Measure of success of an education is not only seen from the success of cognitive terms but also in terms of the successful cultivation of the values of character. Mathematics become part of the curriculum in Indonesia and has a very important role in every level of education. So that learning mathematics is expected to make an important contribution in shaping the character of students. Learning mathematics should be designed either by inserting the values of the characters in the learning plan so that the purpose of forming the character of students can be achieved. The approach used by teachers is one of crucial factors which can determine the success of learning process. All in one system is one of effective approaches that can be applied in teaching Arabic. This approach considers that the language is as a system consisting of functional and integrative elements representing a unity that can not be separated. Hence, the lack of one element or sub-system will cause interference and obstacles for other elements. The aforementioned language subsystem consists of pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and spelling. This approach suggests that language instruction should begin with teaching listening to the students, then training them to speak before facilitating them to improve their reading and writing. Thus, the sequence of teaching Arabic is listening (al-istima), speaking (al-kalam), reading (al-qiraah), and write (kitabah). In addition, it is broadly agreed that all in one system suits with the nature of brain work in looking at the phenomenon that is from the global to the parts one. Besides, it is essential that learning material and delivery techniques should be varied in order to avoid boredom that might affect the studentsâ learning. Moreover, this approach is supposed to be meaningful for the students since it focuses only on a topic or specific situation with repeated review of the various terms, as a result it can strengthen the students understanding of subject matter.ÙØ§Ù اÙÙ

 Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan dengan wilayah pesisir yang sangat luas yang membentang dan mengelilingi negeri ini. Banyak penduduk tinggal di daerah pesisir dengan mata pencaharian sebagai nelayan. sumber daya laut Indonesia sangat melimpah, namun sayangnya, tidak dibarengi dengan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang bagus. Secara umum, tingkat pendidikan masyarakat pesisir rendah. Akibatnya, mereka tidak dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya laut secara maksimal dan mereka hanya mengandalkan mata pencaharian sebagai nelayan atau buruh. Meskipun sumber daya laut sangat melimpah dan mereka dapat memperoleh uang dari pekerjaan kasar, namun mereka selalu mendapatkan banyak rintangan dan situasi yang tidak menentu. Situasi ini membuat mereka termarginalkan dalam banyak hal, terutama dalam ekonomi dan pendidikan. Pemerintah memang telah mengimplementasikan beberapa program seperti pendidikan formal dan pendidikan gratis. Namun masyarakat pesisir meresponsnya dengan malas karena pola pikir, budaya masyarakat, dan tuntutan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, dalam konteks ini, mereka membutuhkan program terobosan seperti life skills berbasis pendidikan non-formal. This article describes about two things. First, the urgency of the Islamic world view for the Muslim community. This is important because Islam has a view of life which is different from the others. In addition, it is also a response to globalization identified Westernization. The study of scientists show that Western hegemony of Muslim society covers various fields including sciences and thoughts. This Western hegemony ultimately influences the Muslim world view. Even though the world view is a principle for understanding the reality that affect the attitude and behavior of individuals. In fact, it can be a driving force for social change. Second, the role of Islamic Education in inculcating the Islamic world view for the Muslim community. This begins with the notion that there is a close correlation between education and world view. Islamic education is the main instrument for creating the quality of Muslim, and it originates from the inculcating and reinforcement of the Islamic world view.  This paper is aimed at describing the pattern of education on coastal fishing communities in north coast of Central Java, precisely at the district of Wonokerto-Pekalongan. Theoretically, it attempts to find out the factors of low interest in learning among the northern coastal fishing communities since the crisis in 1998 to the present economic condition that seems more uncertain. As a result, education is an expensive thing and difficult to afford. Therefore, this paper tries to find out suitable solution on the pattern of alternative education for them. This is in accordance with the need of facing the globalization era in which education is a necessity for them to improve their performance and professionalism to meet with the rapid development of technology in order that the community is not left behind and crushed by global competition. To begin with, this paper attempts to look forward to answering how and why the condition of public education is getting worse and what alternative education is appropriate for them so as to improve the level of knowledge and life skills they have.Â ØµÙØ±Øª ÙØ°Ù اÙÙ

This study is grounded from the reality there are many students who do not yet have self efficacy during the learning process. This reality is a major problem of the declining quality of teaching and learning activities. This reality became a concern teacher to find a solution. This study aimed to describe the urgency, the rule and functions and methods that can be used teachers to foster self efficacy learners. The type of this study is a research library with a logical approach unrealistic. The data obtained through the study of assosiated libraries with realities on theground. While the results of the study is: first, self efficacylearners is very important in the learning process quality. Since he became the internal factors of learners to be ready to receive the knowledge.Second, the role and function of self efficacy in self learners can improve learning outcomes that a better qualified, because of the self-learners have the feeling that sure can judge him, controlling him, causing positive emotions about what he faced. Third, how to do to foster self efficacy is to train the management of self-learners. Paper ini menyajikan kajian tentang Pengembangan Kurikulum Melalui Lesson Plan Kreatif. Kurikulum berusaha menerjemahkan tujuan pendidikan sekaligus tujuan dari pengembangan manusia suatu bangsa ke dalam konsep-konsep yang sistematis. Dengan harapan agar pendidikan bias dilaksanakan lebih terarah sehingga bisa efektif dan efisien. Salah satu cara untuk menerapkan pengembangan kurikulum adalah menggunakan lesson plan kreatif. Selama ini guru yang mengajar hanya terpaku pada silabus dan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) yang stagnan. Setumpuk Operasional prosedur yang hanya memuat model, strategi pembelajaran yang apa adanya. Dengan menggunakan silabus dan RPP yang ada tanpa ada pengembangan, maka selamanya proses pembelajaran tidak akan berhasil meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, apalagi di zaman milenial yang menuntut guru serba tau dan kreatif menyajikan materi. Low Human Resources we are not separated from the low level of public education, especially at school age. The low quality of human resources is caused by many things, such as the inability of school-age children to continue their education to higher education, as a result of poverty is wrapped around family life, or could have been caused by the dropout rate, the same is caused by economic factors. Therefore, an optimistic attitude necessary to be able to raise these human resources. One of the pillars which can not be overlooked is through non-formal education, or better known outside of school education (PLS). Government through the spirit of regional autonomy shall move the non-formal educational programs such as Law No. 20 on National Education System candidly and explicitly states that non-formal education will continue to be cultivated within the framework to create community-based education, and government share responsibility sustainability of non-formal education as an effort to complete the 9-year compulsory education. ÙÙØ§ ÙÙØµÙ بÙ٠اÙÙ

This paper highlights educator problem in education system in Indonesia. The discussion focuses on general education and religious education. Educators of non-religious education are product of education and institute of teacher training and education (IKIP) which teach general science, meanwhile educators of religious education are product of Islamic Higher Education (PTKI) which teach religious knowledge. This study aims to analyze books, rules, researches, and news about teacher. To sum up, the educator problems include: poor quality teacher and low teacher salaries that are caused by some factors, government policy that is not implemented well, teacher training institution (LPTK) that are not able to produce a professional teacherØØ§ÙÙØª ÙØ°Ù اÙÙ
