Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style Cooperative Board Member Participation Against Suka Damai Village Fullness Fullness of Rokan Hulu subdistrict . Research methods included in a correlation study . Population cooperative members as many as 485 people The sampling technique used is the technique slovin 83 people . for the dependent variable : the leadership style ( X ) ; independent variables : participation ( Y ) . The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression statistical techniques . From the results , it can be concluded that : ( 1 ) the influence of leadership style on the participation of members of the cooperative ; ( 2 ) the influence of leadership style on the participation of members of 48.9 % .Keywords : influence , leadership style , the participation of members.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aimed to determine of product quality and price toward the purchase decision bottled water brand Aqua to Economic Education Student of Riau University. The research was conducted at the Economic Education of Riau University. The populations in this study are economic education students generation 2013-2015 numbered 256 people. The samples was taken with proportionate stratified random sampling. The number of the sample was 72 people. The data analysis technique was used multiple regression. The results of this study showed that: 1) Product quality significantly to the influence purchase decisions of bottled water brand Aqua to Economic Education Student of Riau University. 2) Price do not significantly to the influence purchase decisions of bottled water brand Aqua to Economic Education Student of Riau University.Key Words: Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify and analyze the level of customersatisfaction from service dimensions and to figure out attributes needed to be improvedto increase customers satisfaction. This research was conducted at BudimanSupermarkets Padang. The population is all customers of Budiman Supermarkets. Thesamples is 100 customers determined byaccendential sampling technique. Data analysistechnique is used by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer SatisfactionIndex (CSI). The results of Customer Satisfaction Index shows that customers aresatisfied with the services provided by Budiman Supermarket; and the results ofImportance Performance Analysis indicates some attributes need to be improved:Quadrant A consisted of K1, K2, K3, DT, DT2, DT3, BL3; and Quadrant B consisted ofK4, K5, J1.Keywords:Service, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak: Salting fish is a food a reatively cheap and has good nutritional content. Request Fish every day and the city of Pekanbaru Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Kecamatan Tanah Putih is quite higt, many buyers who buy fish to be used as a side dish food suplplement that can increase profits for businesses dried fish. This study aims to determine how much cost is issued the pocess of salted fish to the fish processing buiness profit in the District of South Sedinginan. This research used primary data obtained from direct interview. Responden were interviewed are entrepreneurs household fish processing industry in the District of South Sedinginan with a sample of 30 respondents amounted to the designated purpose. Data analysis techhniques used are qualitative descriptive. Research findings indicate operated processing home industry become fish anchovies every month issued a cover fee of Rp.2.617.202 while home industry acceptance emounted Rp.3.953.333. General operating profit home industry of salted fish processing is Rp.1.336.13.Key Word :,Cost, business Profit, home industry salted fish

Abstract

Abstraks: This study aimed to describe the affixation cinsisting of a prefiks, infiks, suffix, confix and affix combinations (combined) in the Java language Krama Inggil East Javanese dialect in the village Suak Temenggung Pekaitan District of Rokan Hilir. This study uses a qualitative method. The data source of this rescarch is the Java language speakers Krama Inggil East Javanese dialect in the village Suak Temenggung Pekaitan District of Rokan Hilir. This research data is affixed word. Collecting data using the techniques of interviewing, recording, see note and documentation while the data analysis techniques that is descriptive. The study concluded that the affixation of Java language speakers Krama Inggil East Javanese dialect in the village Suak Temenggung Pekaitan District of Rokan Hilir consist of a prefix, infix, suffix, confik and the combined category has the uniqueness of each affix are able to adhere to the basic word except in combination affixes (The combined).Keyword: affixation, the Java language Krama Inggil, East Java dialect.

Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of this research is to describe the ability in comprehend the element of intrinsic in drama of second year student at MTs Muhammadiyah Penyasawan village Kampar district. The element of intrinsic is element which develop build belleslettres from within. The element of intrinsic is an important elemen whick is supposed to be learned by students in learning literature. In learned literature at school, comprehend the element of intrinsic in drama is one of basic component that should be learned at second grade of MTs. This research is aimed to know the students’ ability in comprehend the element of intrinsic in drama of second year student at MTs Muhammadiyah Penyasawan village Kampar district. Generally, there are 5 element of intrinsic are those theme, plot, characteristic, setting, and moral message. In this research, the method that’s used is descriptive method with 50 samples. To collect the data, the researcher collected the students’ test result, gave score, found the percentage of each element, and considered the average score. The resul can be concluded that the students’ ability in understanding the element of intrinsic in drama of second year students at MTs Muhammadiyah Penyasawan village Kampar district are categorized as low with average score 67. Percentage of high ability level student was 8%, medium 32%, and low 60%. The detail of average score of intrinsic element that has obtained is that: theme was categorized as low (46), plot was categorized as high (94), characteristic was categorized as low (66), setting was categorized as medium (79), moral message was categorized as low (50).Keywords: element intrinsic,text drama, theme, moral message plot, characteristic, and setting.

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to increase student learning achievement on the topic of atomic structure and periodic system of element in class X Senior High School (SMAN) 9 Pekanbaru. The research were implemented in SMAN 9 Pekanbaru started at the end of July until September 2015. Population of this research is class X5 until class X8. The research is using randomized control group pretest-posttest design. The Analysis technique used normality Liliefors to see same variance samples. After doing normality and Homogeneity test. The samples of this research were the students of class X8 as the experimental class and students of class X7 as the control class. Experimental class is a class that is applied to media eXe Learning while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on data dk (32 +35)-2 =65 and α= 0,05 obtained ttable 1,67 and tcount 2,54. tcount > ttable is 2,54 >1.67, means that the application of media eXe Learning can improve student learning achievement on the topic of structure and periodic system of element in class X Senior High School (SMAN) 9 Pekanbaru with effect (KP) 9,03%Keywords : Achievement of Learning, eXe Learning, Atomic Structure and Periodic System of Element

Abstract

Abstract: Has made the gived task to make concept map on the topic of colloid in class XI sains MAN 1 Bengkalis. This research aims to improve student achievement. The research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The population were all of the students of XI sains MAN 1 Bengkalis. The samples of this research were the students of class XI sains3 as the experimental class and students of class XI sains2 as the control class. Experimental class is a class that is gived task to make Concept Map while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is the t-test with dk is 59 and α is 0,05.before t-test has made,the sampels had normal distribution and homogeneus. Based on data analysis of data obtained tcount> ttable is 2,42>1.67, means that the gived task to make Concept Map can improve student learning achievement on the topic of colloid in class IX Sains MAN 1 Bengkalis. The category improvement of student achievement at experiment class was high category with N-gain normalized is 0,75. Meanwhile, the category improvement of student achievement in control class was medium category with N-gain normalized is 0,66.Keywords : Achievement, Concept Map, Colloid

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the observation at SMA Negeri 1 Cirenti,Regency Kuantan Singingi if they play badminton, researchers found severalweaknesses related to the ability smash badminton game. The purpose of this study wasto determine how much flexibility regarding the accuracy smash badminton at SMANegeri 1 Cerenti, Regency Kuantan Singingi. This research is an correlation research.is the subject of the study population in general. The population in this study were allmale students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Cirenti, Regency Kuantan Singingi total of 15persons. based on test results obtained normality test result data are normallydistributed. The calculation result is known to be a great value product momentcorrelation (r count) between flexibility and accuracy smash male student of class XISMA Negeri 1 Cirenti Regency Kuantan Singingi is 0.581. Then I found rhitung =0.581. At degrees of freedom df formula or n-2 (15-2 = 13) significant level of 5% werefound rtabel = 0.514. So rhitung> rtabel or 0.581> 0.514. This shows a correlationbetween the variables X and Y. The result of the calculation is known t = 2.58(attached) while the table t df = n-2 = 15-2 = 13 at 95% confidence interval is 2.16.when t> t table 02:58> 02:16 so that the hypothesis that "there is a correlation betweenflexibility and the accuracy smash badminton game SMA Negeri 1 Cirenti, RegencyKuantan Singingi" acceptable.Keyword: flexibility, accuracy smash, Badminton

Abstract

Abstract: Has conducted research for the development of media designInformation, Communication and Technology (ICT) -based Green Pedagogy for studentteachers of biology FKIP University of Riau. This study was conducted from January toJune 2015. This type of research is a kind of research development (Research andDevelopment), the procedural ADDIE development model. ADDIE developmentprocedures are implemented, namely Analysis, Design, Development and the trial waslimited. The results showed that the validation of ICT-based Learning Media PedagogyGreen to KD 1.1 to KD 1.4 total mean value validation is 3,29 (valid). For Web-basedvalidation Pedagogy Green to KD 1.1 to KD 1.4 total mean value validation is 3,24(valid). Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that theLearning Media Green ICT-based pedagogy that has been developed as a supplementto the subject Environmental Education in Prodi. UR Biology category is valid and canbe implemented in the learning process.Key words: Design, Media learning ICT, Pedagogy Green
