ANALISIS: Jurnal Studi Keislaman adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh IAIN Raden Intan Lampung dengan nomor ISSN: 2088-9046. ANALISIS terbit 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun (Juli dan Desember), dengan mengangkat tema tertentu per nomornya sesuai dengan pembidangan studi Islam secara luas. Dalam hal ini, ANALISIS menekankan spesifikasi pada pemaparan Islam dan isu-isu kontemporer ditinjau dari berbagai aspek dan pendekatan studi Islam. Redaksi mengundang akademisi, pakar, dan peminat bidang kajian keislaman untuk berkonstribusi mengirimkan artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian, refleksi dan kajian serius, juga timbangan buku yang sesuai dengan tema tiap nomor, baik karya klasik maupun kontemporer.

<![CDATA[THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE ISLAMIC LAW PHILOSOPHY TOWARD THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATION OF SPOUSE INMARRIAGE: The question appears: Can law in family describe the Fiqh by reviewing the interpretation of the texts of the Qur’an and hadith? The explanation in Lughawiyah, Istishlahiyah and Ta’liliyah is that the Islamic law is elastic which can constantly change by time, condition, and location. The Islamic law is not rigid. It comes to bring the live for human being. The law is not based on the book, fiqh, or other source by the lecturers or other people. In a relationship, rights and obligation of spouse has been illustrated clearly. Later, many people think that the interpretation is not satisfying. The previous time and recent time has been different and changing, different places, different cultures. Even it’s possible that the opinion of the previous interpretation is not always right.]]>

<![CDATA[THE LEADERSHIP OF WOMEN IN ISLAM: The role of women in a religious society to the question of who and what women are, the answer to which is found in the Koran. In these sacred Islamic verses the role and nature of women have been described by Allah, the almighty creator of us all. Despite the traditional multi-ethnicity of Ismaic tradition society’s social fabric, however, Islam as a universal religion for the entire country has shaped the structure of Islam’s society and the mentality of its citizens. Within the Islamic religious belief and the Koran, the belief is that women were created for the main purpose of their husbands. In fact, the Islam is universal religion. <![CDATA[Our religious orientation today is still dominated by the bias of the normative discourse of women’s interests. Especially regarding gender relations. We actually realize that many religious law, personal law such families, religious practices, and including also the social and political leadership over the legitimacy of religious especially for women, is based on the assumption of patriarchy and sexism. The system is based on patriarchy and sexism, usually alienate women at home, so men are more able to dominate women. Gender discourse in Islamic education clearly has a very important relevance. In fact, the discourse of gender and sexism can be on the agenda the study of new forms of equality and egalitarianism represents justice discourse. This gender studies, for example, can be used as an alternative paradigm construction amid strong conservative currents would strive to restore the role of women to the domestic sector, with a variety of pragmatic legitimacy, religious, or ideological science. <![CDATA[THE SUBORDINATION OF WOMEN AND ITS IMPLICATION TO HOUSEHOLD: Women in general are in the oppressed, persecuted and deprived. Islam teaches the respect feeling and cherishes one other. This paper examines the perspective of feminism. The subordination of women is rooted in a set of constraints and cultural practices that hinder women’s access to the opportunity to compete fairly with men. This process happened through the customs in the family, community, education institutional that provide the role to place the women in number 2 in public. Therefore, the women leadership in domestic and public area can’t be defined as the superior especially in physically sense but also it can be interpreted the capability of the women. So, basically everybody has the ability to be a leader. This thing continued to be done by the group of feminism in spite of getting challenges and some obstacle of the group that focus on the patriarchal culture and religion with the understanding of religious –legal- formal. The group aligns the role of women by men so that there is no subordination, marginalization, violence, persecution and injustice which have covered the independence of the rights of women.]]>

<![CDATA[THE QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL CULTURE: The main problem that must be answer is how is the Education Quality Improvement and Development of Global Culture? The author examined the point of the study related to the education to understand the effort to prepare the learner; improving the quality of education through teaching, guidance and training with basic cultural education institution or formal education in in the era of globalization; and the development of global culture. This article found that the education will fulfill the kids and adults using cultural background to understand the changing happened. They must be able to choose the information and interpret and place the things happened in the global culture perspective. In the other side, we have given the big knowledge, but in the other side, we remove and ignore the value of attitudes and behavior, cognitive, and affective and psychomotor aspects. The effect of globalization makes us aware that the global culture may be removed the self- identity and the culture identity. In fact, both identities are the milestones to contribute the development of global culture.]]>

<![CDATA[THE VISION OF PEACE IN ISLAMIC HISTORY THOUGH (The Critical Study Curriculum Education): Moslem is the religion that revelation from heaven and lives in human history. The interpretation of Islamic teachings spawned diverse thinking. The Islamic lecturers teach about the thought of Islamic history in some institutions generation through generation. One problem appeared when the teaching of Islamic doesn’t have the basic peace basic. Then impact is the fanatic in young generation toward a certain though which leads to the anarchism and radicalism or blind fanatic uncritical point of view. <![CDATA[DA’WAH AS THE EARLY PREVENTION EFFORTS AGAINST THE SPREAD AND ACCEPTANCE OF ISLAMISM IN RADICAL TERRORISM IN LAMPUNG: This paper is set out from the anxiety if the anarchism in term of acceptance and the spread of Moslem which is done by certain group of salafi in Lampung as the response of the democracy process after reformation era in order to face the political ideology that is pro- democracy and contra with democracy. With a practical analysis, the authors found that the construction of narrative Islamism developed by radical groups in society Lampung only radical Moslem didn’t lead to radicalism and terrorism. The number of the radical group is small. The narratives Islamism spread by radical groups with different patterns of deployment and distribution factors by which identifying and facilitating the transmission of Islamism is generally not accepted by the majority of the Islamic community in Lampung. Most of Lampung people lead the moderate Islamic and cultural Lampung Piil Pesanggiri and Adat Muakhi which are rejected the terrorism.]]>

<![CDATA[Gender issues became debated and isn’t a new thing in the community. The more rampant and the more legitimating the Gender’s construction becomes the more lasting the community’s understanding of the built construction will be. This paper will talk about a review of Inayah Rohmaniyah’s book entitled Konstruksi Patriarkhi dalam Tafsir Sebuah Agama Sebuah Jalan Panjang. This is a recent book covering about patriarchy’s construction happening around the community and want to understand the false legitimation to the people again, that the religion text’ is one of the thing encouraging the lasting patriarchy’s construction. The reconstruction of the religion text’ with the method is necessary to straighten back the disparaties religion text understanding. The sosio-theology-contextual approach is one of the contributions that will be given in this book.]]>

<![CDATA[GENDER EQUALITY IN ISLAMIC EDUCATION (Study on Hamka’s Educational Thought in His Tafsir al-Azhar): The research entitled of equality of gender in Islamic education has represent about idea studying that try to express some problems related to equality of gender at scope in Islamic education, specially the Islamic education ideas of one of the modern Indonesia mufassir, Hamka. Target desired or like to achieved from this research is describing Hamka’s education ideas based on equality of the gender perspective. Besides, this research proposed also for understand the interpretation methodology used by Hamka and it’s corelation with his ideas about Islamic education in gender perspective. This research explain also about relevance of his ideas for the developing of national education system. The result of research is statement that the theme of gender equality has not found in Hamka’s education ideas, but researcher can make conclusion that in general, Hamka’s education ideas has free from misogynist and discriminative opinion to the woman.]]>

<![CDATA[Religion and culture are two different things but very closely related. The majority of people are very complicated or quite difficult to distinguish the absolute religion, and which culture becomes an expression well as vehicle and relatively it. Of course, the inability of a person to distinguish lack of clarity is causing chaos in thinking epistemological side, chaos in the sense of hierarchy where the value associated with the higher values and the lower values, which is absolute and which are relatively. Departing from these problems, using the historical- anthropological approaches and methods of analysis-critical then this article tries to discuss about archipelagic Islam. The main stression is in the epistemological analysis of archipelagic Islam. Critical analysis carried out toward archipelagic Islam is expected to map it which aims unveil what should be retained and that what should be deconstructed. The conclusion from this study is the dialectics between religions that have moral and universal values with the culture and traditions of the people of Indonesia to form a distinctive style of Indonesian Islam is commonly called archipelagic Islam. Archipelagic Islam is legitimate from the standpoint of epistemological. Critical analysis of archipelagic Islam yield maping, on which should be kept and which should be deconstructed. Among the things that should be maintained is the spirit of archipelagic Islam tolerance in diversities, appreciation of good traditions and elasticity in reading of religious texts. The things that should be deconstructed is the doctrine of al- Ghazali in hostile philosophy and natural sciences and a strong guard toward myths and mystical archipelagic Islam that impede progress and civilization.]]>
