Abstract

Elementary school 002 Koto Peraku is unit technical institution from Kuansing department. The function is giving attendant to make students intelligence in area subdistrict Cerenti. To create the purpose of education can useful for people or public, performance of school is influences to know the capability education in this school. But, these performance of school at SDN 002 Koto Peraku subdistrict Cerenti, Kuansing regency still low.Researcher use teori based on Mohamad Mahsun said there is some indicator in performance of organization: input, process, and output. The purpose of this research is to analyze how performance of school at SDN 002 Koto Peraku subdistrict Cerenti, Kuantan Singingi regency. This research is descriptive research the researcher. Used metode avalitative and snowball sampling to get the data the researcher use interview, observation, and documentation.Result of this result is performance of school at the SDN 002 Koto Peraku still low because lers the teacher (need teacher) means need teacher based on quality and quantity at this school sarana and prasarana still low to increase process studying. Support factor performance of school is teamwork all the teacher, obstacle factor performance of school is headmaster at school dont care with teacher and students, individual factor the teacher cant develop individual, system factor facilities of school dont enought to increase students and situational factor area at the school dont comfortable and safe for students.Keyward : Analyze, Performance

Abstract

This study titled "Perception Outpatient Against Health Care in the Hospital District of Rambah upstream Rokan Rokan Hulu". Researchers are interested in this theme because of problems about services often constrained in upstream Rokan Hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine how perceptions of ambulatory patients to medical services in hospitals rokan upstream and the factors that influence patients' perceptions of the care in hospitals rokan upstream. This type of research in this thesis is quantitative descriptive which describe the results of research and analysis in order to obtain the results and then conclude. The unit of analysis in this study were outpatients who had previously been determined researcher. Data collection techniques in this study is the observation, questionnaire and documentation. From the results of research in the field that the perception of outpatient visits to health services on the overall dimensions of service is good, is seen from the perception outpatient berpersepsi mostly positive, although there are some that berpersepsi masi negatively affect hospital services Rokan upstream. Then their influence on the perception of the patient's experience, from mood was not all that good mood berpersepsi patients are good also for patients berpersepsi good depending on the services they get, then the effect on the patient's knowledge. of facilities that are not all good perception of the comfort of the waiting room amenities are met.Keywords: Perception, Health Services, Hospital

Abstract

Provinsi Riau sebagai wilayah yang kental dan memiliki rekam historis yang kuat akan budaya Melayu bertekad untuk dapat menjaga eksistensi kebudayaan Melayu dan sekaligus memiliki visi untuk menjadikan Riau sebagai Pusat Kebudayaan Melayu di Asia Tenggara. Hal penting yang harus dilakukan adalah bagaimana agar budaya Melayu dapat menjadi sebuah identitas yang melekat kuat di masyarakat. Upaya ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari adanya bentuk strategi komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan komunikator, mengenali sasaran komunikasi, pengkajian tujuan pesan komunikasi, serta pemanfaatan media oleh Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Riau dalam pencapaian Riau sebagai pusat kebudayaan Melayu di Asia Tenggara tahun 2020.Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan penyajian analisis data secara deskriptif dan menggunakan teori komunikasi Harold D. Laswell. Subjek penelitian ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive yang terdiri atas Kepala Bidang Nilai Budaya, Seksi Pengembangan Budaya, dan Staf Bidang Kebudayaan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Riau, serta 1 orang tokoh budaya Melayu dan 1 orang tokoh kesenian budaya Melayu. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model data interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Sedangkan teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data meliputi triangulasi dan kecukupan referensi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertama, peran Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Riau selaku komunikator adalah bertanggung jawab dalam penyusunan dan pelaksanaan program kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pelestarian keanekaragaman dan kearifan lokal pada bidang kebudayaan Melayu (Renstra), serta turut melibatkan berbagai pihak yang berkompeten dan berpengaruh dalam kebudayaan Melayu. Kedua, khalayak yang menjadi target sasaran terdiri atas Pemerintah, masyarakat Riau dari berbagai kalangan, serta masyarakat di luar wilayah Provinsi Riau. Ketiga, pesan yang disampaikan secara garis besar terdiri atas materi berupa usulan dan masukan mengenai program yang akan dilakukan dalam pengembangan dan pelestarian nilai-nilai budaya Melayu, serta hal-hal yang memang berkaitan dan memperlihatkan aspek-aspek kebudayaan Melayu. Abstract

This research is motivated by ulayat land or customary land belonging to villagers of Senama Nenek village controlled by PTP.N V to become oil palm plantation. The problems that arise from this research are what factors are behind the occurrence of village land conflicts Senama grandmother and how to solve the land conflict. Informant research as much as 6 (six) people that is R as informant 1 as well as key informant or key informant, ARC, SM.N, FR, M and F. This research was conducted in Senama Nenek village Tapung Hulu sub district of Kampar regency, the reason the writer choose Senama Nenek village because in Senama Nenek village there is a conflict of struggle for ulayat land and until now there has been no settlement. Data analysis technique used by using triangulation technique that is writer analyze data starting from field observation, looking for initial data, process data and make conclusion. Based on the above approach, found there are factors behind the occurrence of land conflicts that is, differences in cultural background, differences of individual or group interests, changes in value in society, efforts to solve land conflicts in Senama Nenek village with the results of research that is the negotiation between the villagers of Senama Nenek and PTP.NV which resulted in the decision that PTP.NV should find a replacement land of 2,800 Ha, mediating by holding meetings between the Senama Nenek Community and the Company mediated by the DPD, Ombudsman, Komnas HAM and the Government Area. Conciliation is by accelerating the realization of the agreement, and Arbitration is by involving a third party to resolve land conflicts in Senama Nenek village.Keywords: Land Conflict, Conflict Resolution, Grandma's Grandmother's Village

Abstract

This study used 3 variables, namely: on the job training, off the job training, and employee performance. The on the job training had 2 dimensions, coaching and job rotatian. In the variable off the job training have 2 dimensions of simulation and presentation of information. In the variable Employee Performance has 3 dimensions of the quantity of work, quality of work, and timeliness. Objects in this study are employees of the Division at PTPN V Unit Kebun Lubuk In Siak Regency amounting to 77 employees. The analysis used in this research is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, Determination Test (R2), Individual for Significant Test (t test) and Significant Test (F test).The results showed the influence of On The Job Training and Off The Job Training on Employee Performance. The more frequent the On The Job Training and Off The Job Training then the better level of Employee Performance on the. Subsequently, the resulted data from quisoner is calculated and tested with statistics through SPSS program. The calculated result is known that R square is coefficient of determination. So that, it obtained the value of R square is about 0,511. It is meaned that the influence of variable On The Job Training and Off The Job Training variables was 51.1%. to employee perfomance variables.Keywords : On The Job Training, Off The Job Training, employee performance

Abstract

Understanding of education according to the National Education Law no. 20 in 2003, is a learning process in such a way so that learners can develop their potentials actively in order to have self-control, intelligence, skills in social, religious spiritual strength, personality and character mulia.Upaya conducted by the Community 1000_Guru mem persuasif Riau with the local community inland to care about education through activities Traveling and Teaching.This study aims to determine the credibility of a communicator, messages and media used by this community to improve education in rural areas aware of Riau.This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Informants consisted of two people who are the management teams 1000_Guru Community Riau and two volunteers who've participated in the traveling and teaching by using purposive and two people who are teachers who teach in schools in remote areas using technique. accidental sampling Data collected by means of participant observation, interview and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, researchers used the extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that Komunitas1000_Guru Riau has credibility as a communicator who can provide motivation on the importance of education to children in remote areas. Riau 1000_Guru Community persuasive message that is using verbal messages include clarity, candor, and the precision and nonverbal messages. The media used is the first community media offline,using props and film about education. This research aim to analyze the united state’s interest leaving the Trans Pacific Partnership both political and economic interest on it. Trans Pacific Partnership is a form of free trade agreement comprising 12 countries in the world.The data used in this study is a secondary data. Secondary data was obtained trough library research and search online media research. Abstract

The parking levy management in Pekanbaru city being held for regulate parking area and to increase local revenue Pekanbaru city. However, in it’s implementation still have a discrepancy with the valid provision and the attainment of total parking levy still far from the target. As a goverment institution that manages the parking levy in Pekanbaru city, Departement of Transportation of Pekanbaru be liable for manage parking levy and support to increase local revenue. The purpose of research is to find out how the parking levy management being manage by Departement of Transportation of Pekanbaru City. In the theory of George R. Terry, there are four functions of management i.e. planning, organizing, directioning, and observating. The research used descriptive qualitative method with the purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study are the Departement of Transportation Pekanbaru City, Parking Coordinator officer, Parking officer, and the users of parking area. The results of research of qualitative descriptive analysis can be concluded, Parking Levy Management by Departement of Transportation Pekanbaru Cityn did not function maximally because there are still unit of work that did not carry out theirs duties and authority appropriate provisions and did not achieve the target of parking levy. Factors that affect the parking levy management in Pekanbaru city was consciousness factor, time factor, and service factor. Keyword : Management, Parking Levy

This research was conducted in Buluh Cina Village, Siak Hulu, Kampar Regency with the aim to know the function of Adat Rimbo Tujuh Danau Forest. Some of the problems in this research are (1) What is the Social function of Adat Rimbo Tujuh Danau Forest for the villagers in Buluh Cina? (2) What is the economic function of Adat Rimbo Tujuh Danau Forest for the villagers in Buluh Cina? (3) What is the Culture function of Adat Rimbo Tujuh Danau Forest for the villagers in Buluh Cina? The title of this research is "The Function of Adat Rimbo Tujuh Danau Forest in Buluh Cina Village Siak Hulu, Kampar Regency". This research aimed to find out what are the Social, Economic, and Cultural functions of Adat Rimbo Tujuh Danau Forest for the villagers in Buluh Cina. This research was conducted by observing five people as research subjects who really know the function of Adat Rimbo Tujuh Danau Forest. The data of this research were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is the forest are sustainably preserved by the community of Buluh Cina because they have variety of natural resources. These indigenous forest have important existences to all living things because they have the benefits to make a living, as a nature balancing, the breeding ground of flora and fauna. Abstract

This research entitled "Cooperation of Village Government Pasar Baru Pangean With Camat In Completing Poverty In Pangean Sub District Through Family Hope Program (PKH) Year 2016". This research is based on the cooperation between the Village Government and the Camat in solving the existing poverty in Pasar Baru Pangean Village through Family Hope Program (PKH) launched by the Ministry of Social Affairs to reduce the poverty index. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the cooperation of the Village Government of Pasar Baru Pangean with Camat in completing poverty through Family Hope Program (PKH) in Pangean Subdistrict and also the implementation of Family Hope Program (PKH) in Pangean Subdistrict. The problems that exist in this research is to know the form of cooperation between Village Government of Pasar Baru Pangean and Camat in solving the poverty found in Pasar Baru Pangean Village and want to know the implementation of Family Hope Program (PKH) Program in Kecamatan Pangean. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that describes the data descriptively. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, documentation and observation, while other required data came from research informants and supported by supporting documents related to this research.Based on the results of research that has been done show that there are three forms in cooperation Village Government Market New Pangean with Camat in poverty alleviation through family program harrapan (PKH) in 2016 that is 1. Coordination Shape, which coordination is done in two ways that is directly and indirectly, 2.The form of Data Collection to encourage the synchronization of data every year, and 3.Bentuk Pembinaan by the Camat to the Village Government Pasar Baru Pangean with the form of facilitating the guidance of PKH activities in 2016. Implementation of family planning program (PKH) found in Pangean sub-district in 2016 generally has no significant obstacles. There is only a problem with margins of data error in population resuscitation. The data is not always accurate or not always 100% true, there must be a mistake, because 100% accurate data is god's data as well as changes in economic status to the community.Keyword: Cooperation, Poverty Alleviation, PKH Implementation
