Abstract

Abstract: The Purpose of this study is to find out the ability of the second year students of SMP Muhajirin Sei Galuh un writing recount text. In this research, the data was obtained from students’ writing scores. The test is in this form of a paragraph because the test required the respondents to write a paragraph in the form of written recount text. There are five components of writing: grammar, organization, vocabulary, content, and mechanic (Jacob:1981). The writer analyzed the ability of the second year students based on five category: Excellent, good, mediocre, poor and very poor. The participants in this study are 30 students from VIII A of SMP Muhajirin Sei Galuh. The result of this study described that a number of students faced a problem in grammar.Content is the highet average score. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the ability of the second year students of SMP Muhajirin Sei Galuh is in Mediocre level. Although the students still faced some difficulties in writing recount test.Key words: Writing ability, recount text

Abstract

Abstrak : The title of this research is Achievement of Religious Development along with its problems in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 and Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine whether the development of religus Smp students has been achieved or not. Does the problem in religious development affect student achievement and to see if there is a difference in the attainment of religious development between one Smp and another Smp. The method used is Descriptive Quantitative. Sampling in this research is done by Probability Sampling technique. Research data is obtained through questionnaire and documentation. The results of this study show that the achievement of religious development in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 and SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru has been achieved which indicator is in accordance with the task of religious development of Sunaryo Kartadinata theory that is a) Praying and Praying, b) Learning Religion, c) Faith and d) Forbearance. Abstract

Abstract: The research developmnet of test instruments based higher order thinking skill is aimed to develop a valid and reliable test instruments on chemical equilibrium subject. This research method is research development (Research and Development, R & D) with 4-D development model with includes stages define phase, Design, Develop and Disseminate. Instruments of data collection are used validation and test sheet. Data analysis technique is by calculating the percentage score of validation and reliability with alpha cronbach’s formula. Instrument test consists of 8 items essay. The result showed that instruments test based higher order thinking skill developed valid criteria of materials, construction, and languange aspect with a percentage i a row 97,5%, 91,16%, and 96,25%. The test insrumets is also considered reliable with alpha cronbach value of 0,71 in high category.Key Words: Test Instruments, Higher order Thinking Skill, Chemical Equilibrium

Abstract

Abstract: Research on the application of the active learning strategy type bowling campus has been done to improve students learning achievement in the topics of atomic structure and periodic system of unsure in class XI IPA of SMA Handayani Pekanbaru. This research is experiment based on pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes, which are XI IPA 1 as experiment class and XI IPA 3 as control clas that randomly selected after testing normality and homogeneity. The active learning strategy type bowling campus applied in experiment class that while in the control class the active learning strategy type bowling campus was applied. Analyzed of data used t-test. Results of the analysis it was found that tscore>ttable (2,8947>1,67), it means the active learning strategy type bowling campus can improve students learning achievement on atomic structure and periodic system of unsure in class XI IPA of SMA Handayani Pekanbaru. The improvement of learning achivement in the experiment class was supported by influence coefficient value of 9,93%.Key Words: active learning strategy type bowling campus, learning achievement

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the social interaction among the organizers of Overseas School Student Association (Hima Plus) organization period 2017-2018 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Riau. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people, the organizers of the Association of Students of Out of School Education (Hima Plus) period 2017-2018 with the technique of sampling saturated (total). Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Analysis data technique using SPSS program and percentage calculation. The results of this study indicate that the Out-of-School Student Association (Hima Plus) period 2017-2018 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Riau in running activities and work programs for high cooperation among fellow administrators. Furthermore, in running the work program among fellow administrators there is also a high competition among administrators, this competition arises because of the desire of each board to get a role and position within the organization management. In addition there is competition within the organization of Out-of-School Education Student Association (Hima Plus) period 2017-2018 there is also a conflict, especially social class disagreement because of the desire to win alone. To reduce this conflict should be the attitude of tolerance and mutual respect between the board in order to achieve the goals of the organization. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to describe the variety of fungsiolek-based functions on @rahasiagadis instagram account. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive method. Technique for data collection in this study is referral or observation. Data collected by collecting photographs to be used as materials research, reading and understanding of words or phrases in the photo is repeated, repeated, categorize and cut (crop) photos are obtained with respect to the discussion of the research, the variety fungsiolek-based functions, and include all kinds of functionality on the photo in the accountinstagram @ ramaagagadis. The data collected, analyzed Joss Martin theory by identifying the data, classifying data based on diversity or variety describing data in accordance with the theory study diguakan research and draw conclusions based on the results of the discussion. Based on the results of the research, six hundred photographs are accompanied by words or phrases that are uploaded by @rahasiagadis account, the authors find a hundred photographs are accompanied by words or phrases that contain a variety of fungsiolek. As for the variation or diversity fungsiolek-based functions in @rahasiagadis Instagram account is the language that works for business / trade, health, beauty, knowledge, sports, friendship, romance, song, literature, relaxed and intimate. The dominant variation or variety of eleven data found is a language that works for health. The least variation is the company / trade.Keywords: variety of functions, instagram.

Abstract

Abstract: This research based on the limited learning instrument of mathematics as supporting learning in the Curriculum 2013. This research aims to develop the learning instruments such as syllabus, Lesson Plans (LP) and Student Worksheets (SW) based on 2013 Curriculum with the model of Problem Based Learning to develop student’s mathematical problem solving ability on curved sides space objects for 9th grade students of Junior High School. The procedure of research development was done based on 4-D model developed by Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel. This research was conducted from define step to develop step due to the lack of time and cost. The learning instrumen compiled was validated by three validators and revised based on the suggestions of validators. The researcher conducted two trials for a small group on 9 students of of class VIII SMP IT Al-Fityah Pekanbaru and a large group on 19 students of class VIII B Al-Fatih SMP IT Al-Fityah Pekanbaru to find out students’ responses to the use of SW. Based on the data analysis, it was be obtained that the average number of syllabus, LP, SW is 3.71, 3.62, 3.73 in a very valid category. Based on the trial result of small scale for SW, it was obtained that SW developed had fulfilled practicality requirement with an average percentage of 95.09%. The trial result of large scale obtained the average percentage of 94.67% and it had fulfilled practicality requirement.Keywords: Validity and Practicality, Research and Development, Problem Based Learning,Curved Sides Space

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the perception of mothers who have children under five on the performance of Posyandu Posyandu cadre in the village of Gading Sari Tapung district Kampar regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is the perception of mothers who have children under five on the performance of Posyandu Posyandu cadre in the village of Gading Sari Tapung subdistrict, Kampar regency classified baik.Penelitian is also useful as a comparison material for other researchers who will conduct research in the same field, can then be used as material and information for Posyandu in order to improve the quality of public health service. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach which aims to describe the result of research with numbers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study is a questionnaire that amounted to 40 items statement. Data were obtained from respondents who numbered 20 people for sample test and 50 for sample research. After the test questionnaire, there are 3 invalid items that are 7, 13 and 33 and the researcher discards the 3 invalid statements. The results of data analysis showed that the perception of mothers who have children under five on the performance of Posyandu Posyandu cadre in the village of Gading Sari Tapung subdistrict Kampar regency classified as good with an average percentage score of 79.916%. This means that the perception of mothers who have children under five to the performance of posyandu cadres in ivory sari village have a good perception level. In view of all aspects and can also be concluded that the most dominant is on Table 3 Listing.Keywords: Perception, Performance of Cadres, Posyandu

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a classroom action research aims to improve and eenhance the learning outcomes math. Implementation of the research done in class IV SDN 005 Langgini Bangkinang, were 20 students the second semester of 2012. The research was conducted by two cycles, each cycle performed three learning sessions and one tests. Quantitative data obtained through testing for learning outcomes and qualitative data about the activities of teachers and students through observation sheet. Quantitative analysis of the result of the analysis showed that the average score of the class IV SDN 005 Langgini has increased. Quantitative an increase in motivation, interests, and activities of students and teachers with type cooperative learning STAD. Based on the results of this study concluded that with the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD can improve student learning outcomes math class IV SDN 005 Langgini.Key word: learning outcomes, learning cooperative type STAD.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study to find out the effectiveness of learning model CLIS assisted by student worksheet based on cartoon concept to descrease 2nd grade student’s misconception about light concept in SMPN 3 Pariaman trough remedied process. The study method use pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. A total 32 students were selected as subject. The data collection used 15 item that represent 5 light concepts. Finding revealed the decline of a total student have misconception each concept about 52% and 55% for the decline of a total misconception each student. The effect size of this study attain a hight result d = 1,59. With the result, CLIS method assisted by LKPD Concept Cartoon effective to remedied 2nd grade student’s misconception about light concept in SMPN 3 Pariaman.Key Words : Misconception, Remedied, Children Learning In Science, Light
