Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence financial compensation and working environment for employee morale on the regional water company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar Bangkinang town. Populasi of this research is all employees regional water company (PDAM) Tirta Bangkinang Kampar town. The method used is a census by using the 57 respondents. This data retrieval by giving questionnaires to respondents. In terms of data analysis, this study using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 17.0.The result of this study indicate that the compensation effect on employee morale at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bangkinang Kampar town, the satisfied employees of the compensation received by the morale will increase and vice versa. Work environment affects the employee morale at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Bangkinang Kampar town. More conducive working environment then morale will increase and vice versa. Compensation and working conditions affect the morale of employees in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Kampar Bangkinang city, donations compensation and work environment influence on morale was at 49.8%. compensation effect on employee morale through working environment on regional water companies (PDAM) Tirta Bangkinang Kampar town.Keywords: Financial compensation, work environment, morale.

Abstract

This research was aims in Perum Bulog Divre Kampar. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) To determine the effect of individual competence, incentives and intrinsic motivation simultaneously on the performance of Employees Perum Bulog Divre Kampar. 2) To determine the effect of individual competence, incentives and intrinsic motivation partially on employee performance Perum Bulog Divre Kampar. 3) To determine which variables are the most significant influence on employee performance of Perum Bulog Divre Kampar. The number of samples in this study were 56 employees Perum Bulog Divre Kampar.The results of this study resulted in 1) There is the influence of individual competencies, incentives and intrinsic motivation simultaneously on the performance of Employees Perum Bulog Divre Kampar. 2) influences of individual competencies, incentives and intrinsic motivation partially on employee performance Perum Bulog Divre Kampar.3) individual competence is the most significant variable effect on employee performance Perum Bulog Divre Kampar.Keywords: Individuals Competence, Incentives, Intrinsic Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

This research held in PT. Mayapada Auto Sempurna Pekanbaru. This research held in order to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and employee’s commitment to turnover intention. Population are all employees, consist of 57 people. Considering the number limitation so sampling method used is census that covers all employee as the respondents. Variables used are job satisfaction and employee’s commitment as independent dan turnover intention as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 19 for windows. Result of this study shows that both job satisfaction and employee’s commitment negatively and significantly influence, either in simultenously or partially, to turnover intention. job satisfaction is the dominant factor that influence turnover intention compared to influence given by commitment factor. It is recommended to evaluate and remanage all aspect of satisfaction and strengthen employee’s commitment in order to decrease the turnover intention.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Commitment and Turnover Intention

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Leadership and Working Environment on the Performance of employees at the Department of Highways and Water Resources As well as the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kuantan District. This study used 98 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method is by means of a variable test, regression test, test path analysis or path analysis. From the results of the testing that has been done, Leadership and Work Environment directly affects employee performance in the Department of Highways and Water Resources As well as the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Singingi Kuantan District. Indirect relationship leadership variable to variable performance of employees at the Department of Highways and Water Resources As well as the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kuantan Singingi through work environment variable is greater than the result of a direct relationship of leadership variable to variable performance.Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effects of financial compensation variable, Spirit of Worked and working environment simultaneously and partially on employee job satisfaction processing section PT. Industry and Trade Bangkinang. In this study, the study population were employees of the processing Pt. Industry and Trade Bangkinang totaling 104 people. The sampling method used was convenience sampling, which means sampling was done by members of the population were met by chance and were willing to become respondents. Analysis of the data used was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis of multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows version 18.00. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regersi test (Test-F) shows that financial compensation, spirit of work and working environment simultas effect on job satisfaction. The result of partial test (t-test) showed that financial compensation variable, spirit of work and working environment significantly influence job satisfaction.Keywords: Compensation, Spirit of Work and Work Environment On The Processing of Employee Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study to obtain valid and reliable information about the influence of professional competence of teachers on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, effects of self-efficacy on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, interpersonal communication influence on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, effect of teachers' professional competence, self-efficacy and interpersonal communication together on teacher performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak. The study population was all teachers in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak totaling 34 people. In this study used census method, the entire population sampled that all teachers in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak.The results showed that there are significant professional competence of teachers on teacher performance SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, although the effect is not as big as the effect of which is owned by self-efficacy, there is an influence on the performance of teachers' self-efficacy SMPN1 Right Kerinci Siak. self-efficacy has the greatest effect when compared with self-efficacy and to determine changes in performance in SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, there is the influence of interpersonal communication teacher on teacher performance SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, although the effect is not as big as the effect of which is owned by motivation , there is the influence of teachers' professional competence, self-efficacy, and interpersonal communication together on teacher performance SMPN 1 Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak. teacher professional competence, self-efficacy, and interpersonal communication together contribute in determining the changes that occurred in the performance of teachers SMPN1 Right Kerinci Siak.Keywords: Teacher Professional Competence, Self Efficacy, Interpersonal Communication, Teachers Performance.

Abstract

This Research aim to know storey of brand loyalty service users of Makmur bus transportation route Pekanbaru - Medan. Research executed in Great Terminal Port Payung Sekaki ( TBRPS) Pekanbaru. This Population Research all service user of CV Makmur transportation. Prosperous route of Pekanbaru – Medan Class of AC-TOILET in the year 2014. Pursuant to from result of obtained calculation by using descriptive analysis, passing frequency distribution test that majority service user of Makmur Bus transportation Pekanbaru Route Pekanbaru – Medan have storey faithfulness of brand storey of Likes brand the among 5 level faithfulness of brand. Position faithfulness of customer storey of Likes brand the meaning service user of Makmur Bus transportation cutomer which seriously take a fancy to brand and have emotional binding with Prosperous brand. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction with the quality of service at the Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel in Pekanbaru and determine strategies satisfaction over the quality of service at the Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel in Pekanbaru.The population in this study were all guests who use the services of hotel rooms at Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru recorded from the beginning of 2012 until the end of 2012 as many as 31.557 people. methods of sampling in this study using accidental sampling method and the number of samples is 100 people. To analyze the data in this study will use Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) technique. The results of this study stated that the average score of hope that assessed based on five (5) indicators i.e. tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy is at 3.62 means that the level of consumer expectations for service have a satisfied category. The average score balanced performance assessed by 5 (five) indicators i.e. tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy is equal to 3.49 means that the level of consumer expectations for service have a Neutral category. However, this score is lower than the scores of level consumer expectations. Based on calculations, the degree of correspondence between expectations and performance in the service of the Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel lies in the range of 81% - 100% were categorized Great Fit. The results of the analysis matrix Cartesian diagram shows that tangible, reliability and responsiveness is a variable that is a priority of consumer/hotel guests and based on performance assessment thre are three variables that need to be maintained i.e. assurance and empathy in terms of the level of expectation in the category less than expected while in terms of the level of performance is considered excessive that needs to be reduced, especially in terms of the relationship between the employees and hotel guests.Keywords: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the effect of Brand Extension towards Brand Image and Purchase Intention on Nutrisari W'dank product in Tampan district, Pekanbaru. Population of this research are consumers who lived in Tampan district and its respondents must be 14 years old or above who have ever consumed Nutrisari product. The method being used is area sampling with 100 respondents. Data are collected by giving questionaires to respondents. In terms of data analysis, this research uses path analysis by using spss version 17.0. The results of this research shows that Brand Extension and Brand Image affect both positively and significantly towards Purchase Intention on Nutrisari W’dank product in Tampan district, Pekanbaru. Moreover, Brand Extension is also affecting Brand Image significantly. On the context of direct impact, Brand Image gives higher effect than Brand Extension to Purchase Intention on Nutrisari W’dank product in Tampan district, Pekanbaru.Keywords: Brand Extension, Brand Image and Purchase Intention.
