Abstract

Abstract: This research aim to to know and analyse monetary performance of Co-Operation Officer Of Republic Of Indonesia (KPRI) University of Riau in Pekanbaru if seen from his monetary ratio of year 2012, 2013 and 2014. This Research place is executed in Co-Operation environment Officer Of Republic Of Indonesia (KPRI) University of Riau in Pekanbaru. This Research is started from May up to October month 2015. As for this research type is quantitative descriptive research, that is explaining result of research which in the form of coresponding financial statement data to monetary performance of co-operation. Source of data of this research is obtained data of Responsibility Reporting of[is Official Member Of Co-Operation Officer Of Republic Of Indonesia (KPRI) University of Riau Year 2012, 2013 and 2014. As for used data collecting technique that is with study method of survey. Result of research indicate that monetary performance of Co-Operation Officer Of Republic Of Indonesia University of Riau (KPRI) of year 2012 until year 2014 have goodness. This matter because of condition of Ratio of Likuiditas, Solvency Ratio and Ratio Profitability which consist of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross of Profit Margin ( GPM) and of Return On Investment (ROI) continue to experience of the make-up of from year of to year.Keywords: Ratio of Likuiditas, Solvency Ratio, Ratio Profitability and Monetary Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: Development of Rural Bank, which grew rapidly in Indonesia trigger competition among BPR. It was a challenge for management to manage all activities of BPR in order to realize a good condition and healthy BPR. The purpose of this study was to determine how well the level of financial performance BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri Pekanbaru based on financial ratios of liquidity, solvency, and profitability during the period of 2010 s / d in 2014.The results showed that the level of liquidity PT BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri Pekanbaru over the last 5 years have a poor performance. While the solvency ratio PT BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri Pekanbaru from 2010 through 2014 are in less than good condition or insolvable. And the rentabillitas ratio of PT BPR Tuah Mandiri Pekanbaru State as a whole is in good condition.Based on the results of this study concluded that the financial performance at PT BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri has a poor performance. For that management should further improve the professionalism of its performance.Keywords: Ratio, Performance

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership of the debt policy. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange that have data (managerial ownership, institutional ownership and debt policy) consecutive years (2009 until 2013). The data obtained from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) researched each company. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. These results indicate that managerial ownership and institutional ownership simultaneously affect the debt policy. While partially, managerial ownership and institutional ownership negatively affect debt policy.Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Debt Policy

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of service quality and managerial ability of the administrator to the customer satisfaction of Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia University of Riau. This research is a quantitative research, with amount of population is 1.949 members and amount sample is 94 members. The method that used to gathering data is quisioner. Analysis data method uses descriptive analysis, multiple linier regression and classical assumption test. The result of the research shows there is influence of service quality and managerial ability of the administator to the customer satisfaction with significance value of 0,001. Partially, service quality has influence to the customer satisfaction with significance value of 0,038 and managerial ability has influence to the customer satisfaction with significance of 0,003. With good service quality and good managerial ability, so that will increase customer satisfaction.Keywords : Quality of Service , Managerial Ability , Customer Satisfaction .

Abstract

Abstak: This study aims to investigate the influence of the cooperative members' knowledge and quality of service to the participation of members of the Cooperative Sri Mersing SMK N 1 High Cliff Meranti Islands District. The population in this study were all members of the Cooperative Sri Mersing SMK N 1 High Cliff totaling 71 members. Sampling using the full sample totaled 64 minus 7 board members. Methods of data collection: questionnaire, test and documentation. Methods of data analysis in this study consisted of quantitative descriptive method, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the knowledge of members and the quality of service simultaneously significantly to the participation of members of the cooperative. Analysis of the factors examined in the study showed that the variables are the dominant influence on the participation of members of the Cooperative Sri Mersing SMK N 1 High Cliff Meranti Islands District is the knowledge variable members.Keywords: participation of members, members' knowledge and quality of service

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to figure out and analyze how significant the influence of job satisfaction toward the performance of officers at the Directorate General of Sea Communication Navigation District Class 1 Dumai. The analysis method used was quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaire to 66 respondents. Based on the calculation using SPSS 20, it shows that t count (6,854) > t table (1,669). Therefore, it shows that there was significant influence between job satisfaction and performance of officers at the Directorate General of Sea Communication Navigation District Class 1 Dumai. Based on the result of determination coefficient, job satisfaction had 42,3% influence toward the performance of officers. Meanwhile, 57,7% was influenced by other variables. In conclusion, the study shows that job satisfaction had significant influence toward the performance of officers at the Directorate General of Sea Communication Navigation District Class 1 Dumai.Keywords: Job satisfaction, performance of officers

Abstract

Abstract : In Indonesia Smartphone with Android Operating System was the most demand. To understand consumer behavior must always be carried out in accordance with the development of information technology. There are many factors that affect consumer behavior in deciding the purchase of android. These factors include cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, psychological factors. The aim of this study was to determine what factors and what are the most dominant factors in influencing consumer behavior in deciding the purchase of android by students FKIP University of Riau by taking 100 students android users. The sampling technique used is the method of sampling non-probability with incidental sampling technique. Collecting data technique used is the questionnaire. While this research data analysis technique used is the analysis of factors. This analysis used analyzing interdependencies between variables. Based on factor analysis conducted, it showed that the KMO test was obtained Sig. 0,000. Because Sign. 0.000 <0.05, it means that there is a correlation between the independent variables. At this stage of the extraction factor gained one factor that has eigenvalue of 2.408 or 60.195%, which shows the influence of cultural factors, personal, social and psychology of consumer behavior, while 39.805% influenced by other factors such as brand mobile phones. Based on the value of the coefficient matrix obtained, the most dominant factor is the personal factor.Key Words: Consumer Behavior; Cultural Behavior, Social, Private and Psychology

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this study is that the scout extracurricular activities which include the goal instill honest character.However, in reality this study affect towards the honest character formation of students in SMA N 1 Cerenti. The population of this study is around 25 students by using total sampling technique. Data collection instruments is by using questionnaires with a total of 30 questions / statements, 18 questions about students' extracurricular activities scout (variable x) and 12 questions about student’s honest character (variable y). Data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis which were using SPSS version 18.0. Thus the hypothesis which states "There is the influence of the scout extracurricular activities towards students’ honest character formation in SMA N 1 Cerenti". This case is evidenced by a series of hypothesis test between variable X and variable Y, obtained Fcount 31,458 and Ftable value 4.28 31.458 which obtained from the study of the distribution list Ftable with N = 25, at a significant level of 5%, thus F count> F table or 3.458> 4, 28. So the hypothesis in this study Ho is refused and Ha is accepted, that there is the significant influence between Scout extracurricular activities towards students’ honest character formation in SMAN 1 Cerenti. Abstract

Abstract, Form reseath was conducted to determine whether there is influence between the dribble exercise field with a slalom race on dribbling skills on SSB Junior Pekanbaru. reseath residents are athletes SSB Junior Pekanbaru. Athletes in this reseath is 18 people. Instrument in this research aims to improve the skills of dribbling. Then the data is processed with statistics, normality test with Liliefors test at a significant level α = 0.05. Based on the analysis of the initial test data, then the effects of exercise across the field to dribble dribbling skills on SSB Junior Pekanbaru show the results as follows: a score of 19.54 seconds the fastest and slowest score was 23.5 seconds, with an average of 21.004. And a standard deviation of 1.161. Based on the frequency distribution table Rabel 1 of 9 samples turned out to be as much as 2 people (22.22%) with the interval from 19.54 to 20.44 range. Then 4 people (44.44%) with the interval ranges from 20.45 to 21.35, while one person (11.11%) with the interval ranges from 22.27 to 23.17. Of calculation has been done shows that the practice dribbling between the field and practice dribbling slalom race together showed an increase in the skills of dribbling, this means that the profits after menggring exercises and drills the ball across the field of competition slalom dribble that as the increase dribbling skills.Key Words: the dribble field, with a slalom race, dribbling skills

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perception of parents about early childhood learning implementation An- Nisa Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. This research is descriptive . population and sample in this study are all parents in early childhood An- Nisa totaling 33 people . The data used in this study are primary data , the instrument used was a questionnaire ( questionnaire ) , while the technique of data analysis in this study using a percentage formula . The results showed that from 3495 the overall indicator score obtained by the percentage of 62.30 % are in the good category , while for each indicator , the indicators obtained cognitive percentage of 60.66 % is in the category enough , affective indicators obtained a percentage of 66.79 % are in the good category and indicator connative obtained a percentage of 60.20 % in the category enough.Keywords: Perception, Learning Implementation..
