Abstract

ABSTRACT The Online-Based Death Compensation Program is an innovation that aims to increase the transparency of the death compensations program and maximizing process to improve services to the people of Denpasar City including veterans. This program is one of the best programs in organizing Denpasar Smart City. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques such as observations, interviews, and documentations. The results of the study are based on an analysis with three implementation indicators according to Charles O. Jones showing that the program still needs to be optimized because there are still problems with several indicators such as: the need to consider the number of death compensation operators, not yet maximizing socialization to the community especially in terms of requirements, the process of disbursing funds which often exceeds the time limit specified, and the amount of compensation funds expected to increase especially given to the community. Abstract

ABSTRACT Regulation the Regent of Tabanan Number 24 on 2018th concerning the Action Plan Tourism Models for developing a tourist village in the Nikosake area. This policy aims to create new economic generator and develop existing potential in western Tabanan especially in Belimbing Village. This study has purpose is tokfindkoutjhow thee development of Belimbing Tourism Village based on the Action Models of Tourism Models so as to provide social and economic change for the community. This study based on Van Meters and Van Horn theory about Policy Implementation and the results of this policy research in Belimbing Village have achieved good results in several indicators such as standards and targets, characteristics of organizations, organizations communication, and condition of social, economic, and political, but not maximal on resource indicators, characteristics of implementing organizations, and their attitudes. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the performance of the Regional Inspectorate regarding the Implementation of Supervision Regional Government Financial Statement in Kota Denpasar on 2018. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with informants consisting of Inspectorate employee, and several Dinas supervised by the Denpasar City Inspectorate namely the Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Kesehatan and Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu. The research method using in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the supervision carried out by the Denpasar City Inspectorate through three stages, namely: First, preliminary control which is an oversight before the activity takes place, secondly cocurrent control which is an oversight carried out during the activity, the third is feedback control that is supervision carried out after the activity takes place. The performance indicators that influence the implementation of financial audit supervision are: 1) Input indicators, 2) Process Indicators dan 3) Results Indicators. Abstract

ABSTRACT Denpasar city is currently trying to protect negilited childern to get the same protection as general children. Therefore, through synergy between Social Service of the Bali Province, Social Service of Denpasar City and Sayangi Bali Foundation are expected to be able to give the best handling for negilited children in the Denpasar City. This research used descriptive qualitiatif method with data collection techniques1 in the form of observation1, interviews1 and documentation1. This research looks how the synergys between Social Service of the Bali Province, Social Service of Denpasar City and Sayangi Bali Foundation in handling negilited childern in Denpasar City by using Najiyati’s synergy indicators consisting of communication and coordination. The result shows that the synergys it’s been going well based on communication and coordination indicators. But there are still a few things need to be improved, so the synergy can run more optimally. Keywords : Synergy, Negilited Childern, Child Protection.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Gianyar Regent Regulation No. 57 of 2018 concerning Management and Engineering of Traffic and Road Transportation and Parking Lot in the Tourism Area of ??Ubud regulates parking management to realize good traffic order and management in Ubud. In this study the researher used a qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role and optimization of policies made by the government based on these regulations of traffic in Ubud. The data collection techniques used by interviews with informants, observation in the object, and documentation Through the theory of Effectiveness according to Duncan (2008) with indicators of goal achievement, integration and adaptation These problems are mostly due to the lack of commitment from the regional government and the government's attention to the policies that have been implemented. Abstract

ABSTRACT Badung Anti Plastic Bag Program (BATIK) is an innovation program that aims to reduce single use plastic bags in Badung Regency according to the concept of local wisdom. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of BATIK Program based on local wisdom in an effort to reduce plastic waste in Badung Regency, especially in Sempidi Village. This research is descriptive qualitative with observation, interviews, and documentation. The output of the research are based on an analysis with four implementation indicators of Edward III shows this program has not been implemented or running well because there are problems in indicators such as communication and outreach among the public are not optimal, lack of adequate budget and facilities, consideration to the addition of labor and wages and there is no absolute consequences regulations in the Sempidi Traditional Village. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Village Family Planning Program aims to overcome thexproblems of population,xfamily planning (KB),xfamily development andximprove the quality of life of the community.this study purpose to determine how the evaluation of family planning program in the Denpasar City. This study uses xevaluation criteria according toaWilliam Dunn, namely, efficiency,xeffectiveness,xadequacy, alignment, xresponsiveness, and xaccuracy. The results based criteria show that the Family Planning Village on the effectiveness criteria has xbeen able to achieve the goals set.The leveling criteria have not yet reached levels in terms of location and service.xThe responsiveness criteria in the satisfaction level indicator show a xpositive xresponse and thexcommunity feelsxsatisfied and the community feels thexpositiveximpact of the existence of this Family Planning Village. On the criteria ofxthe accuracy of the villagexfamily planning program, it has become an appropriate means of improving community welfare. Keyword : Evaluation, Program, The Family Planning Village.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to describe The implementation of PPDB zoning in Bali province especially in SMA N 1 Abiansemal. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive type with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis using policy implementation theory according to Van Meter and Van Horn with indicators of size and objectives of policies, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, disposition of executives, communication between organizations and implementing activities and social and political economic environment.Based on the results of the analysis above, the conclusion of the results of this research is the implementation of PPDB zoning in Bali province, especially in SMA N 1 Abiansemal has succeeded in the efforts to tell the access and quality of education. Abstract

ABSTRACT Regulation of Transportation Minister Republic Number PM 75 years 2015 concern about Implementation of Traffic Impact Analysis are explains required installation of infrastructure at each intersection in order to carry out traffic management with technology and coordinated. However, there are still problems faces during implementation such as the growth rate of motor vehicles along with the higher traffic congestion, high accident rates, and the lack of public knowledge.ThisEtypeEof research used isEdescriptiveEqualitative,dataIcollection techniquesiused areIobservation,iinterview, documentation, and teqniquesuofutriangulasi. The result analyzed with 3 aspects are have notibeen runningooptimally,obecause thereoareestill problems such as not having a clearer task for every operator’s tasks, principle, and functions, lack of experts with technological education background, often occurring server disruption to live streaming features, lack of socialization about the program and constrained by budgeting in the maintenance of the tools. Abstract

ABSTRACT Notebook procurement programs for basic school students is one of the top programooftthe governmentoofBBadungRRegency with a mission to improve education. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods through interviews, observations and documentation asttheemainddata management techniques.sTherresults oftthissstudysshowtthat there are still a few things that the Education, Youth and Sport Goverment Agency of Badung Regency should take into account, among the problem of achieving program’s goal. Supporting factors such as computer teacher and wi-fi support facilities must still be improved inoorderrtommaketthe goal ofythe program. Theeobstacles that stand at SD No.1 Tuban, there are no teachers of computer subjects particularly at SD No.1 Tuban, the ability of a homeroom teacher to operate the notebook is still weak and there is no timeline learning.
