Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the Performative Verb in Discourse of Ilokusi on Novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 Karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy. This study also discusses the descriptions of the form and meaning of illocutionary speech in which there is a performative verb found in the novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The performative verbs found in this study consist of, verbs of opinion, verbs requesting, verb asking, verbal repeating, verbs pleading, verbs enjoining, proposing verbs, verbs expressing, verbs congratulating, verb promised, and thanking verbs. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method that aims to describe the shape and meaning of perfromative verbs in the illocutionary speech contained in the novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The results of the research are descriptions of the form and meaning of performative verbs in the illokusi speech found in the novel Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2 by Habiburrahman El Shirazy.Keywords: performative verbs, discourse ilocusions, novels of Ayat-Ayat Cinta 2

Abstract

Abstract: This study background due to determine the relationship between interpersonal intelligence and classroom management skills of early childhood education teachers (PAUD) in Sail sub-district of Pekanbaru city. The population in this study was 32 people of early childhood education teachers (PAUD. The method used in this study was a quantitative correlation to see the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The data collection techniques using a questionnaire and Likert scale analysis. The technique of data analysis using a scale test and statistical method analysis by IBM SPSS For Windows Ver. 22. Based on hypothesis test results there is a significant positive relationship between interpersonal intelligence and classroom management skills of early childhood education teachers (PAUD) in Sail sub-district of Pekanbaru city. It can be known from the correlation coefficient of Rxy = 0.394 it is greather than rtable = 2,021(0,394> 2,021) and the level of significance at 0.026 <0.05. Level of relationship between interpersonal intelligence with the classroom management skills of PAUD teachers in whole Sail sub-district of Pekanbaru City at the low category with determinant coefficient value is equal to KP = r2 x 100% = 15.52% and it means that interpersonal intelligence was affecting the classroom management skills at 15.52%.Keyword: Interpersonal Intelligence, Classroom Management Skills

Abstract

Abstract: The background of the problem in this study is the lack of emergent literacy skills namely the ability to read and write the beginning of the children aged 5-6 years in Tunas Harapan Kindergarten GBKP Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of rhyme activity on emergent literacy ability of children aged 5-6 years in Tunas Harapan Kindergarten GBKP Pekanbaru. This research is an experimental research using one-group pretest-posttest desaign. The population in this study were children aged 5-6 years, amounting to 31 children and the sample used in this study is a sample saturated with a sample of 17 children. Data collection techniques used are observation. Data analysis technique using t-test. Based on the results of data analysis obtained tcount ꞊22,922 bigger than ttable ꞊ 2,120 (22,922> 2,120) with big significant 0,05. Thus it means there is a significant difference between before and after conducting experiments by applying rhyme activities. So it can be concluded that there is influence of rhyming activity on emergent literacy ability of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Tunas Harapan GBKP Pekanbaru with big influence 45,74%.Key Word: Emergent Literacy, Rhyming.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is the lack of skills of the students in making a mosaic . Learning this art school focused on free drawing activities only, while in the art of learning the art are attached ( mosaic ) . Based on the above issues researchers want to make improvements to the learning process approach to improve the skills of mosaic CTL fourth grade students at SDN 177 Pekanbaru FY 2013/2014 . Subjects in this study is 37 students . This research was conducted in the form of Classroom Action Research ( CAR ) with 3 cycles . Each cycle consists of 2 meetings and 1 daily test . Data collection instruments were used , namely , student activity sheets and teacher observation , rubric assessment process and results . At baseline test score average was 46.3 students make mosaics with enough categories . In the first cycle increased by 26.3 to 72.6 terampil.Lalu category on the second cycle also increased by 10.3 to 82.9 with the skilled category . Then on the second cycle increased by 1.1 to 84 with a highly skilled categories . It can be concluded that this hypothesis " If implemented Contextul Teaching and Learning approach can improve the skills of fourth grade students create mosaic SDN 177 Pekanbaru " acceptable.Keyword : Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), mozaic

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine students' perceptions of class X on learning across Biology interest program of Social Sciences in Pekanbaru City. This is a descriptive research using survey method conducted in April until June 2018. The population in this study is the X class students of biology interest program which amounted to 326 students, consisting of 5 schools, they are SMAN 1, SMAN 4, SMAN 5, SMAN 8 and SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 180 students determined based on random technique. Instruments used for data collection in the form of questionnaire instruments and interviews. The result of the research shows that the perception of the students of class X on learning cross-interest in Biology program of Social Sciences in Pekanbaru City is 74% which is good, with perception indicator that is 70% absorption which is enough, equal to 71% which is good, and indicator of rating equal to 81% which is good. Overall the perception of the students of class X on learning cross-interest in Biology program of Social Sciences in Pekanbaru City is 74% which is good. Opening of cross-interest program at school, not in accordance with the demands of Curriculum 2013. Implementation of practicum in learning cross-interest Biology has not fulfilled the criteria of Curriculum demand 2013.Keywords: Perception, cross biological interest, Social Sciences Program

Abstract

Abstract: Psychological condition of broken home student that is a state of psychic or soul that experiencing shock caused by family condition which fall apart because of parent no longer care about situation and family at home like parents do not concern to their children, either problem at home, school until on the social development of his children in the community. Where a child who comes from a harmonious family then the psychological condition is good and children who come from broken home family then the psychological condition is disrupted. The role of the family in the development of the child's pediatric condition is very important. This study aims to determine the psychological condition of broken home students at SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru. The psiological condition indicator of broken student home include emotion, moral and mental. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. Based on the results of research from the subject of 43 students SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru is in the medium category is 83.72%, as for the behavior they do is easy to forgive those who hurt them, able to get out of their sadness experienced, trying to forgive friends who interfere with them , doing duties with full responsibility, parents pay attention to the association of their children and they feel happy with life.Keyword : Psychological Condition, Broken Home

Abstract: The aim of this study (1) describes the new structure Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck by Hamka, (2) to use the new diction of Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck by Hamka. describe ; (3) to describe the use of the new image of Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck by Hamka. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive method of analysis; it means analyzing and describing data descriptively. The data collection of this research with the aid of literature technique. The results of this research indicate that the structure of the novel Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck by Hamka can be seen on the basis of the cohesion of friends and the facts of the story. The new theme of Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck of Hamka is a love story that is hampered by the custom of a region. The main character in this novel is Zainuddin. The background used is Mengkasar, Minangkabau and Java. On the basis of the data analysis that was done, 162 data with the division (a) diksi 43 data with denotation data found 14 data, connotation 29 data. (b) footage 119 data with details of visual images 50 data, auditory image 20 data, moving image 42 data, image 4 image and 3 data tangible image.Keywords: Structure, images, novel tenggelamnya kapal van der wijck

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning process and improve learning outcomes mathematics of the fourth-c grade students of SDN 30 Duri Barat Kecamatan Mandau by implementing cooperative learning type TSTS. The subjects were students of class fourth-c grade whom have heterogeneous academic ability. This research is a class act with two cycles. Each cycle has three times and one UH in every end cycle and has four stages, the stages are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the research show the observation sheet activities of teacher and students have done after the action. The increasing  number of students who achieve at UH KKM in the end of every cycle compared to the number of students who achieve a score a KKM on basic score. This results of this study indicate that the application of cooperatif learning type TSTS can improve the process learning and improve the learning outcomes of the fourth-c grade students of SDN 30 Duri Barat Kecamatan Mandau in the odd semester academic year 2013/2014. Key words : Learning process, Mathematic learning outcomes, Cooperative learning, TSTS, Classroom action research.

Abstract

Abstract: This research occurred because by the increasing a number of teenagers who were suspected of being involved in the symptoms of juvenile delinquency in the Kelurahan Rejosari Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru, the example of juvenile delinquency like smoking, ride reckless motorcycle and etc. vina dwi laning (2008) stated that juvenile delinquency occurred not from themselves but could occurred from friends mingle, family and the society. So the researcher wants to saw is the parent guidance technique has effect toward juvenile deliquency in kelurahan rejosari tenayan raya districts pekanbaru city. The population was all adolescent in 15-19 years old as much as 2709 person. The research samples was 96 person in 15-19 years old. The research samples technique by using sampling insidental technique with the data collection technique by using observation, questionnire, interview and documentation. The research method using descriptive quantitative , the data analysis using distribution table by relative frequency, and double regression using SPSS 17 version. The research result showed that the parent guidance technique in Kelurahan Rejosari Tenayan Raya districts Pekanbaru city in categorized “good” based on answered result in rare or very rare was at 50,1%-75%. A Juvenile delinquency in Kelurahan Rejosari Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru in categorized “medium” based on interpretation criteria was at 41%-60% from the result of F test based on Anova table via SPSS 17 version that any significant effect between parent guidance technique toward juvenile delinquency by evidence with score of F table was 2,70 while Fhitung was 9,75. A Variable that has significant effect was authoritarian guidance technique variable. A number of contribution or donations of parent guidance variables toward juvenile delinquency showed by a number of R square or coefisien determination (R2) was 0,241. So it can be concluded that parent guidance technique has significant effect 24,1% toward juvenile delinquency in Kelurahan Rejosari Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru, the rest was influenced by variables that was not in carefully.Keywords: The Effect, parent guidance technique, juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

Abstrak : The aim of this study was to determine the application of the learning model of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to improve higher order thinking skills of students in learning biology class XI SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru in Academic Year 2013/2014. Research was conducted in May 2014 with sample student is XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 4 SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. This research is an experiment with a class XI IPA 4 as the experiment class and XI IPA 1 as the control class. The parameters used in the study of high of thinking skills (C4 (Analysis), C5 (Evaluate), and C6 (Create). The result of high of thinking skills can be seen from the tests given to students in grade experiment that is equal to 72,34 with enough category, while the control class at 60,08 with less category. Based on research that has been done, the model Problem Based Learning (PBL) in learning biology showed better results in terms of higher order thinking skills students class XI IPA SMAN 4 Pekanbaru in Academic Year 2013/2014.Key words: high school senior, problem-based learning, higher order thinking skills
