Abstract

Among the interesting phenomena that occur today is the start of the community will be riba. Since the year 2017, then the campaign about usury is done, ranging from lectures in mosques, social media, and large billboards that are scattered at some of the street points of Pekanbaru City, the Da'wah billboards invites people to stay away from riba. This shows the start of the Society of Pekanbaru City will be the danger of riba in life, and this is also driven by the desire of a bertanwitness in accordance with the principle of the rulings in Islam which is of course contrary to Conventional Pawnshops that provide capital rent (interest) to the borrower. Although the people of Pekanbaru have literate about riba, we can not say that there are still many Muslim people who choose to use the service or pawn valuables in the Conventional Pawnshop rather than the Sharia Pawn. The problem is why the Muslim community in the city of Pekanbaru chose the Conventional Pawnshop. Informant of 10 customers of the conventional Pawnshop Pekanbaru city branch is Muslim, in determining the informants the authors studied using accidental sampling technique. Data collection is conducted using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this research show that customers choose Conventional Pawnshops because Conventional Pawnshops has more product variations, the amount of loan funds provided, low capital rental rates, procedures and rapid disbursement of borrowing funds, and ease of transaction requirements. This is followed by the knowledge of customers who know more about Conventional Pawnshop, customers understanding that equates between Conventional and Sharia Pawnshop, as well as weak norms believed by customers. Although the customer knows that borrowing funds in Conventional Pawnshop there are capital leases give rise to usury, but because the norm is weak then for him to do such transactions including things done. Keywords: Conventional Pawnshop Selection, Muslim Society

Abstract

The increasing number of elderly population each year, the government has made many policies for elderly health services with the formulation of the elderly posyandu that aimed at improving health for every elderly. Various roles and support from family is needed in increasing  the interest of elderly visit so that life of the elderly becomes more qualified and prosperous. This research examined the role of the family in increasing interest of elderly to visit elderly posyandu in Kepenghuluan Bangko Bakti, Kecamatan Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir Regency that aims to find out the role of familiy in increasing  the interest of the elderly to join the elderly posyandu. This research used descriptive quantitative research method. The population in this research were family who lived with the elderly totaling 150 respondents. A purposive sampling technique is used to determine the sample of the research. There were 60 respondents participating in this research. To collect the data, the researcher used observation technique, questionnaire and documentation. From the result of the study of 60 respondents, most of them have a good family support role in increasing the interest in visiting elderly posyandu. The conclusion is that the roles of support, both emotional support, wife support, information support and family assesment support in increasing the interest of elderly visit to posyandu, are good.  Facing for every health worker and every elderly posyandu cadre who works in order to further enhance and develop activities that held in the elderly posyandu, and for each elderly familiy it is expected to share roles and tasks with other family member to increase interest in elderly to visit the elderly posyandu. Keywords: Family Role, Elderly Posyandu

Abstract

The civil area hospital is one of the hospitals that provides health services for people in the city of Pekanbaru, which always develops and complements health infrastructure according to community needs. The research objective was to determine and analyze the form of service performance of the Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City and to analyze the factors that hinder the service performance of the Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City. This study uses the organizational performance theory of Agus Dwiyanto (2008) which uses 5 indicators, namely: productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the performance of civil service hospitals in providing health services was not optimal. In terms of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. Factors that hinder the performance of the Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City are human resources, facilities and infrastructure and limited funds. This has an influence on the performance of hospital services, such as human resources moving from health centers who have not been able to adapt to the work culture of the hospital.Keywords: Performance, Service, Hospital

Abstract

In Indonesia, the tourism sector is currently growing faster, the tourism sector is a potential that is developed to be a source of income. Riau is one of the tourist destinations that is quite interesting, such as Rokan Hulu Regency which has tourism potential of natural wealth which makes a tourist attraction, namely Hapanasan hot water which is a superior tourist spot in Rokan Hulu Regency, with that the author takes the title of visitor assessment of facility management at Tourist attraction Air Panas Hapanasan Rokan Hulu which aims to determine the responses of visitors who visit the object air panas hapanasan regarding facilities in tourist objects, the researcher uses Spillane's theory (1994), which says that the facility is a means of supporting daily operational tourism objects. To accommodate the needs of visitors, it indirectly supports growth but develops at the same time after the attraction of this research is carried out at air panas hapanasan , Rokan Hulu Regency, this research was conducted for 4 months, starting from March to June 2020. This research is a quantitative research, the data collection technique uses observation questionnaire techniques, and documentation. The sample of the research is visitors. The results of this recapitulation show that overall the respondents gave good responses to the facilities at the air panas hapanasan tourism object.  Keywords: Assessment, Management, Facilities, Tourism and Attration.

Abstract

Institute of Islamic Students Study (LSMI) Almadani is a formal manifestation of the Islamic Da'wah movement conducted by students who feel concerned with the condition of existence of movement in the campus. Besides broadcasting Da'wah, Da'wah institutions also participated in forming a religious student manipulation, in the LSMI Almadani students have been in development from the beginning into the realm of lectures, LSMI Almadani always record new students each year, this is done solely to help new students and advise on the importance of studying religious sciences. Through this research researchers want to know the role of LSMI Almadani in the development of religious character of the University of Riau FISIP students and the role of inhibitory factor LSMI Almadani in the construction of religious characters FISIP University of Riau. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that makes individuals as the subject of research. The research informant is determined by the purposive procedure. Data collected using 3 methods: Interview, observation and documentation. In conducting the informant interview is the administrator of LSMI Almadani, a student of mentoring and FISIP students who have the criteria of informant in this research that amounted to 7 informant. Data interpretation is done gradually ranging from data collection, data reduction to the obtaining of conclusions and research recommendations. From the results of research that has been done LSMI Almadani is an Islamic organization that can be an alternative for FISIP students who want to process with activities made such as mentoring and study. And the factor that is becoming a inhibitor of LSMI Almadani in performing its role as a building container of religious character FISIP UNRI students are internal and external factors. Keywords: Role, LSMI Almadani, Character

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the development of the Durian River Basin as a Kampung Rendang. The purpose of this study (1) to determine the implementation of the development of the Durian River Basin as Kampung Rendang, (2) to determine the factors that hinder the implementation of the development of the Durian River Basin as Kampung Rendang. The research method used is a qualitative method. Based on the research results, the implementation of the development of the Durian River Basin as Kampung Rendang has been implemented well. This can be proven by the existence of Kampung Rendang, an area in Payakumbuh City, namely Nagari Sungai Durian where the area is dominated by rendang IKMs that have existed since 2015. Furthermore, the factors that hinder the implementation of the Development of the Durian River Basin as a Rendang Village are the Covid-19 pandemic. which causes delays in various activities related to production to promotion, lack of human resources, and the lack of knowledge of the Rendang IKM about the use of technology. Keywords: Implementation, Development, Rendang

Abstract

The ASEAN ICT Masterplan 2015 (AIM 2015) has come a long way and completed by the end of 2015. Since its launch in 2011, the AIM 2015 has provided a framework and roadmap for the development of information and communication technology (ICT) at the regional level and, as a result, has enabled greater ICT development in ASEAN. Over the past five years, ICT in ASEAN has improved in many respects. At the macro level, exports of ICT services have become a larger component of total service exports, suggesting that ICT is today an important engine of economic growth in the region. At the individual level, costs of internet access and mobile subscription have fallen sharply in ASEAN Member States (AMS), allowing greater connectivity for millions of ASEAN citizens. The advancement of ICT in ASEAN is also evident in other aspects; these include the rise in employment in the ICT sector, the transformation of government services into digital ones, and the increased awareness of cyber security, to name a few. Although many factors also played a contributing role in such developments, the AIM 2015 has been a vital instrument in bringing about efforts and endeavours of the AMS. The AIM 2015 supported the vision of AMS by bringing about many of the actions that account significantly for the region’s advancement. Without a doubt, the progress in the fields of ICT would not have come this far without the AIM 2015. Abstract

Pekanbaru is the capital city of Riau Province, which is one of the centers of economic growth and trade, a city with a high population growth rate and is one of the destinations for population movement from villages to cities. Pekanbaru as one of the cities that has a large population in Indonesia with the majority of the population aged 15-29 years who are classified as youth. With a large number of youth in Pekanbaru, Pekanbaru City youth have a high interest in participating and forming youth organizations and have succeeded in creating environmental care applications that can make Pekanbaru City win an award as a youth-worthy city in 2019. The purpose of this study is to find out youth empowerment in the youth decent city program (KLP) in Pekanbaru City and knowing the supporting factors for youth empowerment in the youth decent city program (KLP) in Pekanbaru City. This study uses a snow ball sampling technique with a qualitative research type with a phenomenological approach. The collection of both primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation and then analyzed based on research problems. The results showed that youth empowerment in the youth decent city program (KLP) in Pekanbaru City was still less than optimal, due to several indicators that were still not running well. namely the will and role of good government. Keywords: Empowerment,City Worth Youth, Pekanbaru

Abstract

There are various reasons for students to study while working. The main reason is related to finance, namely earning income to pay for education and daily needs while reducing the burden on the family. Another reason is to fill spare time due to the lecture schedule that is not busy, want to live independently so as not to depend on other people or parents, seek experiences outside of college, pursue hobbies and various other reasons. The formulation..of.the problem discussed in this study is how the effect of part-time work activities on the academic achievement of FISIP Riau University students and how is the relationship between..gender..and academic achievement of students who study while working at FISIP, Riau University. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of part-time work activities on academic achievement of FISIP Riau University students and the relationship between gender and academic achievement of students who work at FISIP, Riau University. The theory used is adaptation, goal, integration and latent of maintenance. Data analysis using correlation test. The data collection technique used in this study was a census technique with a total of 49 respondents. From the results of research in the field, it can be concluded that there is a very strong and significant influence between working part-time on the academic achievement of students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau and there is a low and significant relationship between gender on the academic achievement of students of the Faculty of Social Sciences. and Political Science, University of Riau.  Keywords: Effect of Part-time Work, Academic Achievement, College Student.

Abstract

This studyuses 3 variables of work environment,organizational commitment and nurse perfomance. The variables of work environment has 2 dimensions, namely physical environment and non physical work environment. The organizations commitment has 3 dimensions namely affective commitment, continuation commitment and normative commitment. The perfomance variables has 4 dimensi namely quantity, quality, timeliness, and coorporative attitude.the sample use are permanent nurse at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru with 71 respondents.             Data obtained from questionnaires and the processed then tested using statustical analysis such as validity test, reability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, determination test (R2), significant individual test (t test) and simultaneous significant test (f test) with using the SPSS program. The results of the study indicate the influence of work environment and organizations commitment to the perfomance of nurses. The better work work environment and organizations comitment then it will increas and good nurse perfomance. The result of the calculation the determination coefficient (R2) obtained the value of R square of 0,557. The meaning is that the contribution of work environment variables and organization commitment to the performance of nurses is 55,7%.   Keyword : work enviroment, organization commitment, perfomance.
