Abstract

ABSTRACT Gema Petik Program is a community-driven community empowerment movement that is from, by and for the people, as well as an effort to suppress DHF (Dengue Fever) in the Denpasar city.The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the echo program in Banjar Lantang Bejuh. This study uses descriptive qualitative data collection techniques, and data in this study are presented in the form of text, tables, and graphs/diagrams. The indicators used in this study are, information, policy content, community support, potential sharing. The results of this study is the implementation of the Gema Petik program in Banjar Lantang Bejuh has been implemented, but it has not run optimally. The obstacles that must be followed up are the provision of information on the Gema Petik program that is unclear and evenly distributed, the community support is still not optimal, the lack of human resources for jumantik officers. Abstract

ABSTRACT Culture organization become an important role in the success of an organization to accomplish a purpose, good long term and also short term, culture organization can be interpreted as typical of an organization, good or bad organization seen from culture used the leader of the to set members. Baladika Bali using a system of one command, in which the decision highest is at the highest leaders, the highest leaders have a important role in bringing where the direction organization, so that it would not have sort of gone off AD/ART and mutually agreed upon which it is set, so that Baladika Bali become an organization that of societies based in his totality. This research use method of descriptive qualitative. Where to get data, researcher conduct observation with a direct view phenomenon that occurs field and conducted interviews with the speakers that is concerned, with research that researchers do, the study researchers documentary also do to get information on this research. A conclusion that obtained in this research was, Baladika Bali known loyalty among members very high because in Baladika preference suka duka so that the role of each member in activities which was built by any member of both in activity suka or duka, so that the brotherhood among members is becoming stronger. But a great organization must have internal problems that can undermine culture that would be good so as not to be broken, so that the leader of the must continue to embrace all member of order all want to create baladika be organization community completely. Abstract

ABSTRACT Asset is one of the most important elements in the financial management of a regency. The orderly of asset management can produce reliable information in financial reporting for the regency. The research aims to describe and knowing the constraints in the area of asset management as the results of asset separation from the main district office revenue, finance and asset management of Nagekeo Regency in 2016. The method used in this research is qualitative method with a data source using the primary data and secondary data in which it produces the descriptive data. The unit of analysis is the field assets on DPPKAD Nagekeo by searching information about the procedure of grants and asset acceptance and also asset management in Nagekeo regency. The technique of determining the informant used in this study is purposive sampling technique whereas data collection technique used in this study are interview and observation. An overview of the regional asset management as the results of separation from main district on DPPKAD can be assessed on the basis of two main elements: the separation of asset and asset management (planning, utilization and supervision). The result showed that asset management in Nagekeo regency has not run optimally, this is evident with some problems concerning the results of the asset separation, weak coordination in managing asset inventory, the process of inventory that have not been fullest and there are some assets that are still in dispute. Abstract

ABSTRACT The implementation of public services based on information technology in Bogor City Licensing Agency aimed to see if the problems that exist in licensing services to be better or not using technology equipment. This research was conducted also to look at the benefits and obstacles to their implementation of information technology in the public service based on information technology. To look at a complex problem and requires in-depth understanding, this research method using descriptive qualitative. For the result of that, it is necessary to do the interview, observation and documentation study to be able to get valid data. This research was held in the Integrated Licensing Services and Investment Coordinating Board in the city of Bogor. Based on the results of this study concluded that the quality of public services based on information technology has been dissatisfactory. The indicators of public policy implementation are seen through communication, resources, dispotition and bureaucratic structure with the consideration of transparency, participation and efficiency aspect. Public services based on information technology has not been able to provide accurate information for the public, community participation has not been good and the employees of Integrated Licensing Services and Investment Coordinating Board in the city of Bogor are lack utilizing the existing technology. The public services that is fast, easy, and appropriate in the presence of information technology has not been implemented due to the lack of use on online systems in the community. Abstract

ABSTRACT The government's obligation in realizing supervision on the circulation of counterfeit and illegal drugs is to form an institution that oversees the circulation of drugs and food namely the Food and Drug Administration or BPOM. There are several findings of problems regarding the monitoring of BBPOM to the drug distribution facilities and health service facilities. Firstly, the unclear time of BBPOM monitoring. Secondly, the supervision by BBPOM is not yet optimal in the health service facilities of drug store, minimarket or supermarket. Third, cross sectoral cooperation is not yet optimal. This research aims to find out how the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration of Bali Province to the drug distribution facilities and health service facilities in Denpasar City and the constraints faced. The theory used in this research is the management theory of supervisory function by Joko Widodo. The method of research used is qualitative with qualitative descriptive technique. The result of this research is that supervision of the Food and Drug Administration of Bali Province is not optimal, because lack of human resources of supervisor in terms of quantity, lack of facilities, difference of perception with cross sectoral. As for the advice given is the acceptance of contract workers or internships and apply the organization to be appropriate function and right size, coordination should be integrated and sustainable to cross-sector, review the current budget needs planning for next year's budget. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure how far the influence of discipline on the performance effectiveness of DPRD members of Badung Regency 2014-2015. The research method used is quantitative method. Primary data in this study was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to all members of the DPRD Badung regency which amounted to 40 people.The results showed that the discipline had a positive effect on the effectiveness of the performance of Badung District People's Legislative Assembly (DPRD) with the result of R2 of 0,380, which means that the effectiveness of Member's performance is influenced by discipline of 38%. The results of simple linear regression calculations show that if the discipline increased 1%, then the effectiveness of performance will rise by 0.616. Whereas if the discipline does not change or equal to zero, then the total effectiveness of performance in the DPRD Badung regency of 12.997. Based on result discipline have positive and significant effect to performance effectivity at DPRD Badung Regency. Keywords: Discipline, Performance Effectiveness, DPRD

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Effect of Public Participation on the Performance of the Employment Social Security Organizer Agency (BPJS-Employment) of Denpasar The performance of BPJS-employment is not maximal so that there is a need of public participation to improve performance of BPJS-employment. The finding of the results of simple linear regression test showed that public participation influenced the performance of Employment Social Security Organizer Agency (BPJS-Employment) of Denpasar with regression coefficient score of 0.835, which means that if there is 1% increase of public participation then the performance of the agency will increase 0.835 point. Abstract

E-filling system is a realization of government programs to help individual taxpayers or corporate taxpayers to carry out their obligations. E-filling system has been implemented and required to all taxpayers in indonesia since 2014. During the second (2) years of implementation, the use of e-filling system in submitting annual SPT such as has been running quite well, but if viewed from the number of annual notification that entered throught the e-filling system, the number is still not able to improve compliance from individual taxpayers to the maximum. E-filling system only can used by individual taxpayers that know internet and individual taxpayers who have a simple and very simple SPT form. This study must be have an porpuse, the purpose is to invertigate the implementation of e-filling system and obstacles in the implementation of e-filling system. The study used a descriptive qualitative research methodology. In obtaining primary data, the author directly to the field. While to get secondary data, the author use study documentation. And the author also use interviews directly in this study. This study have a conclusion, the conclusion e-filling sytem has been good, but has not been able to improve individual taxpayers compliance to the maximum due to lack of socialization and awareness of individual taxpayer. The obstacles that must be overcome is the socialization is not evenly distributed, the taxpayers do not know the internet and long queue when searching e-fin. Abstract

ABSTRACT Udayana University Hospital is one of the state hospitals located in Bali, precisely in Jimbaran. Aside from being a forum for education and research, this hospital also has the main goal of providing quality and affordable health services for the entire community. Research with the title "The Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance" conducted at Udayana University Hospital employees aims to found out and explain the influence of leadership style on employee performance. And this study uses quantitative methods. The data collection tool used is a question by list to 117 employees. This data analysis used in this study is descriptive statistics and simple linear regression using the program on 22 of SPSS. The results of the study show partial influence of leadership style (X) on employee performance (Y) Udayana University Hospital is positive with the result is regression analysis linear with a value of 0.838.
