Background: Osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures are an important public health concern in the elderly, especially in post-menopausal women. Screening for osteoporosis might help to detect those at risk for fractures to be promptly managed. WHO has developed a tool to screen risk for osteoporosis, i.e. the Osteoporosis Self-assessment Tool (OST) that has also been validated for Asians (OSTA). WHO has also developed FRAX® to predict 10-years risk of hip fracture or other osteoporotic a fracture. Method: This study was intended to assess the correlation between OSTA and FRAX®. This cross-sectional study was performed in October-December 2013 in all public health centers (Puskesmas) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. We invited all women aged 56 years or above visiting the outpatient clinic of the Puskesmas during the study period. Overall, 540 elderly women completed the anthropometric measurements and questionnaires of FRAX®. Results: OSTA scores showed that more than 40% were at high risk for osteoporosis. This study observed high and significant correlations between OSTA and FRAX® for hip fracture, i.e. Spearman correlation of 0,914; p<0,001 and for other osteoporotic fractures, i.e. Spearman correlation of 0,769; p<0,001. Conclusion: We concluded that OSTA and FRAX® were highly correlated and both can be used to screen women for osteoporosis and risk for fractures, respectively.

Background: Balanced nutritional behavior is consume any type of food containing nutrients in accordance with the needs of the body affect the nutritional status and health of the elderly. In Indonesia, knowledge and behavior that is principled on the four pillars of food diversity, clean living behavior and maintain a normal weight is still low. The objective of the study was to prove the improvement and the behavior of balanced nutrition after educational intervention with peer education method. Method: The study was an experimental quasi-study design. The study was conducted in March-July 2016 in South Tangerang City. A sample of this research is 98 elderly women who received education by peer education method, which is studying balanced nutrition in small groups (6-8 elderly per group). A total of 49 Elders came from two Posbindu in Kranggan (Dahlia and Kenanga) as intervention groups and 49 elderly from two Posbindu at Ciputat (Rambutan and Alpukat) as a control group. Paired t test is used to know the change of knowledge value and nutrition behavior in both groups. Results: There was a significant increase (p = 0.048) on average knowledge scores before and after intervention in the intervention group. The mean score of knowledge before intervention was 64.5 ± 24.9 SD and the mean knowledge score after intervention was 70.5 ± 22.6 SD. Balanced nutritional behavior increased from seven balanced nutritional behaviors, averaging only three categories of behaviors pre-intervened. Behavior increases with an average of four categories of balanced nutritional behavior performed. There was no increase in knowledge and behavior of balanced nutrition in the control group. Conclusion: The method of peer education can improve the knowledge and behavior of balanced nutrition in the control group. Balanced nutrition education needs to be socialized with a broader peer education method in the community. Keywords: elderly, peer education, balanced nutrition behavior, elderly nutrition.

Background: The quality of health services in hospitals is strongly influenced by the process of service delivery and the quality factor of physical facilities, drugs and medical devices of human resources. The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between the quality of care with patient satisfaction BPJS participants in District hospital DIY. Method: This research was quantitative research, with cross sectional design. It was conducted in Sleman district Hospital and Bantul District Hospital. The number of samples in this research was 203 patients on BPJS. Analysis of the data used in the bivariate analysis using chi-square test, and multivariate analysis using linear regression analysis. Results: The results showed p-value of all the variables is smaller than the value α (0.000<0.05), so it can be concluded that Ha Ho accepted and rejected. The order of the strength of the relationship is the largest to the smallest empathy (OR=0.342), tangibility (OR=0.280), reliability (OR=0.266) and assurance (OR=0.230) as well as variable responsiveness has a p-value 0.215. Conclusion: There were no relationship between tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and patient satisfaction with service quality. Variable responsiveness has no effect on satisfaction

Background: Pentavalent immunization was developed by the Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE) by adding Hib vaccine and combined it into one single preparation. The advantage of using the pentavalent vaccine is the protection of five diseases, easy to use and reducing drop out numbers. The aim of this study was to determine the relation of mother's knowledge, attitude, and information source with pentavalent immunization's completeness in Cipondoh Primary Health Care. Method: This was an analytical non-paired comparative study with cross-sectional design by consecutive sampling technique. There were 105 respondents. The samples were mothers who have minimal 6 months old baby in Cipondoh Primary Health Care work area. Data were collected using questionnaires. Results: The results of bivariate test using chi-square shows there was a relation between mother's knowledge and pentavalent immunization's completeness (p-value=0.001; OR=6.1; CI=2.1-17.2), mother's attitude and pentavalent immunization's completeness (p-value=0.027; OR=3.5; CI=1.1-11.3), mother's information source and pentavalent immunization's completeness (p-value=0.011; OR=4.4; CI=1.5-12.4). Conclusion: There was a relationship between maternal knowledge level, maternal attitude, information source and pentavalent immunization's completeness.

Background: Increased blood pressure is the change in blood volume or blood vessel elasticity systole and diastole increased 10 mmHg or more, as measured by sphigmomanometer. Increased blood pressure has multifactorial causes, one of is the use of injectable hormonal contraception. This study aims to describe the prevalence of elevated blood pressure in the study subjects and relationships using injectables three months for one year with an increase in blood pressure. Method: This study used a cross-sectional study. Sampling of 80 respondents with consecutive sampling technique. The study was conducted of injectables acceptor three months for one year, data analysis using Chi-square test. Results: Most of the results obtained have increased blood pressure as much as 58.8% and the results of bivariate analysis using Chi-square test is known that there is a significant relationship between the variables use of injectables (p value <0.05) with an increase in blood pressure. Conclusion: There was a relationship significant between the use of injectables contraception to the increase in blood pressure
