Abstract

Abstract: Swamp land is land that occupies a transitional position between land and water. Degradation of swamps is currently common, such as fires which result in a reduction in the area of peat swamps. The consideration of the condition of water stored in peat swamps fosters a unique ecosystem with a diversity of endemic living things such as microalgae. This study was conducted to determine the type of microalgae that was successfully identified from the peat swamp habitat of Giam Siak Kecil Bukit Batu Biosphere Reserve which was used in designing Worksheets Students in the kingdom protista class X SMA material, held from January 2019 to April 2019. This study used a method survey by determining the sampling point using purposive sampling technique. The parameter in this study was the identification of microalgae isolates. The research design consists of 2 stages. The first stage is exploratory research: Taking samples of microalgae water for isolation and identification. The second stage is the design of LKPD in Kingdom X Protista class in high school. The results of the study obtained 3 types of microalgae that were successfully identified from the peat swamp Giam Siak Kecil Biosphere Reserve Bukit Batu, namely Chlorella sp, Chlamydomonas sp, and Navicula sp. The results of this study were subsequently developed into Student Worksheets in the Kingdom Protista class X high school material.Key Words: Identification, Microalgae, Design of LKPD, Peat Swamp

Abstract

Abstract: The research was conducted with the aim to determine the level of participant social care character in students who are blood donors donors at University of Riau, the social care character in students who are not blood donors at the Universiy of Riau and to know the level of differences of social care character in students who are blood donors and not blood donors at the University of Riau. The population in this study amounted to 34.398 people with the sample in this study amounted to 100 people namely blood donors 50 people and not blood donors 50 people sampling using random sampling technique. Technique of data collection is observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation with method uses quantitative descriptive and analyzed using data descriptive analysis and different test two separate samples by SPSS version 21. The results show that the answer is that the social care level of student who are blood donors is very this higt is proven to be as much as 82,2% while the social care level of student who are not blood donors is very higt too is proven to be as much as 79,16%. And the results are based on SPSS version 21 that there is no difference in social care character of students who are blood donors and not blood donors. As evidenced by sgi > 5% (0,152 > 0,5) and t count 1,942 smaller than t table 1,98447.Key Words: Comparative, Social Care

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the extent of the level of physical condition of male male athletes in SMA 1 Pangkalan Kerinci in terms of durability, flexibility, speed, strength and agility. This research was carried out at the Pangkalan Kerinci Regent Office Creative Park field, Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province in November 2018 until June 2019. The population to be used was the Team of Men of Taekwondo Putra SMA 1 Pangkalan Kerinci consisting of 4 students. The results of data analysis tests the physical condition of taekwondo athletes at SMA 1 Pangkalan Kerinci. Stating that the test results of the physical condition of male taekwondo athletes at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, in an endurance test with an average of 7.37, there were 1 sufficiently categorized athlete (6.40 - 7.27), and 3 athletes categorized as less (7.28 - 8.18), Flexibility Test with an average of 12, there are 2 well-categorized athletes (6-11), 1 sufficiently categorized athlete (12-17), and 1 athlete with less category (18-23), Speed test with an average of 4.81, there are 3 less category athletes (4.73 - 5.11), and 1 category athlete less once (5.12 - 5.50), Strength tests with an average of 24.5, there are 4 athletes in medium category (20-25), and agility tests with an average of 11.26, there are 4 athletes categorized as very good (> 12.10). Based on the results of the research review of the physical condition of the Male Taekwondo Athletes in SMA 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, there were 1 athlete categorized quite well, 2 Athletes in the Good category, and 1 Athletes in the Excellent category. So it can be concluded that the condition of the male taekwondo athlete at SMA 1 Pangkalan Kerinci is included in the Good category.Key Words: Physical Condition, Taekwondo Athletes

Abstract

Abstract: Education is an ongoing process. The ongoing process of education is intended from infants to adults and to death, which is obtained from various sources and learning resources. Effectiveness is a way of successfully creating and utilizing resources in an effort to realize operational goals. Based on the background of the above problems, the problem to be examined is how high is the effectiveness of the management of equality education learning facilities in Pekanbaru's PKBM Insane Scholar. The benefits of adding insight are related to the effectiveness of the management of PKBM Insan Cendikia Equality Education facilities in the City of Pekanbaru as a target of non-formal education. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 45 people. Sampling in this study uses simple random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire containing 34 statements. Management effectiveness in this study is measured by indicators (1) Planning (2) Procurement (3) Inventory (4) Use (5) Maintenance (6) Elimination (7) Accountability. From the results of the study it is known that the effectiveness of the management of equality education learning facilities in PKBM Scholar Persons in Pekanbaru City is high with an average mean of 4.22. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve learning process and the student’s mathematics learning outcomes through implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with two cycle. The research was conducted in class VIIB MTs As-Syafi’iyyah Air Panas in the odd semester of the academic year 2018/2019. The subject of this research consist of 23 students. The research instrument consists of learning materials used include Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Student Work Sheets and instruments for collecting data are observation sheets and test of mathematics learning outcomes. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive narrative analysis and descriptive statistics analysis. From the analysis of observation sheets, it can be seen that there is improvement of learning process. The percentage and frequency of students who achieved minimum completeness criteria is increased from the basic score with percentage 4,35% (1 students) to cycle I with percentage 43,48 (10 students) and 60,87% (14 students) in cycle II. This research concludes that the implementation of PBL model improved the learning process and the student’s mathematics learning outcomes at class VIIB MTs As-Syafi’iyyah Air Panas in the odd semester of the academic year 2018/2019Key Words: Problem Based Learning Model, Mathematics Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The Problem in This Study is whether there is a Relationship between leg Muscle Power and Wrist Flexibility with the Accuracy of Badminton Jump Smash on the Pb Idila Siberakun. The Purpose of This Study was to determine the significance of the Relationship between leg Muscle Power and Wrist Flexibility with the accuracy of Badminton Smash Jump at Club in the PB Idila Siberakun The Type of Research is Correlational. The Population used was PB Idila Siberakun athlete who numbered10 people. In the study of the relationship of Leg Muscle Power variable (X1) to the accuracy of Smash Badminton (Y), there is a positive and meaningful relationship with correlation coefficient of r = 0.818, the significance is 4.022 means tcount (4.022)> t table (2,306), so H1 is accepted. for the variable relationship of Wrist Determination (X2) to the Smash Accuracy of Badminton (Y), there is a positive and meaningful relationship with correlation coefficient of r = 0.823, the meaning is 4.104, means tcount (4.104)> t table (2.306), so H2 is accepted. and the relationship of variables of Leg Muscle Power and Joint Detection of Smash Badminton Accuracy with a correlation coefficient of R = 0.831 where the significance was tested by F-test and obtained fcount of 7.82, meaning tcount (7.82)> t table (4.74) and H3 is accepted. Based on the results of research and data processing using statistical research procedures, it was concluded that Leg Muscle Power and Explosive Power Variables had a significant relationship to Smash Badminton Accuracy and could be applied to the ClubPB. Abstract

Abstract: The Indonesian curriculum strongly underlines the student-centered scientific approach. Every public and private school has applied learning with a scientific approach. But there is one school that is different from the school in general, namely schools that use the concept of nature as a source of learning. This school has a superior program that distinguishes it from other schools. Qualitative descriptiveresearch aims to determine the implementation of the scientific approach to nature education using data acquisition techniques through observation, interviewing and documentation using data analysis techniques that collect and subsequently reduce data, present data and finally draw conclusions. Five steps in the scientific approach of observing, questioning, trying, thinking and communicating have been carried out in 14 excellent programs. This research is useful to give special researchers insight intonature schools and to motivate teachers to better apply the scientific approach for the next ones.Key Words: Scientific Approach, Nature School

Abstract: Based on the results of field observation abilities against the introduction of geometric protege undeveloped with optimum. So the need for use of educational games geometry magic. The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of educational games Geometry recognition capabilities against Magic geometric shapes children aged 4-5 years. This research was conducted in kindergarten Bystanul Aisyiyah Athfal Marsawa Sub Regency Kuantan Singingi Sentajo Kingdom from January until April 2019 2019 for observation and research. This research is experimental research design using one group pretest and posttest design with a total sample of 16 children. Data collection techniques used in this research is the observation sheet recognition capabilities using geometric shapes. Data analysis techniques using a t-test test by using SPSS program ver 20. From the results of the analysis of the data obtained thitung of larger 20.300 dati ttabel = 2.131 with sig 0000 < 0.05. . It can be concluded that there is a difference in the ability of the introduction of a significant form of geometry before and after the educational game using Geometry Magic. Based on the hypothesis test is obtained there is the influence of educational games Geometry recognition capabilities against Magic geometric shapes on children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Sub Regency Kuantan Singingi Sentajo Kingdom.Key Words: Geometry Of Magic, The Ability Of The Introduction Of Geometric Shapes

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of observations conducted by researchers on male table tennis athletes at the Riau Province Sports High School, researchers found a problem that was a lack of agility in playing table tennis, such as athletes unable to move freely, in returning balls that came and could not be returned properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of footwork two-steps exercise on the agility of a male table tennis athletes at the Riau Province Sports High School. The population in this study were table tennis athletes in the men's group that consist of 6 peoples. Sampling is determined by taking the all of population into samples (total sampling). This study used an experimental method, in order to determine the effect of footwork two-steps exercise. This experiment consist of pre-test, treatment with footwork two-steps exercise and post-test. The instrument of this study used a shutle run test. The analysis technique uses the t-test. Based on the t-test analysis produces Tcount of 2.681 and ttable 2.015. Means that Tcount > Ttable. It can be concluded that Ho is rejected, at the level of alpha (α) 0.05. so it can be summed “there is an effect of footwork two steps on the agility of the male table tennis athletes at Riau Province Sports High School. Based on the results obtained it is known that using footwork two-step exercise can improve agility, although statistically it shows a relatively small effect. So that in this study it can be concluded as follows: there is an effect of footwork two-steps exercise on the agility of the male table tennis athletes at Riau Province Sports High School.Key Words: Footwork Two Step Training, Agility

Abstract

Abstract: The main, objectives of the study are to find out; 1) the students’ grammar mastery, 2) the students’ writing ability and 3) the correlation between grammar mastery and writing ability. The population of the study is 104 third year students, the sample is 22 students by using the cluster random sampling technique. The data were collected through 40 questions (grammar test) about students’ grammar (Grammar Mastery) and 1 question (essay) about students’ writing ability. The result of the test was analyzed by using the Pearson product moment in SPSS version 23. From the analysis, it was found that the third year students of English Study Program of FKIP Universitas Riau were at a good level in their grammar mastery, meanwhile the students’ writing ability mean score 73.33. The correlation between both variables was in high correlation with the level was 0.720. However, building motivation and mindset about having a good grammar mastery is essential to be recommended because it is very useful to develop students’ English skill and help them to face some tests which correlate with students’ writing ability.Key Words: Correlation, Grammar Mastery, Writing Ability
