Abstract

This study was conducted on unmarried women at Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to determine the criteria of career women in determining the spouse at Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. The focus of this research is the process of considering a spouse for a career woman at Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Sampling technique in this research is accidental sampling. and set the sample size of 97 people. The author uses quantitative methods and Instruments data is observation, questionnaires and documentation. The research found the respondent's criteria in choosing the spouse at Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. were as follows: Education, stakeholder findings showed that respondents were more interested in men with educational background S2 (35.1%) and S3 (40.2%). The majority of career women studied were more likely to choose men with S1-S3 education as a spouse. Occupation, Generally respondents prefer men who contribute greatly in plantation sector (28.9%), followed by men who work as educators (21.6%), the rest of the respondents prefer spouses who work as employees , traders, and civil servants. Income, Responsible stakeholder's outcome on income classification dominated by spouse who have income more than Rp 2,500,000 with percentage of choice as much 91,7%, whereas percentage of respondent response about spouse income criteria <2,500.000 is as much 82,4 %. Abstract

The population of Pekanbaru has increasingly in every year that resulted in moral of degradation. Moral of degradation is the degradation of a quality in public order. Public order is a condition that support for the government and people's activities in implementing development in a region. It can be happend by various causes and circumstances, for an example violation of law which still happened in Pekanbaru. The violation of law that usually happend is violation of traffic signs. The purpose of the study to analyze the implementation and know the factors that affect of regional regulation in Pekanbaru city no. 5 of 2002 on public order in Pekanbaru (study case of the street orderly). The concept of this research is the implementation policy theory by Ripley and Franklin in Tahir (2015: 95). It is about the success of the implementation policy based on 3 perspectives such as : The Loyalty of Bureaucracy Level (Compliance), have a Smooth Routine and there is no problem, the last is Performance. This research design of this study case which use qualitative approach . The results of this study is the Implementation of Regional Regulation in Pekanbaru has not been implemented optimally . It is because The Loyalty of Bureaucracy Level that has not been implemented in good way that we can see some of people’s still ignored the regulation of road rules from government. As a result, the routines by the implementor have an insufficient that impact on staff performance. The factors that influence the implementation of the local regulation is the lack of awareness of the implementors and the lack of supervision from the implementors which causes problems on public policy, especially the road rules policy has been implemented yet optimally in the city of Pekanbaru.Keywords: Public Order, Policy Implementation, The Street Orderly

Abstract

This research is entitled LAM Riau in the political dynamics of Riau. researchers are interested in taking this theme because LAM Riau is actively involved in the political agendas that occur in Riau. the agendas were Pragmatic, so the substantive agendas of the LAM Riau were questioned. This study also aims to find out how the role of LAM Riau on Riau Malay culture and society and how the influence of Riau's political dynamics on LAM Riau. To answer the existing problems the researcher uses qualitative analysis methods. The data collected is then presented descriptively, namely describing or telling the results of the study with a logical narrative.The results of this study indicate the involvement of LAM Riau in the political dynamics that occurred in Riau. this happened because of the interests of the LAM Riau officials so that the LAM Riau was institutionally carried away by the LAM Riau officials. The lack of innovation in the dissemination of information makes activities that are substantive and directly related to Malay culture make us look at the LAM Riau in vain.Keywords: Role, Political Dynamics, Influence

Abstract

Implementation of Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation No. 1 Year 2010 About Levy Building Permit. Currently construction in Pekanbaru City alone more rapidly, as seen in the many development shops, homes, shops, and others. of the many development there are deviations from the development plan on which the IMB administration did not even have a building permit. For the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 1 Year 2010 About the Building Permits, the government has set the Pekanbaru City Planning Office Building for running various authorities in order to achieve the objectives of these regulations.Based on the above problems, as for the formulation of the issues raised is How Pekanbaru City Regional Implementation Regulation No. 1 of 2010 on Building Permits in the District Charming? The type of research in the study were included into the type of qualitative research by using descriptive survey method. Who became informants in this study is the Head of Department of Spatial Planning and Building Pekanbaru, Section of Supervision and Control Building and communities with building permit / do not have building permits in Pekanbaru, especially in the district of handsome 5 people.From interviews conducted by the author to the respondents it can be concluded as follows LGs in disseminating this policy through sosialisaidan extension directly, the clarity of the information to which there are still many people who do not understand well the clarity of the sanctions contained in the policy Retribution IMB, Resources in the implementation of policy in the field the quantity is still inadequate, employee placement implementers in the field in this field officers and field supervisors are in accordance with the field and spesealisasinya and bureaucratic structure that forms of coordination and cooperation among the parties involved in the implementation of public policies such as IMB retribution for field workers. Abstract

This research explains about economic crisis in Spain. The discuscion is focused on dimention of IMF’s role in facing Spain’s economic crisis by creating program that started in 2012. European Union crisis is first started in grEece and followed by few other countries such as Portugese, Ireland and including Spain which is started from economic bubble effect. To decrease the crisis, Spain has proposed bailout from Eurpean Union that join with IMF as the monitorer and advisor to Spain government facing the economic crisis esspecially in banking which is the main proble in this country.Keywords: IMF, Spain, EU, Economic Crisis

Abstract

This research is based on the Regulations of the regional city of Pekanbaru number 02 of 2009 about Traffic And Road Transport that the Department of transportation the city of Pekanbaru has the authority as a service to manage transportation in General. Problems occurred at the existing highway transportation in the city of Pekanbaru in between Oplet, City Bus and Metro Trans because of the low level of mobility and accessibility in transportation such as the operating system, the frequency of arrival on the uncertain transportation, the operation of urban transport is still the old already as Oplet and City Bus, and not of route diversion transport routes new oplet intersecting route Trans Metro Pekanbaru.A common purpose is to research described by the management of transportation department of transportation Pekanbaru. This is cityhe methodology, qualitative study data collection techniques used is, documentation, interviews and observation. While data analysis was descriptive.This study looked at the management of municipal Pekanbaru on mobility and accessibility on transportation and setting route study conducted transportation department on Oplet, City Bus and Trans Metro Pekanbaru.The result of this research suggests transportation system management done transportation department on the implementation of the route diversion on oplet and city bus with not been undertaken effectively and efficiently, as evidenced by at present well intersecting with the route Trans Metro Pekanbaru.While in the development of Trans Metro corridor can be done effectively and efficient, evidenced by 2 corridor and in 2015 to 8 corridor.Keywords: The Management Of Transportation System, City Transpor

Abstract

This research entitled "The Political Dynamics of Implementation of Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) at Kuantan Bay District General Hospital of Kuantan Singingi Regency". This research is based on Law Number 40 Year 2004 regarding National Social Security System (UU SJSN) which has been revised with Law No. 40 of Law Number 24 Year 2011 on Social Security Administering Board (UU BPJS). The formulation of the problem in this study is Who Any Actors Involved In Implementation Program Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) At Teluk Kuantan Hospital and what are the interests of each of the actors or political actors. The problems that exist in this research is to see the political dynamics of the actors that took place at Kuantan Bay District General Hospital Kuantan Singingi Regency and wanted to see what the interests of the actors. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that describes the data descriptively. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, documentation and observation, while other required data came from research informants and supported by supporting documents related to this research.Based on the results of research that has been done there are several findings, namely hospitals that have not the status of Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) so that the required budget must be submitted first to the Local Government. While the local government together with the holding of elections simultaneously not focused on budget preparation, this can be said because of the low political will the executive and legislative support partner pair number 1 in drafting the budget quickly so that the budget is not properly set allocation which then arise the problem of deficiency Funds in the implementation of health services at Teluk Kuantan Hospital for BPJS health users.Keyword: Political Dynamics, Actors, BPJS

Abstract

The background of this research comes from the author's observation of the existence of Jehovah's Witnesses in Riau Marpoyan Damai Riau. The purpose of this study is to foster the development of knowledge about religious schools, especially in the Marpoyan Damai area of Riau Pekanbaru. The theory used is the Functional Theory of Religion proposed by Emile Durkheim which consists of Trust, Ritual and Community. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using the Purspossive Sampling method. The subjects of this study were 7 people consisting of 5 informants and 2 key informants. Data collected with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Analysis of the data used in this study with the technique of collecting data from various sources by including the source of the theory used in accordance with social phenomena. The results of this study were that Jehovah's Witnesses entered the Pekanbaru in 1968 brought by Frank Race. And for the total number of Jehovah's Witnesses per 2019 there were around 350 people. The doctrine carried out by Jehovah's Witnesses varied greatly from: spreading printed material (magazines), visits to buyers, lessons at home, regional lessons, invited to the royal hall, candidates sent as sellers, candidates sent to the theocracy. Keyword: The Flow of Jehovah's Witnesses, The doctrine, History and Existence.

Abstract

             The purpose of the study was to find a general description of IORA, to provide information about the optimization of the city of Padang and the collaboration between the city of Padang and IORA. This thesis theory is paradiplomasi referring to international relations carried out sub-national, regional, local agencies, for their interests. subnational government (SNG) or regional government There are several supporting factors that explain gaining its place in the world of international relations, first, namely the development of actors in international relations as a result of globalization. Secondly, although SNG's role has become increasingly significant, it is not labeled as a development that only attracts media attention.This study applies a qualitative method by collecting data from various references. Through books and scientific journals, the authors analyze by looking for the same themes as the writing of the research being carried out then taking the core of matters relating to research. The city of Padang was involved as host of a meeting of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA).In this study the IORA will be analyzed will be explained using the concept of subnational government, through several factors, such as infrastructure, GDP, labor and others. Data analysis will then begin by identifying what potential the City of Padang has. Opportunities are opened to promote the potentials of the City of Padang to IORA member countries which then open up investment and cooperation opportunities between the Padang City government and IORA member countries. Abstract

This thesis is an international relations research in diplomacy studies study to describes the role of Commission of Truth and Friendship in normalizing bilateral relations between Indonesia and the Republic Demoratic Timor Leste. Commission was used as a facilitator to establish conclusive truths relating to events before and after the 1999 ballot and to promote reconciliation and friendship and ensure similar things did not happen in the future.This thesis used a pluralist perspective that views international relation not limited to relations between countries, but also relationships between individuals where the state is not always the main actor. This thesis hypothesis using the international organizational analysis level. In case the author used clive archer theory that the purpose of international organizations as arena can create prosperity through cooperation and collective action.The commssion of truth and friendship was formed from the agreement of Indonesia and the democratic republic of timor leste to find out the facts of human rights abuses throughout the history of east timor disintegration As well as reconciliation efforts that prioritize national interests through collective action to achieve common goals.Key Words: Role, Commission Of Truth and Friendship, Normalization, Indonesia, Republic Demokratic Timor Leste
