Abstract

Directorate of Students Development is a department responsible forstudent activities in University of Surabaya. This research discusses the design of Quality Management System which is accordance to the requirements of ISO9001:2015 at Directorate of Students Development. The research started withidentifying gaps, determining improvement opportunities, implementing alternative solutions and evaluating the quality management system. The methodsused for this research are observation, interview, and document collection. The result of gap analysis between organization's existing condition compared to ISO 9001:2015 resulting in 52% conformity, 36% partial, and 12% nonconformity.Based on these assessments, there are some improvement opportunities that can be done such as identifying organization's stakeholders, creating quality objectives based on strategies, analyzing risks and the process of transfer knowledge. The evaluation of quality management system can be done by reviewing the system with the concept of seven principles of Quality Management System.

Abstract

CV. XYZ was a furniture company in Madiun City, East Java, that operated since 1996. This company used the concept of engineering to order, which meant designing the product came first before producing the item according to the accepted order. The analysis of gap in compliance to the QMS ISO 9001:2015 requirements showed that there were 16% compliance to the ISO requirement, 31% of half-compliance, and 53% of non-compliance. The result of early 5S audit revealed that the level of compliance in three areas were: owner area (41%), administration area (30%), production area (25%). The drafting of QMS ISO 9001:2015 was done through risk and opportunity analysis (risk register) by giving action plan to each occurring risks and creating quality objectives for the company. This research resulted in documented information in the form of one quality manual, sixteen quality procedures, four work instructions, and fifteen quality forms. The result of 5S implementation was done in production area, by cleaning the production floor, sorting and discarding waste, etc. Action plan were implemented to prevent the highest risk in strategic level and operational level. By far, ten action plans were implemented, three action plans were half-implemented, and one action plan was not implemented yet. In five quality objectives being monitored, two had been achieved and the other three had not been achieved yet.

Abstract

At this time, travel agents not only provided her services to consumers but they should also be able to answer the needs of just about any desired consumers. If the consumer's wishes are met then the satisfaction of such services will be increased. The problem is generally a tour package that is sold to consumers is a tour package that was already previously designed so that tourist attractions, hotels, dining already determined by a travel agent instead of the consumer (ready made). In addition the price of package tours have also been determined by a travel agent, so it is less varied and can not adjust the budget consumer. The last issue is from a travel agent as a service that caters to consumers during a journey does not yet have a database about the information needs of tourism in East Java as well as systems that can make it easier to travel agencies to design packages tourism in East Java which can adapt to the desires of consumers. In this research will be designed the database and information system for tourism in East Java which can help travel agents in designing tourism packages. The objectives to be achieved in this research is to design a system of information on tourism in East Java to make it easier for travel agencies in designing tourism packages that suit both desire the desire of tourist attractions, hotels, places of meals, transportation, as well as the desired budget travelers. The steps in making a database from the information already collected into the database server in this study using a Microsoft Access database server 2013. The result of processing the database to display the table, query, form, and report to make it easier to find and manipulate information about the needs of tourism in East Java. Then perform system validation information to know if the information system is already well underway as desired.On the validation test results show the same value between the calculation of the manual with the calculation system, so it can be said the system already made is valid and can be used for the needs of travel agents. The existence of information systems, travel agents do not need a long time to search the desired tourism needs of consumers that is approximately 15 minutes, 30 minutes faster than using manual systems because all the data is already There are in the database, live match data which is in accordance with the wishes of the consumer. Time in putting together a package tour and doing the calculations did not take a long time that is approximately 5 minutes 40 seconds faster than using a manual system because the calculations are already automatically after the user entered data. The use of these information systems provide ease of travel agencies in conducting operational activities as well as security, service, efficiency can be increased.

Abstract

Anti-spilled dispenser galloncap product can’t be separate from human need for drinking water as a tool to help pouring water from gallon to dispenser without spilling the drinking water. The amount demand of those product is 25.000product per month with Rp 900,00 as the selling price. The purpose ofthis Final Project is to designing mould for anti-spilled dispenser gallon cap product within the specification of home industrial injection moulding machine. The result of mould designing is the mould consist of male, female, and stripper plate with the total dimension 200×105×150 mm.the mould have 2 cavity, a sprue and runnerswith total mass per injection 24,32 grams and the mould clamping force 8,9 tonnes. With those result is still under the capacity of the injection moulding machine. The mould having a cooling channel with the diameter is 10 mm and the length is 766 mm. The cooling channel is proved can handle to keep the mould in low temperature.Production cost for one product is Rp 303,00 so the product can be sell with lower price.

Abstract

Abstract — This study aims to find the role of alcohol expectancies among adolesecents on their drinking behavior. This study was conducted to 360 adolescents in Surabaya who consumed alcohol at least once in the past year, with age range were 15-24 years old. Data on this study is being collected using online questionnaire. Comprehensive Alcohol Expectancy Questionnaire (CAEQ) was used to asses alcohol expectancies. Drinking behavior was assessed by Alcohol Use Disoder Identification Test (AUDIT-C). Data analysis was done using non-parametric analysis : Spearman Rank Order Correlation. The results shows that there are significant correlation between alcohol expectancies and drinking behavior (r=0.250; p=0.000). Furthermore, this study finds significant association between alcohol expectancy aspects and drinking behavior. (1) Social assertiveness and positive affect (r=0.281; p=0.000), (2) Tension reduction (r=0.241; p=0.000) and (3) Sexual Enhancement (r=0.238; p=0.000). This findings explain that social influence, belief that alcohol can be used as a coping to individual stressor and can increase sexual arousal are influencing individual drinking behavior.Keywords: Adolescents, Alcohol Consumption, Alcohol Expectancies Abstrak— Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara alcohol expectancy dengan perilaku mengonsumsi alkohol pada remaja. Penelitian dilakukan pada 360 remaja dengan rentang usia 15-24 tahun, pernah mengonsumsi alkohol setidaknya 1x dalam satu tahun terakhir, dan berdomisili di Surabaya. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner online. Variabel Alcohol Expectancy diukur menggunakan skala CAEQ (Comprehensive Alcohol Expectancy Questionnaire) dan perilaku mengonsumsi alkohol diukur menggunakan skala AUDIT-C (Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test). Hipotesis penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik nonparametrik yaitu Spearman Rank Order Correlation. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara alcohol expectancy dengan perilaku mengonsumsi alkohol (r=0.250;p=0.000). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya korelasi antara aspek dalam alcohol expectancy dengan perilaku mengonsumsi alkohol, yaitu aspek 1) Social Assertiveness and Positive Affect (r=0.281;p=0.00), 2) Tension Reduction (r=0.241;p=0.00) dan 3) Sexual Enhancement (r=0.238;p=0.00). Abstract

Abstrak--Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penamaan produk dengan purchase intention dengan psychological ownership sebagai mediator. Pada penelitian ini, partisipan berjumlah 40 orang mahasiswa dengan usia minimal 18 tahun. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode pengambilan data dengan cara metode eksperimen dengan membandingkan perbedaan rerata tiap kelompok. Pengumpulan data menggunakan perlakuan dan kuesioner yang berisi data demografi, angket terbuka, dan alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Purchase Intention dan Psychological Ownership yang telah diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistic, uji beda paired t-test, path analysis untuk menganalisis mediator serta crosstabs. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut : (1) Product naming dengan metode self-naming memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan purchase intention melewati psychological ownership. (2) Product naming memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention (Mself-name = 13.90, p<0.05). (3) Product naming memiliki signifikan terhadap psychological ownership (Mself-name = 14.90, p<0.05). Hal ini berarti bahwa ketika konsumen berpartisipasi dalam pembuatan produk, maka konsumen akan secara tidak langsung merasa memiliki produk tersebut yang akan bisa meningkatkan minat pembelian.. Penelitian ini dapat diterapkan ke masyarakat luas untuk memperkenalkan produk baru.Kata kunci: Product naming, Self-name, Purchase Intention, Psychological Ownership Abstract--This research aims to determine the impact of product naming to purchase intention using psychological ownership as a mediator. A total number of 40 university students are conducted as participants minimum age of 18 years. The sampling in this study using a simple random sampling techniques. This research is a quantitative research and using experiment to collect the data. Experiment in this research is used to compare the average differences between each group. Data collection uses a questionnaire including demographic data, open-questions, and a Purchase Intention and Psychological Ownership scale that has been adapted by researcher. Data analysis uses statistical analysis, paired t-test, and path analysis to analyse the mediator and crosstabs. The results of this research are as follows: (1) Product naming with self-naming method has a positive and significant impact to purchase intention through psychological ownership. (2) Product naming has a positive and significant impact to purchase intention (Mself-name = 13.90, p<0.05). (3) Product naming has a positive and significant impact to psychological ownership (Mself-name = 14.90, p<0.05). This shows that when consumers participate in a product manufacturing process, consumers will indirectly feel of owning the product and increase an interest in purchasing. Abstract

Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan big five personality dengan perilaku customer-oriented selling. Penelitian sebelumnya hanya mengukur perilaku secara umum, atau dalam kata lain tidak dikaitkan dengan perilaku pada pekerjaan tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepribadian seseorang berperan dalam memunculkan perilaku customer-oriented selling pada wiraniaga asuransi. Responden 50 orang wiraniaga asuransi, bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun, dan secara aktif melakukan penjualan pribadi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei sehigga digunakan customer-oriented selling scale yang diadaptasi dari penelitian Brown et al. 2002) yang disesuaikan dengan konteks pekerjaan wiraniaga asuransi dan big five intentory (BFI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya extraversion yang memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku customer-oriented selling, sedangkan tidak pada empat tipe kepribadian lainnya (p=0.007, p>0.05). Tidak adanya hubungan antara openness to experience, conscientiousness, agreeableness, dan neuroticism disebabkan adanya surface dan deep acting yang memengaruhi individu bertindak pada situasi penjualan. Kata Kunci: Customer-oriented selling, big five personality traits, openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism Abstract- The aim of this research is to see the relationship of big five personality with customer-oriented selling behavior. Previous research was seeing the relationship between big five personality and behavior in general, which in other word they were not seeing the behavior in specific job context. The purpose of the research is knowing how someone’s personality has a role in predicting customer- oriented selling behavior at insurance agents. There are 50 insurance agents as the respondent, which been work for more than a year and actively selling their product by themselves. This research is using survey method, which measuring customer- oriented selling by using scale from Brown et al. (2002) and adapt them into insurance context. Also, measuring big five personality using big five inventory (BFI). The result shows that only extraversion which have a positive significant relationship with customer-oriented selling behavior (p=0.007, p>0.05). In contrast, there’s no significant relationship between openness to experience, conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism and customer-oriented selling behavior. This was caused by the role of surface and deep acting which related to how individual behave in selling insurance. Abstract

Abstrak-- Skripsi ini diangkat karena marak terjadinya kasus penyalahgunaan Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) ukuran 3 Kg yang disubsidi oleh pemerintah yang isinya dipindahkan ke LPG ukuran 12 Kg dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan perseorangan yang lebih besar dan penggunaan komponen karet perapat (rubber seal) yang tidak memenuhi ketentuan mengenai Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) pada LPG ukuran 12 Kg sehingga LPG yang dijual kepada konsumen tidak sesuai dengan standar dan mutu yang telah ditetapkan, serta lemahnya penerapan aturan sehingga tidak adanya efek jera bagi pelaku tindak pidana. Hasil dari pembahasan skripsi ini BS dapat dikenakan pertanggungjawaban pidana karena telah memenuhi unsur-unsur pertanggungjawaban pidana dan BS juga telah melanggar 2 (dua) aturan pidana, yaitu Pasal 55 Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2001 Tentang Minyak dan Gas Bumi dan Pasal 113 Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perdagangan, karena perbuatan pidana yang telah dilakukan oleh BS tersebut termasuk sebagai perbarengan tindak pidana, yaitu concursus realis. Kata kunci: Pertanggungjawaban Pidana, LPG 3 Kg, Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI), Konkursus. Abstract-- This study was conducted because of the growing number of the misuse of 3 Kg Liqufied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders which are subsidized by the government. The content of te 3 Kg LPG cylinders was transferred into the 12 Kg cylinders to gain more personal profit, and rubber seals of 12 Kg cylinder which did not meet the provisions of the standart and quality from the Indonesian National Standart (SNI) were sold to the public. The enforcement of the rules was also too weak and did not give a deterrent to the criminals. The result of this study shows that BS could be criminally charged because he had fulfilled the elements of crime and had violated 2 (two) criminal law, which were Article 55 of Law Number 22 of 2001 Concerning Oil and Gas and Article 113 of Law Number 7 of 2014 Concerning Trade, because his action could be considered as a criminal concursus, namely concursus realis. Abstract

Abstrak–Tujuan penulisan ini sebagai suatu syarat untuk kelulusan dan mendapatkan gelar Sarjana Hukum di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Surabaya.Tujuan penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mengenai Perlindungan terhadap orang tanpa kewarganegaraan dalam hukum internasional telah diatur dalam Deklarasi Universal Hak-Hak Asasi Manusia 1948 (Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948) dan Konvensi mengenai status orang tanpa kewarganegaraan 1954 (Convention Relating to the Status of Statelesness Persons 1954) oleh PBB yang menegaskan mengenai Hak Asasi Manusia guna melindungi kelompok-kelompok etnis di seluruh penjuru dunia dari diskriminasi maupun kekerasan, terutama kelompok yang tidak memiliki kewarganegaraan. Berdasarkan instrumen hukum internasional pemerintah Myanmar dapat dianggap telah melanggar standar-standar Internasional melalui pemberlakuan undang-undang kewarganegaraan Burma 1982 yang tidak mengakui etnis Rohingya sebagai salah satu dari etnis-etnis resmi di Myanmar, hal tersebut mengakibatkan etnis ini mengalami diskriminasi. Tindakan penyangkalan ini juga bertentangan dengan upaya masyarakat internasional untuk menghapuskan keadaan tanpa kewarganegaraan yang menjadi tujuan dari Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness 1961, tidak satupun orang yang tidak berkewarganegaraan boleh diperlakukan lebih buruk dari seorang asing manapun yang berkewarganegaraan. Myanmar adalah anggota PBB dan Negara pihak dari konvensi ini tetapi Myanmar tidak mengakui etnis Rohingnya adalah sebagai warga negaranya sejak kemerdekaan tahun 1948, dari situasi tersebut penulis tertarik untuk meneliti mengenai apakah pengusiran ini merupakan pelanggaran terhadap hukum internasional. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Pelanggaran terhadap HAM orang-orang Rohingya merupakan hasil dari penyangkalan kewarganegaraan mereka oleh Pemerintah Myanmar. Bahkan, penyangkalan terhadap kewarganegaraan itu sendiri merupakan tindakan pelanggaran HAM. Pemerintah Myanmar telah melanggar ketentuan-ketentuan yang diatur dalam Konvensi mengenai Status Orang yang Tidak Berkewarganegaraan yang mengatur mengenai perlakuan-perlakuan terhadap orang-orang tanpa kewarganegaraan. mengenai hak setiap orang untuk mendapatkan kewarganegaraan tanpa pembedaan atas ras, warna, jenis kelamin, bahasa, agama, politik, ataupun pendapat yang berbeda. Tindakan penyangkalan ini juga bertentangan dengan upaya masyarakat internasional untuk menghapus keadaan tanpa kewarganegaraan yang menjadi tujuan dari Konvensi tentang Pengurangan Ketiadaan Kewarganegaraan. Kata Kunci: Pengusiran Paksa, Etnis, Hukum Internasional Abstract–The objective of the study is to be the partial fulfillment of the requirement for the degree of Bachelor of Law attained from Faculty of Law, University of Surabaya. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and analyze the protection of citizens without citizenship in international law regulated in the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948) and the Convention on the status of citizenship 1954 (Convention Relating to the Status of Statements Persons 1954) by the United Nations which emphasizes human rights to protect ethnic groups throughout the world from discrimination and violence, especially groups that do not have citizenship. Under the international legal instruments the Myanmar government can be considered to have violated international standards through the enactment of the 1982 Burmese citizenship law which did not recognize the Rohingya as one of the official ethnicities in Myanmar, which resulted in this ethnic group experiencing discrimination. This act of denial is also contrary to the efforts of the international community to abolish the statelessness which is the goal of the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness 1961, none of thecitizens who are not citizens may be treated worse than any foreigner who is a national. Myanmar is a member of the United Nations and the State party of this convention but Myanmar does not recognize Rohingya as its citizens since independence in 1948, from the situation the authors are interested in examining whether this expulsion is a violation of international law. The results of the study revealed that the violation of the human rights of the Rohingya was the result of the denial of their citizenship by the Myanmar Government. In fact, denial of citizenship itself is an act of human rights violation. The Government of Myanmar has violated the provisions stipulated in the Convention concerning the Status of Non-Citizens who regulate the treatment of persons without citizenship. regarding the right of everyone to obtain citizenship without differentiation from different races, colors, sexes, languages, religions, politics or opinions. This act of denial also contradicts the efforts of the international community to eradicate statelessness which is the goal of the Convention on Reducing the Lack of Citizenship.Keywords: Revocation, Ethnic, International Law

Abstract

ABSTRAK - Diversi adalah pengalihan penyelesaian perkara anak dari proses peradilan pidana ke proses di luar peradilan pidana, yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Diversi bertujuan menghindarkan pelaku anak dari pertanggungjawaban pidananya, yang hanya diterapkan pada anak berusia di atas 12 tahun. Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan menganalisis apakah pelaksanaan proses Diversi yang diterapkan kepada anak yang belum berumur 12 tahun yang diduga melakukan perbuatan cabul telah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Pasal 2 Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 4 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Diversi mengatur bahwa Diversi diberlakukan terhadap anak yang telah berusia 12 (dua belas) tahun tetapi belum berusia 18 (delapan belas) tahun. Oleh karena itu, proses Diversi yang diterapkan kepada anak yang belum berumur 12 tahun adalah tidak sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Proses yang lebih tepat diterapkan pada anak yang berumur 12 tahun adalah proses pengambilan keputusan sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 21 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak, dengan cara rapat koordinasi antara pihak Penyidik, Balai Pemasyarakatan, bersama pekerja professional yang tidak melibatkan pihak pelaku secara langsung di dalam prosesnya sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal 77 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 65 Tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Diversi Dan Penanganan Anak Yang Belum Berumur 12 (Dua Belas) Tahun. Kata Kunci : Tindak Pidana Cabul, Diversi, Anak Berkonflik Hukum, Anak Di Bawah 12 Tahun ABSTRACT - Diversion is a non-litigation settlement of underage cases, which is regulated in Law Number 11 of 2012 regarding the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The act of Diversion aims to prevent underage subject from being liable to criminals which only applicable to children over 12 years old. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze whether or not the implementation of the Diversion process applied to child as an under 12 years-old subject suspected of committing obscene is in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2012 regarding the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. Article 2 of the Supreme Court Regulation Number 4 of 2014 regarding the Diversion Guidelines stipulates that Diversion is applicable to children between 12 (twelve) to 17 (seven) years old. Therefore, the Diversion process applied to child under 12 years old is not in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2012 regarding the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The more appropriate process to be applied to child under 12 years old is a decision-making process which is regulated in Article 21 paragraph (1) of Law Number 11 of 2012 regarding the juvenile Criminal Justice System, by doing coordination meetings between the parties Investigators, social bureau, altogether with the professionals which do not directly involve the subject in the process as regulated in Article 77 of Government Regulation Number 65 of 2015 regarding the Guidelines for the Implementation of Diversion and Handling of Children Under 12 (Twelve) Years Old.
