Abstract

Abstract: This study background due to the persistence of low self-concept in children. Self-concept has an important role in determining one's behavior. A good self-concept will have a positive impact on the development of children's independence. Without being supported by an independent nature, then the children will encounter difficulties in achieving something to its full potential and they will also find it difficult to succeed. This study aimed to find out the relationship between self-concept and independence in children aged 5-6 years old at Bintang Cendikia Islamic Leadership Preschool and Kindergarten 2 in Pekanbaru. This study was quantitative study with correlation study type. Sampling technique used in this study is a sample saturated with a total sample of 42 children. The data collection techniques were used observation sheets. The data analysis techniques were used Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Based on the hypothesis test result obtained correlation coefficient value of rxy = 0.643, it is greater than rtable = 0.304 (0,643 > 0,304) with significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. Level relationship resides in the strong category with the resulting determinant coefficient value is of 41.4% it can be seen that the concept of self-contribution of 41.4% to independence.Keyword: Independence, self-concept

Abstract

Abstract : This research is titled politeness of imperative speech of raja parhata at traditional Batak Toba wedding party. This study aims to describe the form of imperative speech that is used raja parhata at Batak Toba wedding party. This research type is qualitative research by using descriptive method. Sources of research data is a traditional wedding party Batak Toba. The data of this research is imperative speech of raja parhata at traditional Batak Toba wedding party. Data collection techniques used in this research are recording techniques, gather techniques, and note techniques. Then the data is analyzed by classifying the data that has been obtained into the language unit containing imperative speech. Further describes imperative courtesy based on imperative speech, describes markers of imperative politeness, and summarizes data that has been analyzed. Based on the data analysis that has been done, the authors found four forms of imperative speech in the speech of raja parhata at the traditional Batak Toba party. The form of speech found by the author in the imperative speech of raja parhata at the wedding party of traditional Batak Toba namely the demand imperative speech, the imperative invitation, the ordinary imperative speech, and the imperative speech of the ban. The author not only examines the form of imperative speech raja parhata uses but also examines the imperative courtesy contained in the utterances used raja parhata. The politeness described is maximized, the maxim of wisdom, the maxim of generosity, the maxim of appreciation, the maxim of simplicity, the maxim of consent, and the maxim of sympathy. Of the several types of maxim the authors only find the maxim of wisdom in imperative speech of raja parhata at the wedding party traditional Batak Toba. Abstract

Abstract: One of the most common forms of violence in the community is domestic violence (KDRT). Such actions may occur by parents to their children, husbands, wives or otherwise. but not many know that violence against children can have a negative impact on the lives of children, both physically and psychologically. This study aims to find out the description of the violence received by the students who are victims of domestic violence (KDRT) and to know the psychological condition of the students who are victims of domestic violence (KDRT). Respondents in this study were people who had experienced domestic violence (KDRT), which amounted to 58 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using descriptive method. The results showed that violence received by victims of domestic violence (KDRT) is in the low category of 77.58%. Violence received in the form of physical violence, psychological, sexual, and neglect of household. The psychological condition of students who are victims of violence is in the medium category that is equal to 62.06%. The psychological conditions are emotions: anger, pleasure, sadness, and fear. The conclusions of this study are violence received by victims of violence are in the low category with the accepted forms of violence are physical, psychological, sexual, and neglect of the household and the psychological condition of students who are victims of violence are in the medium category, the psychological condition is angry emotion (revenge, angry, hateful), happy, sad (despair, frustrated), and fear (anxiety, anxiety). This research should benefit everyone, especially parents and school.Keyword: Psychological Condition, Victims of Violence

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of posyandu cadre work in improving maternal health in family planning program in Kampar district of Kampar regency. The formulation of the problem of this research is to know the level of effectiveness of posyandu cadre work in improving maternal health in family planning program in kampa sub district of Kampar regency. The population in this study as many as 50 people. So the researchers used the sample saturated so that all the population sampled as many as 50 people, and 20 people for a sample test questionnaire at Posyandu District Tambang Kampar regency. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Instrument data collection is a questionnaire with 42 statements and after the test remaining 38 valid statements to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the effectiveness of posyandu cadre work in improving maternal health in family planning program in Kampar sub-district of Kampar regency is the highest with extension 85%.Keywords: Work Effectiveness, Posyandu cadres.

Abstract

Abstract: the background of the number of students' student learning activities, both internal and external factors. The title of the study "Analysis of factors causing learning difficulties Civics in students of class XI IPA in SMA Plus Bina Bangsa Pekanbaru". Formulation of the problem "What are the factors causing the difficulties of learning Civics in the students of grade XI IPA in SMA Plus Bina Bangsa Pekanbaru?" The purpose of the study "Knowing factors causing learning difficulties Civics in students of class XI IPA in SMA Plus Bina Bangsa Pekanbaru". The study population is 18 students of grade XI IPA in SMA Plus Bina Bangsa. Data analysis using Qualitative Descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that factors causing the difficulty of learning Civics in students of class XI IPA in SMA Plus Bina Bangsa Pekanbaru are internal factors of 79% very high category, the sub indicators are cognitive (intelligence) 81% very high category, sub indicators affective attitude 85% very high category, interest 90% category is very high, motivation 78% category is very high, and sub indicators are psychomotor physical condition 75% high category and state of senses 56% very high. External factors 89% very high category, sub-indicator family environment family social economy 92% category very high, education parent 90% category very high, attention of parents and atmosphere among family member 90% very high category. sub indicators of school environment facilities and infrastructure 94% very high category, teacher and student competence 94% very high category and learning method and learning materials 92% very high category. In sub indicators of socio-cultural environment 82% very high category, participation of education 78% very high category.Keywords: Factors Causing Learning Difficulties

Abstract: This research analyzes the act of directive in movie 99 Light in European Sky by Hanum Salsabiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra. The analyzed aspects include the nature of the language law guideline in the 99 light movie in the European sky and the function of the guideline speech act in the 99 light movie in the European sky. The type of this research is qualitative research with descriptive method, research that provides data in the form of written or verbal words from the interlude 99 Light in the European sky. Data collection methods in this study use download techniques, viewing, pointing, and plotting based on the data received. This research data comes from the movie 99 Light in the Sky Europe. The speech acts contained in the 99 Light films in European Sky are: inquiries, questions, instructions, prohibitions, consents and advice. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the ability to write the persuasion text of the students of grade VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to describe how high the level of writing skills of persuasion text of students of class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 and describe the differences in the ability to write explanatory text between groups or between classes. This study has a population of 126 and a sample of 96. The results when tested using the Wilcoxon Test is the ability to write persuasion text equal to the value of comparison. The comparative value applied in this study was 82. The students writing ability was the same as the comparison score, which means that the ability to write high school students persuasion text is high. In other words the hypothesis is accepted. Then tested by using Kruskall Wallis. The result is that there is no difference in the ability of writing explanatory text of class VIII students between classes. Based on the results of research writers can be seen that the ability to write students are high because students have complete facilities and teachers are very creative in teaching and learning process. Abstract

Abstract: This study provided the opportunity to write the text of the negotiation of students from class X of SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. This study is aimed at finding and describing the ability to write the text of the class X student association of SMKN 5 Pekanbaru and the considerable difference in writing skills of negotiation text from class X students of SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru is stylish or a group. The method used is the inferential quantitative method. The data from this research is the result of the possibility to write the text of the negotiation text of class X students of SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru, consisting of 14 classes with a total of 365 students and the number of sample 191 students. Based on the research, the result obtained was that (1) the ability to write the text of negotiation of class X students from SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru is moderate; (2) the possibility to write the text of the negotiation of class X students of SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru between different classes, its meaning, there is a difference in writing skills of negotiation text of class X students of SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru between colleagues class X or some class X. Overall, the ability to write the text of the negotiation of students of Class X SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru moderate category that is on average 68.59 worth. Moreover, there are considerable differences in the ability to write the text of the negotiation of students from class X of SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Writing, negotiation text, class X student of SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out Member Perceptions of the Leadership Style of the Executive Board of the Southern Tapanuli Student Association (Himatabagsel) Secretariat of Jalan Swakarya Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem of this research is What is Member Perceptions of Leadership Style of Management In The Southern Tapanuli Student Association (Himatabagsel) Secretariat of Jalan Swakarya Tampan Pekanbaru and Subdistrict. The population in this study were 115 people. To determine the sample of this study, researchers used Slovin formula with a sample size of 51 people. then the researchers determine the sample using simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling), and 20 people for the sample questionnaire test. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 43 statements and after the trial remaining 39 valid statements to be used as research instruments. Data analysis through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings of this study indicate that Member Perceptions of Leadership Style of Management In The Southern Tapanuli Student Association (Himatabagsel) Secretariat of Jalan Swakarya Kecamatan Tampan Pekanbaru is the highest Democratic Leadership Style with percentage of 79.2%.Keywords: Leadership Style

Abstract

Abstract: This study was aimed to determine the correlation between students’ perception toward science learning (physics) with students’ cognitive study result. Descriptive study by survey method was use as research method. The data was obtained directly from the sample by using the data instrument which was a quisionnare of students’ perception toward science learning (physic), meanwhile the data of students’ cognitive study result was obtained from mid tern test result. The coefficient of correlation between students’ perception toward science learning (physics) with students’ cognitive study result was 0,013 which was interpreted in very low category. Based on significance value the result was p > 0,05 (0,452 > 0,05), it means that there was no positive and significant relation between students’ perception toward science learning (physics) with students’ cognitive study result on students’ of SMP Negeri in Pulau Merbau sub distric.Key Words: Students’ perception toward science learning (physics), Students’ cognitive study result
