Abstract

ABSTRACT SMS Gateway is a device that offers SMS transit services to transform messages to the cellular network from other media. Wangaya Hospital has implemented an innovation SMS Gateway program that aims to provide an ease in the field of service to the patients, in the process of registration to conduct examination in polyclinic and to know the amount of patient care costs at Wangaya Hospital. This research was conducted by a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques which are observation, interview and documentation. This research measures how the implementation of SMS Gateway program at Wangaya Hospital by using the policy implementation concept by Charles O. Jones that based on indicator of organization, interpretation, and application. The result of this research is the implementation of SMS Gateway program in Wangaya Hospital has been running well but not yet reached the maximum. Based on the three indicators used to see the implementation, all have met these indicators but still encounter various obstacles in each indicator. Abstract

ABSTRACT Inclusive education is an educational service system that provides opportunities for all children to study together in a public school with attention to diversity and individual needs. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of inclusive education for crew in SD No. 11 Jimbaran and obstacles in the implementation of this inclusive education. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methodology. In obtaining the data, the authors make direct observations to the field to obtain the primary data related and conduct documentation studies to obtain secondary data. In addition, the researcher uses techniques such as direct and indirect interviews related to this research. The conclusion of this research is Implementation of Inclusive Education in SD No. 11 Jimbaran as a whole has not been effective yet and is not in line with the established standard of inclusive education. Abstract

ABSTRACT Transportation is important in national development, therefore a transportation service should be done well so the public safety can be guaranteed. A transportation service better known as motor vehicle testing or kir. High number of vehicles as happened in Denpasar need a good vehicle test service. Previously, the vehicles testing in the city of Denpasar considered the public too convoluted and takes a long time. Seeing the phenomenon, denpasar government through UPT Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor sparked a new breakthrough programme known as kir drive thru that have a purpose to improve transportation service in UPT Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor. Kir drive thru programme can be successful not just seen from the purpose, but also get improvement from the problem that happened during the implementation with evaluation. A policy evaluation is undertaken to assess whether the policy is appropriate to implement and to provide recommendations for future policy implementation. In this study using William N Dunn's policy evaluation theory consisting of sixpevaluationpcriteria. Which is effectiveness,pefficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the implementation of kir drive thru program since 2012 has been effectively seen from the predetermined objectives can be achieved. However, if seen from the criteria of efficiency and adequacy there are still some problem that make the drive thru programme less maximum. If seen from the equity, responsiveness and accuracy criteria is can be done well. Abstract

ABSTRACT Rural development in Dauh Peken Village is now continuously be improved in terms of both economic and social. It currently requires the participation of the whole society and the government to get involved to realize the development of the village. Through a community empowerment program in economics and the environment, the Village Government Dauh Peken seeks to create village development desired by the community in accordance with the potential contained in the village. The problems of the background for this study is the lack of funds, which not is available yet from facilities and supporting infrastructure activities, lack of training, there has been no serious attention from the government, as well as poverty. This research was conducted by descriptive qualitative data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews. This study analyzes how rural development through community empowerment with the concept of community empowerment is composed of economic indicators, commodity choice and type of business, human resource management and career development, the development of a network of partnerships, logistics and financial management and the development of facilities and infrastructure. Environmental indicators, physical environment and social environment. Results from this study showed that rural development through community empowerment is still not effective due to the economic empowerment of facilities and infrastructures supporting activities are not yet available and the lack of serious attention from the government regarding the distribution work product results. Based on five (5) economic indicators were used, the only indicator of the commodity choice and type of business showed good results whereas other indicators such as human resources management and career development, the development of a network of partnerships, logistics and financial management and the development of facilities and infrastructure is still less than the maximum. In the field of environmental empowerment by 2 (two) indicators used,  the physical environment has shown good results, but the social environment is still less than the maximum. Abstract

Institutions that authorized in empowering micro small and medium enterprises are the cooperatives small and medium enterprises gianyar district. In an effort to empower micro small and medium enterprises there should be a proper strategy based on condition in the region. This study attempts to see how strategy implemented department of cooperatives medium gianyar cooperative district and he knows factors whatever support and impede in sector development micro small and medium enterprises. The methodology used the descriptive qualitative. From the analysis research, it is known that department of cooperatives medium cooperative district strategy gianyar have developed by the centralgoverment set forth in the stategic plan coperatives small and medium strategy bracing, strategy and development strategy protection. Abstract

Mixed marriages under Article 57 of Law No. 1 of 1974 on marriage is a marriage between two people in Indonesia are subject to different law because of differences in nationality and one foreign national party and the other party of Indonesian nationality. The purpose of this study was to determine the administrative system of marriage different from the State under the laws of marriage and according to Law No. 24 of 2013 concerning the administration of residence and constraints encountered in meeting the administrative procedure. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. Results from this study that there are obstacles in the fulfillment of administrative procedures related to the requirements of mixed marriages validity of a marriage is determined by the respective law and religion so difficult for offenders considered a mixed marriage who have no religion (atheists) as well as omissions in the registration of marriages.  Keywords: Mixed Marriage, Administrative Procedures, the Population Administration, Administration La

Abstract

ABSTRACT Tourism in Bali can be the center of tourism in Indonesia, this is due to the many tourism potentials that are owned, such as the potential of nature, culture and customs which are increasingly developing to attract tourists. Tourism Village is one of the efforts tourism development that was managed by the local government, in this case the Buleleng Regency The purpose of this study is determine the role of government in managing local wisdom-based on tourism villages in Sudaji Tourism Village, Sawan District, Buleleng Regency. The unit of analysis of this study is the Tourism Office of the Buleleng Regency and this study used descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study indicated that in the management of the Tourism Village Sudaji the role of the government is quite good and is still experiencing some obstacles, both in its management and implementation in the field. Abstract

Improvement of facilities is one effort to provide customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is one of the factors of good service quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of facilities used BPJS patients on customer satisfaction at the Hospital Level II Udayana Denpasar. The research method used is associative method of quantitative approach with the intention to find the influence between facility (variable X) to customer satisfaction (variable Y). Primary data in this study was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires as much as the number of samples that is 61 people BPJS patients at the Hospital Level II udayana. The result of analysis of this research findings shows that partial influence of BPJS (X) facility on customer satisfaction (Y) at Udayana Denpasar Level II Hospital is positive and significant. This is based on the results of linear regression analysis that obtained a positive beta value of 0.852. To test whether or not significant, tested by using t-test analysis that obtained t-count = 12,164 and t-table = 1.999 which means t-count> t - table with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means Ho is rejected and Hi accepted. So it can be concluded that the partial influence of the facilities BPJS (X) on customer satisfaction (Y) at Udayana Hospital Level II Denpasar is positively significant. Of 71.5%. This is based on the results of linear regression analysis which obtained R square value of 0.715 which means that 71.5% variation of customer satisfaction from patient of BPJS user at Udayana Level II Hospital influenced by available BPJS facility, while the rest equal to 32,9% Explained by other factors not included in the model. Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study were obtained throught a sample deployment with total samples of 95 employees at Central Hospital of Sanglah Denpasar. The analysis result of research findings showed that remuneration variabel has positive and significant impact on the work motivation at the Central Hospital of Sanglah Denpasar with the result of R2 was 71,2%, and the remaining 28,8% was influenced by other factors. Meanwhile, if the remuneration is increased by 1%, automatically, the work motivation will increase by 1,004. Keywords: Remuneration, Work Motivation

Abstract

A gradual Tourism development is very important to improve the quality of tourism each year to compete with other tourist attraction. The synergy between the Central Government with local government plays an important role to the development of tourism. The background to this research is the development of tourism which is still insufficient in Labuan Sait both in terms of means and infrastructure, promotion, as well as structuring tourism. This study measures how does tourism development strategy through the synergy with the customary village tourism office on the management of Beach Tourism Labuan Sait in increasing the levy County in Badung Regency with the theory of development that uses the concept of planning development by Sjahrizal in the regional development planning in the era of autonomy. The indicator consists of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. In addition also use the concept of synergy from Najiyati and Rahmat which consists of indicators communication and coordination as well as indicators of the SWOT by Freddy Rangkuti. Method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews to several informants associated with this research. The results of the research showed that the development strategy of tourism through the synergy with the customary village Tourism Office on the management of Beach Tourism Labuan Sait in improving regional levies in Badung Regency are still insufficient. That is because the is still lacking from the indicator monitoring and implementation and evaluation of the impact against the decline of levy of admission attractions Labuan Sait in the 2017.
