yang harus bekerja ekstra, termasuk saat laki-laki sebagai 'income earner' mengalami Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) atau pengurangan pendapatan. Berbagai cara dilakukan perempuan untuk anak dan kelangsungan keluarga, salah satunya dengan menjadi perempuan pekerja dadakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi gambaran makna menjadi pekerja dadakan dan perubahan relasi gender yang terjadi denga menggunakan teori sosial Bourdeui. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan makna menjadi pekerja dadakan dan perubahan relasi gender tersebut tidak lepas dari habitus perempuan. Terdapat makna ekonomi dan non-ekonomi saat perempuan menjadi pekerja dadakan. Dalam konteks perubahan relasi gender semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan semakin sejajar relasi gender yang terbentuk. Begitu pula sebaliknya, semakin rendah tingkat pendidikan semakin perempuan didominasi oleh laki-laki dalam sebuah relasi gender.

Abstract

Technological developments have accelerated the transformation of trade patterns in Indonesia. This cannot be denied because of the incessant wave of the industrial revolution 4.0 that has infiltrated to the smallest line of production. The e-commerce system is able to accommodate most all activities of small, medium and large economic actors. In this context, students have begun to realize the important of entrepreneurial skills. This study focuses on portraying a religiosity aspect of e-preneur has been developed at the Sociology of Religion Study Program at IAIN Kediri. Through the phenomenological approach, data mining was carried out on 4 selected informants using observation, interview and documentation methods. By using James Coleman's theory of social capital and the dimensions of religiosity, the following results are obtained: (1) religiosity aspect of e-preneur student is formed through the formation of education and habituation in the family environment, religion-based formal education and Islamic boarding schools; (2) the religious practices of entrepreneurship are carried out through the application of religious values, reflecting on experiences, and determining life goals after graduation; (3) religiosity is used to build social capital in the form of belief in success by applying believed in religious values. (4) The practice of e-preneur religiosity produces 3 attitudes, which consist of independence, realistic (waqi'iyah), and moderation (washathiyah). Perkembangan teknologi mendorong percepatan transformasi pola perdagangan di Indonesia. Hal ini tidak dapat ditolak karena gencarnya gelombang revolusi teknologi 4.0 yang telah menyusup hingga lini terkecil. Sistem e-commerce dapat mewadahi aktivitas pelaku ekonomi kecil, menegah dan atas. Kesempatan ini mulai dilirik oleh kalangan mahasiswa sebagai upaya mengasah kecakapan berwirausaha. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada potret religiusitas mahasiswa e-preneur Prodi Sosiologi Agama di IAIN Kediri. Melalui pendekatan fenomenologi dilakukan penggalian data pada 4 subyek terpilih dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan teori modal sosial James Coleman dan dimensi religiusitas didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) religusitas mahasiswa e-preneur terbentuk melalui landasan pendidikan dan pembiasaan di lingkungan keluarga, pendikan formal berbasis agama dan pesantren. (2) praktik religiusutas berwirausaha dilakukan melalui penerapan nilai agama, merefleksikan pengalaman, dan menentukan tujuan hidup setelah lulus. (3) Religiusitas digunakan untuk membangun modal sosial berupa kepercayaan akan kesuksesan dengan menerapkan nilai-nilai agama yang diyakini. (4) Praktik religiusitas e-preneur menghasilkan 3 sikap yang mencakup kemandirian, realistis (waqi’iyah), dan moderasi (washathiyah).

Abstract

The majority of pesantren, the oldest Islamic educational institution in Indonesia, are still giving a priority to men for most important positions and roles in managing the pesantren. However, there is an interesting phenomenon at Pesantren Roudhotul Qur'an in Jember, East Java, where Nyai Mulazimah took unusual position as a leader of the pesantren, as well as the teacher of Tafsir Jalalain, the most influential tafsir books at pesantren. One of her contribution is conducting a reading of Tafsir Jalalain using a gender approach. This article aims to analyze the role of Nyai Mulazimah and her influences on shaping socio-religious traditions within her pesantren, especially related to the interpretation of the Qur'an (tafsir). This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews with Mrs. Nyai Mulazimah and several students. The results reveal that the presence of Nyai Mulazimah as a teacher, who makes an interpretation of the Qur’an using a gender perspective, has created a new distinction to the tradition of teaching a tafsir within a pesantren which has been dominated by men. Therefore, this also gives rise to more diverse perspectives on the interpretation of certain verses within the pesantren, especially those related to the role and social position of women.Mayoritas pesantren di Indonesia masih memprioritaskan laki-laki pada posisi dan peran-peran penting di pondok pesantren. Salah satu fenomena menarik di Pondok Pesantren Roudhotul Qur’an di Jember adalah keberadan Bu Nyai Mulazimah sebagai pemimpin pondok sekaligus pengajar Tafsir Jalalain. Melalui peran Bu Nyai Mulazimah, pengajaran Tafsir Jalalain diajarkan dengan pendekatan gender. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Bu Nyai tersebut dan pengaruhnya terhadap tradisi sosial-keagamaan di pesantren khususnya dalam konteks penafsiran al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara  mendalam terhadap Bu Nyai Mulazimah dan beberapa santri. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa keberadaan Bu Nyai Mulazimah sebagai pengajar tafsir dengan perspektif gender telah memberikan nuansa baru dalam tradisi pengajaran tafsir di pesantren yang selama ini didominasi oleh kaum laki-laki. Sehingga, hal ini memunculkan sudut pandang yang lebih beragam tentang tafsir ayat-ayat tertentu di pesantren, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan peran dan posisi sosial perempuan dalam masyarakat.
