Abstract

Alahan Panjang Danau Diatas Tourism Village is a tourist destination in Solok Regency that has great potential for development in improving the tourism sector. Pokdarwis plays an important role in mobilizing local communities to develop the potential of their area through cooperation with the government and other external parties to attract tourists to visit. The purpose of this study is to analyze Pokdarwis tourism communication through the potential of the 3A tourism components and strategies for forming destination branding. The research method uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with the selection of informants through purposive techniques. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation, which are analyzed through interactive models, namely reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, which then use triangulation techniques to test the validity of the data. The results showed that Pokdarwis tourism communication through the 3A component is natural beauty, tourism products become attractions offered, accessibility is easy to reach, and amenity is quite complete and good. The destination branding strategy carried out by Pokdarwis is through market investigation, analysis, and recommendation; brand identity development; brand launch; brand implementation; and monitoring, evaluation, and review. Abstract

The research aims to explain how the implementation of bilateral cooperation relations between Indonesia and Australia in Facing South China Sea Security Conflicts in 2019-2023.The conflict occurs due to the emergence of China as with its aggressive foreign policy in an effort to dominate the Indo-Pacific Region, especially the South China Sea.The People’s Republic of China’s hegemony in the South China Sea constitute a geopolitical threat and disrupt stability in the South China Sea. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature studies that uses several data collection methods in the form of documents, journals, research reports, archives, and electronic media derived from the official website based on formal and informal forms. This research uses the perspective of neorealism, Theory of cooperation, and the level of national analysis. The results show that the implementation of Indonesia’s Defense and Security Cooperation with Australia is increasing with the signing of the new Defence Cooperation Agreement to be more comprehensive at the seventh 2+2 Meetings on September 9 2021.The Indonesian government overcomes China’s presence in the South China Sea Region by presenting external parties,such as Australia as a balancing party in the region, aimed at countering the People’s Republic of China dominance in the South China Sea. Abstract

The district or city government has the authority to administer roads, including the administration of district or city roads, which includes the regulation, guidance, construction and supervision of district or city roads. Landslides are a natural phenomenon that occurs due to erosion of water flow on river beds and banks which has been going on since 2021 and until now there has been no effective response by the government. This research aims to determine the government's political will in managing district roads in Lembah Dusun Gading Village, Pasir Penyu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu District in 2022-2023. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained directly from informants, while secondary data is supportive data that strengthens the primary data. Data collection techniques include interviews and documentation. This study uses Brinkerhoff's political will theory, which encompasses government initiative, government priority, mobilization of support from various parties, and sustainability of efforts. The results of this study indicate that the government's political will of the government in managing district roads in Lembah Dusun Gading Village has not been well implemented. Although the government has initiated the construction of road relocation or alternative roads, they have not formulated effective long-term policies for landslide mitigation. This is due to the large budget required for such mitigation and the lack of commitment from the relevant agencies as well as the insufficient involvement of the community. Abstract

Inclusive education has been recognized as a solution to overcoming gaps in the percentage of children in formal education, both by sons of disability and non-disability. Indonesia realized that to achieve this challenging goal would need to involve stakeholders. The study tries to explain how UNICEF and ma 'arif nu nu are collaborating to reach SDGS no.4, which is a quality education. Both sides work together to overcome challenges, such as discrepancies in data collection, negative stigma, the struggle faced by teachers, and family-related poverty. These efforts are analyzed by comparing them with international, national frameworks, planning of inclusive education sectors, CRPD rights conventions, and RAN PD to understand their effectiveness. The writer uses qualitative descriptive research methodology and data collection obtained from interviews, finals of the Indonesian report of UNICEF, and the books, journals, headlines, and data listed on the official related page. In this study, the theory of international cooperation was used by zartman & touval to explain the co-operation of producing something that could not have been generated on its own. The research found that the cooperation could increase the 5 percent school intervention index between children and disability, so their welfare rate is now at 91 percent of students without disability. Abstract

The Climate Village Program or Proklim is an activity that combines climate change adaptation and mitigation efforts at the site level with the involvement and active role of the community and supporting parties, namely the government and regional governments as well as entrepreneurs, universities and non-governmental institutions. This research aims to describe the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals SDGs in the Climate Village Program by the Dumai City Environmental Service. The focus of this research is only in 2021. The Climate Village Program in Dumai City has been socialized since 2018 on the basis of Presidential Regulation Number 59 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of SDGs and the Regulation of the Director General of Climate Change Control, Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number P. 1PPISETKUM. 122017 concerning Guidelines for Implementing the Climate Village Program and strengthened by the instruction of the Governor of Riau Number 01INT-HK2017 concerning guidance, assistance and strengthening of the location of the Riau Province Climate Village Program. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method where data is collected through interviews with informants. This research focuses on three sub-districts, namely Laksamana, Bukit Datuk, and Tanjung Palas. The theory used in this research is Donald Van Meter and Carl Van Horn's Implementation Theory which consists of four variables, namely Environmental Conditions, Inter-Organizational Relations, Resources, and Character of the Implementing Institution. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Sustainable Development Program in the Climate Village Program in Dumai City in these three sub-districts has gone well, from the four variables, namely different environmental conditions that create characteristics between sub-districts, relationships between organizations that run well, supported by community participation. Adequate resources due to the existence of farmer groups and youth organizations as concrete steps for the program. As well as the character of the implementing institution which is responsible and carries out the program in accordance with the roadmap that was agreed upon before implementing the program. Abstract

The Cool Japan Strategy is an effort by Japan that utilizes its popular culture with the aim of revitalizing its economy, which experienced a recession in 2008. Indonesia is one of the target countries for Japan in implementing this strategy. Japan has carried out various implementations of the Cool Japan Strategy in Indonesia, such as cooperation, investment, and popular Japanese cultural events. Therefore, the researcher poses the question "How does Japan implement the Cool Japan Strategy in Indonesia?". To answer this question, the researcher adopts the perspective of Neoliberalism. This perspective is considered appropriate because Japan is a key actor in carrying out cooperation through the Cool Japan Strategy. This study utilizes the theory of National Interest and Competitive Identity to explain the Cool Japan Strategy. In conducting this research, the researcher employs a descriptive analysis method, which is used to describe and analyze the Cool Japan Strategy. The findings of this research indicate that Japan's interests in implementing the Cool Japan Strategy in Indonesia are not only economic interests but also nation branding. By capitalizing on the potential Indonesian market's interest in popular Japanese culture, Japan has successfully gained economic benefits and enhanced its global image. Abstract

The Riau provincial government has specifically provided village development support through financial transfers from the Riau Provincial Government to Villages in the form of Special Financial Assistance (BKK) from the Riau Provincial Government to Villages since 2019. In Governor Regulation Number 39 of 2022 article 3 paragraph 7 explains that Assistance Special finance is provided on the basis of the Province's capabilities to support the Province's strategic policies and/or national programs in accordance with matters under the authority of the Regency/City. BUMKam Tandan Sejati is one of the recipients of Special Financial Assistance from the Provincial Government, BUMKam Tandan Sejati received assistance in the form of capital participation. The capital participation assistance was used to open a tent and waserda rental business unit. The aim of this research is to find out how effective the special financial assistance program is for the Tandan Sejati village-owned business entity (BUMKam) in 2019-2022. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The author used interview and documentation techniques to collect data. This research uses the theory put forward by Edy Sutrisno and Hasibuan to measure the effectiveness of program effectiveness, Program Understanding, Apparatus Quality, Right on Target, On Time, Achievement of Goals, Facilities and Infrastructure, supervision. The results of this research concluded that the effectiveness of the special financial assistance program at BUMKam Tandan Sejati was based on effectiveness measures. Achieving the objectives was not yet fully effective because the community had not fully felt the benefits of the business units being run due to the lack of environmental targets for developing business units and the existence of competition. Abstract

The Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation is an organization that rejects violence against the black race and was formed based on the movement of the same name, namely Black Lives Matter. In 2020, this movement went global after the death of George Floyd at the hands of a police officer. UK was one of the countries that sympathized with this event took part in the Black Lives Matter movement. For the black community there, even though they do not have similar cases, racism is a problem they often face as a minority. This research aims to analyze the efforts of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation to addres the racism in the UK. This research uses Global Civil Society theory and group level analysis to examine the changes created by the BLMGNF organization. Global Civil Society theory itself is a theory that focuses on the shared ideas that a group share and how would they realize that idea and how organizations could impact the global social environment. This research shows that the role and efforts of BLMGNF are able to reduce the amount of racism against black people in the UK. BLMGNF and others black community help shift the norm of the UK society to be a better one, where the donation given to anti-racism groups to accommodate black community in getting employment opportunity. Abstract

Facilities are one of the needs of tourists which is very necessary when in a tourist attraction so that tourism managers must always improve good facilities so that visitors become more comfortable. Agrotourism is a tourist spot that utilizes natural or agricultural resources. Tenayan Raya Agrotourism Park in Pekanbaru City is one of the educational agrotourism that has existed for a long time in Riau Province. This study aims to identify the existing facilities in the Tenayan Raya Agrotourism Park and to increase the number of visitors. Based on research that has been done in the field, this research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach by collecting data using observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study aim to improve the quality of facilities that are better and more comfortable when visiting the Tenayan Raya Agrotourism Park, Pekanbaru City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product mix and store atmosphere on repurchase interest at Prilly Clothing Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. In this study, the method used is a quantitative approach and uses analytical tools, namely SPSS version 23. The respondents in this study are consumers who make purchases at the Prilly Clothing Store as many as 99 respondents. Furthermore, the research results obtained are that there is a positive and significant effect between Product Mix (X1) and Repurchase Interest (Y), Store Atmosphire (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest (Y), and Product Mix (X1) and Store Atmosphire (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest (Y) at Prilly Clothing Stores in Pekanbaru City.
