Abstract

The purpose of this research 1) To know the influence of the outdoor based character project citizen learning model toward the students achievement of partially fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang; 2) To know the influence of learning interest toward students learning achievement of partially fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang; 3) To know the influence of critical thinking toward students learning achievement of partially fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang 4) To know the influence of outdoor based character project citizen learning model, students interest, and critical thinking toward students learning achievement of simultaneously fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang.Based on research objectives which basically research that is used including applied research. Applied research is aimed at solving practical life problems. As the techniques used in collecting data in this research are documentation and questionnaires. The analysis on this research using multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program for Windows.The result of this research showed that 1) The first hypothtesis test results obtained no significant influence from outdoor based character project citizen models toward students learning achievement of partially fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang. Data analysis result with pearson test obtained the coefficient correlation of 0,121 with significancy of 0,343. Therefore it can be said that the effect of X1 on Y is not significant. Ho accepted and Hi rejected. 2) The second hypothesis test obtained any significant influence from outdoor based character project citizen models toward students learning achievement of partially fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang. Data analysis result with pearson test obtained the coefficient correlation of 0,411 with significancy of 0,001. Therefore it can be said that the influence of X2 on Y is significant. Ho rejected and Hi accepted. 3) The third hypothesis test results obtained any significant influence of critical thinking toward students learning achievement of partially fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang. Data analysis result with pearson test obtained the coefficient correlation of 0,472 with significancy of 0,000. Therefore it can be said that the influence of X3 on Y is significant. Ho rejected and Hi accepted. 4) The fourth hypothesis test result say there is influence of outdoor study based character project citizen models, learning interest and critical thinking toward students achievement of simultaneously fifth grade students at Mutiara Harapan Elementary School Lawang. The value of the determinant coefficient (R) of 0,652 which means that the independent variable is outdoor based character project citizen models (X1), learning interest (X2), and critical thinking (X3) able to explain the dependent variable students achievement (Y) of 65,2% while the rest is 34,8% explained by another variable outside the model. It shows that the dependent variable has a significance influence.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of snowball throwing learning and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of social studies subjects of high class students, (2) the effect of snowball throwing learning with the learning outcomes of social studies subjects of high class students, and (3) the effect of learning motivation with the learning outcomes of Social Studies students of High Class SDN Sedarum I Nguling Pasuruan. This research is quantitative research. The study population was students of SDN Sedarum I Nguling District, Pasuruan Regency, a total of 273 students. The research sample was 138 High Class students with a total sample technique. Data collection using instruments. As for the learning outcomes of social studies subjects use tests. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant relationship between snowball throwing learning and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes of Social Studies students in High Classes, (2) there was a significant relationship between snowball throwing learning with High Class students' learning motivation, and (3 ) there is a significant relationship between learning motivation with the learning outcomes of social studies subjects of High Class students at SDN Sedarum I, Nguling Pasuruan.

Abstract

Abstract Teachers become the most important determinants of school-based classes that play a role in improving student learning outcomes because they interact directly with students while in school. The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the effect of teacher pedagogical competence, discovery learning models, and learning styles on student learning independence, (2) to determine the effect of teacher pedogogical competence on student learning independence, (3) to determine the effect of discovery learning models on student learning independence, and (4) to determine the effect of learning styles on student learning independence. This research also includes correlational research. The study population was all High Class students from elementary schools in Guslah II, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency, in the odd semester, 2019/2020 school year, totaling 256 students. While the sample is 25% of the population (64 students). Data collection methods by questionnaire and observation. The results showed: (1) simultaneous teacher pedogogical competence, discovery learning models, and learning styles affect the independence of student learning. (2) the pedogogical competence of teachers influences the learning independence of students (3) the discovery learning model influences the learning independence of students, and (4) learning styles affect the independence of student learning

Abstract

Liquit Crystal Display (LCD) is frequently as either computer monitor or notebook. Laptop connected projector can be an interesting learning medium. Display on the screen is wide enough at about 2 x 2 meter, is suitable use to a big groups. The combination between laptop and LCD projector can present massage at learning method based on prepare design. Massage design can be audio, dtill visual, moving visual, audio moving visual; audio with colorfull display the students are interested in learning process. This research use an explanatory research approach. The research population SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo, using 64 students samples which meanc that 20% from the whole 314 student. The used sampling method is random sampling proportional technique. The method using the previous data sampling has undergone validaty and reliability test which involve 25 students of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Meanwhile, data analysis technique uses double linier regression, with the assistance of SPSS versi 16.00. Base on the result of research done by the writer about the influence of the usage of LCD projector in indicator process and learning motivation towards student subject achievement of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo can be concluded that there is signifivant influence achievement between the usage of LCD projector toward social subject achievement of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo. And also there is a simultaneous significant influence between the usage of LCD projector and the student’s learning motivation toward social subject achievement of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Therefore, from this research the writer suggest that the social subject teachers of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo had better use learning medium variously either using LCD projector or improving the student’s spirit in the various efforts to improve the student’s study achievement.

Abstract

Abstract The success of the national education system can be seen from the performance of teachers. Teacher performance is expected to boost the quality and relevance of education, in its implementation depends on many factors that influence it and interrelated, such factors competence, motivation and discipline. This research is aimed to analyze the effect simultaneously (together) or partially (individually) between teacher professional competence, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance. The method used in this research is quantitative with the type of explanatory research and a sample of 120 teachers taken using proportional random sampling techniques. The results showed the teacher's professional competence, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously had effect on teacher performance. Teacher professional competence has effect on teacher performance. Work motivation has effect on teacher performance. Work discipline has effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Abstract Learning outcomes are changes in behavior obtained by students after experiencing learning activities. Learning outcomes include three domains, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. High and low learning outcomes achieved by students are influenced by factors of the family environment, social environment, and the association of students with peers. This study aims to analyze the influence partially (individually) or simultaneously (together) between the family environment, social environment and peer relationships simultaneously on learning outcomes. The method used is quantitative with explanatory research types and research samples of 69 students or 31% of the population taken using proportional random sampling techniques. The results showed that the family environment Social environment and peer relationships affect learning outcomes

Abstract

Hasil belajar menjadi indikator penting dalam proses penyelenggaran pembelajaran di kelas, oleh karena itu hasil belajar siswa harus dikondisikan dalam katagori tuntas, namun ternyata masih ditemukan peserta didik yang belum mampu mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) pada mata pelajaran IPS. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMP Plus Al-Kautsan Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berjenis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah kelas VIII, yang selanjutnya diambil sampel sebesar 58 siswa. Penentuan sample dilakukan dengan metode acak (random sampling). Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan dua jenis data, primer dan skunder. Data primer diperoleh dengan angket, sementara data skunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrumen angket untuk variabel minat belajar, dan pada variabel hasil belajar, data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi, berupa dokumen nilai siswa yang dimiliki sekolah. Dari data yang dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunaka aplikasi ahli spss. Hasil dari analisis tersebut diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar, yang berarti jika minat belajar ditingkatkan maka hasil belajar akan mengalami perubahan. Merujuk pada hasil penelitian ini, para guru bidang studi diharapkan untuk memastikan adanya minat bilajar siswa pada setiap materi yang disampaikan agar siswa dapat menangkap materi dan konsep dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Kinerja Guru merupakan kemampuan seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran di madrasah dan bertanggung jawab atas peserta didik di bawah bimbingannya dengan meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Guru berkewajiban merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang bermutu serta menilai dan mengevaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Tugas pokok guru tersebut yang diwujudkan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan motivasi guru secara simultandanparsial terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 Guru yang berasal dari Guru di SMP Negeri Winongan. Karena umlah populasi relatif kecil atau sedikit maka sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah sebanyak 45 orang, sesuai dengan populasi yang ada.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah (X1), budaya organisasi X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap variabel kinerja guru (Y). Variabel supervisi kepala sekolah memiliki kontribusi terbesar terhadap kinerja guru yakni sebesar 0,058. Variabel supervisi kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja mampu menjelaskan variabel kinerja guru sebesar 71,2%.

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa merupakan dokumen hasil serangkaian proses belajar siswa yang telah berlangsung dalam periode waktu tertentu. Intelegent Quotient (IQ) merupakan faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan siswa dalam hasil belajarnya. Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru Sosiologi pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 10 Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh IQ, Model PBL dan Motivasi Siswa secara parsial dan simultan terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Sosiologi kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 10 Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expo-facto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS ver. 18. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, ketiga variabel bebas (IQ, Model PBL, dan Motivasi Siswa) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (hasil belajar).Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar dipengaruhi oleh tingkat intelegensi (IQ) siswa. Variabel Model PBL dan Motivasi Siswa tidak berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Hal ini menunjukkan model PBL bukanlah satu-satunya model pembelajaran yang mampu mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Diperlukan model pembelajaran selain model PBL yang mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Selain model PBL, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang motivasi belajar siswa

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: (1) Mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan SD Negeri Gugus I Balinggi (2) Mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan SD Negeri Gugus I Balinggi (3) Mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Budaya Organisasi secara Simultan Terhadap Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan SD Negeri Gugus I Balinggi Penelitian iniadalah penelitian terapan.Teknik pengumpulan databerupa dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis yang digunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis ganda.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru- guru SD Negeri Gugus I Balinggi(SD Inp. 3 Suli, SD inp. 1Balinggi, SD Negeri 2 Tolai danSD Negeri 3Tolai)berjumlah 55 orang. Hasil penelitian: (1) terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan SD Negeri Gugus I Balinggi, dilihat dari nilai sig pada tabel coefficients sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari probabilitas 5% (0,05), demikian pula diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,298. Dibandingkan dengan ttabel sebesar 2,048 pada taraf signifikasi 5% maka thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. (2) terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan SD Negeri Gugus I Balinggi, dilihat dari nilai sig pada tabel coefficients adalah sebesar 0,014 lebih kecil dari probabilitas 5% (0,05),demikian pula diperoleh t hitung ( 2,609 ) lebih besar dari t tabel (2,048). (3) Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi secara simultan terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan SD Negeri Gugus 1 Balinggi, dilihat dari nilai sig pada tabel anova adalah sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari probabilitas 5% (0,05).
