Abstract

In the current era of globalization, many significant changes in various aspects of human life, The change aims to meet the human needs of increasingly increasing in aspects of life. In this case the progress of a country must be followed by the contribution of the service sector to the economy. The number of businesses that exist increasingly make many companies interested in competing.The population in this study are customers who stay at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru with sampling of 100 people calculated by using slovin formula. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. Data collection of research in the form of primary data by using qusioner as research instrument, data analysis used is by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of program of SPSS.From the results of tests conducted show that corporate image and service quality have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Where the value of determination coefficient (R2) shows that the variable of corporate image and service quality contributed to customer loyalty of 48.2% while the rest of 51.2% influenced by other variables not included in this research model.Keywords: Corporate Image, Service Quality, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Office of Community Empowerment and Village Government of Indragiri Hulu Regency, Inspectorate Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency, Rakit Kulim District Office, then in Kelayang Village, Kota Baru Village and Kampung Bunga Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of supervision and supervision mechanisms conducted by the Government of Indragiri Hulu Regency to the implementation of village spending in Rakit Kulim District Year 2016 and to determine the factors that cause villages in Kecamatan Rakit Kulim can not do village expenditure in maximum. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data with the number of informants amounted to 13 people. The technique of taking informants in this research is by Purposive Sampling technique. as for data analysis techniques used in this research is with descriptive data analysis techniques. Based on the results of research that the authors do can be concluded that the Supervision of Local Government Indragiri Hulu Against Village Expenditure in the District of Rakit Kulim Year 2016 not yet maximized, this is based on 3 mechanisms of supervision conducted by the Government of Indragiri Hulu Regency in overseeing the village shopping activities that is 1) Monitoring of realization report of APBDes implementation found deviation in indirect expenditure such as expenditure for salary and operational of village administration has passed maximum limit,(2) supervision done by Auditing on the realization report of APBDes implementation for the villages in District Rakit Kulim Year 2016 has never been done by the Inspectorate of Indragiri Hulu Regency, (3) The supervision conducted by conducting Direct Observation is also not yet maximal for villages in District Rakit Kulim in 2016 due to the lack of budget and limited number of personnel required by BPMPD and Inspectorate of Indragiri Hulu. As for the factors that caused the villages in District Rakit Kulim in 2016 not only the maximum of village expenditure by low of human resources owned by village government, and low of public participation.Keywords: Supervision, Local Government, Village Expenditure.

Abstract

Tourism Object of Mangrove Rawa Mekar Jaya is one of the Ecotourism which has quite good facilities in Siak Regency. However, Infrastructure towards the Object is less supportive. Therefore, this study aims to determine (1) General Description to Tourism Objects of Mangrove Rawa Mekar Jaya (2) Visitor Responses to Tourism Objects of Mangrove Rawa Mekar Jaya. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The subject of this research was the Rawa Mekar Jaya Mangrove of Tourism Visitor. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation, documentation, and interviews. The results showed that theTourism Object ofMangrove Rawa Mekar Jaya was located in Rawa Mekar Jaya Village, Sei Apit District, Siak Regency. The Tourism Object of Mangrove Rawa Mekar Jaya was established by the Mangrove Natural Home Tourism Awareness Group with an area of 25 hectares. Visitor Responses to Attractions/Tourist Attraction and Facilities on Mangrove Rawa Mekar Jaya Forest Attractions are in good category. However, the visitor's response to the infrastructure towards the Rawa Mekar Jaya Mangrove Forest Tourism Object is still in enough category. To get there there are many roads that are hollow and dusty. Abstract

Pekanbaru city which is the capital of Riau province, continue doing development in various fields for the realization of Pekanbaru city as a metropolitan city that is civil, it must be prepared. The real problems faced by the city of Pekanbaru one of which is the bottleneck. Congestion is one of the negative impact from the more advanced development, especially in the field of production of motor vehicles that cause heavy traffic. This is because not match the number of vehicles with an area of road that will eventually allow traffic accidents and cause discomfort for the users of the highway. The institutions authorized and responsible for the traffic conditions are particularly Pekanbaru Police Satlantas unit public education and traffic engineering (Dikyasa). In order to realize traffic conditions in an orderly, safe, and comfortable work program implemented by Dikyasa. The work program is meant socialization, education seminars or for the public to be aware and orderly traffic. The concept of the theory used is effectiveness (Mahmudi:2015). This study uses descriptive qualitative research. In collecting the data, the authors use the technique of interview, observation and documentation. By using key informants as a source of information and analysis of data. The results of this study lead to the conclusion that the effectiveness of the Work Program Unit (Dikyasa) Police Satlantas Pekanbaru, has not been applied effectively because still there is a problem in the input, namely: human resources are still not adequate in terms of quality and quantity, sources of funding available is not sufficient to carry out the work program, the use of technology has not been utilized to the maximum. With the problems that occurred in the input section, it will affect the results of the work program Pekanbaru Police Satlantas Dikyasa unit. Input troubled course will affect the process, outputs and outcomes or results obtained. In addition, factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of the work program is community participation. Therefore, the need for additional personnel, improvement of the budget system, the use and mastery of technology, and give a good example to promote public participation. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the implementation of the Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) in the Kecamatan Kunto Darussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. As for the underlying implementation of these studies are still finding many obstacles in the population in the district administrative services Kunto Darussalam as the vagueness of service time (process and results), hospitality, comfort to the matter of cost. The study is based on theoretical analysis and implementation services. This study uses qualitative research. Unit data analysis by means of interviews to several sources, with data on primary and secondary research. The results of this study indicate that; First, the quality of service PATENT in Kecamatan Kunto Darussalam seen from the aspect of service attitude and procedures have been running well, but from the aspect of service time is less than optimal because of a lack of discipline from the concierge service, and from the aspect of care facilities, especially facilities for the public has not been met yet from the aspect of the service charge has been informed in accordance with the procedures in the District PATEN Kunto Darussalam. second, while the factors that affect the quality of service PATEN in Kecamatan Kunto Darussalam is the factor of communication policy, especially related to the authority to issue the e-ID card, resource factors, disposition and bureaucratic structures that are still unclear authority in issuing the e-ID cards that have an impact on the quality of service in Kecamatan Kunto Darussalam.Keywords: Implementation, PATENTS, Services

Abstract

This study was conducted at Desa Kototuo Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Provinsi Riau. The study was titled "Background Cause of Children Drop Out at Desa Kototuo Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Provinsi Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the background of the causes of children dropping out of school at Desa Kototuo Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Provinsi Riau. The focus of this research is the factors that influence the interest of the child to education at Desa Kototuo Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Provinsi Riau. The subjects studied were junior high school dropouts at Desa Kototuo Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar As many as five research subjects. The author uses descriptive and qualitative methods of data are analyzed qualitatively and using purposive sampling technique. Data instruments are observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. Research conducted at Desa Kototuo Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar On the background of the causes of dropping out of school at Desa Kototuo Has been done. A study of five school dropouts and their parents found that the underlying causes of dropouts consisted of a parent background, an environmental background, and an economic background. The research found that the causes of drop out in school Desa Kototuo Due to the low interest of the child to education. The low interest of the child to this education is influenced by, parents' interest in education, parental concern for education and parental involvement in education. Abstract

Since the establishment of the WTO in 1995, one of the trade regulated by the WTO is the agricultural sector with the existence of an Agreement on Agriculture (AoA). However, as a result of this agricultural agreement developing countries as an agricultural country have instead become importing countries for agricultural products (food), especially Indonesia. So that agriculture was renegotiated during the Doha Round of 2001. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the implementation and challenges of the WTO policies that existed in the 2013 Bali Package on agriculture and food security in Indonesia. This Bali package contains three pillars, namely facilitation of trade, agriculture and development for less developed countries. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis research method. This method is considered necessary because this method aims to describe the facts relating to the problem under study, along with the data used in this study is in the form of secondary data, obtained from scientific books, articles, electronic data and information. The results of the study indicate that the WTO policy on the Bali Package still results in Indonesian food security towards food imports. Although it is permissible to add subsidies, it is limited to a period of 4 years. Therefore, it is feared that there will be more imports of food products in Indonesia, which will weaken domestic food products. Thus Indonesia's food security is still dependent on imports and food sovereignty cannot be achieved.

Abstract

GenZHeTikYuk Campaign Program! is a campaign to save the use of plastics (bottles, cups, bags, etc.) Which focuses on generation Z (born 1995-2012). The campaign was initiated by the Duta Lingkungan Pekanbaru who was selected by the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Kota Pekanbaru to deliver environmental messages to Generation Z. The purpose of this study was to find out how much effect the #GenZHeTikYuk campaign message! towards the environmentally friendly attitude of followers of the account Instagram @dutalingkunganpku. The theory used in this research is the Stimulus-Response theory. This research uses quantitative research methods, with data collections techiques, namely through the distribution of questionnaires directly to followers of the Instagram account @dutalingkunganpku with a sample size of 100 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula and determined through purposive sampling technique. Data analysis tecniques in this study use simple linear regression analysis techniques that are processed using SPSS 21 for Windows.The results of this study indicate the value of the regression coefficient in this study is Y = 20,241 + 1,112 (X). The constant number (a) is 20,241 and the coefficient of variable X is 1,112. Meanwhile tcount (8.145) is greater than ttable (1.984). Based on statistical calculations obtained,the hypothesis for this study is Ha significant difference between the campaign message #GenZHeTikYuk! (X) towards the friendly attitude of followers of theaccount Instagram @dutalingkunganpku (Y). Then it means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the correlation interpretation guidelines obtained the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.653, the relationship between the campaign message variable #GenZHeTikYuk! with an environmentally friendly attitude in the strong category. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (Rsquare) is equal to 0.404. This means it can be explained that the friendly attitude of followers of the account Instagram @dutalingkunganpku by 40.4% is influenced by the #GenZHeTikYuk! Campaign message! while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

In an affort to curb the place of entertainment, the government of Pekanbaru City make local regulation Number 03 of 2002 about general entertaintment, one of which is Video Game/Playstation. This regulation aims to curb the Video Game/Playstation so that in the implementation of this business operations do not make a disadvantage, a danger, and disturbance to the society especially surrounding environment. Based on the experience of research in field, most place of Video Game/Playstation do not comply with local regulation that made by government of Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is to know how the surveillance of Video Game/Playstation by Civil Service Police Unit of Pekanbaru and to know the obstacle factors that affect surveillance Video Game/Playstation in Pekanbaru City.This study conducted in Sail District Pekanbaru City with using qualitative descriptive method, data was collected through observation and interviews. This research done by using theory of Manullang, which set the stanrdards, make an assesment and take the corrective action.The result of this study conclution, supervision by Civil Service Police Unit of Pekanbaru still not implemented effectively, this proven by the fact that most of Video Game/Playstation in Sail District still not comply the rules that made by government of Pekanbaru City. This happened because of the supervision proccess do not make maximum effort in implementation to rules, Socialization and the sanction.Keyword: Supervision, Operational Hours, Playstation

Abstract

Based on the data that researchers get from the Department of Culture and Tourism Kuantan Singingi regency that there is indeed less interest people to cultural traditions boat baganduang. The purpose of this research is to know the strategy of audience, strategy of message, and strategy of choosing / using media used by Culture and Tourism Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency in promoting boat culture to society.In this study the authors use descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques are grouped through observation, interview and documentation. Informants in this study amounted to 9 people taken based on the technique of purposive sampling, the Head of Culture and Tourism Office of Kuantan Singingi, Public Relation and Tourism Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency, Head of Marketing and Economy Division of Culture and Tourism Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency, 3 visitors which witnessed the culture of baganduang boat and 3 visitors who have never witnessed the culture of baganduang boat. Interactive data analysis model of the researcher used to describe the result of research in data analysis technique and to check the validity of data of researcher using triangulation technique.The results showed that the communication strategy of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Kuantan Singingi Regency in promoting the culture of baganduang boat that is from the determination of the audience is the whole community of Lubuk Jambi, Kuantan Mudik Subdistrict and surrounding areas in Kuantan Singingi Regency. After that the strategy message used is the content of messages that are persuasive and informative, which is packed with how to create a short message that attracts the attention of audiences and messages using the symbol / pictures. And the last media strategy used by the Office of Culture and Tourism Kuantan Singingi Regency in promoting the culture of baganduang boat is electronic media, online media, and print media campaign.Keyword: Communication Strategy, Promoting
