Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the physical environment of the level visit of tourist at Museum Daerah Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru City. Museum Daerah Sang Nila Utama is one of the cultural attractions in Pekanbaru city. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a sample of 100 people. This study analysis by used descriptive quantitative through the stages of scoring using a Likert scale and simple linear regression. In this study, the independent variable is the physical environment and the dependent variable is the level visit. The results showed gains the highest score on the physical environment variables exterior facility located on the indicator landscape amounted to 79.8%, the lowest score on this indicator exterior design amounted to 64.5%. While the interior facility, the highest score is the indicator of the layout amounted to 78.5% and the lowest scores on the temperature indicator air quality at 53.8%. While at variable level visit, the highest score is the indicator of choice museum’s name 75.2%, and the lowest score on indikator amount of visits by 54.0%. The test results using simple linear regression showed that the physical environment significantly influence to the level visit of tourist at the Museum Daerah Sang Nila Utama Pekanbaru City, R square value of 0.659 and a correlation coefficient of 0.812, which means that both variables have a very strong correlation.Keywords : Physical Environment, Level Visit, Exterior Facility, Interior Facility.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of the going-concern opinion, the reputation of KAP, audit tenure, change of management of the auditor switching with financial distress as a moderating variable. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2014. The data used in this research is secondary data. The collection of data by the method of documentation, which is a means used to obtain data in the form of annual reports published by the companies sampled in the period 2014 on the website of the Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) by tracking the company's annual report were selected to be sampled research. As a guide then use the check-list or a list of questions yangt contains items responsibility disclosure sosial.Metode analysis of this study using logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 17.0. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables ie going concern opinion, audit tenure, management turnover significantly influence the auditor switching on the level (α)> 0.05, whereas KAP's reputation does not significantly influence the auditor switching on the level (α) <0.05 , Results ajusted R-Square-test of independent variables on the dependent variable was 49.3%. While the remaining 50.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: going concern, reputation KAP, audit tenure , distress, and switching

Abstract

At the present time Inspectorate officials have an important role in the running of the Government oversight. His job is to ensure that the review of the financial accounting System area has been going well and the Inspectorate officials also serves as a consultant providing advice to future government objectives can be achieved. This study was conducted to determine and examine the effect of motivation, knowledge of financial management and intensity of development inspectorate officials on the quality of audit result. Data collected by giving the questions in the form of a questionnaire distributed to local government inspectorate officials in the Padang Pariaman Regency and Pariaman City. The data obtained were then processed by multiple regression. The sample of this study is inspectorate officials at Pariaman city and Padang Pariaman Regency which numbered 46 people. Sampling method used in this research is cencus method. The results of this study showed that the motivation have significant effect (0,046<0,05), knowledge of financial management have significant effect (0,036<0,05), and intensity of development inspectorate officials have significant effect (0.049<0,05), to the factor of the quality of audit result within the Padang Pariaman regency and Pariaman City.Keywords : motivation, knowledge, development, inspectorate, and audit result.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of labor conflicts, work stress and spirit to employees performance in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of the Executive Office Center at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Pekanbaru is numbered 335 people. While the sampling technique is done by using the formula slovin thus obtained sample of 77 people. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that the conflict of work, work stress and morale positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Pekanbaru. Conflict of work positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Pekanbaru. Abstract

This research was conducted on employees OPD Pekanbaru. This research was included in the quantitative research. The type of data used in this research is the primary data by source. And then, in data collections sampling was conducted with a purposive sampling method (Sugiyono, 2012: 392)with respondents as many as 144 employees who working in OPD Pekanbaru. Data were analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS version 17. This research aimed to know the influence of participation in the preparation of the budget, clarity of budget targets, environment uncertainty and structure decentralization on managerial performance OPD with internal control as a moderating variable (Empirical study on OPD in the city of Pekanbaru). The main problem that researcher descriptions are as follows: to see how many significant relationship between the dependent variable to the independent variable. The results of this research show that all independent variables affect on managerial performance OPD. So also obtained that the internal control can moderate the independent variables on managerial performance OPD and the results of the analysis significantly, there is one independent variable that can not be moderated by the variable internal control of managerial performance that is the uncertainty environment. Contributions the influence of participation in budget formulation, budget goal clarity, the uncertainty of the environment and a decentralized structure can explain the variable managerial performance of OPD in government of Pekanbaru city amounted 79,5%. Abstract

Marketing is an important activity in a company, because the activity is intended to add and stream the flow of goods and services from producers to consumers. Marketing activity itself is an activity done by the company, from start pricing planning, distributing and promoting products produced by the company, in order to meet the needs. This study aims to see the influence of price and promotion of purchasing decisions at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru. The research used in this research is price and promotion as independent variable and purchase decision as dependent variable. Population in this research is customer of PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru amounted to 147 people in 2017. Techniques taken in the sampling that is, probability sampling and non probability sampling. And to determine the number of samples in this study using Slovin formula with 10% error limit, and obtained the number of samples as much as 60. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21 program. The results of the study found that the price significantly influence the purchase decision at PT.Mandiri Tunas Pekanbaru. Then the promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru. The percentage of price influence and promotion on purchasing decision is 71,4%. It is expected that the company can continue to strive to price competitiveness that can improve purchasing decisions on the customer to use the services at his company.Keywords: Price, Promotion and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Local water company Tirta Siak Pekanbaru, which is a company belonging to the area is required to improve the working produtivitas employees are encouraged, so as to contribute to increased revenue. This study aims to look at the effect of job loyalty and job training to increase productivity of employees at the local water company Tirta Siak Pekanbaru city. The population in this study were all employees of the company with a total sample of 53 people. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Results of the study found that loyalty employment and job training partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on employee productivity local water company Tirta Siak Pekanbaru. The amount of influence loyalty employment and vocational training on employee productivity amounted to 59.6%. Results of research conducted by Analytical methods Hirarcy Procces the variable-job training, showed that among the indicators of job training that have the greatest relationship to improve employee productivity. Education and training not only gain knowledge, but also improve work skills, thereby increasing productivity. Based on the research results show that vocational training has a very strong influence on employee productivity. Meaning that job training is a very important variable for the organization.Keywords: Loyalty Employment, Vocational Training and Labor Productivity.

Abstract

This research aimed to analysze Quality of Service, Price on Costumer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention, research applied on Lion Airlines Service Consumer Pekanbaru Jakarta route. The object of this research was Lion Airlines Consumer on Pekanbaru Jakarta route. This research consists of four variables: two independent variables, one intervening variable and the dependent variable. Quality of Service (X1), Price (X2), Costumer Satisfaction (Y1) and Repurchase Intention (Y2). This research was conducted using a sample of 200 Consumer Lion Airlines who had used Lion Airlines Service Pekanbaru Jakarta route at least once. This research used purposive sampling, In terms of data analysis, this research used Path Analysis method using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, research shows that Quality of Service has significant and positive effect toward Costumer Satisfaction, Price has significant and positive effect toward Costumer Satisfaction. Quality of Service has significant and positive effect toward Repurchase Intention, Price has significant and positive effect toward Repurchase Intention and Costumer Satisfaction has significant and positive effect toward Repurchase Intention. Quality of Service and Price Influence Repurchase Intention are moderated by Costumer Satisfaction.Keywords : Quality of Service, Price, Costumer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

The study held in PT. Jasaraharja Putera Pekanbaru branch in order to know and analyze the influence of work experience, job achievement assessment and job relation to employee’s performance. Population are all employees, consist of 53 employees that selected by using census method. Variables are work experience, job achievement assessment and job relation as independent and performance as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 22 for windows. The study reveals that simultaneously, work experience, job achievement assessment and job relation significantly influence employee’s performance. However, only job achievement assessment and job relation have significant effect while work experience has no significant effect to employee’s performance. It is recommended to ideally increase employee’s performance by enhancing the work experience, job achievement assessment process and job relation among personals in organization.Keywords: Work Experience, Job Achievement Assessment, Job Relation and Performance

Abstract

Budgetary slack is a dysfunctional condition which can be done by managers at middle and lower levels if these organizations implement participatory budgeting. This study aims to examine the effect of participatory budgeting and budget goal clarity on budgetary slack and examine the influence of organizational commitment and leadership style as moderating .The results shows that: 1) participatory budgeting influence to budgetary slack with significance value 0,000 < 0,05. 2) budget goal clarity influence to budgetary slack with significance value 0,000 < 0,05. 3) organizational commitment as to moderate the effect of participatory budgeting on budgetary slack with significance value 0,042 <0,05. 4) organizational commitment as to moderate the effect of budget goal clarity on budgetary slack with significance value 0,002 < 0,05. 5) leadership style as to moderate the effect of participatory budgeting on budgetary slack with significance value 0,047 < 0,05. 6) leadership style as to moderate the effect of budget goal clarity on budgetary slack with significance value 0,000 < 0,05. The result of this study prove participatory budgeting and budget goal clarity influence to budgetary slack and organizational commitment and leadership style able to moderate the effect of participatory budgeting and budget goal clarity on budgetary slack.Keyword : budgetary slack, participatory budgeting, budget goal clarity, organizational commitment , and leadership style.
