<![CDATA[This study aims to explain the effect of work motivation and work environment variables simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The research method used quantitative models, using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data distributed to 50 employees at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The research method used is a quantitative method through an associative approach. Research location of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The sample selection method in this research is saturated sample (census). The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test and t test. The results of this study indicate: 1) Work motivation and work environment simultaneously influence employee performance. 2) Partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that observers of cleanliness and observers of work space so that the tasks given by employees are done well and it is hoped that with work motivation]]>

<![CDATA[Strategy Management for Teacher Performance Development to Improve the Quality of Lessons is a response to the quality of learning that still needs to be improved, by developing teacher performance, is a solution to improving the quality of learning. Focus of the problem: How to Implement Strategic Management of Teacher Performance Development to Improve the Quality of Learning. Specific objectives of this study are to identify and analyze: (1) Internal and External Environments, (2) Formulation of Strategy Formulation, (3) Strategy Implementation, (4) Teacher Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Management, (5) Strategic Steps to Overcome Problems and Weaknesses. Research methods and procedures refer to the qualitative research approach. The theories that underlie this research are strategic management theory, performance coaching theory, higher order thinking learning theory and madrasah culture theory. The main findings of this study are: (1) The principal of madrasah has not analyzed and combined strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges into a strategic assumption conclusion that can be used as a basis for further strategic planning, (2) Strategy formulation is not based on strategic assumptions that maximize strength factors and minimizing the weakness factor by taking advantage of opportunities in facing challenges.]]>

Given the important role of the curriculum in education and in the development of human life, curriculum preparation cannot be done carelessly. Sukmadinata emphasized that curriculum preparation requires strong foundations, which are based on the results of in-depth thought and research. Planning for curriculum implementation is carried out by compiling a curriculum that is tailored to the needs and level of knowledge of the congregation, then determining the curriculum concept to be applied, the methods to be used and the learning strategies to be implemented. The curriculum team compiles learning materials and divides learning materials into semester, monthly and material in each meeting.]]>

<![CDATA[Child custody (hadhanah) is a problem that often occurs in divorce. This is because divorce often still leaves problems. Divorce only breaks the legal relationship between husband and wife and changes the status of each to a former husband and ex-wife but does not reduce conflicts between them. The conflict between the parents which then leads to a struggle for custody of the child clearly greatly affects the psychological condition of the child. It is the duty of a judge to provide the best interests as a form of protection for the child. The results of this study indicate: the right of ex officio judges is used or applied in the context of certainty, justice and legal benefits for both parties and especially for the child himself, hadhanah or post-divorce care for the child places the child's position as a party that must be protected and is a joint obligation of both parents. in the best interest of the child.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of teacher professional abilities through training is an effort to improve teacher performance by increasing their professional competence. The main objective of developing teacher professional abilities through training is to solve teacher performance weaknesses both at present and in the future towards a more desirable level of performance. Because the development of teacher professional abilities through training is so important and requires a lot of money, it is necessary to research to find a real effect on teacher competence and performance. The research problems formulated are: 1) dimensions of teacher professional ability development through training; 2) teacher professional competence; and 3) teacher performance. The research approach is quantitative with a sample of 335 from a population of 2,064 junior high school teachers in Bandung. Data were obtained from teachers using a questionnaire. The data is processed and interpreted using path analysis as an inferential statistical technique by first testing statistical assumptions, including transforming ordinal data into intervals and data normality testing. The study concluded that the development of teacher professional abilities can improve teacher competence and performance, which is expected to ultimately improve the quality of student learning. The implications include: 1) it is necessary to develop effective training; and 2) competence with performance is important to promote better teaching and learning. Based on these implications, there are several recommendations, namely: 1) increasing the development of teacher professional abilities through technical assistance and quality control group forums; (2) designing the development of teacher professional abilities that have a direct impact on the teaching and learning process; (3) develop a model with competency as the dependent variable; and (4) recommend the human side of the organization as a determinant factor that needs to be investigated. ]]>

<![CDATA[MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango are educational institutions that focus on character development and have programs that can shape the character of their students. The results showed that: First, interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on the quality of character education at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango. Second, Teacher Pedagogic Competence has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Character Education at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango. Management of Character Education Management in Discipline Development is part of forming human resources towards sustainable life. Resume & Eulogy Theory as the basis of research. Qualitative method through a process of observation, documentation and interviews developed with a triangulation system. Research questions 1) How is Character Education Planning in Discipline Development; 2) How to Organize Character Education in Discipline Development; 3) How is the Implementation of Character Education in Discipline Development; 4)) How to Supervise Character Education in Discipline Development. The results showed that the Character Education Planning in Discipline Development is defined as an attitude in which the development of knowledge, attitudes and skills is balanced. In the process of organizing all the components of the work unit structure in governance put forward the goal of building the character of the discipline itself. Implementation, the form of development of the educational implementation process leads to the formation of discipline in line with the basic goals of education. Supervision is arranged in line with the planning that human resources aim at achieving its goals.]]>

<![CDATA[Regulation of the Minister of Religion (PMA) Number 2 of 2012 concerning Madrasah Supervisors and Supervisory Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at Schools, is a policy product issued by the Ministry of Religion which gave rise to a new nomenclature, amidst the regulations of School / Madrasah supervisors, namely supervisory functional positions. PAI on Schools. This regulation has implications for the implementation of PAI supervisor duties at schools. This research was motivated by the inadequate implementation of the activities of Islamic Education Supervisors at schools in the Sukabumi District Education Office. The focus of this research is the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Religion (PMA) Number 2 of 2012 for Islamic Education supervisors at schools in the Sukabumi District Education Office. The purpose of this research is to find out about: 1) Implementation of PMA Number 2 of 2012 for PAI supervisors in the Education Office of Sukabumi Regency; 2) Problems faced by PAI supervisors at the Education Office of Sukabumi Regency in implementing PMA Number 2 of 2012, and 3) Efforts to improve in the future in implementing PMA Number 2 of 2012. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation study. This is to make a systematic, factual and accurate description of the phenomenon under study. The results of the research findings show: 1) The implementation of PMA Number 2 of 2012 for PAI supervisors at the Education Office of Sukabumi Regency is not running optimally; 2) The root of the main problems faced by PAI supervisors: Policy standards; Budget; Psychological burden; Coordination; and performance appraisal. 3) Improvement efforts are made by: Directorate of PAI by compiling a draft revision of PMA Number 2 of 2012; The Sukabumi District Education Office issues a SK to assign a school supervisor to the PAI supervisor; The Ministry of Religion of Sukabumi Regency has substantially increased the pattern of guidance; PAI supervisors increase creativity and motivation in carrying out their duties and supervisory functions. Recommendations for this study are addressed to the PAI Directorate of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, in the form of: PMA Revision Number 2 of 2012 so that it is relevant to the regulations of school / madrasah supervisors; Review of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) supervisor nominations in schools; Adequacy of the budget for improving the quality of supervisors; and Strengthen coordination between related institutions.]]>
